We came in looking to downsize. I started with David and Jeff helped on the deal as well. Both were very friendly and knowledgeable. I never once felt pressured or hurried to decide what I wanted. I came in to look at escapes and that is what I left with. they were quick with a deal and met me exactly where I wanted to be quickly and professionally. Over the course of a week, we worked with Brett Bergman to find a truck to replace our undersized F350 we had purchased from him over 4 years ago. Brett found our truck and had it delivered to Sunset Waterloo so we could test drive it and eventually complete the purchase. It didn't end there because we also decided to purchase a new Escape Titanium. I am not a fan of purchasing vehicles, but Brett made the experience smooth. Mike Carr also was pleasant to work with as he completed the financial aspect of the purchases. I have recommended this dealer to friends who have had the same pleasant experience with their purchase, and would continue to recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car from the best automotive manufacture in the world, Ford.

I was very satisfied in how sunset fords of Waterloo handle my business, they, definitely don't give up on you! Here's my story.Friday August 5th,2016 I spent allday looking for a vehicle that caught my eye or thst I was interested in. I gave up hope until I pulled on the parking lot of sunset fords. I drove thru and got out and started looking around when I seen a few vehicles that caught my eye. I turned around to go get someone and didnt have to. David zellerman was already on his way up to talk to me about the vehicle I had in mind. When I told him the 3 or 4 I liked he said okay let's get you in one to test drive. So I got into the vehicle that I wanted to test drive which was a 2010 chevy malibu. I instantly fell in love with this car. I didn't wanna test drive any other vehicles. It was around 4 or 5 and I had my 2 year old daughter with me so david zellerman insisted on me going home to do the credit application so that the next day we wouldn't be waiting all this time for the banks to get back. So I put in the credit application and came back the next day. Remind you 2 customers had already came in and was interested in thw,same chevy malibu i fell in love with. But David zellerman told them he has a 9 o clock appointment with someone already intrested in the car. So I get to Sunset fords Saturday August 6th and Problem 1 came up. My social on the credit app was wrong. I guess I must of typed it in wrong on the computer so we had to put the right social in and get it fixed. Then mike rich told me to go home and come back Monday by that time the bank should get back to them because it was,Saturday and banks,close at noon and it was,already 1130. Discouraged and disappointed I left. We started to head out of Waterloo and David zellerman told me to come back the bank called an accepted me. So much relief thinking I'm gonna get my car only to find out I needed my social security card which was back in Chester which was a 40 min drive and my daughters birthday party was the same day. So they told,me to go home email my social to them and they'll get ahold of me monday. Monday came and I got a phone call from Dave zellerman telling me the bank needed mail that proved I lived where I did which is with my grandma. My mailing address was at my parents house but I lived with my grandma. I found a piece of mail that the bank accepted but I needed something else. I had a government document stamped and dated but the bank woukdnt accept it. Me and David and mike carr were all flabbergasted that a gouvernmwnt doucment woyldnt work. So david told me that I needed to get my address changed on my license that that was,the only thing that was gonna work.knowing that the dmv wasn't going to accept my mail I called over and the man over there explained to go to court house and get my votor card and bring someone to sign an affidavit. So I got my votors card and brought my gma with me to sign the affidavit. I got my addressed changed and instantly sentry a picture of my license over to them. But because illinois changed everything so I got a paper license until my new one came in and I had to have my old one and new one. So I had both and David zellerman told me to come up Wednesday at 345 that he had the appointment set for then. So I get up to sunset fords and start filling out paperwork. Mike Carr told me they had been pulling every string they could to make sure I got into this car. And the bank finally accepted everything and the paperwork was the only process I had left to drive away in the vehicle that I fell in love with. Mike Carr and David Zellerman made it possible for me to get into the chevy malibu. They could of gave up on me and let other customers that came in to look at vehicle drive off the lot with the car I fell in love with but they didn't because they appreciate their customers. They do not give up on you they will keep pushing and keep pushing until they can't do anymore for you. This is by far the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. They are very courtesy and respectful. I would refer anyone to Sunset fords of Waterloo. And would ask for david zellerman and mike carr! I had a pleasure of doing business with Mike Carr and David Zellerman!

Thank you!Our only complaint isn't your employees but rather the time some of the process took. Other than our inquisitions, the other stuff from Ford that they had to go over with us was a little long. We were there close to 6 hours. And as far as the Escape! It's great! The only thing is that they took away the cargo space by moving the spare, compared with where it was on our 2008! Thanks-a-bunch!

I worked with Jerry Edwards and Mike Rich to purchase a 2014 Mustang GT Premium. I flew in to St. Louis from Minneapolis and was picked up buy their driver. It was very nice that I didn't have to rent a car to drive down to Waterloo. It was a very busy day at Sunset but I was in and out with my new purchase within 3 hours. They were a little leery at first accepting and electronic funds transfer from USAA Federal Savings Bank... They wanted a personal check instead. What?!?! Okay, well they are a little old school I guess. I purchased two vehicles prior using the same bank with no issues what so every. However, Mike Rich talked to Sunset's Owners and gave him the okay to process my payment. All the paper work was done and off I was back to Minneapolis!!

