UPDATE:: They sent me a flyer in the mail they would pay off my current loan and get me into something new. I was sketchy because of the first time I went to them. I thought it over with my boyfriend and we decided to go and see what they said. The reason we did is because we believe in second chances. We got a man named Tyler this time And he helped us through everything it was all completely up to us he talked us through it all and walked us through it. He made sure we didn’t miss a step. He was amazing and the only reason they don’t get a 5 star is because of the first time. I would not recommend but I wouldn’t disagree with giving them a shot. Thank you so much Tyler for helping us and showing us that some of you do still care! BEFORE:: I can not believe I even went here. I got pushed into a car I can not afford and they couldn’t get me out of my other vehicle so now I am stuck with two payments on top of insurance!! I went in here over 3 or 4 times I hated that we got stuck with him anyways.!! Then he’s saying it’s $2,500 fee to return the overly priced vehicle!! Are you serious??? I would NEVER recommend anyone to go here!! Also over a week later and STILL NO paperwork. No registration no contract I’m not sure who I am supposed to pay I don’t know when or if I am getting a plate I have an actual dealer plate I assume they want that back though? Maybe not. I am completely unhappy with my experience here.

Bryan and Erik Carlton were excellent. I was getting beyond frustrated with the car buying process dealing with other places. I reached out to Summit Place Kia and within 2 minutes we were texting back and forth. No vague answers, no misinformation, just quick, upfront, honest responses. They checked the prices/payments on multiple vehicles without even going into the dealership. Once I made my choice and actually did go in, everything was ready and all I had to do was a test drive and sign my paper work. The car itself, a 2020 Kia Forte GT, is awesome. The price I received in relation to my credit, even better. The agent I worked with face to face, Erik Carlton, was down to earth and personable. Compared to the other places I went, Summit Place Kia in Auburn Hills is above all the rest.

Came into Summit Place Kia looking to buy a totally different SUV than what I came home with. Eric Carlton was my salesman and was very easy to work with. He assessed my needs, knew what I wanted/needed before I did. It was a very relaxed atmosphere and a very easy purchase. I have never had such a good experience at a dealership before. I definitely would recommend Eric and Summit Place Kia to anyone looking for a new vehicle. As for myself, I plan to make my next purchase at Summit Place Kia and I plan on servicing my vehicle there as well. 5 stars for Eric and 5 stars for Summit Place Kia!!!!!

It was a pleasure having salesman Michael listen to my ideas and then pursuing various options. He was very patient and friendly. He answered all my questions this helping me decide to lease a Kia Soul. A short test drive convinced me. The greatest thing was I was getting more options in a new vehicle but for a reduced lease pmt! Who could turn down more car for less money?! I am a very satisfied customer.

Michael Gurney at Summit Place Kia made my first buying experience so quick & easy, I can’t wait for my next purchase! As a single mother with not the best credit, I was really worried about what I was getting myself into. Mike was able to find me a 2020 Kia Forte for a really good price. It feels good to finally own a vehicle that I feel safe driving my son in. Everyone should go ask for Mike!
