12.01.20 UPDATE..... Very disappointed AGAIN in the level of service. They definitely do not treat all their customers the same. I will NEVER use their services again and advise you to think twice. Love Paul! He's fast, friendly, and efficient! However I've been waiting 6 hours for them to put a new tire on and sensor. Even the other employees mentioned how long I've been here. Missed a day of pay. Not real happy.

Went in on a Saturday an hour before closing found a used vehicle I liked (didn't have that expectation) told him let's sign some papers before I changed mind, got me in did the necessary documents but was unable to finish due to banks and what not being open. Instead of deferring me and telling me to come back Monday he put a dealer plate on the car and told me to come back another day (Thursday). Everthing was perfect, length of time and all on downside was when I came back to sign e evening even with an appointment I sat and waited for 2 hours before I was even seen. The entire process only took 30 minutes for underwriting so I was a little disappointed on that. But overall the rocked the lot with friendly and fast service.

My husband and I were just browsing on a Saturday afternoon and were not really looking to lease a new vehicle. Abe Saad approached my husband and spoke of the many incentives that GM was offering during our visit. There was a specific ATS that we wanted to lease and were ready to make the deal, but Abe informed us that the vehicle was purchased. Within minutes, Abe put us in a similar vehicle with the same options, but a different color. Abe didn't come across as the type of sales person that rushes you into making a purchase, so we left the dealership to think about the purchase. After believing that leasing a new vehicle was not in the cards, Abe called a couple of days later to let us know that the vehicle we really wanted was available. It was fate! We quickly went back to the dealer to close the deal. We have been very satisfied with the quality of service we received from Abe. His professionalism and attention to detail by listening to exactly what we were looking for was very much appreciated.

My lease was about to end so I needed to act quickly. Not only did I replace my car in about a week, but I also found exactly what I wanted for an extremely reasonable lease amount. My sales person, Ellen Buday, could have completed the transaction in a shorter amount of time, but I needed to have some work done on my return first. She also assisted me in finding someone to help with that process. The credit application was online, very easy and instant. The entire transaction took very little of my time and the dealership has a really cool 'magic table' to sign the lease documents. The table top is a screen and all the documents are displayed and signed there.

I felt the service associate was rude and made me feel belittled. She never returned the calls when she said she was going to, but giving excuses to that she's so busy all the time. She made me feel like she's the boss and I'm just the little guy who doesn't know anything. I have taken my cars to different dealers over 30 years, but never felt so little in my entire life. I also felt there was some shinanigans with the price I paid. Why did I have to pay an extra $100 to get an alignment, when that should already be a part of the job. $1800 to drop the engine and change out the rear crankshaft seal, and alignment is not included in that? They also said I needed tranny hoses replaced, but I did not find any new hoses replaced on the tranny. $200 for that. All the hoses looked used to me. I asked for the AC Compressor to be checked. I told the sales associate that I pulled out the relay because i was afraid the compressor might lock, so I took it out so the AC doesn't cease and break my belt. I gave the relay to her, but she said to put it on the side pocket door and she'll tell the mechanic about it. I don't know how the mechanic came to the conclusion that the AC compressor was bad without reinstalling the relay? When I got the car home, I double checked the fluids, and the tranny fluid was too high. On the Saturn Vue with the Honda Transmission, the engine has to be off when you check it, unlike most other GM cars. I took some fluid out and now it's right. I also found that the mechanic forgot to reattach one of the rubber bands on the exhaust. It wasn't a big deal to attach it, took me 30 seconds, but for the price I paid, it should have been double and triple checked. I told all my family and friends about the bad service I received at your dealership. Being a Cadillac dealership makes it that much worse.

