My experience at Suburban Hyundai was excellent. Jamie Waters assisted me and from the time I walked in the door he was very kind, friendly, helpful and engaged. I felt like he really cared about showing me what I informed him I was looking for in a vehicle and he didn't try to sell me something I didn't express an interest in. I would highly recommend all my friends and family to visit Suburban Hyundai and ask for Jamie Waters. He is an all around great person to work with. I have not experienced great customer service like that in a long while. I received a great deal on my 2017 Sonata, they beat all the other dealerships I visited.

Felt he was deceptive despite our questions to obtain straight forward information. We did really enjoy working with Macgreger the salesman.

Jay and Jeff were both fantastic! I test drove 2 vehicles - the first vehicle Jay went with us and very proudly pointed out every feature of the car (as if he had built it himself). I liked the original car I drove, but it was not immediately available with the features I wanted. When Jeff came to discuss options with me he realized that I might have interest in the Santa Fe. I test drove the Santa Fe and was "sold" before I left the parking lot. I did not intend to buy a car that day, but I am very happy to report that Jay and Jeff got me into a car that I love at an unbelievable price!

Mid June 2016 we came in looking for a new Hyundai Santa Fe. Our old one was 11 years old and we were happy with it and wanted a new one. I HATE car shopping, usually because of the high pressure sales and the sales game the salesmen normally play with you. I was thrilled to find out that Ben was not like that at all, nor was his Manager. (believe Jeff was the name) He was straight forward about options and price. The promotion going on was really fantastic, bonus! We did shop around at a couple of other dealerships, for price comparison, but Suburban had a great price, but even more we appreciated the service and how our business was handled. Next time we are looking for a new Hyundai we will be back for sure! Nice to know that you can walk in and be treated well, and not given a slimy salesman tactic speech! Way to go Suburban, Ben and Jeff! BTW- Have had my car over a month and love it! Lots of compliments on it.

All the salespeople I've ever come into contact with push too much and make me feel uncomfortable. Ben was the 1st salesman that I could talk to like a regular person. He helped me get into a lease a few years ago and Hyundai service department has been great for my oil changes. He took the time to make sure my transaction went smoothly and have talked to him on different days that I've been in for oil changes. He always remembers me and he is a great guy. I'll be bringing my next business to him very soon.

The Genesis I'm now driving is the nicest vehicle I've owned yet. The staff at Suburban Hyundai are terrific. All three of the vehicles we have purchased and leased have been through Ben Sliwinski. He is our go to guy at Suburban Hyundai! Nick in finance and Scott in service are great to deal with. Ben was out of town when I stopped by one morning. Jeff Bashar within a few moments greeted me outside with the key to vehicle that I was looking at. We discussed the car for a few minutes and without pause or hesitation he handed me the key saying "Take your time, give it a good drive". With that I drove the car home to show it to my wife and within a couple of days we closed the sale. This was the second new vehicle that we had picked up from Suburban Hyundai within two weeks! That should tell you something.

Ben is the perfect salesman. He listens to what I want, asks the right questions and provides all the information I need without overselling me something I don't need. This is the second vehicle we've bought from Ben and while everyone at the dealership is great, I really appreciate Ben's attitude. He's there to make sure I get what I need and want, not to push the latest, most expensive vehicle whether it fits my needs or not.The whole experience was smooth and simple, no haggling, no hassles, no issues, no problems. Nick did a great job explaining the lease information - this was my first lease - and made sure I understood everything I signed.And I can't forget Scott in service. When we had my husband's Veloster in for service, we spent time discussing the SUV choices with Scott and I came away from the conversation with the necessary information to narrow my choices. My wife leased a Sonata with help from Ben Sliwinski. The process was pretty simple and stress free. I needed to lease a car to replace one with 155,000 miles. I really wanted a Ford Fusion but went through the usual crap about not being on the right plan, additional charges for the Eco boost engine etc. I went to talk to Ben to see what was available and ende up leasing an Elantra within a few stress free hours.Ben was so helpful and friendly. He really seemed to care and took time to explain the features of the car.I am really pleased with the car and the dealership.When we turned in our last lease Elantra the process went much smoother than we expected. There was no haggeling about tire wear, dings and scratches etc.

