Suburban Volvo did an excellent job scouting available inventory for me and the process was great. Kelly Ashton did a wonderful job taking care of the car I wanted for the next 10 years. Nice experience all the way around. And we recently purchased another new Volvo from Jon Smith who was very helpful in getting us into the exact car we wanted!! Love Suburban Volvo!

My service rep , Jeff Martin , is ALWAYS the very kindest, understanding and above all the most efficient and honest rep I’ve had the pleasure to work with. The service to my vehicle was perfect and I really appreciate the detail cleaning of my cars’ exterior the service dept performs every time I have work done there. Thanks for continued excellence!!

They find root causes for your car issues quickly. My only issue is amount of unsolicited issues mechanics discover from my used car. My suggestion; they should prioritize them. For an example, if I bring the vehicle for electrical issue which cost me around $300, the mechanic should not spend time to find other problems . If they find them, they should say how long the owner can wait before agreeing repair on recently found issue. To be honest, all estimates are at least $1000- the owner will have to make tough decisions. My last visit, I was exhausted with estimates and decided to sell my vehicle to third party - ultimately leased non Volvo instead. I have one more Volvo, and it is not under a warranty; I am not motivated to go there fearing more costly surprises. Please don’t don’t get me wrong, they are very good and proficient; but for used car drivers this could be a financial drain.

Andrew is an Awesome and straight forward salesmen.! I had a great experience and it wasn’t pushy ... very informative and relaxing. Great feedback and customer service. It was so many options and plans, good grief! Good stuff! Well done!

First my service representative, Chris Adams is outstanding! He starts off the Service process very professionally as he is well prepared, courteous and knowledgeable. The service performed on my Volvo was once again outstanding. My car was serviced, cleaned and ready to go in as promised. One more item of note; the waiting area was set up so I could use my computer on a desk with a comfortable chair and hot coffee was always available. Thank you. Aram Najarian
