I recently purchased a pre-owned Jeep Wrangler from Suncoast Motorsports. Granted, they sell Porsche & VW, but I searched the entire Southeast US for this car and was lucky to find this pre-owned vehicle at Suncoast. My salesman, Chuck Kennedy was personable, honest, professional and courteous. He quickly responded to my initial email and sent me additional photographs upon my request. He even sent me a video walk-around. The vehicle was accurately listed on the internet and the pictures were detailed and honest. My experience with Chuck was awesome. Chuck Kennedy and the folks at Suncoast Motorsports, Sarasota, FL has rejuvenated the "dealership" experience for me...... or they have set the bar so high that all other dealerships will fail miserably! I purchased a used vehicle from Chuck Kennedy. I live in Michigan and found this vehicle on-line. Chuck was very helpful . Sent pictures of the car. Found a slight imperfection in the roof and had it repaired. Arranged to have it shipped to Michigan. Handled all the details handled. I would recommend dealing with Chuck if you come to this dealership.

Purchasing my Audi from Suncoast was a pleasure. Chuck Kennedy facilitated the process in a non-pushy, informative, and thoughtful way. Both him and the sales manager were transparent in their pricing for the new vehicle, and after some negotiation we arrived at a trade-in value that I could be happy with for my old Mazda. Chuck followed up after the purchase in a timely manner to check how everything was going, and even remembered to send a missing driver manual. Will definitely be back in the future!

CHUCK KENNEDY was so personable and fun to talk to,,,,,,,,,very informative on the Audis I was asking about,,and what he was not sure of,,,he found out and got right back to me,,,I looked forward to meeting him in person, he was bringing the car to me,, what service!!!,,,,,,,,but I found the Audi 8L that I was looking for at another dealer and did not have the pleasure of meeting Chuck in person,,,,,,,,I let him know I found my car and he could not have been more polite and happy for me in his reply to me,,,,,a true gentleman,,,,,I highly recommend working with Chuck Kennedy if you get a chance at his dealership....SUNCOAST PORSCHE AUDI...VW in Sarasota,,,,,...c ciccarello

I bought an Audi S6 from their internet manager Chuck K. I live in Houston. Chuck made the experience better than being there in person. He sent me tons of photos, facilitated paperwork and oversaw the pickup by my transport service. He even called me once it was picked up to tell me the driver did a great job loading the car. Very professional service. I would highly recommend this dealership for internet car buying.

Bought a 2014 Passat and had a great experience. Unlike many (most?) dealers Suncoast was very upfront and fair. They actually did exactly what they promised! I would highly recommend Suncoast VW and will definitely buy from them again.

I appreciate when someone does what they say they're going to do...and that has been my experience with Chuck Kennedy at Suncoast. He worked with us on price, made a small wheel repair for us, followed up with us in a timely manner & ultimately made the process as seamless as possible. We purchased the car from out of state & he was diligent in getting us the correct paperwork & getting the car ready for transport. All & all this was one of my best car buying experiences. It didn't seem like it was all about them which was the complete opposite experience from my previous purchase.

This is my first time dealing with Suncoast VW. I purchased my 2013 Jetta used from another dealership but it was still under factory warranty. After 1 month the driver window stopped working. I called VW and spoke with Ken. It took me a couple weeks to finally get up to them but they treated me with the BEST customer service I've ever had! Ken was wonderful! They looked over everything, did my full service and tire rotation. I was given a loner car until mine was ready but got a call from Ken that it would take a day to get the part do I could keep the loaner until it was done. Next day I got my car back and everything was checked and even gave it a bath. A few hours later I got a call from Ken just checking on us and to see if everything was ok with my car. They have been amazingly nice and caring. I will now and always do my dealings with Ken. Best employee I've ever met from a car dealership

Took Porsche in for a repair quote. Obtained a second opinion from a another auto repair shop. Suncoast quote was for the wrong problem. Car repaired elsewhere for the correct problem at approximately 50% of the original quote. I will not return for any service or new car purchase.

I've dealt with Suncoast twice now; once with my son when he bought his vehicle and once when my wife and I bought ours. On both occasions we couldn't have been treated any better. Everything from our first steps in the building to leaving with our new vehicles has been absolutely first class! The facility is top notch as was our sales person, John Rosafort. I recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle. You couldn't do any better than Suncoast!