Picked up my 2016 Accent Hatchback Sport yesterday. Joe Bulszewicz was my salesman and was great. This is my second purchase from this dealership. I had no issues with the last car and don't expect any with this one. I know that Joe worked very hard with the credit guy to get me the best financing possible. When I picked up the car, I was told that the credit manager was able to get me a slightly better deal than the original one. That was a nice and unexpected surprise. Approximately three years ago my wife and I leased our first Hyundai. Since then we have been so pleased with our Sante Fe Sport that we decided, for the first time ever with a leased vehicle, to purchase the vehicle at the end of our lease. However when we tried to, with the very Macomb County dealer that originally leased it to us, we were informed they didn't do that kind of thing. After overcoming the complete surprise and shock of their statement we reached out to Suburban. Not only were they willing to perform the sale, (although they got virtually nothing monetarily in return), they were willing to assist for no other reason then we were Hyundai customers. They set up an appointment and just 1 hour after arrival we walked out the proud "owners" of our Sante Fe. A sign of a business's character is what they do when there is no monetary gain or when there is nothing to profit from. Joe Bulszewicz, Jeff Bushar, and Rick Szepytowski demonstrated not only their own, but the character of Suburban Hyundai in spades. Thanks Suburban!

This was the best new car buying experience that I have ever had. I don't know if all Hyundai dealerships are the same, but Suburban Hyundai in Troy was better than any of the domestic dealerships that I went to. Hyundai was the only import that I looked at.

Ben Salinski, sales representative, and Jeff Busher, sales manager are awesome. I leased a car from them at the end of the year, and have enjoyed the ride ever since. I would rate them each a 10+. They absolutely made sure that I received a fair and economical deal based on my needs, and were very cordial in their demeanor toward me. I have been at many dealerships were you walk in, and it's like meat to a hungry dog, the way that some places don't give you space to breathe. I appreciate the patience and knowledge that they were able to provide to me. Hey Jay, this is Sandy. I was up there Wednesday. I had to get my wheel locks. Auto Zone or any other auto parts have to order parts from factory. I came to service and they got me the parts and put them on. Only charged me 43.00 for parts. Got me in and out in 30 mins w/a car wash. They did an awesome job. Thank you

I had been a Honda owner for no less than 30 years until just recently. I have driven nothing but a Dodge product since 1982, mostly the sport vehicles, IROC, Chargers, etc. I had heard good things about Hyundai, so decided to look around a little before buying a car this time. I walked into this dealership, and Ben was a great, extremely well informed sales rep. He was well educated regarding the vehicles, and tech details, and an enormous help. I told him what I like in a car, in terms of handling, road feel, torque, acceleration, etc., and he brought me a terrific Sonata for a test drive. It was perfect first try !!!!and I bought it before leaving the premises. The price was excellent, the lease buyout was a reasonable fixed number, and the dealership was able to transfer plates and other paperwork that is usually a hassle when buying a new car. This is my first experience with Hyundai. It would have been nice to get more of an overview of what is available in terms of cars and the particular car we were ultimately interested in. We did some research prior to coming to the dealer but didn't know everything. However, they were very nice and friendly. They were knowledgeable. All our questions were answered. The price quoted was very competitive. Overall, they did a very good job and I would recommend them to others.

I received THE best customer service fromTimothy Pence. He went over the features of the Elantra and Sonata in the showroom and offered atest drive as well, but, I didn't have time so I came back 2 days later. He even emailed me a Sonatabrochure since they didn't have one in stock. From meeting him the first day to picking up theElantra, the whole process went very well. Timothy went over the manual thoroughly and evenshowed me everything in the car. Now that's going the extra mile for a very satisfied customer !This is my third car from Suburban Collection and the customer service just gets better !

