Excellent customer service ! The staff at this dealership were extremely genuine.They honored their listing price and had no additional hidden fees unlike all the other auto dealers I had visited. The sales representative Mike did an excellent job helping me with my purchase. Boris ensured that the entire process went through smoothly. I highly recommend this establishment !

Helped me obtain my first loan when denied by every bank…. They also weren’t creepy feeling …. Richard made me feel very comfortable along with every other salesman like they genuinely wanted to help me and not hound me into purchasing a vehicle! Finance Manager was great also he handled me patiently giving the severity of my credit.

Came to Sunrise Auto Sales and honestly came with no expectation as I have bad credit little to know Mike the salesperson was very helpful and didn't quit until I have been approved may I say that the team at sunrise auto sales is amazing and work beyond there need to get stuff done. I do want to add that Boris made the last process easier and smooth. I will definitely come back again and will buy here from now on. Thanks to Mike and Boris.

I just left probably the greatest dealership experience I've ever had! Without a doubt, amazing customer service, no pressure and no problems. Joseph is who helped me and he is super patient and he really cares about what you need. I’ve never done a Google review until now because I feel like they deserved the 5stars and I feel like everyone should receive this kind of service at a dealership. Job well done guys!

i have purchased numerous vehicles from here the owner boris is very very aware of the neighborhood that he is selling his vehicles and is very reasonable to the prospective buyers , not looking to overcharge to make a buck. he is very understanding and willing to help with your purchase. if you don't see what you want he will make every attempt to find what you are looking for.if you have any problems with your car he will take and make sure your vehicle is in shape (stands by his product) if i could give him more stars i would.

My credit was shot. I had bankruptcy and thought there was no way id get approved for the car I wanted. Luckily I was wrong, I saw the sign "u work u drive" and took my chances luckily Boris got me approved for the car I wanted with great monthly payments. I was so grateful and recommend this dealership to anyone else.

I have purchased over 10 cars and trucks from Sunrise Auto Sales since the year 2000. Purchases have included anything from a 1 month old car to a 10 year old car. These cars have always been greater than my expectations and the prices have always been much lower than other new and used car dealerships by thousands of dollars. I am a retired NYPD Detective and a USMC Vietnam Veteran. Buying from them has always been a positive experience and I will always highly recommend the dealership. As first time buying goes, this was a easy and painless experience. I went in, picked out the car that I liked with help from the salesman and proceeded to apply for the loan without any problems. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make this happen. I would definitely come again and recommend this shop to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
