What can I say, I go to no other dealer but Sunnyside and I seek out no other sales person but Rick. I have been buying cars from Rick for years, he is a straight shooter and when I think I got one up on him, he surprises me and deflates my ability to trump him on anything... which by the way is a good thing, keeps me sharp to my game and lets Rick provide to me a great customer experience. We purchased a truck from Rick a couple weeks ago, but I first dealt with Jerry and forgot to mention him in my original review. Jerry was extremely helpful in getting me started looking for the right truck. He is professional and courteous. He eventually turned me over to Rick because he was already committed at that time, which was great from a customer service perspective as I didn't have to sit and wait for anyone. While I did work with him he told me about the various options and availability of the trucks. This was helpful for me in determining what I really wanted. Jerry also told me not to hesitate to call him if I ever have any questions or issues.

I purchased the front wheel hubs for my 4x4 truck from Sunntside Chevy 4 years ago with a Lifetime Warranty. Not Cheap! Now the time comes to take advantage of the Warranty they promised! And now they decided to change the terms? Now the Warranty is only good for a year??? Also, Now they say the lifetime is only good if it's installed on site??? Which was NEVER implied as I purchased them and walked out the door.I would NOT recommend buying anything from this place!!!

My subject says it all about Jerry Roberts! My husband was talking to Jerry about getting a new car for himself and brought it home. The way he spoke about Jerry, I knew he was a good guy. I test drove the car my husband was getting and fell in love with it. So we went back to the dealership the next day to talk to Jerry about getting me a new car. Within an hour, we found a car that I fell in love wife and Jerry got an awesome deal for me. Jerry Roberts went above and beyond, what I ever expected of a salesman. We did our communications over the phone, where Jerry gave me a quote, send videos of the car, and different options avaliable. When into the dealership, it was pretty much to just sign the papers, no stress involved, everything was upfront. Jerry Roberts in my experience is best described as someone who will go over and above in the process of searching for the right vehicle. In a sea of responses to an online inquiry that I made in the process of looking for a vehicle for my yes, 91 year old mom, Jerry clearly stood out from the rest. He initially helped to explore the pros and cons between leasing and buying. Also, because my mom is a whiz behind the wheel (but not so much so on her feet), Jerry offered to bring a vehicle from the Elyria Dealership to her Seven Hills home for her comfort and convenience. Jerry definitely thinks outside the box and really wants what is best for his customer. Sometimes that could take some time....but he has remained patient and supportive. He didn't just write us off when an immediate sale didn't take place.

Really good dealership. The most relaxed car buying experience I've ever had. I browsed online first, and then was contacted by Jerry Roberts afterward. I told him what I was looking for, and after a short bit, he got back to me with a couple options that matched what I was looking for. He included details and pics, We discussed pricing and negotiated a bit. I did this all while at work. Jerry never pushed any one of them, and each time waited for my feedback to proceed. After work that day, I went out to see the car I had decided on. Jerry met me and just took me to the car. He stood by while I looked it over, and didn't say much unless I asked. I took it for a ride and decided I wanted to purchase this 2013 Chevy Malibu LT. Found a slight issue with the hood latch and brought it to Jerry's attention. He immediately assured me they would look into it and take care of it and they did. I highly recommend going to Sunnyside Chevy, and if you do, ask for Jerry Roberts!

I was browsing the web after 11pm one evening and came across a Camaro that I had been seeking for a while now. This is a limited production car and color, so it grabbed my attention. There was a text box that popped up asking if I needed assistance and I clicked off of it twice - then the more I looked at the car - I had questions so I inquired, never expecting to get a response that late. Within 3 minutes - Jason responded - was knowledgeable about the car and was able and willing to help after hours. We texted for 30 min. and he followed up with an email the next day as promised. Long story Short, Jason was very easy to work with, approachable, responsive and made the 1 hour plus drive worth while for a test drive. Even offered to bring the car to me. The whole team from Sales, to Finance to the Operations Manager was a pleasure to work with. It was a seamless experience and I would not hesitate to recommend a friend or relative to make their next purchase from Sunnyside!

I walked into the used car showroom and met Adam. He was friendly, knowledgeable, honest and professional. If there was a question he couldn't readily answer, he got me the answer. Later in the day when I went back in to test drive the car again, Adam was unavailable and Charlie stepped in to assist. When it came to negotiating, which included a trade, Adam and I quickly met in the middle so we both walked out satisfied. Our experience with Adam was, I guess you could say, atypical. Not many buyers come to a dealership trying to accommodate a wheelchair inside the vehicle, much less, find a vehicle that is easy for the disabled passenger to transfer into. Adam spent a great deal of time with us making sure that our purchase would work for us and our family! The finance personnel came to us, so that my husband would not have to wheel to another building-so considerate!

I was referred to this dealership, salesman Kevin Chojnacki specifically. He was great. He made me feel right at home my whole time there, answered any questions I had, treated me like I was family. The whole day was the best car shopping experience I've had. This is my second vehicle I've bought. I went from a 2007 Dodge Caliber that was falling apart to a Certified Preowned 2014 Chevy Cruze LT and I just couldn't be happier. This car is well built and will last me. My experience of buying a car went much smoother with Sunnyside Chevrolet and Rick Belsito, Sales and Leasing Consultant, than with other dealerships I've dealt with. I was contacted by Rick on his day off as he responded to an internet inquiry I sent, plus he even offered to come in on a different day off, if needed to arrange for me to pick up my new Chevy Malibu. I was informed by Rick of a flaw with the paint coming off a couple letters of the Turbo emblem on me Malibu, something I didn't notice and probably would not have caught myself if not for the honesty shown by Rick. He noticed the flaw and ordered a new emblem to replace the flawed one. I was impressed with his knowledge of the car I purchased and the no pressure attitude he showed. I would like to personally thank Jason Eyman, product specialist at Sunnyside Chevrolet, for his professional handling in the purchase of my Corvette. Halfway through our negotiations I was hospitalized. Jason handled the trade appraisal and arranged financing. He also visited me at the hospital so that we could complete the transaction. While I was still in the hospital he personally picked up my trade in and delivered the Corvette to my wife at our home. I have purchased many vehicles over the years and have never met anyone who provided the level of honesty and integrity that Jason demonstrated before and after the sale!

I live in Florida and found my 64 Corvette on the Sunnyside website. I contacted Jason and he was incredible. Jason gave me his cell phone number and said to call or text 24/7.....he always responded and or answered the phone. Jason went over and above normal service knowing that I was making a purchase site unseen. I hope that he has another car that I need in the future because I am so comfortable knowing he is on the other end.

I told them that I wanted low payments since I'm young and they went above and beyond and got my the best payment. The car deal tailing did an excellent job as well. I could not be more please with our sales person, Colleen OBrien at Sunnyside Chevrolet in Elyria. We arrived before the dealership opened because my daughter had to work. Colleen came out and greeted us promptly and was so incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond our expectations! She made us so comfortable during the entire process. Searched for a used suburban for many months, prior to my purchase at Sunnyside Chevrolet. I sent out an information request to the Sunnyside Dealership and Jason Eyman quickly responded. I had many questions, Jason sent all the supporting documents that I requested and followed up by phone. Jason was professional in every aspect of the used car buying process. The day we purchased the vehicle there were no surprises and we were in and out of the dealership in no time flat. Purchased my car in late October. Jason was very nice and helpful. I was pleased and surprised that he allowed me to take the car I was considering out for the afternoon before making my decision. The purchase price was fair, not great. The interior of the car had old coffee spills on the roof of the interior that needed to be cleaned - which was supposed to have been done prior to putting the car on the lot. Jason made sure it was cleaned before I took the car home. Once home, the oil light came on within the first week. Took the car back to Sunnyside, where a mechanic was assigned to reset the mileage indicator for oil change. The mechanic (Joe) got in the driver's seat (driver window was down) and began hitting buttons and was unsure how to start the car (automatic start button). As I attempted to tell him how to turn the car on, he proceeded to wind up my power window as I was speaking. He then continued to push buttons and could not start the car. I opened the driver door and asked him to get out. I complained about his rudeness to the manager in the service dept. He stated he would follow up with "Joe". I ended up taking the car to a Nissan dealership, where I received quick and courteous service. The car I purchased ended up needing a new battery, new belt (old belt was cracked), and rear brakes. This car was supposed to have been checked and serviced prior to being sold - which it was not. For the price I paid, this should have all been taken care of by Sunnyside. However, they did not offer to take care of the listed repairs after they were notified. As stated, the sales staff is great - but I would be wary of the service dept.

I had a great experience with Jerry and Sunnyside. He found me the perfect car and made sure I was comfortable with both driving it and the dealership. The whole transaction was seamless, and he stayed after hours to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. He was very patient; it felt like I was buying from a friend rather than a salesman. I bought a car from Sunnyside back in December. Rick was great. Very patient (I'm very indecisive!) and answered all of my questions honestly. He actually had a family event to get to but wouldn't leave until I was happy with my purchase! Colleen helped me finish things up after Rick had to leave. She was also incredibly nice to work with. I'm only giving 3 stars though because I feel like the dealership itself could have done more. I like to take my time to make decisions, and a vehicle purchase is a big investment. With the last car I bought, from a different dealership, they let me take it out on a test drive for a few hours before making a decision. At Sunnyside, I was only able to drive it around the block a couple of times. That is not enough time to get a good feel for a vehicle. There were two other problems that were very inconvenient for me that would have been easy for the dealership to fix: I was only given one key for the vehicle and had to pay to get another one cut. Sunnyside could have cut another one while the car was on the lot, saving me, their customer, the time and money it took to get another one. The last criticism I have is that, although I bought the vehicle in December, the windshield wiper fluid was NOT freeze resistant. I found this out when the lines froze up and I had no wiper fluid on a very bad weather night driving back from Cleveland. I think if not for this last problem, I would have given Sunnyside 4 stars, but instead I was put into a dangerous situation because they hadn't changed the wiper fluid to something that would not freeze up, or at least warned me about it.So overall, working with Rick and Colleen was great. I would definitely recommend either. I would still recommend Sunnyside, because the people were nice and the price was reasonable, but if the dealership had just done a few simple things that would not have taken a lot of effort on their part, I could have left a much better review.

