Calvin O’Dell is by far the easiest sales person my husband & I have ever worked with! We live out of state so all of our interaction was done by phone which can complicate things sometimes but Calvin listened to every want I had & made it happen. Not only did I get everything I wanted, I got it in a timely manor & in today’s market that says a lot! His wife is just as sweet. She actually helped us with an “operator error” when we got home tonight. The finance manager had us in and out of the dealership within an hour. She was quick & efficient. She didn’t haggle us with the extra warranties. They were offered to us, as they should be, but when declined she didn’t push them. I have the tendency to change vehicles very frequently. I’ve dealt with tons of different types of sales people & finance departments. I can, without hesitation, say that I will use Calvin & the Sunny King team again! We absolutely love our new Venture!

It is sad a local customer that has purchased twice and already approved for what would have been a 3rd purchase has to drive to another dealership to get Good customer service! It is disappointing that someone gets treated the way he did. From day one up until now that he actually decided to go ahead and buy. As he said he does not need that vehicle bad enough to take that type of attitude from anyone!

My family and I were on a cross country road trip when our pathfinder finally had too much. After googling the closest dealer, we found this gem! I wss greeted asst the door by Cory Harris Friday night (5p) of the holiday weekend. He spent three next almost 4 hours helping my family find the perfect fit of budget and ride. After closing down the shop that night, he was back by 7am to get the car road ready by getting a much needed hitch installed for the trailer I wss currently towing. After a few hours we were back on the road to San Diego. I wish I lived closer to use this dealership always. Until then I recommend them to anyone in the area looking for great service! My experience at sunny king was awesome. I did not feel like a customer. Cory Harris explained everything and he made sure I was happy there and when I left. He even called me days and weeks later just to check on me not just my car. He answered any questions I had. The whole team was helpful. My husband and I drive from Gadsden to SunnyKing in Oxford to have our Camry serviced because we bought it here and had great experience during purchase. We make plans to run errands while our car is being serviced. We found out when we got here they no longer have shuttle service on Saturdays. Would have been nice to know about shuttle before driving 35 miles. May get serviced closer to home in future if there is no shuttle service or loaner car available.

For us, the deciding factor was price. Rick went above and beyond (as usual) to make sure we got the car we wanted at the price we needed. Had our tires rotated and 50,000 mile service done on our Toyota Sienna. Always friendly and helpful staff, nice places to sit with TV and Wi-fi, and popcorn,coffee and water are provided. We call and make an appointment and have never had to wait more than an hour to hour and a half.

The process of purchasing my new Highlander was very good experience . The salesperson was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and the sales process. She demonstrated the different operation and function. I was provided personal phone numbers to call for any additional help that I may need. I had a follow-up call the next day and a follow-up letter a couple of days later to see if I was enjoying my new purchase and if I had any questions. The whole experience was great.

I brought my car in for my 40K check up and a wash and wax. I left it there for about 2 hours then you called and it was ready and waiting. My car looked just like a new car when I picked it up. Best wash and wax ever. I only take my car to Sunny King Toyota for a wash and wax. Great job.

I helped my Granddaughter lease a corolla. The salesman Calvin Odell was very helpful and went beyond my expectations with making sure my granddaughter got to see the cars to pick the color she wanted. in view of my driving from our 10hr trip ,we pulled in to the mega sale that sonny king was having. we already knew that we intended on purchasing a camry. mgr.vernon put us together with Michael battle our sales rep to assist our selection and work out terms. my wife and I were plesently surprised when we learned that Michael was a Christian and studing for a pastorate. our fatigue from our trip was revived when he began by pulling out a large black book that looked like a bible. it was only a sales manual with papers between the pages. it did start a very unique and refreshing conversation. with all diligence and speed Michael and Sabrina,finance mgr.,sold us our camry. we believe that Michael will be a long time friend.....vertis

This was just a routine oil change. However, it was super easy and quick to have done. I called Sunny King Toyota of Anniston. They told me I had to have my vehicle their by 4:15 in order to have it done that afternoon. I did. They were true to their word. This is the second vehicle I have bought here. I LOVE these people and I honestly mean that! In buying both vehicles, I've had a GREAT experience. I went in told them what I could do as far as payments per month and a down payment. I was able to get exactly what I wanted with not only the payments I wanted but did not have to give more of a down payment. The second vehicle, I didn't even have to have a down payment!! I WILL buy another vehicle from these people!!

I have never been happier over my recent car purchase. All of the people that I dealt with at Sunny King Toyota treated me with the most respect than I have ever been treated with in all of my past car trading. I was in complete astonishment that they waited on me to come from Birmingham to get this trade done and get me out of a car that I thought I was going to be stuck with for 5 years! I have NEVER had a dealership wait until after 9PM to complete a trade. No one in Birmingham, and believe me, I went to several larger dealerships, work as hard as the people at Sunny King to get me the car I wanted. Even though they aren't the closest car dealership to me, I will probably Never go to another dealership to purchase a car, They ALL went WAY above the call of duty to get this sale done and I thank each and everyone of them envolved.

I would recommend their service department to ANYONE!!! They are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. Even in their busiest moments and they, are usually very busy, they have the most wonderful attitudes. I know customers can be difficult but you would never know it because they offer what I would call that "Disney" kind of customer service. I had a fantastic experience buying my new 4runner from Sunny King. I was met on the lot by Keith Angel. He was very knowledgeable, listened to my needs and made suggestions based on my input. I was very impressed. Decided to bypass a closer Toyota dealer to do business with him. Keith was on vacation when I decided to pick up my car a week later. He handed me off to Rick Branch to check me out. Really a cool dude, it's not every day you get waited on by a retired professional wrestler. He waited on me quickly and gave me all the information that I needed. The finance lady was really nice too, sorry can't remember her name. Sold me an extended warranty and we talked a bit while I was signing my life away. The lobby was super nice compared to other dealerships that I went to while car shopping. Really clean, really well set up. My purchase experience overall was fantastic. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone to go check them out.
