Asked for an alignment and the service tech thought my wheels had a wheel lock but they are just standard lug nuts and I’ve taken them off myself to put an aftermarket wheel lock on so I know they come off like regular lug nuts. Also went to pay and the person wasn’t there so I was forced to wait while someone else tried to figure out how to use the cashier desk. Usually love dodge but won’t be going back to that location anytime soon

REVIEW FOR BUYING A CAR: SUMMARY: - Ask for ART - If ART is busy, ask for RANDY DETAILS: My hubs wanted to upgrade our beloved family Jeep to a newer model, anticipating our daughter driving soon. He wanted the safety features of the newer model even though our Jeep was in amazing condition and we all were quite attached to our beloved "OG". We had visited a different Jeep dealership first and did not have the best experience. We headed over to Sunnyvale Jeep.  I have to say, I was impressed with the quality of service, attention to detail, and overall passion from our sales professional, Art. Here's the bottom line, Art is a straight shooter. His honesty and steadfast dedication to customer service was outstanding. Art did everything possible to provide us with a fair deal that we felt satisfied with, which is so important when buying a car. You never want 'buyers remorse' which has happened to me in the past. Art worked tirelessly to get us the tires we wanted installed in an incredibly aggressive time frame to fit our schedule. He met every single request, keeping his word on each one. Randy was also great to work with and partnered with Art in the best way. The final step, finance, can be tricky. But Rages was so informative and helpful. No pressure at all and was a pleasure to work with to finalize our purchase. If you are looking for a quality car buying experience, do yourself a favor and head over to Jeep Sunnyvale. Ask for ART. If he is busy, talk with Randy. They will take care of you in the best way. We can't imagine going to another sales person or dealership based on the quality of service we experienced.

Brought it my JL for warranty replacement of a steering box. No extra questions asked, they fixed the car and it's driving perfect now. Took a bit longer than they initially said, but that was due to parts availability. Great experience, will be using this dealership for servicing my car from now on.

Sales department is lousy. They refused to honor Jeep’s corporate affiliate award program. I had to call them back 4 times to try to arrange a test drive. They wouldn’t even show me the car I wanted to see, they tried talking me into another one. Really poor communication overall.