I was home from college for the weekend and decided to go car shopping. I wasn't sure what I wanted, but Rick took the time to help me choose the best options for my life as a college student. I didn't leave with anything that day (since I walked in an hour before close on a Saturday and the banks weren't open and, of course, I'm very indecisive). But once I was back at college, Rick called everyday to keep me updated on different cars and payment options he was finding. By Wednesday he found a perfect fit for me, and on Friday he managed to have the car delivered to me (3 hours away from the dealership) so I didn't have to come back home again. He even managed to schedule the delivery between my classes so I didn't miss anything. He really went above and beyond and I could not be more grateful. I would defintiely reccommend Rick to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I recently purchased a used jeep from Sunnyside. Being a seven year old vehicle I wanted to insure there were no mechanical issued. The service department had already completely gone through the vehicle and made repairs when they received the vehicle. I was able to meet the service technician who performed the maintenance and to review the mechanical condition of the vehicle. I am very satisfied with the service.

I am extremely pleased with my new truck buying experience with Sunnyside Chevrolet. Everyone was great there, and I got the exact truck I wanted (white 1500 crew with Z71 package and Rick B. located and got it for me). They actually had a nice performance/classic/muscle mini-collection in a side building, and the section up front with corvettes, camaros, etc.. I would like to say that Jason Eyman was very professional and helpful through the whole transaction process of purchasing a 2010 Chevy Silverado. Jason took care of me and my Aunt Delores and had a real good and positive attitude. I had a Engine Hot message on my dashboard called Jason and he told me to bring the vehicle back to the Service Dept. The service technician stated i needed a thermostat the work was done and did not have to wait long. I have a good solid work truck and i am very pleased with their prompt and professional service. My wife is the one who actually picked Sunnyside Chevrolet. She called me at work and told me to go there, that there were 2 cars she wanted me to look at. I was thinking that she wanted me to get a Sonic or a Spark (she refused to tell me what I was going to look at). When I got there, I was supposed to ask for Jake Baxter. Turns out he has the same sense of humor as my wife and wouldn't tell me what cars I was there to see, he just says "wait here, I'll bring them around."After what seemed like an almost intolerable amount of time, Jake pulls around the corner with not one, but TWO black Camaros. A '13 and a '14. Turns out I liked the '13 better and Jake was able to hold off another buyer until I could get back there Monday (this was on the Wednesday before Christmas) even though I wasn't able to put a down payment on the car. Jake worked really hard and even put the car in the "sold" area of the lot even though he had no reason (other than my word) to believe that I would be back to buy the car ... definitely a nicer way of doing business-taking a man at his word.Long story short, 2 days after Christmas 2015, I drove home in my "new" Camaro, a nice surprise present from my wife with a surprisingly friendly-low stress transaction with a car dealership.I've also dealt with their service department for a few minor adjustments that needed taken care of. They too were fast and friendly and were happy to deal with my issues.

The car fax said my 1985 Ferrari was serviced just before I punched it. So I perchised the car as is. It had a few issues which I was able to fix. The car had 30,125 miles on it. At 30,000 miles when the car is serviced it is to have the timing belts changed,a VERY IMPORTANT service. This was not done and now I have to pay 4,000 to have it done.The salesmen was great and I'm sure he would have told me. I met Kyle when my nephew was looking to buy a Tahoe. He came to my house with my nephew and I grilled him. He answered all my questions and seemed very earnest in his responses. I gave my nephew the green light and he purchased a CLEAN loaded Tahoe. I told Kyle that I would be in the market soon for a minivan. A couple months later I went to the dealership and met with Kyle. Although they did not have what I was looking for in their inventory, he promised to keep a "look-out" for me. A month later, I got a call from Kyle stating my gem had literally just came in and hadn't even been put in the system yet. I went, saw and bought! Determined the source of a rattle while moving vehicle to inside service bay. Instructed a tech where to look, tightened a loose part under dash while I waited a very short period. Explained the problem corrected and drove vehicle away. Excellent Service!

I purchased a 2015 2SS Camaro the day after Christmas. I took my family to test drive and view several used cars. The salesman that I had been working with on the Internet Jerry Roberts was very helpful and went out of his way to line up everything with each car that I was interested in. He discussed the differences between each on and worked with back and forth price negotiations. Jerry is new to the dealership and still has a little to learn about the differences between new and used cars. A few things did not turn out as explained during the deal including the car we purchased did not have WiFi. It turns out that only 2015 Camaro built after a certain date came with WiFi and my used car was not one of them. Although it was a huge disappointment to the kids, I can use my Hotspot on my phone during trips to keep them occupied. Jerry realized an issue with the taxes that he had misunderstood during the negotiations. He offered to and has purchased weather tech floor mats and apologized for the honest mistake. Note that there are differences between new car and used car taxes.Jerry was very nice and goes out of his way to help in anyway that he can. He will be a very good salesman in time.

It took 4 different adjustments to align 2 fenders and a hood. The final adjustments had to be made at an entirely different Autobody shop. I was in a front end collision and had to ask for an alignment. The manager is very rude and disrespectful. I would rather drive a car missing a rear end than to go back here. It took over 6 months to straighten everything out. I would never go back here.

I recently went to sunny side Chevrolet in Elyria in hopes to buy a used reliable car. Money is tight being a single father, who works, and goes to school. I also heard that dealers in the automotive industry can be quite the CON artist. However, Rick Belsito was a different story. Rick helped me understand the financial side of leasing a brand new 2015 Chevy cruise. He never once rushed me into buying that day! Furthermore, after test driving it, I was more than satisfied in it. I can now drive the speed limit in the rain without slipping or skidding around which put me at ease knowing my son is safe in my own vehicle. I cannot begin to adequately describe my satisfaction with my recent purchase of our 2016 Colorado. From the moment that I drove onto the lot and didn't get pressured until I sat down with Dave Samples to sign the paperwork, without question the best vehicle buying experience ever. The moment I stepped in the door I received a warm hand shake from the General Manager and a personal introduction to Kyle Kocak, my salesman. Ample time was spent discussing my wants, needs, and personal preferences. As I looked around, every employee was smiling and genuinely looked happy to be there. Due to my financial situation and medical expenses, I have less than perfect credit. Over the years, I have been humiliated, lied to, ignored, led on, highly pressured - even laughed at until Jason Eyman and Sunnyside Chevrolet in Elyria! A friend recommended Jason and from the second we met him, we were treated with utmost respect and understanding. He and Paul worked very hard to find me a great used car at a payment I could afford. I heard about Sunnyside Chevy from my daughter. Her and my son in law had bought an Equinox a few weeks earlier. She told me what a great experience, that everything she was told on the phone was true. That says a lot about Sunnyside and Joelle Kocak the sales lady who took care of them. I decided to check Sunnyside out myself. I contacted Joelle Kocak two days prior since my credit was not the best. I made an appointment and everything she told me happened. Bob Capri in finance explained to me why I should lease instead of purchase. It was a win, win situation. They took their time and did not jerk me around at all. Not ever my previous experience with auto dealerships. They really do deserve a Thank you! I have told everyone at work what a great place and how helpful Joelle was with me.

My husband and I originally went to purchase a new "used" car and use my car as a trade in. We had heard about the Volts and were curious about them. We test drove some used Volts and asked our sales girl to show us the numbers on a used versus a new car lease. We were pleasantly surprised that there was not much of a difference between the used and lease monthly payments. I am now the proud lease/owner of a 2015 Volt. I absolutely LOVE IT!!!!! I purchased a 2015 Silverado 2500HD it was not in stock at the dealer. Rick spent a few days looking for it with my stricket requirements and low and behold found one. Within a week of talking to him I was driving away a very happy customer. Unfortunately about 3 weeks later I was in a bad accident out of state and the truck was totalled. Luckily insurance worked fast and I was ready to buy again so I called Rick and he took time on a busy Thursday night to go over my wants again for a new truck and low and behold he out did himself. He hade the extra options the truck did have put on as well as it detailed and ready for delivery all in a week. The sales team there is truly great and makes everything painless.

Everything was great. Everyone was nice, extremely helpful, and didn't try to convince me that I wanted anything other than what I came in for. Jerry Roberts in sales was great to deal with. Patient, went over things completely and thoroughly with me without being condescending. The finance manager did everything he could to make it work for me, and was able to get things accomplished quickly, despite being shorthanded. Bob Capri, the gentleman that I did my paperwork with, was also great to deal with, and helped guide me through additional options without making me feel like an idiot if I didn't choose any. Overall, a tremendous experience. Quick, painless, easy, and everyone was super friendly.

Bought a much sought after 2015 Chevrolet Colorado 4x4. I was treated very well by the staff Kyle, David, and Wendy. I thought they were friendly and respectful towards me before, during, and after I special ordered my truck through Kyle. I left with a smile of my face. The new Colorado is everything you want in a medium size pickup. Rides like a car with abundant luxury features. I normally keep my cars 2-3 years, but this one is a longer keeper. We were greeted enthusiastically by Rick after having just left the dealership across the street where were the salesman did not introduce himself or reach out to shake hands. After telling him what we were interested in he was full of negative attitude towards us at which time We told him we did not like his,attitude and told him we will go across the street.Rick listened,to what we wanted, offered 3 vehicles for us,to choose based our request. I brought my 2014 Volt in for a list of 4 items. A warranty recall (emission), 2 year maint oil change, customer satisfaction mirror change and a seatbelt/airbag light that went off even when no one was in the passenger seat. This list was emailed and the service department was able to schedule my car for the Saturday appointment I requested. I appreciated the courtesy car they gave me...it was a brand new Chevy Cruze. So far GREAT! Monday the service rep called me and asked whether the mirrors had been ordered because they could not locate them. I explained how my list was sent and they looked into it. Turns out the mirrors were in the body shop and needed one more clear coat applied so I had to wait until Thursday. So far okay, I still had the courtesy car. Then the sales rep called to say there was a bulletin on the seat issue due to an aftermarket heated seat addition. I explained the dealership added that for me before I took delivery and they had the installer info. This was confirmed by my sales rep Rick Belsito (great guy, by the way!).So they had the installer take the car and fix the issue. I called to check up on the status Friday and was told the car was still at the installers and would be returned to the dealership Friday evening (after the service dept was closed). Okay. Now I get the call that my car is all done so I drive out to Sunnyside in Elyria (from Brecksville) and gladly turn in the nice courtesy car (which I filled up with gas). I go out to my car which is parked outside (and not washed). This is an electric hybrid. I start the car....no charge. The dash reads "service airbag". Back inside I go and they nicely turned the courtesy car back over to me because a certified Volt tech was not on site on Saturday. Monday at 10:00am I call the service adviser to be told they were waiting for a call back form the heated seat installer. Turns out the other company came out Tuesday and checked it out at the dealership and the dash was cleared. The heating element is now removed form the seat and I am driving it to see if the lights come back. Then the element will be reinstalled. I finally drove back out to pick the car up Tuesday and it seems fine, however, still not washed as it was being charged.I have to say that this was a journey but the staff handled it well and went out of their way to get the problems fixed for me. I will get a new car there and I am sure this is not the usual experience. I really am chalking this up as a one time snafu. Sunnyside is still my dealership of choice!