I just leased a Sonata at Suburban Hyundai of Troy, and saying I had great service is an understatement. I was treated exceptionally well. Everyone was great and so helpful. From my initial meeting with Jeff, to dealing with Blake, to signing papers with Cheryl. I never once felt like I was being pushed into making a decision. My leasing consultant Blake took the time to go other the car with me in great detail, and told me if I had any questions at all after leaving to not hesitate to call. I walked in thinking I would be having a higher car payment than I currently had, and come to find out with all of the great incentives they were able to get me into a fancier, more sporty car with lower payments. I have told so many people about what excellent service I received. I feel like great service is hard to come by these days, but not at Suburban Hyundai of Troy!! Thanks again for making my experience a good one! :)

6/30/15 -- I drove across town with my title, keys and registration with every intention to purchase an advertised vehicle last night driving across town to visit a salesman named Shira Colish, the Suburban Collection's Client Care Manager who was extremely motivated to sell a Hyundai Tucson which had been on the lot for more than 45 days. When I called to make an appointment to come out, she said to come out NOW, it's the end of the month and we'll be very motivated to sell this Tucson with everything I wanted on the car with a better price. I arrive and ask for Shira and they look at me like I'm in the wrong place.... two salespeople look at each other... "Shira, we have no salesperson named Shira." One of the guys said I'll help you..... and I felt like these guys were stealing a sale... I felt very uncomfortable. One of the guys, Steve Elich, a salesman said... oh, she's in phone sales, I'll work with you. I felt very uncomfortable.... like this guy was stealing her sale.Steve turned out to be a was a descent guy, fair salesperson but after waiting awhile, we drove the 2014 certified, pre-owned Tucson I called about (which came from Minnesota). Comfortable ride but the hood was starting to rust and the driver side window had a crack right in front of my face.... which was spreading by the moment. I brought it up to Steve and he said he'll take it up with their curmudgeon of a used car salesperson, David Arndt, who obviously does not know how to treat people fairly. We found out that very quickly.Mr. Arndt greeted us with an attitude from the start as we began working out a deal. Some people are just negative, don't know why he was treating us like this... the first thing he said was the car in $19.5... the price it's marked and its not going any lower. I said there is no wiggle room.... he said absolutely now, what do I want to pay because he's rather take it to auction where he can make more than selling it to me.Why was he so mean.... was he personally dealing with tough times and let's it out on others. Personally, my wife died three months ago at the age of 50 and my 24-year-old daughter has been diagnosed with epilepsy and continues to have seizures... she can't even drive a car at this point. ... but somehow we all find ways to move on and treat people as they would want to be treated..... I frankly don't know why Mr. Arndt is so mean.I found it disturbing then we were coming in from outside, Mr. Arndt swung the door open and instead of holding it open for my friend Karen, let the door hit her.... Hardly a gentleman and poor manners for a man who wanted to sell us a car. Our salesperson saw that and even gave us a look like he was sorry, I know Steve was embarrassed.It's interesting, after visiting other Troy Motor Mall dealerships.... we mentioned him to other Troy Motor Mall salespeople and two others also know him and said he has a reputation, "old school business with new school idea". It is just hard to believe in this competitive business of selling cars, how you can treat, actually mistreat people in this day and age. I believe Mr. Arndt may want to find another line of work or retire as another salesperson told us. The certified, pre-owned 2014 Hyundai Tuscson we almost bought from him had been on the lot for over two months was looking less and less desirable with the window crack and his bad attitude. While he wasn't happy about replacing it, he finally agreed but was obviously taking the money out in my trade-in as he told me that he was giving me more for my car than it was truly worth. Meanwhile, I had been given the value from three other dealerships that evening including an Autotrader confirmed price (with my exact VIN number) for more money.... but Mr. Arndt said he was doing me a favor my giving a price lower for my car and replacing the cracked window. I asked him how he can sell a certified, pre-owned car with a dangerous glass whole spreading. He said it didn't have to be replaced but he'll do it anyway if it would make me happy.If I would have seen another vehicle at Glassman Hyundai last night, I would have bought it. Their staff and used car manager treated us like family.... the experience was like night and day. Karen actually just bought another car there a week ago..... they just didn't have another certified Tucson or Sante Fe that filled my needs.... but they were still accomodating.I am so disappointed with Suburban Hyundai and David Arndt's way of doing business. Other than the computer-generated message I received last night, I do hope I receive a call from one of Suburban's owners:Dear Customer:Thank you for your recent visit to Suburban Hyundai and the opportunity to earn your business. I reluctantly said yes, He had another salesman, Oleg Kovtan call me and had to work up a deal he said..... hours go by and he ends up calling me back with the exact same price and exact trade-in for my car as that loser gave me last night.... what a waste of my time AGAIN!!!! I told both of these guys how disappointed I was..... they both promised to back the deal more fair but didn't offer me one single dollar more.I told Adamm Davis that not only would I not want to buy this car "which was already filled with bad karma" but I would NEVER step foot in Suburban Hyundai.... Adamm felt bad but not bad enough to fix this bad deal.Stay far away from this dealership because you want to be treated right..... want a Hyundai..... go to Glassman Hyundai in Southfield. I can't say enough about the positive car buying experience I had at Suburban Hyndai on 30-June-2014. Adam, Ben, Jeff and Greg were highly professional and exceedingly attentive to my needs in purchasing a new Sonata from Suburban Hyundai, which was recommended to me from a trusted friend. They more than lived up the my high expecations. For example, the deal was struck in the morning and I needed to stop in later to provide documents. When I arrived late in the afternoon, I was pleasantly surprised to learn from Adam that I would be driving home in my new car - which I had expected to pick up a day or two later. The speed in which the whole transaction took place was amazing, especially with Greg being authorized to produce DMV car registration onsite! I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in being treated with respect when purchasing a new car. This dealership delivers in more ways than one!

