Service Department I have been using Suburban for a few years now and they have consistently delivered a high quality service. Typically I have used the Express Lane for oil changes and points to mention are: The staff are always polite, professional and friendly, the waiting facilities are modern, clean and provide complimentary refreshments, and the wait time for an oil change is almost always less than 1 hour. My most recent experiences were due to some non-functioning systems in my vehicle, I called for an appointment and they fitted me in the next day! Rob in service was polite and professional and had the vehicle fixed and back to me within just a few hours. I would recommend Suburban Chrysler Jeep in Farmington

I'd really like to give this dealer a positive review, but it's another arrogant Suburban facility. They brag about KBB at the dealership, then offer you rock bottom on your super clean trade in. Only after a negative review are they willing to sort of budge, and they're still clearing $7k on my trade in. The car I bought is awesome. Would have been even better if they actually prepped it. The glass all the way around is dirty - you can see the suction cup marks on the front and back glass from installation. Dash had streaks and hand prints all over it. Tires were all over the place on pressure, a total of 4psi different. For spending $60k on an amazing vehicle, the dealer doesn't care about presentation, only about how they can screw you. After the dealership request to contact them, I called and got put into Elliott's voice-mail. Left a message with my name and number. Two days later, no call back. More supporting evidence that this dealership is a joke. Lowered from from three stars to one.

Roger Bacon provided excellent customer service and helped me get through the leasing process quickly. Went above and beyond doing most of the sale by phone, and got me the best deal possible. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get an FCA lease!

Easily scheduled my service appointment. My service advisor Rob greeted me shortly after arrival. Left my vehicle and I was offered transportation (didn't need it though). Was notified promptly via phone and email when my vehicle was ready for pick-up. Repairs were completed as requested and vehicle was washed. Great experience overall and will definitely return to Suburban CDJR Farmington Hills when service is necessary. Thank you!