I took my Cruze on July 20th to Sunnyside in Elyria to get an oil change, tire rotation, and multipoint inspection on it.they did that and while I was paying for that I mentioned that I had two warranty issues that I thought needed to be done and also a recall issuethey were able to do all three while I was still there. The service department is truly awful. They do not know how to diagnose issues. I took my vehicle in for a charging issue, they said it was the alternator and battery that had just been replaced. They replaced it all again and no change in the problem. Then refused to refund me for their error. This was not the first time they did this to me and other customers. I would not even go back for warranty work. I have never had a problem at Pat O;Brien's.

Our cars drive belt broke on Thursday and we had the car towed in. On Friday they said the repair bill for the drive belt, bar, and seal was $788. Then on Monday they call me and say "After the vehicle sat for the weekend, the battery was dead and had to be jump started." Now since they killed my battery they want to charge me and additional $200.00. We canceled the repairs and I had the car towed to Xtreme Performance in North Ridgeville. The same repairs are $300.00 cheaper even with the added tow. This used to be a good place, now they practicing deceptive and fraudulent practices. The demise and closing of poor dealerships starts somewhere, they used to be good, but now they are on the slope to cheat people and should soon be going the way of the dodo bird. One of the salespeople heard me complain and said he would get the manager. I waited 20 minutes he did not have the integrity to come out and see me.

My car actually was brought in for service. I had a 2006 Cobalt which had a part that was recalled on it. This dealership actually sent me mail and gave me a call letting me know that this part was recalled and I could bring it by anytime to be replaced. They set up an appointment for me and had it done within a few hours! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the service and when I purchase a new car at the end of the year I will be back for sure!

Upon purchasing my vehicle, I was given two years' free maintenance, and took it in for the annual maintenance. I had scheduled a service time in advance. The waiting area is comfortable, and stocked with free coffee and cookies. The service attendant who checked me in, also personally came and got me when the car was finished. The staff was friendly and treated me professionally and with respect. I had questions about my extended warranty, which were also answered while there on my service visit. My only issue is that there should be instructions on how to use the state-of-the-art coffee maker.

The best customer service I have received in a long time. Phil the sales associate I had was amazing. Phil knew that I was working with another dealership at the same time and understood. Never became "pushy" and knows that car shopping can be very stressful. The communication I got from Phil and Dave was a 10. We recently purchased a pre-owned Nissan Pathfinder after an extensive search and negotiations with over a dozen dealers all initiated through the internet. Kyle's pleasantly persistent follow up and responsiveness, combined with Sunnyside's fair pricing and trade valuation made our experience with them very pleasant. On a side note, it became apparent that many dealers are spending a lot of money on their web presence and internet marketing, but very few of them have any idea how to treat internet leads, let alone convert them into customers. We purchased a 2010 equinox here last year. Needless to say it's the worst car we've bought! First get it home and the manual shift button doesn't work. Took it in to have it fixed and after they fixed it we noticed that the interior was all gouged and scratched from them removing the center console to replace the switch. I understand things happen but there was no way they can say they didn't see it. So they attempted to fix them. They look okay not great. The next issue we had is excessive oil consumption. We've started a consumption test and in between two checks of the oil the first one was 1800 miles and the next was 1600 miles it was a quart low each time! They told me well gm says it's okay for it to use a quart per 2000 miles. OK but it's been 3400 miles and it's used 2 quarts something is wrong and needs fixed. They say they can't do anything because it's not showing excessive oil use. We take the paperwork from them to another chevy dealer and they said bring it back in a month and if it's low we will pull the engine and replace the pistons and rings. It only took us going to the other dealer and they are willing to help us out and fix the problem. Never again will i go to sunnyside and let them screw me over again! I will also be sure to never recommend them to any of my friends or family!

You guys did everything to make sure the replacement of our second bad Onstar module went as smoothly as possible. We appreciated the loaner and Tammy was great. She truly cares about customers. Having two modules go bad on a brand new truck was not pleasant, but the excellent service we received made us feel GM sevice at Sunnyside was capable of making things right. The techs replaced the modules with no damage to the interior (we were worried about having the truck torn apart three times to get to the module). We will continue to use Sunnyside Chevrolet to service our vehicle because they are professional, careful, and always kept us updated on the status of the problem and the fix.

I purchased my Equinox in 2014 with Kevin, and I was so satisfied with my experience last year, I came back when I was looking for a second car. I called on Monday asking him to see if he could find what I needed and work numbers. He had the information and car for me the following day. He completely understood my needs. We applied for financing and came to sign and take the car on Thursday. He is a really nice saleman with great sales skills, but mostly people skills. He is intuitive, respectful, and knowledgeable. When my lease is up in 2017, I will be back for a new one. Bob was great at expediting the finance portion while still touching on all points and requirements, Sunnyside is great to work with if you have not so perfect credit, and they will do their best to get you into the car you need at the lowest price.

This Service was good and did not take long. I have one problem. I made an appointment for 7:30 AM and was there and in line first before opening. When the door was opened all the cars came in and parked. Not being the first into the office was not the problem, because I know you book more that one appt. per time period. The problem was a gentleman who did not have an appointment and just decided to come in was taken first because he put himself at the check in desk. There is a reason person book that early. People with an appointment. should be taken first before someone that just drops by. The person at the should have taken care of people with appointments first.

I stopped by Sunnyside Chevrolet on March 1st. I was looking to get my 2012 Chevy Equinox washed. I was told it was closed due some painting in the booth. Since I was there I began looking at the new Equinox. Mike Foley asked if I needed help. I told him I was just looking. He started asking me about my car. We then sat down and he explained the new features on the 2014 models. We discussed a possible trade. Mike and Matt Smolik worked on the numbers and we all came close to a deal. Then they asked me about a possible lease. When they explained the options I had verses the outright purchase, that made up my mind.We closed the deal and I was happy. When I went into the finance office I met Dave Samples. He was very helpful explaining all the details of leasing and we did all the paper work. By now it was closing time.They had the car prepped and brought in front. Mike Foley stayed to show me and explain all the features on the new vehicle. When we were finished it was 7:00 PM. I am very impressed with the professionalism of all three people Mike Foley, Matt Smolik and Dave Samples. The way they treated me, explained everything and the time they took with me was nothing I ever experienced at any other dealer. This was a very very pleasant experience. I have told my neighbors, friends and relatives about my experience. I am sure they will go to Sunnyside. When I am looking for another car in the future I know where I will go, back to to Sunnyside. No pressure, honest caring people and people that go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. And the service after the sale or lease is great also.

Everyone was friendly and helpful through the process of trading in my vehicle on a newer used model. Communication was great, questions were answered timely. Until papers got signed. Once paperwork was signed and the deal was done, my salesman quit returning phone calls, and didn't follow up the way he said he would. I was rushed to swap vehicles and left a few items in my old vehicle. I was promised a clean truck, with a full tank of gas, and a sales associate to have the truck ready with a paper I need to sign so it would be a quick easy process. The new vehicle was dirty, the fuel tank was below half a tank, the sales associate was not organized and couldn't find my new truck! I noticed the following day that a few items were missing and Kyle was contacted immediately. He said he would take care of it and that I just needed to come in to get my stuff and he'd fuel up the truck. We came to find out that my items were missing and that not a single person at the dealership knew what had happened to them... An employee told me directly that he had seen the items that were missing still inside my old vehicle, but no one knew where they went. Kyle told me he would continue to look for them and get back with me that same day. Two days had gone by and I don't hear from him. Phone calls were made to him with out reply. Moral of my story is that this dealership is dishonest and greedy. They are friendly and helpful until they get your money. From that point forward, good luck. I will never come to this dealership again, and any family friends or others are in the market for a vehicle, I will certainly tell to steer clear of sunnyside chevrolet!

I drive 1 hour and 20 minutes one way, everyday to teach in Shelby, Ohio. I needed a dependable and fuel efficient car and Kevin Chojnacki immediately suggested my Cruise. The Cruise is perfect for my drive, it is dependable and fun to drive. I shopped for a month and a half for a 2015 Tahoe/Yukon. I went to a few different dealerships around the area (Chevy & GMC). Mike and Sunnyside went over and above dealing with me. Mike stayed late after the dealership had closed to show me the different options. They let me test drive 3 different trucks multiple times. Mike had even offered to deliver them to my office because I couldn't make it to the dealership. I called Mike on his personal cell phone at all times and he answered or text back right away. He made this process as comfortable as it could have been. When I FINALLY picked the truck I wanted, the numbers on the paperwork got messed up and Matt Smolik figured it out and fixed right away. Matt was awesome. Buying a car is not an easy thing to do but these guys did their best to make me happy...and that's not easy. Thanks guys!

The service department receptionist was very nice and helpful, making sure to get my car in right away. My windshield wipers were broken and it had been raining alot, definitely needed them! The service writer was also very nice. He called soon after I dropped it off with the cost and time it would be ready. And he was right on! I also had a check engine light on and it was late in the day when I took it in and the technician made sure to stay and get it fixed because I couldn't leave my car, as I had an early appt. They also washed my car which was in desperate need. I really appreciated everyone's great service!

I communicated via email with Colleen O'brien regarding a used truck I was interested in. After several exchanges, I decided to go look at the vehicle in person. It was a very cold day (I believe single digit temps) and Colleen had the truck ready, running, and warm, waiting for me to take a test drive. Colleen was patient, funny, and from what I perceived, completely honest. She really wanted to know what I was looking for, what I wanted to pay, and then worked a deal to accomodate me.After the sale, she treated my used vehicle purchase as if I had purchased a new vehicle. She took the time to go over onstar, the bluetooth connectivity, and a variety of other features the truck was equipped with.We signed the paperwork, and I left a satisfied customer. But wait, there's more!We purchased the vehicle and got financing with a bank I am a customer of. I was happy with the rate the way it was. Then I received a call from Dave Samples, asking me to come in and sign paperwork again. I admit, I was a little annoyed with having to do this until I got to the dealership. Dave explained to me he had gotten me a much better interest rate with a different lender! The old rate was over 5%, the new one just over 3%! Who does that? The deal was done, paperwork signed, and yet Dave was still working to make it a better deal for me, their customer!I will definitely seek out Colleen and Dave when it is time to purchase a vehicle in the future!

