Dealt with Tom who was amazing! No pushy salesperson tactics. Worked with us to get my mother exactly what she needed. Very high energy and friendly and that made the whole experience actually enjoyable (which car buying usually is not). You can tell he is a people person who really likes his job. The service department is always on point here...they are friendly and knowledgeable and will answer any questions that you have. I've been going there for six years and it's nice to see the same faces behind the desk. There's a new system at check in with a visual inspection which helps you feel confident about your service choice. Loved dealing with south hills Subaru. Every one was amazing there. Super friendly. They had the vehicle we wanted and they did everything in amazing fashion to get us into the vehicle we wanted. Our sales person Robert was great. I highly recommend them. They take time to make sure you understand everything about your car and even make you an appointment to come back in three weeks to make sure everything is working and or meeting your expectations. I’m glad we chose to do business with them and I’m glad they had the vehicle that we wanted. Thank you again south hills Subaru.

Sales rep: Tom Tom was friendly, polite, and easy to talk with. Made my first car buying experience very pleasant. Bought a used Forester on July 28th. Sadly had transmission issues a few weeks later, but Subaru South Hills service team did a great job getting me back on the road in a timely manner.