We are so excited about our experience in purchasing a 2012 Hyundai Sante Fe. When we arrived on a Saturday afternoonwe didn't know if we would get much help because we thought people would be trying to "get home" for the weekend. First, Paul Alexander, our sales agent, was very thorough in explaining the car situation to us, and he worked really hard to line everything up in a timely manner. We are very happy, and we never felt rushed through the process even though we took up a couple hours of their time on Saturday afternoon (they got home late because of us). My kids loved Paul's help because they were getting a little restless, and Paul pulled out a frisbee to help occupy their time while I was completing the paperwork. This dealer is as good as it gets! Last month I leased my second vehicle (a Hyundai Santa Fe... first one was a Sonata) and these guys will go out of their way to make the deal happen. Adamm Davis was helping me initially and then Ben joined him to make sure all my questions had been answered (and believe me... i had many questions). From a technical understanding standpoint, this dealer is by far better than the rest. They were the only ones that were able to give me accurate information on towing a trailer on a Santa Fe Sport. They did not lie about the answer and told me information that could've made me walk away from the car. I appreciated their honesty and found a work around to my trailer pulling issues. From a pricing standpoint, there is NO WAY that any other Hyundai dealer will come even CLOSE to beating their price. The price I got on my Santa Fe Sport is a price that I WANTED. All other dealers were at least $20 or $30 more per month. These guys threw in options, oil changes, etc etc. to make it work for me. Finally from a customer service standpoint, i must've gone in there at least 20 times before I leased the car. Every single time, they treated me as if I'm the most important customer to them. Not once did they get upset that I kept returning with more questions and walked away without leasing or buying. In fact, they encouraged me to just swing by at any time a even if I did not buy or lease anything. Overall, this dealership (with Adamm's lead as the manager and Ben as a salesperson) gets 5+ stars. I do not want to deal with anyone else or any other dealership other than this one. Mike

I recently purchased a new Hyundai Genesis from Suburban in Troy, Michigan. Low pressure environment. The showroom atmosphere was modern and comfortable. The sales team works together. I actually was able to finalize the price AND hold the vehicle I wanted (while arranging for insurance) through my sales rep's co-worker. Didnt have to go through the old outdated businesss model of "negotiating" back and forth with the "sales manager". Suburban honored the price and did not take the deposit I offered to confirm the deal. That was a first for me. Service department is clean and team members answered my service questions and the Hyundai model I was interested in pruchasing. Very good experience.

I am writing this 5 days after I purchased a used BMW X3 from this Hyundai dealership. DO NOT let them promise you that, "Dave is a good guy and might do that for you," Dave is a good guy, but get it in writing.Dave did take care of my main issue, so far. In closing, we drove 20 Miles one way and got delivered a FILTHY car that my wife spent half the day cleaning out. Maybe that's why it sat on the lot for a Month and they lowered the price substantially. Dog hair Everywhere! My wife wouldn't sit in it! It is now in overall good condition.Make sure you look it over top to bottom before you drive off.P.S. I would still like my .34 cents mailed to me please.