My expirience at Sunnyside Chevy was good. They gave me a fair price for my trade in and the process wasn't the absolute fastest but I'll take the blame because I didn't have everything I needed. I went to Sunnyside with the intent to buy this Buick Regal GS and trade in my car. I made an appointment with Rick and when I arrived the car was parked out front ready for me to view. The car was in excellent, clean condition and we went for a test drive. I loved the car and we made a deal very quickly and got the ball rolling. Unfortunately, due to an insurance mishap (on my part) I could not drive the car home that day. Regardless, Rick sent me to Bob and we got all the paperwork settled. Then they told me they'd meet me in the city I worked and we could exchange cars the next day when I got the insurance issue handled. So they had their driver drive the car to me and we exchanged in the city I work in 2.5 hours away from the dealership! Matt had ensured me they'd have it to me the next day at a specific time and they hit it right on the money. Excellent customer service. They even told me that my backup key fob was non-functioning at the time of the exchange but have promised to replace it for me. I am extremely pleased with my experience at Sunnyside and feel confident about my purchase.

I looked on line for the van I wanted, and found it at Sunnyside. When I contacted them, I was directed to Wendy Capri. Wendy contacted me promptly, and made to the whole car buying experience a pleasant one. I never even went in to the dealership. Wendy brought the van to my hotel! She also gave me a very fair and reasonable price, and also took my old van with over 200k miles, and gave me a great trade in value. Wendy is friendly, honest, professional, and gave me probably the best customer service I have ever received when purchasing a vehicle...actually the best customer service period! As a result of this amazing service I received, my company is using Wendy and Sunnyside for all of our hotel needs. I know when the lease is up on my personal car, I will be calling Wendy. I had a great buying experience with Colleen in 2011 (with Jack Matia). My service experience since 2013 has been embarrassing. The woman who checks you in is not friendly, and the service manager lied to me about what was done to my vehicle. They had replaced the same part twice under warranty, and yet again I was having the same issue 2 months later. I asked to speak to the Service Manager - who said he would personally look at my car and see if there were other parts that may also need replaced to prevent the problem from recurring. I was pleased at this point. Later on in the afternoon I received a call from the Service Manager stating that he "could not hear the noise" I was complaining about, that I would need to wait until it was more pronounced. It was QUITE pronounced for days when I took the car in, but conspicuously absent after I picked it up - and they claimed to have done no work to the car whatsoever. As I was signing my car out, I listened to the previous customer also complain about the Service department's repeated denial that there was any problem with his car - until it was out of Warranty. He now goes to Spitzer, and I now go to Ganley. It's not worth being lied to by the dealership you actually purchased the car from. Unacceptable.

I was actually looking for a new vehicle and happened upon Sunnyside's web site from Car Guru. They had a 2012 model with the exact color and options I wanted. The quality of the "used" car was like new, and it was already detailed and I drove it off the lot the same day. They worked with me on the price and I got a really nice deal on a great car for way less than new. I go back all the time for car washes and I always make certain to say "Hi" to Colleen. If you need a car see Colleen. She will do all she can to get you into a car.

I was searching for a 2011 - 2012 Toyota RAV 4 with a V6. There were dealers closer to me that didn't even give me the consideration of a reply. I stopped by Sunnyside Chevrolet on March 1st. I was looking to get my 2012 Chevy Equinox washed. I was told it was closed due some painting in the booth. Since I was there I began looking at the new Equinox. Mike Foley asked if I needed help. I told him I was just looking. He started asking me about my car. We then sat down and he explained the new features on the 2014 models. We discussed a possible trade. Mike and Matt Smolik worked on the numbers and we all came close to a deal. Then they asked me about a possible lease. When they explained the options I had verses the outright purchase, that made up my mind.We closed the deal and I was happy. When I went into the finance office I met Dave Samples. He was very helpful explaining all the details of leasing and we did all the paper work. By now it was closing time.They had the car prepped and brought in front. Mike Foley stayed to show me and explain all the features on the new vehicle. When we were finished it was 7:00 PM. I am very impressed with the professionalism of all three people Mike Foley, Matt Smolik and Dave Samples. The way they treated me, explained everything and the time they took with me was nothing I ever experienced at any other dealer. This was a very very pleasant experience. I have told my neighbors, friends and relatives about my experience. I am sure they will go to Sunnyside.When I am looking for another car in the future I know where I will go, back to to Sunnyside. No pressure, honest caring people and people that go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. And the service after the sale or lease is great also.

I was in the market for a used car for my daughter. I viewed a vehicle I was interested in on-line. I contacted the dealership and Spoke to Charlie Skidmore who provided me with the information that I requested. I reviewed the information requested and decided i wanted to look at the vehicle and test drive it. The day I called Charlie was unavailable and I spoke to Don Groff. Don assisted in facilitating the test drive and even stayed after hours to accomodate my work schedule. This is a demonstration of the type of customer service that is lacking in many businesses. I appreciated Don taking the time to stay and even working out the details of the offer I made on the car. I felt that customer service is and was a priority regardless of who the individual salesperson was. Overall the experience was very good. PS. I just wanted to share my pleasant experience I had at Sunnyside. Rick Belsito was recommended by a co-worker. Rick was very accommodating and was able to answer all of my questions. I am very happy with my new vehicle. The entire staff at Sunnyside was wonderful and Rick in particular was not only knowledgeable but pleasant to work with. To accommodate my busy schedule- we were able to work out all of the details over phone/text/e-mail and he met with me to test drive and finalize my purchase. Not only did he make things convenient- he made me feel at ease and my overall experience was great. The only other Chevy dealer I have experience with was Spitzer in Amherst. I can not express without profanity how I feel about their establishment. That being said, I was very happy with my experience at Sunnyside and even happier with my 2014 Silverado. Mike Foley was a fantastic salesman and made the entire experience friendly and easy. Mike Foley at Sunnyside Chevrolet is one of the best at making a customer at ease. Mike knows his product & his job well. The experience was a joy as opposed to dealing at other dealerships. There was no sale pressure, just a conversation as to what the customer needed and wanted. Then a straight forward price was quoted and a discussion of the terms/trade in value etc. all in all a pleasant experience.

I came in to look at the 2014 Corvette Stingray that was advertised on the Sunnyside Chevrolet website. I was greeted by Deshon Banks who was extremely knowledgeable about this vehicle and was very friendly and courteous. He sold me on the car with his detailed knowledge about the car and the phrase, "It's better to have more options than you had in mind, than too few." I liked his approach and sense of humor and decided that he was right. The Stingray was exactly as advertised and Jason Higgins, Paul Scherzer and Dave Samples were very helpful in working out the pricing, details and financing. They were also very professional and friendly and my car was ready as promised. When my wife and I came to pick up my car, my wife was interested in the Chevy Equinox for herself and this team also worked with us that night and we drove home in two new Chevrolets! We have been nothing but pleased with the vehicles and are totally satisfied with experiences with the sales staff there and the customer service. The selection of Equinoxes there was fantastic and my wife picked the color and equipment that she wanted. We were made to feel like we were part of the Sunnyside family. After driving 45 minutes to look at and most likely buy a vehicle I seen on their website, I walked in their used sales room and with 3 people sitting at their desks doing nothing. Not one single person bothered to even give me and my family so much as a simple hello. After waiting 10 minutes and no one came up to us or acknowledged that we even existed we walked out and went across the street to their competitors. I will say I had excellent service from their competitors (Buick dealership) and may purchase a more expensive vehicle then I planned on initially buying. I will never go back to Sunnyside Chevy in Elyria again.

I initially contacted Sunnyside via their online contact form regarding my interest in the Chevy Equinox. I received a response the next day from Rick Belsito. We spoke on the phone about my current situation and what I was looking for in my next car. Rick promptly sent me a quote with the numbers and then called to make sure I received them. It was really nice to do most of this work via e-mail and phone as I have two small children and a husband that works late hours and it is a lot more convenient than bringing them both in. That Saturday my entire family came in to test the car and complete the paperwork. While we had a little hiccup with the pricing, Rick, along with his sales managers, Jason and Matt, worked together and made everything work for my family and I. On another note, I would like to mention how friendly the entire staff is at Sunnyside. We had some time to kill there while paperwork was being processed, so our daughters were getting restless. All of the employees were so nice and accommodating to them. We really appreciated that. Overall, a very positive and efficient car shopping experience!

I recently bought a new Tahoe from this dealership and I worked with a salesman who went way out of his way to help me. His name was Mike Foley and he worked very hard on putting together a deal so I could get out of a very bad lease and in to a new Tahoe. This sales transaction took us about 3 months to do and he never stopped working on it for me. I have dealt with many salesman before and no body has ever treated me like Mike Foley. This dealership is very lucky to have someone like him working for them. He treats you tremendous respect and like you are part of the family. If you are looking to buy a new car, make sure when you go there ask for Mike Foley. I have no doubt he will take care of you too.

Service Manager Neil Lester is about as dishonest as they come. The service advisor had to bring him in to discuss my car after I questioned the diagnosis. He told me I needed something replaced that was just replaced 2 months earlier. He is definitely not an asset to your service team and he has no idea what goes on with the cars in his shop. He is not customer oriented and needs a class on people skills as well as brushing up on his mechanic skills. I definelty felt like he was trying to take advantage of me and rip me off. He did not even sound knowledgeable with his explanations and could not provide satisfactory answers when I questioned his diagnosis. Although i did end up getting my car fixed for the repair I came in for, I can not rate this as a good experience at all.

Colleen worked with us in a courteous manner explaining the pros and cons of the Chevrolet Equinox. She invited us to test drive an Equinoxwhich we did. Colleen explained the various features of the radio and other new to us options. We Traded in our GMC Acadia when leasing the Equinox and then on March 1st we received a letter from Ally advising that we owed them $311.61 for excess wear. One item was Fender right previous repair - dirt in paint and the second item was rear door right previous repair - dull finish. The right rear door we had repaired due to an accident and was done in May 2012. The finish was not dull. The second item was dirt in paint and there was never a previous repair and if there was dirt in the paint, it came from the factory that way. Discussing this situation with Colleen, She got on the phone with someone at Ally and reported to us that we were being refunded $499.99. Great service from our sales person!!!Jim Anton

I was just browsing the Sunny Side website and came across the 2014 Chevy Traverse. I then went to see how much my 2011 Jeep Liberty was worth to trade it in. This put me in contact with Matt Smolik. Whom then introduced me to Rick Belsito. Rick and I spoke mainly through email for about a week trying to figure it all out. My experience with Sunnyside and Kevin Chojnacki goes back to last winter when I was considering whether to buy or lease a Chevy Equinox. Kevin was very cooperative and actually listened. I explained my situation over and over to different reps in their showrooms and at the Auto show. Most didn't listen and kept pushing one way or another ( options and their timelines) as opposed to Kevin, who was very patient and provided the info as requested and made meel feel very comfortable in driving 45 minutes out of my way to do business with him.That positive experience back in Feb. 2013 caused me to go back now. I told Kevin last February that I would be in the market again in the fall/winter and he would be contacted by me then. I told this as well to several other sales reps from different dealerships, did they listen? No, bothered me all spring and summer. Kevin listened!So fast forward to this current leasing experience, everything went great. Looking forward to doing more business with Sunnyside and Kevin in a few years when my current leases are up.

