We recently visited Subaru White Plains and we were introduced to Hector Perez. Hopefully when you go into this location he is available for you. Hector was terrific! He was very informative, professional, personable, knowledgeable and very attentive. Hector showed us several Subaru options and some other non Subaru options. He was also very informative with some Volvo questions even though it was not under his umbrella of vehicles. He actually had a another terrific salesman, John Sherwood, help us with more in depth pricing questions. Hector and John were absolutely terrific and will be a heavy factor in our final purchase decision making.

We had a great experience shopping for a new car. Rocco found the perfect car for us. He was very friendly and understanding to our needs in getting a new car. Mike and Gabe were extremely helpful doing the finance and paperwork. We were also able to bring back our lease and get a new car. The facility is very clean and neat. Team was incredible. Stephen, Connor, and Nolan made the process smooth and quick. Went in to get rid of my current Honda lease expecting a headache and was surprised with an easy process that made working with their dealership enjoyable. My expectations were met. The sales effort was professional and direct. The finance manager was helpful and kept it brief. The explanations as to operating the car (so much electronic…) were clear and thorough. Good operation; well managed. The place was hoppin’ with customers. My guess is the word is out that the place has good vehicles and good people.