My car search started with Suburban Cadillac and after visiting 8 other dealerships, it ended at Cadillac. Our sales rep was Tim Dalgleish and he was a pleasure to work with! He is very focused on providing exceptional customer service to his clients. He asked for all my information upfront regarding plates/registration, etc prior to purchasing the car so when we showed up to pick up my new car, everything was ready. He gave an incredibly in-depth walk-through of my new car all the features, how everything worked and we set up all my preferences/bluetooth so I was in good working order when I drove the car off the lot. I honestly dont think Ive had such a flawless and smooth transition experience at a dealership. Since I had never been to the Cadillac dealership before (this is my first Cadillac!) he gave me a tour of the facility, where I would bring my car in for service, where & how to reserve a loaner car, etc. The whole process was seamless and it is all due to Tims attention to detail. Everyone at Cadillac was so friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

I went to purchase a used Cadillac, Neil was my sales representative and he was very rude and disrespectful to myself as a young professional woman. When I went to purchase my car I did not receive any respect or curtsey from any of the sales personal. No one acknowledged me as I stood outside of the dealer waiting on the finance guy to purchase my car. I was so disappointed that I'm not comfortable taking my car there for service. I will go to another dealer to have my oil changes and service completed on the car.The only thing that saved the sale was the Tom the finance guy and the used care sales manager, otherwise I would not have purchased the car.

I have always received good service at Surburban when I owned my 2008 Cadillac SRX. That vehicle was recently totaled as a result of a car accident. I purchased a 2009 SRX and was at service to buy an additional key and remote. Tom Lisk went well beyond assisting me with that purchase and gave me good advice about the car. A couple of days later when the car was leaking fluid, I called Tom. Tom had the car inspected and told me what was wrong. I was able to take the car back to the dealership where I bought it and make an informed complaint. Tom went above and beyond. He confirmed that I will always go to Surburban Cadillac for service and I learned that I should buy a used Cadillac from a Cadillac dealer and that dealer will be Surburban Cadillac of Troy!

I was actually contacted by Ellen about leasing a vehicle as I had spoken with her previously about discussing this month. It was nice that she remembered to call me and had some options ready to review when she called. I told her exactly what I wanted and the same day we had the payments worked out and the car ready to go. I went and picked up 2 days later. Process was very easy. We have been looking for a "Used" but "Newer" vehicle than what we currently have to ease the burden of transportation in our household for a few weeks now. We looked at MANY vehicles online and even went to see and Test Drive a few as well. Every one we looked at was either Too many miles, Too many dents or Too much money for our budget but at the end of the day...NONE of these deals felt right. But we decided to give it one last try and we're GLAD we did. My wife found this FULLY LOADED Cadillac CTS4 on the lot at Suburban Cadillac Buick in Troy, MI and so we decided to go take a look. Not knowing what to expect...we both had doubts. The staff there is PHENOMENAL. Did I say PHENOMENAL? YES I did. We were introduced to JIM KOLACZ, our sales consultant and he was the absolute best!!! We told Jim what we were looking to do and Jim just seemed to know EXACTLY how we were feeling and he was completely in tune with what we were trying to accomplish. He brought the vehicle to us and before he showed it to us...he drove it through there on site Car Wash. Talk about SERVICE!!! He told us to take it for a spin and when we return, he'll go over every facet of that vehicle for us. Needless to say my wife and I were SUPER IMPRESSED at this point. I had even gone so far as to purchase a vehicle, put a deposit on one, walked out and saw another vehicle and bought that one instead. Neal didn't even blink and said, "No problem". My recent experience with Suburban Cadillac Buick may not have started out well, however I have to admit my expectations were definitely met and Im absolutely satisfied with the service I received. I had my car serviced as my radio stations were intermittently changing. This may have happened in total about 10% of the time I would drive my vehicle. Not often to say the least, but often enough to have it checked. I contacted Suburban Cadillac Buick and spoke with Tom Lisk, my service advisor. Tom assisted with servicing my SRX a few weeks back and provided exceptional service by ensuring my air conditioner was fixed. Tom scheduled service for my car the next day; he had a rental vehicle waiting when I arrived. 26 hours later I was able to pick my vehicle up. There was a minor hiccup upon me retrieving my car, however Dan Maniaci, the Service Director was notified and he ensured everything would be taking care of. Dan was open to hearing my concern and addressed my issue swiftly. I was impressed with the service I received from Tom (once again) and Dan. Assisting customers that may be disgruntled regarding service they received is never a fun job. Having the right individuals in place to handle these situations is imperative to ensuring your customers will return. Hearing, youre satisfaction matters and youre a valued customer is appreciated. Danna in Service is wonderful. Although I have not had the best luck with the used CTS I purchased, she has treated me great with every repeat visit I have made to their repair shop. My last visit took 3 returns for the radio to be fixed because it needed to actually not be working for it to be diagnosed. On the morning it went out for the third time, Danna arranged for me to come right in, had the car taken to the service manager, and had me in a rental car - all within 15 minutes, when I didn't have an appointment. They are organized and treat their customers great.