Took my car in on a Monday and Tammy Kopp greeted me with a smile and welcome. I told her about the issue that the transmission in my 09 Impala felt like it was slipping. After waiting an hour the mechanic said he couldn't find anything wrong. I was confused by Tammy assured me that due to the weather he might have not been able to notice it but bring it back if it happens again. The very next day it was happening so Neil Lester the Service manager reached out to me and said bring it back in and while they get your loaner car ready will go for a ride. Not 2 minutes of driving with Neil he has well noticed the issue. I returned to the dealership and was put in a 2014 Impala until my car was repaired (Which was under Warranty). Tammy called me several hours later to say they determined it was the Torque convertor that was slipping and that the warranty company wanted to send out a adjuster to verify and that wouldn't happen until Monday or Tuesday the following week. I was able to keep there Impala until the repairs where done so there was no issue. Repair was approved and my car was ready Thursday 6 days after I took it back in. I picked up my car and the very next day I had a shake in my car. So again Tammy sets me up to bring it back in and puts me in another loaner car. Now the front tire had an issue so I had to buy two new tires. Bottom line is Tammy has great customer service skills and is extremely friendly and I enjoy working with Sunnyside Chevy. They go the extra mile to make your service as good as possible. They understand you could spend your money else where but they make sure to take care of you and appreciate your business.

My wife contacted Sunnyside for a particular color and Sunnyside had the car and Rick contacted us with a price. When we went over to see the car Rick greeted us with a smile and a firm hand shake ( which I look for from any person male or female) shows character. We sat down with Rick and he had a price sheet made out and I feel he gave us his bottom line price. My last new car was a 2005 Saturn Vue and the sales people were the same way in dealing with a price. Found out later that Rick sold Saturn's before. Before we went for a ride Rick went through and explained some items on the vehicle. We had gone and checked out another dealer a few days before and when we sat down with the sales person the price that was give to us seemed fair but the sales person would say maybe I can do this or do that for a better price. I did not like that type of sales person. Give me your bottom line price do not him haw around. Rick was always friendly and just put his foot forward to help make the right choice for us. If I know of anyone looking for a new car I would send them to see Rick.

I called to order a 2014 car. When I arrived that evening Jake Baxter was ready to help me quickly build the exact car I wanted. Everything was very easy and went perfectly which I truly appreciate. It was also very nice of Paul to stop by and say hi. Jason placed the order the next day. Jake called to update me on the status of my order as it was built, chosen for random quality control check, and when it arrived. My car was stored inside until I could arrive, pay for it, and drive it home. Dave Samples walked me through all of the extra options and answered all of my questions. I recently purchased a 2009 Corvette from your dealership and was treated very professionally by Don Groff. From a previous visit, he knew what I was interested in and was most helpful in showing me the vehicle that had been featured on the Internet and was being kept in the back service garage. He took the time to show me the vehicle and then worked with me over the next few visits to work out the price; test drive the vehicle and then close the deal. At the close, both Colleen O'Brian and Dave Samples were also very professional and helpful to me in understanding the vehicle features and the warranty programs available. Next year when it comes time to replace our other vehicle, we will be sure to come back to Sunnyside for either anew or another pre-owned vehicle. Who knows? First off, I didn't have to wait at all, Rick was right there to help as soon as I came in. This was my first ever new car buying experience, and Rick appreciated that. I recently graduated from college and was looking for an affordable car with great gas mileage so I had chosen the Spark. Rick understood and didn't try and push me towards anything more expensive or with more features that would cost me more, but helped me find the car that I would want with the features I wanted. We went through all of the options and features I'd want and he found the car I ended up driving out of the lot. Forget about pushy sales guys who try and pad their commission and just want to get you out the door with a check in their hand, Rick cared about my needs with my vehicle and understood it was going to be a big part of my life for the next several years so I needed to be happy with it. As a GM family vehicle purchase, what can a dealership really do when the prices are pretty much set, welllll, this sales manager found a way and it was the first time I didnt have to question how, it favored me. I have a small minor issue with the car, nothing that the service department cant deal with and I expect next week once I get it back up there everything will be ok and the dealings I have had with the service department, have been great, Tammy and Amber have treated me like a person, not a customer, trust me, you want to be treated like a person now days, being treated like a customer comes from some bodies text book of customer service, Im a person, not a chapter in a text book. Rick also knows I am a very candid person and when it comes to dealing with the person(s) on the finance side, I like it honest, straight, no magical calculators and again, Im a person. Dave was able to delivery, thanks Dave!!!!! Thank you Sunnyside Elyria, I have also been a constant customer of the Sunnyside family, it has been an enterprise that I have always trusted compared to others in the local area.

I knew what I was getting into when I called Rick Balsito up to start my car shopping; Rick has been my car salesman for YEARS. This dealership only enhanced their goals and dedications to the customer when they brought Rick onboard. That meant the rest was up to the dealership to impress me on this deal, I can say with complete satisfaction, Im IMPRESSED!!!!! I met Rick Belsito at Sunnyside Chevrolet quite by chance I was looking for information about a new vehicle to replace my 2005 Cavalier. Rick approached me and from that first meeting, he was extremely knowledgeable, personable and professional. He made suggestions, explained my options, and took into consideration my budget. After much discussion and patience on his part, I decided to purchase a 2014 Sonic that same day. I am very happy with the car. Later I did have a tire issue with my car and I thought well its my promblem now ,but I talked to Colleen and Randy and they took care of my of the promblem !!!!!!! I have NEVER had such a great experance at a dealership as i did at Sunnyside Chevy ! Colleen is up front and no BS and will not waste your time.

I had looked at the used 2013 Chevy Cruz about 10 days ago, speaking with Charlie Sizemore. I told him I would be back before the end of November to purchase same vehicle. Yesterday, I spoke with Dan and he was SO VERY NICE!! and helped me with all the paperwork. There was no hassle to try to sell me a more expensive car, Dan especially helped me transfer my old Dodge Caravan to a friend's house locally. and I am going back to have all the features of my new car explained to me. Colleen O'Brien is the best salesperson if it were not for her I may not be driving my new Cruze. Her knowledge of the vehicle after the purchase was great as she spent at least an hour setting all the new gadgets in the car...would have taken me hours! This Cruze is a great small car, I recommend the turbo model, quick and good on mileage! I will go back.

I have been shopping for a car for over a year and every dealership was the same. They always said they had the best price until you came in and then the negotiating stopped. This year i decided to negotiate via email and phone calls and Mike Foley was as professional as they come. He matched a car to what i was looking for and gave me the price i knew was a fair price. I found the car I wanted on their website. I called my salesperson, Jake, and let him know I would stop by that evening to look at it. He had it all ready for a test drive when I arrived. He had my trade car appraised. I was given a fair value for my trade. There was no high pressure. I purchased the car, they transferred my plates, and I drove it home that same evening.I am very happy with both the car and Jakes help. Paul also stopped by to say hi. Every time Jake had to leave his office he let me know why, i.e. I am going to fill up your new car with gas and will be back soon. Everybody in the office are like friends who work together, i.e. Can you show me how to enter this into the computer? or Can I borrow one of your forms?. I will be back for a second car soon. Let me start off by saying i give Sunnyside 5 Stars, However if you give people great reviews on yelp then they are blocked from view)After months of looking for a used car i finally found the one i wanted. Bought it and communicated with Rick Belsito over the next few days to pick it up(Live near Detroit). Made the 3 hour drive after work and they had it waiting for me, along with all of the paperwork. After test driving it and looking it over(all i noticed was the spare tire low warning) i signed the paperwork. Overall took me an hour of paperwork and trying to get ahold of my insurance company before i was out the door and on my way home with my new car. Rick, Dave, the receptionist, everyone was super nice.This was a used car with low miles and the old owners look like they took great care of it. However when i got it back home i noticed the cup holders were dirty, there was a few bucks in changed underneath the cup holders and seat, windows had a few smudges, fingerprints all over dash and radio. None of this was a big deal at all as i had it cleaned out and looking brand new in an hour. However when i got the car inspected the 3rd brake-light was burnt out and the spare tire had a huge gash in the sidewall. After contacting them they told me they would send me a check to take care of the taillight(That i got AT COST of my dealer) This was no problem for me, not a big deal.It rained the first time last week though since i got the car and i turned the wipers on and heard a loud scratch noise and just as i was getting on the highway i noticed the blades were old and dry rotted and scratched my windshield. I am not happy about this at all seeing as it would cost them about $10 to put new wiper blades on for me. Having a full tank would have been nice too since i had to make a 3 hour ride home. Those are the only 2 things that i was not happy about. Overall i would recommend this dealer and if i lived in the area i would go back myself. The staff was excellent and hope both the owners and manager of the dealer read this.

This was the best car buying experience that I ever had. I live 125 miles from Sunnyside Chevrolet so I wanted to make sure that we agreed on a price before I made the trip. I worked with Chris McGuire who was honest and completely upfront with me during the entire week of conversing through e-mail. Chris McGuire was able to sell me a Chevy Volt at a price $2000 less than what I was able to find any where else. The entire team at Sunnyside Chevrolet was great to work with. I strongly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this group.

I had been unhappy with my previous vehicles so I decided to go back to a Chevy. My husband and I cruised through the parking lot looking at cars and found something I kind of liked, but wanted a few changes. The salesman walked out to greet us and spent quite some time going over options for me. Unfortunately, he was not available when I went back to give him my final decision, but someone else came out to help me- Mike Foley. Although I had to start over with what I wanted, Mike stepped in and found me the exact car that I wanted. He had it delivered within 2 days and it was ready for me when I got there. Mike could not have been a better sales person to deal with and Dave in finance was just as nice and helpful. I will definitely go back to Sunnyside when my husband is ready for his new truck purchase.

I went to this dealership because I wanted a GM product. I have mostly owned GM automobiles and my father was a GM worker. I was very Pleased to find all the staff members there to be friendly, and explained the leasing process to me as I have never leased before. I also had a bed liner put in my truck and the parts department was very helpful Via phone when I called to check on availability. My husband and I needed two cars unexpectedly. Mike talked to me on the phone that morning and understood my issues and my expectations. By that afternoon, he had several viable options for our consideration and we walked out with two new cars! He worked hard to get us great financing, trade-in value, etc. One of them was a lease-- and we had never done a lease; he walked us through the process and made us very comfortable with our decisions. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back for future purchases!

