Sunrise Autoland was a great place to purchase my BMW 3 Series. I traded my 2008 for a 2013. I came in on a Saturday just to browse and they made everything simple for me. I came back Monday with the down payment and signed paperwork and was driving away my 2013 bimmer. John is a great salesman and very personable. I would recommend this place for anyone purchasing a used car.

I dealt primarily with Faz and communicated with him first over the phone, then by e-mail, and finally in person when I purchased the vehicle. He emailed me the carfax and then did an excellent job following up with me both before and after I purchased my vehicle. He negotiated fairly with me and continued to provide follow-up service after I purchased the car. He had no problem picking me up from the LIRR train station and also accommodated me by driving me to the bank. He was very friendly and personable.

I searched the Internet for the Mercedes I wanted and found it listed at Sunrise Autoland. I live in Colorado and they are in New York. My salesperson, Faz, responded to my initial inquiry. The price they had on the car was excellent, almost so good I didn't believe it could be in good condition. Faz, and the manager, gave me their word the car was in good condition. I bought the car sight unseen and had it delivered to Colorado. I then took it to the Mercedes dealership to make sure the car was in good shape. The local Mercedes dealership even told me I got a great deal on a car that was in excellent condition. I'm enjoying my Mercedes and also enjoying the fact that, even after paying for shipping from New York to Colorado, I saved at least $6000 over buying from local individuals or dealerships. By the way, most of the negotiating and paperwork took place via text and E-Mail. Thank you Faz for making the deal easy.