When I leased my car a year ago I was very specific about getting in all wheel drive! The salesman said that would be in option and cost a bit more, I informed him I had to have it it was necessary!!!!! Then we talked about all the other features and almost a year later my car was getting stuck in 2 -3 inches of snow. Wow I said and checked out in the manual if it was indeed in AWD? No it wasn't! When I arrived at the showroom on February 16, I was searching for a new vehicle and was eyeing the Cadillac CTS but was open to all options available. I was not necessarily in a hurry, and could have easily left without a purchase. (I was planning to visit the Lincoln dealership afterwards to comparison shop.) It was important that I find a safe vehicle that worked for my family and was within my budget. From the moment Don Schulte greeted me, through the entire purchase process, Don listened and offered options that were very attractive and in the end, he found the SRX that is more than I had hoped for! Don's sales approach in particular was what made this sale go quickly. He was very respectful, and took his time explaining the vehicle and the sales process. Don was not at all pushy, showing me all the features and options while letting the vehicle "sell itself." If I had felt at any time that I was being pushed into the sale, my impulse would have been to walk. The additional incentives that were offered, made the deal particularly attractive, so I felt no need to check out the Lincolns. I am a professional woman and have been buying cars for almost 30 years. In the past, my showroom experience has often been frustrating because I had trouble getting a salesperson to treat me as a serious customer. In those times, it was interesting to watch how different the experience changed when my husband joined the conversation. The sales experience with Don was the absolute best I have had! I genuinely appreciate how I was treated through the entire sales process. I am looking forward to working with Don again and will definitely refer friends and family to him. I do want to add a little shout out to Iris in the service area. I have worked with Iris several times in recent years because my poor old Saturn Aura was getting up in mileage and needed frequent repairs. The last visit was particularly expensive and took several days. Iris offered to find me a loaner and I joked with her that if she found me a CTS, that that would make the sting of the expense a little less. Sure enough, she got me a 2015 CTS to drive for a day. Fast forward to February 16 when I was driving down Maple Road, I was going to stop at the Lincoln dealership first but then I thought of Iris, so I to turn down Maplelawn. When Don was giving me the dealership tour, we ran into Iris. She remembered me and when Don and I told her that I was probably going to buy the SRX, Iris hugged me and said "I am so glad we get to keep you!"

I work from a home office so I am frequently wearing very casual clothes during the day. I drove my 2012 Lincoln, that was coming off lease, to the dealer to lease a CTS Coupe to replace it. I was greeted nicely at door and referred to a woman in sales. I explained the situation and told her exactly what I wanted since I had reviewed inventory on-line. She looked at my casual attire and basically assumed I couldn't afford the car (mind you, I was wearing a Rolex and driving a relatively new Lincoln that I told her I was turning in off lease) In short, she told me that they didn't have any CTS coupes - though 5 were in plain sight and listed on their site.I went to a different dealer and leased my CTS Coupe the next day. That dealer did a trade with Suburban to get the exact color and option list I wanted. Funny how the exact car I wanted was available 24 hours later for a dealer trade.

I recently made a purchase of a Buick from this dealership, The ignition recall just took effect when I was ready to pick up the car, what a bomber! Nonetheless... as much as I do not like the wait, little can i blame them, Ricky Kelel, my sales person, has done an absolutely fabulous job. He worked with Bob, the manager for a nice loaner for me. This was the worst experience I've ever had with someone who's supposed to be trying to sell me something. I came in to get a new Cadillac ATS or SRX and walked out insulted, angry, and vowing never to come back to this dealership.Dan Negip was my Sales Consultant, and he was rude and condescending the whole time. He assumed that, because I'm young, I couldn't afford the car -- and repeatedly made comments to that extent. He insulted my intelligence when he asked -- with an awful tone, I must add -- if I realized that a Cadillac ATS was more expensive than a Buick Verano (the car I currently drive). Are you kidding me?I've have heard horror stories like this about dealerships, but never thought it would happen to me. Awful experience overall.I also dealt a bit with Michael Bate and he too seemed uninterested in my business (probably because I'm young), but at least he was polite (unlike Dan Negip).I'd suggest everyone to avoid this dealership -- but especially if you are young, because then you'll probably get condescension instead of a new car.

