Came in with my husband so that he can purchase a car. We didn't think our credit was good enough for a new car! However, we drove off in a brand new car 2015 Yeah! Our first new car. We have been working different shifts with one car. Thanks Mr. Dobbs who was very professional and easy going. He made us feel comfortable and well now I don't have to feel like a chauffeur anymore LOL! Thanks Mr. Dobbs and thanks Sunrise Chevrolet! I'll be back for mine. Oh and it didn't take a week to get approved.

I have not purchased a new vehicle in over 9 years, so when I decided to "go for it", I wanted a very seamless experience. Mr Derek Dobbs delivered! A process that took 4 months ended with me purchasing a very nice Enclave; just what I was looking for! Mr Dobbs was the most patient salesperson I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He NEVER forced a car or deal on me. I was truly in the driver's seat the entire process! Yes, rare indeed but very true! He even brought a vehicle to me when I couldn't get to him. In a word: AWESOME!

I had such a great experience purchasing my first vehicle with Sunrise at Collierville, and more specifically with Jim Berkheimer. He found me the vehicle I needed with a great deal in a very short amount of time. I went to look for the first on a Friday afternoon and then the following Monday I was driving off the lot in my new 2014 white diamond Chevrolet Equinox. Great service-- I am looking forward to doing business with Sunrise in the future!

I don't even know where to start the whole experience was great from start to finish! My wife and I puchased a 2014 Chevrolet Traverse LTZ and couldn't be more happy, this is our 3rd vehicle purchased from Sunrise and we haven't been dissapointed yet! I just purchased a used Nissan Altima coupe from Sunrise Chevy in Collierville. My daughter and I had a pleasant experience a couple of years ago when she bought a car from Derek Dobbs. I called Derek and told him what I was looking for and he located it immediately. I went in early on an icy morning 2 days later - a couple hours before my original appointment in order to try and beat the bad weather. Even though Derek had not arrived yet, Todd and other staff made sure I had everything I needed and got things rolling for me. Derek is not high pressure and he is very honest, which is why I know I made the right choice to purchase from Sunrise Collierville. I have many options in the Memphis area but cannot imagine going elsewhere. Heber Arnold in Finance was also super nice. I highly recommend Sunrise Chevy in Collierville.

Dealership was nice and my sales guy Derek Dobbs was super, not to pushy, or one of those guys that keep your keys and hold you hostage, and I have had that happen .... deal went fine and I love my GMC all the bells and whistles you could ask for. All in all it was as good as a car dealer gets...LOL ;) I would recommend these guys if you're looking for a great auto, good deal and super sales people!

I recently bought a new 2014 Chevrolet Silverado Crew Cab LTZ with the new Max Trailering Package from Sunrise and was very pleased with my experience. My salesman, Xavier Word took the time to find out exactly what I was looking for, researched availability, gave advice, and finally hooked me up with just what I wanted from the factory. In fact, I received the very first 2014 Silverado with the Max Trailering Package delivered in this region and I couldn't be happier. Xavier was very knowledgeable, informative, and patient with me...in other words, he had everything I look for in a sales person. The entire sales team at Sunrise was friendly and great to work with...so keep up the good work!

The staff at Sunrise, especially our salesman-Derek Dobbs was all that anyone in the car-buying mode could ever ask for. Mr. Dobbs in just a few words really took care of our need for another automobile. We bought a car from Derek 15 months ago for our daughter. He did the same thing again for us- he listened to our concerns and desires and made everything work to our benefit. No tricks or gimmicks; no 10 times back and forth to management; no "give me a deposit and I'll take your offer to my boss"- just honest gentleman-like business. What more could anyone ask for? Mr. Arnold in finance was also very considerate and on task as well. They combined to make our experience at Sunrise a very pleasant one and we'll share this with our friends, acquaintances, co-workers and family.

My husband and I went to this dealership to buy a 2011 rogue which was already sold. We left with a 2013 Buick Encore. We love this vehicle and we are very proud of our experience. The salesman who worked with us was Steven McLamore. He was very courteous and helpful, and we appreciate the opportunity we had meeting him. He worked with us and he was very knowledgeable of the product. Being courteous to customers is always a plus for any company. This was not the first time I ever bought a new car but it was by far the best experience I ever had at buying one. If fact because of the way everything went I ended up purchasing a 2013 Lacrosse for my wife and leasing one for myself. I really liked the way Clayton Brown, who was the sales person, I dealt with handled everything and himself. I first met Clayton in July of this year at the new car lot at Sunrise while I was waiting on my 2008 Buick Lucerne to be serviced. When he approached me I told him I was not interested in buying a car at that time. He then told me that he just like talking about the cars and he walked around with me as I looked at different Buicks and just talked to me about the cars and how much he liked them, but he never once pressured or tried to convince me to buy a car. That is what made me return with my wife to buy her a Lacrosse and of course I decided to lease one for me after I was shown the deal GM was offering on them. Our whole experience at Sunrise was great. We received warm greetings and offers of help from everyone we met there

Jim helped me look for a used truck for about 3 months until I finally decided to go for a new one. He then searched around and then even went to another dealership to get exactly what I wanted. My overall experience was good, minus the chilly "welcome" I received at the reception desk. My sales rep. Mr. Clarence Mitchell was friendly, efficient & took the time to go over the documents in great detail as well as showing me the various features of my new 2013 Chevy Camaro! I was shopping around looking for a used pick up truck. Mr. Derek Dobbs was my car salesman and to my surprise; he knew a lot about every car on the lot. To make a long story short; I drove away with a 2010 Chevy Equinox AWD. I must say it rides smooth and is very roomy; I get great gas mileage, and thanks to my knowledgeable salesperson, I found out I can tow up to 3000 pounds; in which I researched my and found out everything he told me about this vehicle was the truth. I really did not know what to expect, when first talking to Matt several times on the phone, due past experiences with car sales persons. I was not sure if he was just fishing or if he was trustworthy. To my surpise he was exactly the kind of person as he presented himself on the phone. He had basically told me what I could expect the price of the car would be, what trade allowance I might receive for my vehicle, and appromiately what the payments would be. I informed him that I did not want to drive over 75 miles to find out that he was not serious. He promised me that if my vehicle was what I said it was that we could deal. Upon arrival, Matt was getting ready to go into a meeting so he placed me with Dereck Dobbs who he said would take care of me. I was not prepared for the wonderful blessing I was about to receive. Derek took a personal interest in taking care of everything. He is personalbe and a consumate professional. I would recommend Matt and Derek to anyone wanting to purchase a car to see them. This was not the first time I was buying car, so I know how car salesman are. However, to my surprise, the people I met in Sunrise GMC, Collierville are very unlike the traditional car dealers. JR is friendly, nice, soft spoken and never shied away from being honest. He not only helped me find my dream car but also to get a good deal. The processes were very transparent and I liked that the most about them. I would definitely recommend my friends to consider Sunrise and specially JR.

After doing a couple of weeks of research online, I stopped by Sunrise to see a couple of vehicles live and possibly test drive. I was immediately welcomed warmly by Stevan McLemore. He didn't have the "car salesman" feel or stereotypical chessiness. He listened closely to what I had to share and using his knowledge of in-stock inventory, encouraged me to test drive a vehicle I hadn't considered. Long story short, I loved the car! Dominik Huhn, Sales Manager, was great and went above and beyond to seal the deal! Stevan's amazing listening skills coupled with his knowledge and laid-back approach and Dominik's desire for complete customer satisfaction made for a winning combination.