Jason was great I called him to find me a new extended cargo van with specific features that I wanted he was able to locate van and put deal together in less than 2 hours and set up to have additional equipment and shelving done within 1 day also dave was great very fast and had everything done and ready in 30 min my total time spent at dealer from time I went in to sign deal and walk out door was less than an hour I would highly recommend Jason to anyone looking to buy vehicle A++++++++++++++

We had a no hassle experience when shopping for our new Traverse. We never felt pressured to buy or make a quick decision. not feeling pressured was important to us. Sunnyside Chevy was by far the best dealership I have every dealt with. We found a car we liked on their website and called to inquire about it. Mike Foley responded quickly with pictures of the car and gathered details for us. He also got financing information to us quickly and met our budget on the first try. No back and forth on pricing, down payment, etc. We had an hour drive to pick up the vehicle and had to bring our two little kids (2 and 6 months) with us. They made everything extremely easy and were great to our kids during the signing process. I cannot say enough about this dealerships top notch customer service. Very few places treat customers this well anymore and I would definitely go back to this dealership, even though its far from home, to buy my next car.

In my search for a new car I came across Sunnyside through an internet search for the best deal on a new Chevy Volt. Mike Foley was the salesman who followed up on the online quote and answered my questions on this vehicle. Mike offered the information I requested in trying to decide on the Volt without overselling himself, Sunnyside, or the car. Very low pressure but got me the information I needed. The Volt is a new type vehicle so I didn't need the added pressure of a high energy sales pitch to force my decision. It was refreshing. Mike qucikly responded to all my concerns and found the exacy vehicle I was looking for at the best price I could find. Very pleased with the experience.

We were greeted by Bob Capri who introduced us to Mike Foley. Both gentlemen were very friendly and knowledgeable, and did their best to make us feel comfortable, and to find the car we were interested in, with the interior, outside color that we wanted, plus the features we felt were necessary. We picked up the car the next day, and so far it has been a joy for us to drive. Mike carefully explained the features while reassuring us that he would be available anytime to go over anything we didn't remember. I have called him twice with questions I had not thought to ask, and he has been most accommodating. They both made us feel welcome and 'part of the Chevy family'. They are indeed an asset to your dealership. Good job!By the way, we have been buying our cars at this dealership starting with when it was Prout Chevrolet. Your service department has been the only place our cars have been serviced - for that many years.

I will never go back there again. We bought a nice looking used car and immediatly had major problems. We were told to bring it in for an alignment but that was not the problem. After doing research on that car I learned that the steering wheel pulling was a major complaint and the chances of getting the job done and done right were nill. I asked if we could return it and all the sales person kept saying is that they would fix it. Needless to say we traded it in for a major loss only 6 days later at another dealer just to get rid of the piece of junk. The salesman knew that this was a problem with this make and model but failed to inform us because when I told him of the REAL problem he knew about it but said, just keep both hands tight on the wheel when you drive. I lost all trust in this place and will not go back!

If you you really have to question working with Rick, this is the third car I've purchased from him in ten years. I find going into dealerships either for service or purchase can be intimidating but Rick makes you feel completely at ease and answers any and all questions you may have. He recognizes what you need in a car and presents the best option for you. I went into the dealership with absolutely no intentions on purchasing a car that day and drove home in a Chevy Cruze which I absolutely LOVE! There's no doubt in my mind that I will be going to Rick for a fourth car in the future.

Before my wife and I even visited Sunnyside Chevrolet, I talked with Matt on the phone to check on the car I had found on their Internet website. The Lucerne had just been posted online, so there were no pictures. Matt immediately emailed me four pictures. He was going to be out of town when we visited, so he let me know that Colleen O'Brien would be our salesperson. My wife and I were coming from 88 miles away,so Colleen checked in with us on the way and told us to be safe. When we arrived at Sunnyside, we were greeted by this friendly lady who by the end of the day (about five hours later) we could have invited over for a cookout. She was not the least bit pushy, she answered all of our questions, and the dealership gave us a price on the 2009 Lucerne that was very fair. We highly recommend Sunnyside Chevrolet, Matt Smolik, and Colleen. I wish we lived closer; we would service our vehicle there.

Rick was attentive and worked with me with different financial options(lease vs buy). Was not pushy, yet still sold me on an option that fit my budget. My son and i did not plan to get a new car that day. Our old car literally started having problems when were were out shopping and on the way home, decided to stop by the dealership that was on the way home. Very grateful that we did. Mr. Baxter made my family experience fun and entertaining. He really knows his products and is very professional and would be a great asset to any company. I am a sales rep for AT&T and I hate shopping for cars because I hate to be sold something. Jake did not try to sell me anything, he found out my families needs and provided a solution which we loved. He has a customer for life now andI will refer my friends and family to him. I go to Sunnyside for ALL of my servicing needs. I would not trade the sales/service people for any others in the neighborhood. Colleen is always helpful and kind. I always feel like she truly cares. Neil is always knowledgable and professional. The entire service staff has always been wonderful. The work is top-notch as well as the customer service. Tom Elliot, our salesman, was amazing. Absolutely no pressure, he listened and met our needs exactly as we wanted. He is very knowledgeable and knew all the features of our new car! We are super excited with our new 2013 Chevy Malibu!!!! Every part of our buying experience was above expectations. I actually feel like I left there with friends! We have dealt with Rick Belsito for years and this time this visit became our 10th AND 11th car purchase/lease with him. We had gone to 3 other Chevrolet dealers in the past, but have never felt as comfortable and respected as a customer as we do with Rick. Our son and his wife even came in from Columbus, Ohio to work with him, because they did not like places they were dealing with down there. We are so pleased with our Equinox and look forward to many more sale opportunities with Sunnyside and Rick!!!

I was looking to purchase a new Silverado. I called Sunnyside Chevy and spoke to Samantha. She was very friendly answered all my questions on a particular truck. I made an appointment to go out and test drive the truck for the next morning. She had the truck washed and waiting for me to test drive. She explained very thoroughly all I needed to know before I took it out on the road. We were satisfied with the truck and talked with Samantha at great length and decided to buy the truck. She answered all our questions and went into great detail. Before we left the lot, she explained more about all the buttons and whatever else needed explaining. She is very personable and cares about her customers. I highly recommend Samantha to anybody and would go back to her for another vehicle. Everyone who was part of the deal were all very friendly. Rick did a fantastic job. He has restored my faith in the existence of an honest salesman. He answered all my questions and returned my phone calls within a few hours. Rick was honest, reliable, and friendly. I wish I knew about Rick and this dealership sooner. I would have purchased my 2 other cars from them. Rick found me the car I wanted and gave me the best price. He matched other dealerships prices without any debates or hard sell techniques. He was even kind enough to deliver my car to my home in columbus without a charge and the sale went without any problems. He has made follow-up phone calls to be sure I was happy with my purchase and if I had any questions regarding the operation of the tech in the car. I will definitely refer my friends and colleagues to Rick without a doubt or hesitancy. I would recommend everyone come to this dealership and sales person before going anywhere else.

My husband and I stopped in at Sunnyside in the winter, window shopping. Met Rick and he showed us a few cars, we said we usually bought in the spring and promised to be back, he probably didn't think we would but we did. There he was with a big smile on his face when we walked in the door. I said I want a Cruze but I have not made my mind up on the color. Rick said no problem, you think on that color and we'll get the important things started and he handed me the keys for the test drive. Well, all said and done I drove away in a shiny new Silver Ice Chevy Cruze. Rick is awesome and very knowledgeable. I am sending all of my family and friends his way. Everyone that walked by was friendly and helpful. Sunnyside met all of our needs when looking for a car. Thank you Rick for all of your help and patience.

I recently purchased a Chevy Volt from Rick and Matt at Sunnyside Chevrolet. I live in PA and they made it super easy for me to work with them remotely. The car I wanted was ready to go when I got to the dealership, and both Rick and Matt did everything to help make the process move quickly. They also helped me get the paperwork I needed in time to get my car registered in PA so I could take advantage of the PA rebate. If it wasnt for all of their help, I would not have met the PA requirements for the rebate. I highly recommend working with both of them!

My experience with Sunnyside was superb. The customer service was great wih a smile. The technician, explained in great detail the problem and how it was affecting the vehicle overall. It took very little time to correct the problem. The service hours are certainly accommodating for anyone. I'm always a satisfied customer each time I leave Sunnyside.

I will always go back to Sunnyside. Colleen is very unique. She gives you all her time for however long it takes to give you what you want at the best possible price. She is so knowledgeable on what she sells that you know exactly when it's time to sign and drive. She has a sense of humor too, which made me feel comfortable and not stressed out.Dave Samples had the paperwork all ready to go and explained it so simply. He was so friendly and helpful.I also came in after work a few weeks ago to replace a tail light bulb on my previous car. As soon as I came in the service department door, everyone welcomed me and started the ball rolling to get my car in back and the bulb replaced.They even washed my car!With Sunnyside in my neighborhood, why would I ever need to go anywhere esle!

My experience at sunnyside was more than excellent! They listened to exactly what I was looking for in a car, and put me in something that had all of the features I was looking for, at a comfortable price. Tom and Paul made sure that everything was perfect before I drove off the lot, and were two of the nicest salesmen I have ever dealt with. I will definitely refer them to others, and I will return in the future.

I went into Sunnyside thinking I would be lucky to afford the smallest vehicle they had. With the help and guidance of David Scott and Jacob Baxter I left with much more than I had dreamed possible. I traded in my beloved husband's vehicle and Jacob worked very hard to get me every penny he could for a the trade-in. If it had not been for his hard work, I truly believe I woiuld not have made the purchase. I truly appreciated the kindness and compassion that both David and Jacob showed me. The was the best car buying experience I have had so far. The team at Sunnyside Chevy was very professional and extrememly helpful with finding the perfect car for our family. We traded in our used Traverse and leased a brand new Equinox and and were able to save a good amount of money on monthly payments. We did not feel pressured in to anything and always felt that the team was really working for us and not just there to get our money. I would recommend friends and family to this dealership 100%! I would especially like to thank Matt Smolik for finding us the car and helping us trade in our vehicle, Jake Baxter for the test drive and very thorough tutorial on our new vehicle, and Dave Samples for the ease with all the paperwork. We did the whole process with two little ones with us at the dealer and everyone was so accomodating to us having them there. It was like we were family. Thanks again!

Sunnyside did provide a nice discount on the vehicle and found us one locally equipped just the way we wanted in the color we wanted. I had a very nice experience with this dealership. Mike Foley was not pushy but informative and the sales manager Paul was helpful as well. When it came time for price negotiation I expected the normal dealership nonsense. I couldn't have been more wrong or surprised. I ended up with a great deal. I would buy here again, a good car dealer is few and far between.