I love the service at Suburban Cadillac. The manager is always cordial and polite despite being very busy everytime I go in (I think Tom is his name). Recently I needed a flat repaired and tire changed and Suburban Cadillac sent someone down to put on a small spare tire (Harold was his name and he was excellent) and then I drove back to the dealership and they put on a new tire/wheel within an hour. Some confusion. I received an e-mail notice to bring car in for service (oil change & standard maintenance). I used internet booking tool to request an appointment.No reply or confirmation. I called and was told no appointment was not necessary... just bring it in. When I dropped off car, I was told mileage indicated it was not due for an oil change. However, they said as long as I was there they would do a tire rotation and replace a cabin filter. This was done plus they found a nail in my tire and repaired it, so the trip was worthwhile, even though it was a bit disorganized.

Due to a power outage at Suburban Buick in Royal Oak, I had to take my vehicle from Royal Oak to Troy after the vehicle was in Royal Oak for 3.5 hours. Although the service manager Falcon called ahead to Troy to explain the power outage and that my vehicle was in the garage for 3.5 hours so that consideration would be given, I still had to wait from 11:30am until 3:30pm for service. The porter told me the carwash was down and that you owed me a car wash, however, driving 25 miles one way for a car wash is not to my benefit. I have a suggestion. With all the Suburban dealerships in that area why can't you enter into some kind of plan that when one of your car washes go down you can use each others? That's just my one petty complaint, but all in all, from the write up guy, Tom, to the gentleman with the loner everything was great. Thanks for the good job.

I went in to the dealership to purchase a $4.50 part for my 2007 CTS and while there, started looking at used cars. I met Dan Treharne in pre-owned sales and he showed me a few cars that I showed interest in. There was one that caught my eye that he said was a really nice car that was one owner, low miles, purchased and serviced at the dealership. Dan never once pressured me into the purchase and the cars really sold itself, a 2009 CTS. In fact he offered all the records, carfact and any information he could offer me that would help me to make my decision on the purchase. They gave me a good price on my trade-in as well. Dan went the extra mile for me more than once and that was even after I was going to make the purchase, which he didn't have to do. These things just made me more pleased doing business at Suburban. I highly recommend Suburban to purchase a vehicle from and Dan is a greatperson to deal with. I also met Bob White, the used car manager, who was pleasant and wanting to make sure I was happy. At the time of purchase, I liked that they made me aware of protection programs that were available for the car, the cost, and explained how they worked. They never pressured me to choose any of them but I did choose something that I wanted and felt good about the coverage I would get from it. Upon delivery of the car, Dan introduced me to a service consultant, Corey Taylor, who I have talked to several times and has been sere my needs have been met. I went in on a Tuesday with the HIGH hopes of being able to be off the lot in a car by Friday. Dan was great! I had been driving a foreign car with rear wheel drive that wouldn't go anywhere in December in Michigan! And, I knew I had to turn it in before the ice started to arrive in Detroit. I am a procrastinator! and I knew I better make a decision soon. I had been to other dealerships and always felt like they immediately wanted to write a deal that really that was costly and seemed "not right" and not the type of deal I wanted and found it difficult to communicate with some of these people.In 2005 I leased a CTS Cadillac from Suburban so I thought I would go back...and since I was interested in a Buick, why not?I felt like I was in the right place when I walked in....from the receptionist to Darren (in credit dept) and especially Kim.They went out of their way to make my deal happen quickly and painlessly. When I contacted the dealership to replace my 2008 LaCrosse with a new one, Tim was assigned as my new sales and leasing consultant. He turned out to be a very good one. I presented him with several alternatives and he responded promptly with specification and pricing information, both by phone and email.Once I made a choice the new vehicle was made available to me in good time. Tim was both courteous and friendly, putting me instantly at ease. He sat with me in the vehicle and discussed all the various instruments et al. He indicated at this time that the remote engine start was not working, and since it was Saturday I would have to bring in the vehicle to the service department at my convenience to rectify the problem. This I did a few days later and was pleased to find out that he had arranged for a loaner vehicle for the day.All told, my experience over the years with this dealership has always been favorable in both the purchase/leasing and servicing areas. Tim did a very good job of furthering that experience.

