I am writing to review my recent Jeep purchase at Suncoast. The fact that this is my third consecutive vehicle purchase at this dealership speaks volumes in itself. I have been a proud owner of a 2007 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and a 2013 Jeep Sahara, and now own a beautiful 2015 Sahara (Anvil color). For my last two Jeep purchases I had the pleasure of being helped by Caitlin Schmidt. I cannot say enough positive things about this young lady and her skills as a salesperson. She is highly organized, knowledgeable and efficient. Her personality is most enjoyable as she is energetic and friendly and has a quick wit. She was most accommodating with my busy work schedule, arranging her work time around mine. I was able to contact her without delays when needing information to complete financing at my Credit Union. I contacted Jeff Kasman back in May hoping to jump on a Hellcat that wS actually for sale. As it turns out, my phone call was 15 minutes too late. After getting off the phone with Jeff, I figured I had no chance left to try to purchase a 2015 Hellcat. Then, I got a phone back from Jeff 10 minutes later telling me that they have one additional Hellcat allocation. I told him I want it and the rest is history. I really like that it is a family place and that at least some of their salesmen are not paid on commission. The buying process is still not fun. The price changes often and there are many pitfalls in the process. I did not feel like anyone was dishonest but it was one sales pitch after another. The place is nice. The lot is big. The inventory is very good. The prices seem to be best ones out of the dealer in the area.

I live in New Orleans, but identified the exact model I was looking for at Suncoast and worked with Bryan Stambaugh to seal the deal. Both he and Suncoast Dodge are simply amazing--the entire experience was hassle-free and when I arrived to pick up the car, it was in perfect shape. All that was required was a few signatures, absolutely zero hassle or surprises. Go Bryan Stambaugh! Now the only problem is that they aren't located in New Orleans. I had just visited another Chrysler dealership shopping for the right vehicle for our family. My husband is working out of state and I am doing the preliminary leg work. I was not asked to drive a vehicle nor did they pay much attention to a woman with two little children. I recently purchased a 2015 Dodge Challenger Hellcat. The Hellcat is a highly sought after first year introduction and the buying landscape for these vehicles is very fluid. It is not uncommon to find dealer markups ranging from $5k-$30k over the MSRP. With this as a backdrop, I found out that Suncoast had a couple Challenger Hellcats available and contacted Jeff Kasman. Jeff was very direct, responsive, and the vehicle was offered at MSRP. I accepted the terms and submitted a deposit. At that point the vehicle was not yet scheduled for production with just a production window available. Jeff kept me informed of the status of the vehicle, through production and delivery. I flew into Tampa and Jeff met me at the airport, transported me back to the dealership and handled the delivery of the vehicle. Very pleased with Jeff's performance and the Suncoast Experience. When he returned, he explained that we had not had our vehicle long enough to make the situation equitable to us. He went over all of the figures, allowing us to make our decision. Unfortunately, it was not equitable to us and I will not forget his closing remarks as I said that we would wait a year and then try again and at that point, Gary told me to call him when we decided to make the transition and he would counsel us through the process.

I was all too excited that I had finally found I car that I was ready to buy after so many years driving the same old car. I pulled into SunCoast and was greeted with the most respectful and kind words that I have ever heard when going to spend money. His name is Adreon Grant! Adreon did not past judgment on the car I was driving and didn't make me feel like I could not afford the car I was interested in (a 2015 200C). I had not done any research on the car, but by the time I left I knew everything about that car from how to make the Bluetooth work to how to take advantage of the remote start on hot and cold days! Thanks to Adreon, the past few weeks of Florida cold weren't too bad, walking out to a warm car! I would like to take the time to say what a great buying experience it was when purchasing my certified 2010 Dodge Ram 2500 4 x 2 Cummins Diesel. I dealt with Steve Kilpatrick from start to finish. Once there my expectations were surpassed upon inspecting the truck. It was everything Steve said it was and more! Steve spent a LOT of time familiarizing me with all the controls & features of the truck of which there were many, not leaving anything out. I felt as if I was buying a NEW vehicle instead of an almost 5 year old one! It was truly a GREAT buying experience that I will not forget!