I looked a 2008 Hummer H3 at Sunnyside Chevrolet. Don Groff was my salesman. He and I went for a test drive, I decided to purchase it. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and if he didn't know the answer to a question, he didn't try to B.S. me. There was no pressure from him to buy the vehicle. He worked with me negotiating the price, along with the sales manager (I forgot his name). Dave Samples was thorough without being pushy when it came time to purchase/finance. Overall, it was one of the most pleasant buying experiences I've had buying a car.

The top paragraph of the car description that we printed from our computer took us to Sunnyside with a smile! It stated that "We don't have clowns working for us"...and "We won't give you $10,000 for your trade in!" The dealership that says that is in the city where we live. It gave us a chuckle when we read it and we knew we had to meet the people at Sunnyside. We were not disappointed! We called ahead and told Tom Elliot what car we were interested in. When we arrived it was out front and sparkling clean. We decided against it, but Tom invited us in and a few hours later we drove out in an Equinox!! I love it!Tom had the guys do an appraisal of our vehicle. It was very generous and Paul added money to it. It was really an offer we couldn't refuse! The vehicle of our choice was on the lot. They detailed it and filled it up. It looked great . Too bad it was snowing so hard! As all that was going on, Tom helped us go through all the paperwork and become familiar with the vehicle. We met with Dave Samples and signed papers with him. We felt that we were treated with respect and fairness. At no time were we pressured or made to feel that we had to buy right there and then.We will recommend Sunnyside to whoever drives a car! We will go back again. We went in thinking we would be there a little while, get some information, go home and think about it. After meeting Tom Elliot and having a long talk we drove out a few hours later in a 2013 Equinox! I love it! Tom, Paul, and Dave treated us well. We were never pressured or made to feel that we had to buy right away. We traded in our vehicle for a very fair price and got the new car for a great price. All our questions were answered and Tom made sure we comfortable with the whole deal. The people at Sunnyside feel like friends. We will go back again! Thank you!

I bought a GMC Yukon XL from Sunnyside. The salesman was Don Groff, and he did a wonderful job of showing me the vehicle and working with me through the purchase. They sold it to me for a fair price, with a coherent explanation of how they determined what a fair price was. Based on my research, the pricing was just about average or a little below average for the vehicle. I was very pleased and I can recommend Don and Sunnyside Chevrolet to anyone looking for a car or truck.

This is the second time I have worked with Rick Belsito. This time though he really demonstrated a level of professionalism far beyond what one finds in most car dealerships. Last week I had just experienced the absolute worst experience with Nissan of North Olmsted. Long story very short, it was so bad I hung up on their finance manager in tears trying to purchase my leased Nissan. You see, my Nissan had some significant cosmetic damage.Rick had kept in touch me these past 3 years and even though Sunnside had sold the Mentor dealership! To understand how bad the people at Nissan were, I resolved myself to not keeping my 2010 Rogue. While it would have been fine for my work, the bad customer service experience left me literally no longer wanting the car. The Sunnyside dealership had a few crossovers that were interesting to me. I contacted Rick and arranged a test drive. I let him know I really just wanted to see if these crossovers would work for me. No purchase decision would be that day, but I was just looking. The HHR crossover I test drove was a little old, engine light on, and panels...wasn't quite right for me. Later that day via internet I found a crossover at Sunnyside Mitsubishi, right color, right style this time, and newer with less miles. So I emailed Rick my concerns with what I drove from him and asked him who I should work with at the Middleburg store. Instead he offered to put the car on courtesy hold, meet me there and if it was a right fit...help me deal with my Nissan. Rick did everything he said he would and with a level professionalism and customer respect that was truly appreciated. I knew the damage to my Nissan would put me in negative numbers, it's why I wanted to just buy out the lease, but Rick through his gracious nature took the "sting" out of having to deal with it. I still had to compensate for the wear and tear, but I think I got a great deal better in my new HHR purchase. Rick listened to my needs as a new small business owner and respected the fact that leasing was not a viable option for me going forward. The finance manager chuckled and we all kidded that this is my 6th purchase from Sunnyside. Sunnyside, thank you for doing business and having people on staff, that sitll follow a good service model is more valuable than to your reputation than $$. And for having great cars both new and used too!

I have had my vehicle serviced at Sunnyside either routine or required. They have always been friendly & personable. Always understanding my needs & providing friendly shuttle service to & from work. Never thought too much about it until I had my Ford Explorer serviced under warranty at a local Ford dealership...UGH!! not very friendly or personable. (maybe because I did not purchase the vehicle there, just opted to have them service it) Their shuttle driver sat in my parking lot at work beeping the horn for me. Hard to describe how I felt. The Ford people should take lessons from Sunnyside on how to treat & work with customers. I do know after having the Cobalt serviced 10 days later with Sunnyside. I will do all my vehicle servicing thru Sunnyside. And they will service my Ford also once the warranty runs out. THANK YOU SUNNYSIDE CHEVOLET. YOU ARE AWESOME!! We were very pleased with the purchase of our new 2013 malibu! We recieved excellant service from both Rick and Bob. We expressed our interest in what we wanted and they worked off what we said. It was a pleasure to not have to deal with pushy sales people. I felt our experience was very pleasurable and hassel free and felt like they knew us forever. RICK TOOK THE EXTRA TIME TO SHOW US AROUND AND EVEN SHOW US ALL THE EXTRAS WITH OUR CAR!. HE WENT THE EXTRA MILE FORSURE. Bob capri took the extra time with us where we needed it as far as the financing end of it. For this I look forward to making future deals at sunnyside. I was just browsing online and entered my info. I ended up getting a call from David Scott and as first I blew him off. He called again and I talked a little with him and I told him that I didnt think he could help me, he was very reassuring. A week or two later I called him back and ended up going to visit him. I walked in to Sunnyside expecting to be turned away, but everyone there was extremely friendly. I looked at a couple of cars, test drove and ended up wanting a Chevy Cruze. Rick really worked hard to find me a good car within my budget and he succeeded. He listened to all I had to say and was very honest. He did not try to pull any tricks or push me outside the limits I had set. He was patient in explaining the process to a first time buyer and very professional. Charlie Skidmore should get a raise in his commission.He was the best car salesman Ive ever delt with. He knew exactly what I could afford, and didnt go crazy trying toget me into a car way over my head. I know hes been around forever, andIm sure Fred Flintstone was his first sale, but this man is good, and knowswhat hes doing. Great experience buying my 2013 Chevy Equinox from Kevin. Elyria Chevrolet is 30 minutes from my house but I decided to buy from them because Kevin went out of his way to find the vehicle and options I was looking for. I was pleasantly surprised by the gorgeous new dealership. Even after finding the exact vehicle I was looking for, Kevin made no qualms about letting me test drive another vehicle he had on the lot. He even let me bring the vehicle into the service bay to get a better look at the color (it was night time). The staff was very friendly with my two young kids. I was in and out with a new vehicle in no time. Last March I made the decision to purchase my next car through Don who I already knew was a man of character and integrity. I contacted Don to buy a pre-owned car and learned then that he was selling at Sunnyside Chevrolet. Don patiently showed me several options and guided me to the value of the Chevy Malibu, which I purchased. When I had a service issue several weeks later, he personally walked me over to the service department to get it resolved. Don is a good guy and a pleasure to work with.

We first came to Sunnyside Chevrolet via the internet. We live in Pa so we contacted Matt Smolik to see if the car we were interested in was still available. Matt assured us that it was and told us he was the sales manager, but that he would put us in touch with a sales consultant when we arrived. He also said to stop in and ask for him as he likes to meet all prospective buyers. We appreciate that Matt had everything waiting for us and we were able to take our new Camaro into the service bay so we could take a look at it under the lights as it was 8:00 p.m and dark. Don Groff was very professional and personable and also didn't waste our time. We got a price we thought was fair. He went the extra mile and the deal was done fast. We really liked Don's mission statement. In a follow up call after the sale, Matt took care of a question we had in regard to our new car. He well exceeded our expectations. took car in at 8am called at 930am to see if it was going to take a couple hours or is it going to take all day. she took my number said she would call me back to let me know( to lazy to check right a way) I went to dealer stood in service dept. for awhile...then looked in service garage saw car no one working on it. asked if i could make appointment so car doesnt sit a half day before someone looks at it. She asked what was wrong the seat heater doesnt work.....she said electric problems take a long time to find.(making excuses before i even brought it in again)if it takes all day to figure out why a seat heater wont work...u have a problem....Ill bet she never worked on a car in her life!! By the way i dont buy foreign cars or trucks.

I had the pleasure to deal with Tom Elliot in the purchase of my new 2013 Silverado. Tom was low key but very informative and demonstrated many of the new features on this vehicle. I felt no pressure at all. On later visits to deliver paperwork, Tom would take the keys and would return with my truck freshly washed. No charge. Love the service.

Jacob Baxter and Dave Samples were great to work with. Jake treated me very courteously and did not show any sign of pressure to sell a vehicle. Dave explained all the options of financing and even gave me more options that I did not know would benefit me. I've been buying cars for forty years and this was by far the best experience yet. Great service, great price and the most helpful and courtious staff. They delivered my car the next day. i live 40 miles from the dealership. They also told me to bring it in anytime for a free carwash. This car is a 2012 LaCrosse with only 2500 miles. I am a General Motors retiree and get a great discount on new vehicles. This used car price was far below my employee cost if I had bought it new plus I recieved an additional 12000 mile bumper to bumper warranty on top of the balance of the original factory warranty.Plus I get two years of free oil changes and tire rotation. I went to at least six dealerships before choosing Sunnyside Chevrolet. The next car I purchase in two or three years I plan on making only one stop. Here at Sunnyside Chevrolet.

I was looking for a certified pre-owned Tahoe. I found a tahoe in my local town but it had 55K miles on it, and we were not thrilled about the mileage. I got to looking on line and found the same car with 27K miles on it at Sunnyside. I negotiated a price well under the one with higher mileage, and flew out to get the vehicle that weekend. Service was great, fair price, great product. We are very happy and would recomend them to anyone.