My only concern was the color. He was a G.M. employee and could always answer any question I might have.Tim Dalgleish was so helpful and treated me with respect. When I picked up the car he spent a long time explaining every aspect of the car and set up the options that I chose. A month or so after my purchase I called him because I was unable to change the floor mats. He even offered to come to my home or meet me somewhere to solve the problem. I have nothing but GREAT things to say about Roger, during both purchases and during my visits for servicing. Roger is personable, knowledgable, and took the time to make sure that I was satisfied with each SRX purchase. In addition, he took the time and made sure that I understood the features in each vehicle, particularly using the Cue system. I noticed the day after my purchase that the wheel lock option listed on my paperwork was not installed. DeAnne drove to my work, picked up my car and had them installed for me. Because of Tim Dalgleish I bought my Cadillac CTS Coupe! I never visited the dealership! He brought a car to me to test drive while he took my car for an appraisal. After returning my car, there was no pressure to buy. When I made my decision, Tim handled everything. He found the car I wanted to every specification, handled all the paper work and delivered it to me. I signed the paper work, had a run through of all the "bells and whistles", and was driving my new car within an hour. He even called a few days later to follow up. I was in the market to lease a new vehicle. My previous lease vehicle was a Ford F150 pickup, and I wanted to downsize to crossover SUV. Your salesman Tim Dalgleish recommended I try test drive the Buick Enclave. He set me up with a 2014 Enclave fully loaded to test drive. Before I left on the test drive, Tim explained all the details of the vehicle to me which made the test drive easier. I was impressed with the ride, handling, and acceleration of the Enclave. After the test drive Tim explained all the different options and colors available. Once I made my choices, Tim found my vehicle with 2 days and it was ready to be picked up a few days later. Called the dealership via OnStar to schedule an appointment for an oil change. The OnStar rep contacted the dealership and was told that they do not accept appointments but the service department opens at 7AM. I arrived a few minutes before 7AM. Once I entered the service department I was informed by the service writer that the service department opens at 7AM, but the techs do not start working until 8AM.....thanks but you could have shared this detail with either OnStar or I when we called the day before. After wasting an hour out of my morning I was furious. I called Onstar and had them place another call to the dealership (after expressing my frustration about the miscommunication. Guess what same info same story was relayed on this second call ("we don't take appointments, but service opens at 7"). It was not until the OnStar rep pressed a bit further that she was finally told that the techs don't start until 8.The whole reason behind trying to schedule an appointment is to not waste anymore time than is necessary at the dealership. So after wasting a little over an hour out of my morning I am still in the same spot that I started. I normally avoid dealership service departments because of frustrations like these....but the vehicle included 2 years of oil changes and maintenance. Lesson learned, I'll just pay the $20 at the quickie lube next time and save the frustration/wasted time. Knock on wood, but unless my leased vehicle needs warranty repair work I will not be returning to this dealership. As a side note I did speak with the service manager on my ride home.....You would think they would go out of their way to correct their mistake. I don't know crazy idea but maybe offer an appointment for the next morning so I can actually get in and out as planned....maybe a service loaner since you already wasted an hour of my day....maybe send a porter out to pick up the car since I work about 6 miles away from the dealership? NOPE....nothing offered. Hard to believe you can have a franchise this large with individuals who are this inept in customer service.Great job selling the car....horrible job keeping your customers happy after the sale!

Made an appointment for service for a Tuesday morning and arrived at 8:00am. At 4:00pm they had not looked at the car. This is the second time I have experienced the same issue. Also the dealership completed the overall check for issues and did not mention the other items that were needed including putting free air in the tires which they neglected to do.

The Sales and Finance representatives were very friendly and professional, and answered my questions and concerns completely and to my full satisfaction. Quality of work was thorough, very informative and prompt. Vehicle purchase price was fair without any hidden or unexplained costs. A very good overall experience and i recommend that both employees get a raise!