First of all, Chris Zeppa was Very unfriendly. We had come to your location yesterday, and put a $200 deposit on a 2011 Chevy Cruze. From the first moment, I had a bad taste in my mouth about our salesman. He showed us the car, and we noticed that he couldnt get the remote start to work. He stated he would look into it, and also we asked for the car to be detailed. Also, there was only 1 key for the car. We asked if there was another car key, and he stated it was in the business office, and he will get it. So, today we decided to come and take delivery of the car. My significant other had called and spoke with Chris, and asked him to detail it and we would be there about 5pm. We walk in, and Chris had his foot up on his desk, and was on his cell phone. After about a minute, he saw my significant other standing there. We walked in with $11,920.44 in a cashiers check. I am APPALLED that there was a $200 dock fee. For a cash paying customer, only having to review a few documents, this is unacceptable. We went outside to see the car, and to put on the license plate. I asked Chris if the remote start was fixed, or if he had looked at it. Chris told me that he had tried it twice but couldn't get it to work. I got out the owners manual and started looking though the pages to see if we could figure it out. As we did this, Chris said "Well, it was nice working with you" and walked inside, as we are standing in the freezing cold, looking at a manual by ourselves. there was another sales gentleman walking by, and I had to stop him and ask. Also, there is NO driver floormat, the car was not cleaned up, sticker glue was stuck still on the window, there was a CD in between the seat, crumbs etc. I really do like the car, its not the car that is the issue. The issue was our customer service. ALSO, Chris told us there was only 1 key, we asked him about the other one, and he basically shrugged his shoulders and stated we can get a key made for valet $10 at the store, the fob probably costs about $200. I am furious. I would NEVER recommend someone to him. The whole expierence was terrible. I am just so shocked at everything that happened. I spent over $11,000 at your location, and I was treated poorly. You are a dealership, you are widely known. Your dealership is not some crappy place to buy a car. I feel very taken advantage of, and I would not recommend any Suburban dealership to anyone. Please, I am the owner of the car, please call me, I would like to discuss this over the phone. I just purchased a new Hyundai Elantra through Timothy Pence at Suburban Hyundai after walking out of another dealership that treated me like I had just 'fallen off a turnip truck'. Timothy was very patient in explaining all the features of the car and the color combinations available. I couldn't get exactly what I wanted because nobody in all 50 States had one and the factory was no longer accepting orders for 2013's (end of the model year and the 2014's hadn't been introduced yet). No rush, no hurry and I was treated like I was buying a new Rolls Royce. I would recommend this dealership and Timothy in particular to anyone in need of a new vehicle. It's clean, well organized and just a great place to do business. The only caveat I have is that their service labor rates are pegged at the top end of the high range but I don't think I'll be needing to avail myself of their services except for oil changes because of the excellent warranty the car came with.

The radio in my 2006 Sonata wouldn't turn on after the battery died last night and had it jumped. We called Suburban Hyundai and Christine advised we bring it in for Service to look at to find a solution. Christine, Craig, and Eric were extremely friendly and Craig replaced the fuse and gave it a car wash. Very grateful they helped! It was very important to replace the radio fuse because I am driving back to Atlanta tomorrow to ensure a better drive; the team made this possible by putting forth all effort to replace the fuse and clean up my car.