I started out walking around about a dozen and half used car dealerships and being bugged by rude and "too" persistent sales people. Then I went to the Web simply because it doesn't "annoy" me. I knew exactly what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. Website after website, week after week and day after day along with hours, I finally found what I was looking for. It all started with a online chat with Matt Smolik from Sunnyside. Then a phone call. Then online application. OK. About a week and a half went by and I was about ready to give up. Thats when Jake Baxter called and invited me out to Elyria to look at and discuss the vehicle I was interested in. I have to say that Jake is very people oriented. He has the best sales skills I've ever come across. He was not pushy, rude, or any of the other negative words I use to describe some sales people. He kept me updated and informed of everything that was going on with my application. He even apoligized for calling too much. (I found that funny). When everything was said and done and I got to pick up my vehicle it was the best car buying experience I ever encountered. He and Bill Gilmore really went the extra mile to get me financed and help me get my credit back on track. When all was said and done and was getting ready to roll in my vehicle I could'nt help but to give Jake a GREAT BIG HUG!!! He was the best. When I'm ready for my next vehicle I am DEFINATELY going back to Sunnyside Chevrolet. The experience was beyond a 5 rating. If Jake ever leaves Sunnyside, I will have to find out where he goes because he was such a pleasure. KUDOs JAKE. I could go on and on, but I think you got my point.

After my parents had a great purchasing experience at the now closed Saturn of North Olmsted, I decided to go to Sunnyside Chevrolet to look for my first new vehicle. I was cheerfully greeted by Rob Gunther who ended up being extremely helpful. Rob was never pushy and spent almost two hours with me explaining the different aspects of the Cruze knowing that I wasn't ready to buy the vehicle that day. When I returned a couple days later to purchase my new Cruze LTZ, Rob and the staff at Sunnyside quickly found the vehicle I wanted and received it that day! Bill in the Finance department ensured that I obtained the best financing rate possible, which I appreciated greatly since this was my first new vehicle. I also had the pleasure of working with the sales manager Jason Higgins who was also very helpful and I met the General Manager of Sunnyside Greg, which was refreshing! I will definitely be returning to Sunnyside Chevrolet in the future due to the great customer service and friendliness of Rob and the entire staff and I'll be sure to recommend to my friends in the area!

I had a tough time finding a deal I liked at another dealed yesterday. was to the point that I would put money in the old SUV and take it to 200,000. Drove three different Makes, gave me pricing I liked on two and plan to P?U on Monday. Sometimes buying a car is like sitting in a Dentist Chair or on one end of a rope in a tug of war. It was a good experience. Didn't feel like I had to keep my hand on my Wallet.

We went to Sunnyside to look for a new vehicle and we were greeted by Rob Gunther who was extremely helpful. He had a lot of knowledge about the different vehicles and was never pushy. He knew we weren't buying a car that day and he still was willing to sit with us and spend time answering questions and test driving vehicles. We went back two more times in the week to get our vehicles trade-in value appraised and Rob was able to get a good trade in value for both my husbands truck and my car and was able to get my husband and I in two new vehicles that we both love and could afford. I can say that in the future we will be returning to Sunnyside Chevrolet because of the great customer service and we definitely feel like part of the Sunnyside Family!!We also had the pleasure of working with Manager Matt who was also very helpful and Dave who walked us through all our paperwork even though it was past the time of the delership's closing!

It was my first time buying a brand new car! From the time that I requested info on their website til today, David Scott was awesome! He was very patient and full of info! Even after I left, David called me through my bluetooth to make sure I didnt have any questions. This was my first new vehicle purchase. I went to Sunnyside because it is very local to my home. Rob Gunther was what I really wanted in a Sales associate. What are you looking for? the service department was very courteous, the Tek found the Ball joint to be within GM tolerance but also advised me that the tierod have never been greased and the wear on my 20" tires, that the rotation is not being performed as indicated by other facility, they rotated the tires and did a multi point vehicle inspection. I felt my truck was in good hand from Tammy checking in , service tek to Noreen checking out. I'm sure I will be using Sunnyside from now on.

I was less than thrilled with the customer service at this location. Bottom line, there was just a total lack of friendliness and will be the reason I chose not to go back. I had to wait behind several people in line each time I came and they all seemed to be frustrated as well with the customer service. Plus, I had to talk with 4 separate people about the problems I was having with my car over a 10 day period that the car was being serviced. So with that being said, nobody was on the same page, I had to explain the problem over and over and the most basic fix was not performed to start the process. Get a pencil out and write down detailed notes and enter it into your system so I don't have to keep explaining myself (so it is on my service receipt too, which it wasn't...). I was expecting a call at the end of the day when I was expecting the car back and didn't receive one. I had to take the initiative to call in around 5:50PM myself (service closed at 6:00PM) and they said my contact had already gone home for the day (of course). I had to call on other occasions for updates too. Very annoying, that isn't my job - it is yours. Of course, I had to use a dealership rental car that was both filthy on the inside (windshield with dirt, thick film and streaking and stained carpet) and outside (literally mud and salt all over it). Had to take my business customers out that week and was embarrassed to be using it. Had to spend my own money to go get a car wash the next day. I got these 3 surveys in the mail, so you asked for the feedback and now you've got it.

Our experience here was horrible in the service department. My sister brought her car in to get serviced on a part that was covered by warranty. The people at the service desk first of all didnt have any idea and couldnt find the records of my warranty. My sister being 6mths pregnant was waiting to be taken cared of for almost 5hrs. She was there since 8-9am. They didnt offer her anything and no one knew what to do and didnt off alternatives. My dad had to come in to hurry up the process because the people in the service department seem to take advantage of women who arent familiar with car maintence. To add to the last bit of the worst day, the the mechanics broke one of the car parts that was brought to be fixed and blamed it on us that we broke it when we handed them all the parts of the part in a baggy. This dealership has a bad way in dealing with customers and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

The staff at Sunnyside Chevrolet were a great help. Very friendly and courteous. The service department is outstanding. I would feel comfortable sending my friends and family there to make a purchase. I feel they went out of their way to give me a great offer.

Everyone was extremely friendly throughout the process of buying my new car. Never had to hassle they told me lowest price up front and made the buying process much more enjoyable. Worked well with me since my trade in was out of state. They were very patient with me while we waited for the car to get here. Once everything was finalized I ha my new car exactly like I had wanted. Didn't try to sell me anything extra that I didn't really want or need. Also, a few days later had a little trouble with navigation system and the service department was very curtious and looke into problem for me. All in all I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for a Chevrolet again. This is my seventh Chevrolet and by far my best experience with a dealership!

The atmosphere at the dealership was very friendly and welcoming. We were helped out right away and all of our questions were answered without uncertainty. We were given advice about payments and were satisfied with the experience all-around.

I was very pleased with everyone at the dealership. Rich went way above and beyond with helping me find the RIGHT car. He showed different ones after I told him what I was looking for. And he was right on with what I ened up with. Kudos to him. I will always come back to him when I need to find the RIGHT car for my needs. I was very impressed with the way he showed me all around the dealeship and service dept. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good car. The only dissappointment I have is that I assumed that buying a $20,000.00 car you would get two keys with two remotes to unlock doors for SAFETY but we got only one remote and two keys. Now my wife and I have to try and cordinate key swaps and that is not easy working two different schedules..

I was sitting in the waiting room because my car was in service and the sales associate Colleen O'Brien offered me a beverage. Then we struck up a conversation and she was a very nice person and I really enjoyed talking to her. I was in for an oil change but the next time I need a vehicle which will "be soon" I will buy from Colleen.

I never like to take my car in for service, for any reason. Today it was a pleasure because, Tammy's estimate for repairs was right on. I got to meet the mechanic working on my car who explained the repair. I had a doughnut and coffee in the waiting room. I went to Sunnyside Chevrolet looking to purchase another automobile. I was unsure whether I was looking to purchase new or used. The Salesmen were very patient with us while we asked our questions and even while we test drove a jcoupole different vehicles. I had looked at a couple of other dealerships before coming to Sunnyside and at Sunnyside everyone was very friendly, the customer service was the best and the prices were better than at the other dealerships. My overall experience at Sunnyside Chevrolet was great and I will definitely recommend them to all of my family and freinds. I did end up purchasing a new vehicle.

I had been looking at different vehicles for over a month trying to make a major decision - buy a new car and get everything thing I wanted on it. I hadn't bought a new car since 1995 so I was overwhelmed with the options that are now available. Sure I saw the ads on TV, but they meant nothing until it came to me and my decision to purchase. So, on a rainy Wednesday morning I decided to "check out" the only dealership I hadn't been to in the county, Sunnyside. I was happy that I did. Don Groff greeted me with a friendly hello and and I explained that I was looking for a car and had decided today was the day. I knew from all the other makes models etc what I wanted and Don went to work to find it. The result was my new 2011 Chevy Equinox. For me to get a 2012 with everything I wanted would have to be ordered and built so I'm happy with the 2011. Took it on a road trip that night and smiled all the way! I still haven't figured everything thing out, but dog gone it I have that option! I'll use it! SO I would send friends and family to Sunnyside mainly because Don never said "what will it take to get you into this car today", and because Jason didn't mind working up the price on 3 or 4 different models and checking the internet for other models available. I took up their whole afternoon, and they didn't mind , or didn't seem to mind. Drive on in and talk to these guys, they know their stuff and treat you right.

She had all necessary paper work done quickly with no delays. We have purchased many cars in our 58 years of marriage, and Colleen is, without question, the top salesperson of all time in our book. She alwayws makes us feel welcome even when we bring our cars in for service. The personel in the service department are always courteous and efficient, with either of our cars, whether the Chevy or the 2004 Buick. At one time or other in our lives, my wife and I both worked in jobs that required a lot of public contact and service, and we know the value of treating customers well. A++++

Went TO Jack Matia in April and purchased a brand new Equinox (which is a very nice vehicle by the way) from Kevin, he really new the product and was very helpful in every way. I have been dealing with this dealer since 1984 purchasing Cavaliers for daily drivers and Corvettes for FUN ! Next up is a Corvette Grand Sport Convertible ! Are you ready Kevin ? HA ! Whether Sunnyside can measure up to Jack Matia remains to be seen. But I will give them first crack when I'm ready.

Colleene is a great sales person, she knows her product and is quick to respond to requests, and I have delt with her for years and years.My only issue is that my last purchase (new Silverado from O'Brien Chevy, Vermilion) I could not get Sunnyside personel to give me a fair trade in value for my (2011 Camaro) I ended up receiving $2000.00 more from O'Brien Chevy. I wanted to stay with Sunnyside but the person in charge of car values at Sunnyside would not budge...at all.....so I went to Vermilion. Got my new truck with no quibbling at all!Fred Swanson

She will find the vehicle for you and guarantee the lowest price and make sure that any and all available rebates or offers are applied.This is the second new Chevrolet purchased since 2009 and the experience working with Colleen was immeasurably pleasurable. No Pressure and No Hype (substitue another word that begins with B for Hype). No problems with service of any type also. I had a defective seatbelt and took the truck in for repair and they INSISTED I take a loaner until they could get mine fixed. No begging or pleading on my part at all.