I am taking the time to rate my service experience because of the extra effort that Tom Lisk had given my car concern. I was experiencing a noise at highway speed that at first did not reveal itself. Tom took the time with me to try and reproduce the issue. Upon a short ride along he understood my concern and informed Rick Haffey of the noise. To my pleasant surprise Rick had the noise diagnosed and promptly repaired.I have dealt with some dealerships in the past who very quickly dismiss a issue that does not at first reveal itself. I give Tom and Rick credit for a job well done.I am very happy with the service I recieved from Suburban Cadillac and will continue to have my car serviced and maintained there.

Very busy guy - don't take it personal. Will spend time if you need it. Everything fixed. One Day. All parts IN STOCK (Whaaaaaat?). No muss no fuss. Don't really know the quality of work until months later (unless it is REALLY bad), so I gave a 5 on quality on pure faith. Will go again.

After careful research, I decided that the 2011 Buick LaCrosse with all wheel drive was the car I wanted. I was interested in purchasing rather than leasing. I set up an appointment online and met with Sabrina. After going over the exact options and colors (both interior and exterior) I wanted, she found exactly the car I was looking for from another dealer and had it transferred to Suburban Buick. There were no hard-pressure sales tactics. I feel I got a very good deal and a very fair price on my trade-in. Everyone I met at the dealership was very professional and courteous. The service department is very clean and staffed by friendly people who are eager to help. I am extremely satisfied with my overall experience at Suburban Cadillac Buick and highly recommend this dealer to anyone.

I not recommend buying a car from Suburban Cadillac to anyone. First, if you want to trade a vehicle in, do not do it here. They will give you lower than "Black Book", which is the dealer equivalent to blue book. I went to trade my car in and the quoted me $6,000 less than a dealer in the same area. Now I understand different dealerships sell different cars quicker, but $6,000 is just pathetic. Second, don't deal with Sosh - he's terrible, has no clue what he's talking about and just wants to try and push a car on you and make some commission. Third, in the 10 mins I was in there I saw four people on Facebook - I thought these guys worked on commission? One guy was more interested in his crops on Farmville than helping customers. One girl was looking at party pictures of her friends. What a joke this dealership is - save yourself some time and look elsewhere for a car.

This is the second Buick we bought from this dearship mainly because of Carol Shepherd's wonderful service. She helped us with every step of the purchase of our new Enclave including the return of our first Enclave lease vehicle.We had very specific requirements for our new vehicle and Carol searched intensivly for the exact car we wanted which included finding one at our exact price point.In addition everyone else we dealt with at the dealership was very helpful and courteous.We would be happy to recommend Suburban Cadillac Buick to our friends and family.

Leasing my new car from Suburban Cadillac was a great experience. Sabrina was able to get me the vehicle I wanted and work within by budget - even though it was an employee purchase! This is my second Cadillac from Suburban. The service experience there is great, as well, and has been something I missed while driving a GMC. Thanks Suburban - I love my new car!

Went in for a check engine light at 20,000 miles on a STS. Service persons tried hard to up sell an oil change, air filter and wipers at far over market prices. They later call to tell me my brake pads were worn out. The service manager ( only after complaining) told me it is a "known" issue. When that had to hold my car overnight, they "provided" a loaner from the in-house Enterprise rental folks. What a joke. They were disinterest, made me woalk around the rental twice and record every ding and blemish, telling me I will be charged for any additional dings over the 10 we recorded. After we were done, they instructed me to give them a good review. The next day I had to wait 30 minutes to return the rental before finding a $500.00 repair bill waiting for me. After a discussion with the service manager, his only interest was that I filled out the survey will the highest marks and pointed to a pin he was wearing reminding me to do so. The original service person ran out to my car to point at his button. Nobody should have to wear button to remind customers to score them well. One week later, GM sends me a "seasonal special" advertisment with price about 1/2 what the dealer tried to charge me. You would think the dealership would know what specials are coming in the mail?

We had a great experience with the Suburban Cadillac,Buick dealership. The service Ellen Zamjahn, along with all the other staff there, was truly the "cadillac" of services. Ellen was very professional and polite to work with. She was not pushy in selling us our vehicle, unlike many other dealerships we have worked with in the past. The dealership was very organized and promt....no waiting in the showroom for someone to help you, no waiting to test drive and no feeling like you're putting someone out for asking for help.Cannot speak highly enough about this dealership! Thanks for providing a wonderful experience in what could have been a very stressful one.