I had a relatively complicated problem with my 10-year-old Hyundai, which required several phone calls back and forth. My service rep, Christine, was excellent every step of the way. She knows how to communicate in a friendly, patient, and detailed manner. More so than most. While visiting my daughter in Rochester Hills, MI I collided with a deer anddamaged the radiator of my 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe Ltd. It was towed to SuburbanHyundai in Troy for repairs and Christine Wentzel handled my problem. Needlessto say, being crippled 1,000 miles from home generated considerable stress andanxiety. My overall experience at Suburban Hyundai was fantastic. I was very fortunate to have Diondre Doaks as my salesperson. Diondre was extremely knowledgeable on the Sonata model I was interested in. During the test drive, he described the features of the vehicle in a methodical way that was easy to remember. During the negotiation process, he was very professional and I walked away feeling that I purchased a Hyundai Limited Sonata at a fair price - with all of the accessories that I wanted. I requested a specific exterior and interior color and Diondre assured me he could get the vehicle - he immediately located two vehicles and called them on the spot. Within a short time, Diondre called me to let me know that the vehicle I wanted had arrived, delivering on his promise. It is now 4 weeks after purchasing my vehicle, and Diondre is still following up with me to make sure I am satisfied. Emailed this dealership to we could make a deal on a Mazda5. My emails were not answered in a timely manner and when I did get a response they were short and didn't give me the information I needed. After two or three days they finally told me that they couldn't make the deal happen. Worst experience at a dealership we have ever had. After being approved for a loan on a 2011 Honda Pilot, we waited another 6.5 hours for the paper work to be done and our sales person (Paul) to finish the sale. We waited, and waited, and waited some more for this dealership to get their sh*t together, but they never did. It was excuse after excuse. After we had been approved and paperwork had been started, we watched our Pilot get taken out twice for test drives. WTF?! Floor mats for a 2011 Pilot should be standard, regardless if it's used. Not at this place. To top off the experience... as my wife and I were leaving, the fuel light was on! The gas needle was right on the lowest mark it could be on! That totally wrecked our car buying experience there. Steer clear of this place if you want a good car buying experience! Highly recommended that you don't spend your hard earned money there. **UpdateI know I'm about a month late, but better late than never. After posting this, Dave at the dealership got a hold of me and asked if there was a way to help fix our bad experience at his dealership. To make a long story short... he took care of us and actually reimbursed me for the floor mats I ordered. That's pretty big in my book and helps quite a bit. I appreciate the effort they made with the follow up.

Scheduled a maintenance visit for May 2, 2012. Promised two free oil changes when we purchased the vehicle last year and was finally able to get an appointment that worked with my schedule. Talked with Chris Hurd who told me that a Fuel Induction Service was necessary at 15,000 to keep my OEM Warranty intact. Ending up paying 128.23 was a service visit that I anticipated being free. After leaving the dealership I looked up the manufacturers service schedule which did not include the Fuel Induction Service. I contacted by salesperson, Jeff Bushar, who directed me back to Chris. Chris stood by his earlier statement that the Fuel Induction Service was required to keep our warranty intact. He went on to state that he had worked for a number of service departments for Suburban and this was standard procedure.After carefully reviewing the "Suburban Hyundai Maintenance Menu" earlier today I found the small print at the bottom left hand corner that indicated that the recommended maintenance in BLUE text was not required by Hyundai. Your service advisor lied and it cost me $128.23 plus the extra time wasted while I waited in the customer lounge. This was an awful customer experience on several levels. Deceptive selling of unnecessary service will cause Suburban (not just Suburban Hyundai) to loose this customer for life. I plan to warn others not to do business with your dealerships at every opportunity that presents itself.

Flat out lied to me on the phone!!! Needed one new headlight, quoted 19.05 plus a FEW DOLLARS for labor. Asked twice if my bill would be around $30 or more. Answer? No. Reality of the situation and my final bill...$64.09. For a lightbulb. When I got my bill and asked the super unfriendly guy helping me, (Chris) why my bill was so high after having been quoted much much less, he meekly answered me that labor was the reason. Why was I not told that on the phone? I would never have gone there. I would not recommend this place under any circumstance. He never even offered to get a manager. Next time I need service I'll just drive back to Grand Rapids where I bought the damn thing.

I went in to test drive a Elantra and a Sonata I was interested in them both but wanted to see which one I liked better. Joe Lacey greeted us with enthusiasm and a smile which was nice. We test drove them both and I ended up buying the 2012 Elantra.They gave me more for my trade than any other dealer was willing to offer and made the approval and paper work process quick and painless. Joe is such a nice laid back guy and he made us laugh and feel comfortable the whole time there. Everyone at the dealership offered us congratulations, and treated us like we matter. Before purchasing my Sonata from Diondre at Suburban Hyundai, I visited a Buick dealer, a Ford dealer, and 2 other Hyundai dealers. Of all the dealerships, Suburban Hyundai stood out as the place where I felt most comfortable. I wasn't expecting to purchase a car on my visit, I really just wanted to see the tan leather interior on the new Sonatas. However, Diondre presented an excellent deal and answered all of questions which assured me that I was making the right decision.When I visited Suburban, the Tigers were about to start a playoff game that I didn't want to miss.As part of our deal, Diondre said he'd expedite the paperwork and I wouldn't miss the game... but we ran into some hiccups while working through the financing.To make up for the couple innings of the game I missed, Diondre threw in free interior protection on my new Sonata. In addition, another salesperson turned on the radio in the showroom Tucson and opened up all the doors so we could all listen to the game.I love my new car and I've recommended Suburban Hyundai to all my family and friends. They really go the extra mile for the customer.

He quickly sat me down and asked me a few questions to see what I was looking for in my next vehicle. After I told him my budget he recommended what turned out to be the perfect vehicle for me. Diondre was extremely helpful! He was very knowledgeable about the Hyundai Accent and helped me sync my phone as well as figure out all of the great functions the Accent has to offer! Diondre got us in and out within 24 hours and was able to get me a very competitive price! He worked very hard with his sales manager to get me the price I had in mind. Everyone at this dealership was very knowledgeable and professional. I had several different dealerships I was working with, however, I'm very glad I decided to give my business to Suburban Hyundai!

I came to get my routine oil change and check up on 9/8/11. The last time I was there to get a check up, the service rep told me I needed a Trans Service and Power steering service. I lost my job a year ago this October and couldn't get it done and couldn't afford it and the service rep (Jeff Dwyer) said when I came in for my next oil change he would take around $70.00 off. When I brought my car in last Thursday the new rep (I believe his name is Chris)said their prices have raised since my last oil change and they could not take anything off as I had been told by Jeff who was no longer with the dealership. Chris brought in George and George said the same thing. I am now on Social Security and I could not afford to get this done and said just take care of the oil change and I would not be able to come back to the dealership anymore because I could not afford it and that my son who lives in Midland (I live in Troy) would help me to find someone in my neighborhood. I went to sit down and wait for my oil to be changed and George called me back in his office and said they would take care of everything. I did not pay one cent for the work. I was absolutely astounded and very, very thankful. I love my car, which is a 2004 I bought brand new in Nevada and moved to MI 6 years ago and it only has 46,000 miles on it and I take very good care of it. I thank everyone again at Hyundai, it was one of the nicest experiences that has ever happened to me. Thank you agin....Caroline Michael

seriously? I am waiting basically 1week for my car to be finished , just for ONE part, which should take 10mins to insert. and because it's under warrenty still, i'm guessing they're not getting money from this, so they're delaying it. Pissing me off. Ironically enough they tell me that it'll be done by friday, yet it's been dragged out long enough.

We worked with Diondre for our lease which was our first Hyundai. He showed us a lot of newspaper and magazine articles which showcased the great aesthetic and safety features of our Sonata. We love our car and Diondre was wonderful! The night I took possession of the vehicle, we had been there for hours and once the car was ready, Diondre noticed a scratch on the hood. Within a week, he picked up the car from my workplace, had the scratch repaired, and had my vehicle back to my workplace before I had to leave for the day. The staff at Suburban Hyundai is super friendly and I would recommend Diondre to everyone!

I just finalized the lease on my second Hyundai from Diondre at Suburban Hyundai and I couldn't be more pleased with my sales experience. There was no haggling with the price - sign and drive was exactly as they advertised. I would recommend Suburban Hyundai and my salesperson to anyone. In fact, I am in insurance sales and I tell everyone how pleased I am with my Tuscon. It is the most comfortable vehicle I have ever had. I have a bad back and I can drive comfortably in my Tuscon. I drove to Chicago this past weekend and had no problems with my back and the gas mileage is great.

I lived in Troy, Michigan, and Suburban Hyundai is the closest dealership. So I went there for my Sonata service in the past 4 years. For twice, the service provided to my vehicle leads to potential safety concerns. Now I completely give up, and I have to choose another dealership.I hope Hyundai or Suburgan Hyundai can treat seriously the issues with their service department in terms of quality of work. Significant quality control is needed for this dealership. They should also learn how to pay attention to details. I hope I can come back to this dealership when things become better, but with the current service management team I do not see how this happens because he does not know how to listen to his customers.