I never been to Sunset Ford before, the last car I bought I had for 12 years, I went in to look at a 2009 Ford Focus, everything went smooth Jeff Bakken was a great help and Mike with the purchase of the vehicle, I noticed after I drove the car home at night the bulb on the gear shift was out, I called Jeff and they got me an appointment to fix it, no hassle and a life time warranty and free lifetime car washes, I would recommend going to the dealer for your next car, I will be.

It was time to update my Mustang. I had a 1995 with 311,000 miles on it. I had checked the St. Louis dealer websites in July 2015 and found a 2015 Mustang I wanted to buy at Sunset Ford. Unfortunately, we could not come together on price on that car. I waited until the 2015-2016 winter was over in March 2016 and again browsed the dealer websites for a 2016 Mustang. Once again, I found the car at Sunset Ford. This time the Sunset price was about $1400 less than a similar Mustang at Dave Sinclair Ford. I purchased the car from Jeff Bakken who demonstrated knowledge of the vehicle at our initial meeting in July 2015 and again in March 2016. He used no "high pressure" sales techniques and he gave me the freedom to thoroughly test drive the car before the purchase. The purchase and delivery went smoothly. This was my first purchase from Sunset Ford. Even though it was not the easiest new car purchase that I have had, I obtained the vehicle that I wanted. Note that the purchase is only part of car ownership. Service and maintenance is another critical component that will make the final decision on future purchases from Sunset Ford.

First time I bought a car from Sunset was 2009. It was so quick and easy! When it was time to start shopping again, I looked at a few other dealer websites. But when I needed straight answers - I turned to George at Sunset. From the start of the process, he was dedicated to making sure I had the info I needed to make a well informed decision. He puts you at ease, and really LISTENS to what you are saying. No comments about how "shiny the finish of the car" is or how "the backseat has plenty of room for carseats" (even after you say you don't have kids) or ask if "I need to have my dad/husband/boyfriend check the car out" - all things other salesmen have said at OTHER dealerships. So on Thursday I went to see George at Sunset. He had brought the car I was interested in over from the St Louis lot. He patiently answered all my questions and explained all the car's features. I drove it, love it, and bought it! Now I have a 2015 Ford Focus in my driveway and I'll keep coming back to SUNSET!

I called ahead of time and was set up with a salesman (Jeff Bakken)) who talked through their options that fit our budget. We were never pressured to go outside of what we could afford, and they were focused on getting us in the right car for us. We set up a time to visit and test drive cars, and, when we got there, Jeff already had the cars we had discussed ready to go. He showed us the different features on the cars, walked through their history (we were shopping for pre-owned vehicles), and talked through the pluses and minuses of each. After test driving, he let us decide which car we wanted and never pressured us to get a certain car. We did all our financial paperwork with Mike Carr, and he helped us walk through all of our options for payment, warranties, and everything else. It could not have been made easier. By the time we finished signing all the papers, they had run the car through the cleaner again, put on the plates for us, and had it completely ready to go. We could not have been more pleased with the whole experience, and we never felt pressured to buy--they were committed to getting us into the right car for our needs. They even told us that, if we were not sure, to take our time and to look at other places to see what they had to offer. We would definitely shop there again.

We were looking at the new Ford f150's and the GMC Sierra SLT. We researched and finally visited two dealerships to do our final comparison; Sunset Ford in Waterloo and Laura Buick-GMC in Collinsville. We drove the Ford first, and absolutely loved the ride, feel, and comfort of the vehicle. George Schneider, our salesperson, didn't ride with us (which I like), but very thoroughly pointed out the features of the truck and answered our questions after our test drive. We then negotiated a price of the vehicle, which for some reason did not prove to be a stressful experience. They told us the price was good even if we left to test drive the GMC, which we did. The GMC was priced over 20% off MSRP and had more options than the F150 we were looking at. The salesperson at Laura rode along, but couldn't add much to what we already knew about the truck. His main selling point was that we better buy it before someone else does, because of its great price. To me, however, the truck was sluggish when compared to the ford. the hood seemed enormous and somehow seemed to block my view, and especially my wife's view, out of the front windshield. One of the biggest differences came down to that we felt like we knew what we were buying after our time at Sunset, but didn't feel the same way after visiting Laura. That's why we now own a ford F150 from Sunset Ford in Waterloo, and are LOVING every minute of it. I haven't driven either of my other vehicles for over two weeks. So thanks to George Schneider and all the folks at Sunset Ford.

Just bought a new 2015 Ford F150 and am in love with the truck. My wife and I took about a 1.5 hr drive down to Waterloo to talk with Jeff Bakken about the truck. I inquired about the truck online and Jeff called me back within 30 mins of my email! The car buying process was extremely enjoyable. Jeff, Mike Rich, and Mike Carr wereall very professional and helpful. Jeff spent a lot of time with us to explain all the ins and outs of the truck. I can't say much else about Jeff except he was outstanding! I will be back for my next truck!

My husband and I have been looking at newer used cars to replace my aging Pontiac and decided to take a look at a 2014 we had seen on the Sunset webpage. We arrived at the Waterloo location only to find that car was at the South County lot. Jeff Bakken was very helpful, showed us the 2015 model and explained the differences, he suggested a test drive of the similar car while he looked into getting the car we were interested brought to Waterloo. He also showed us the used selection available for test drives there.Jeff listened to what we had to say before making any suggestions on other vehicles, asked us about our needs for any purchase we would make like our budget and what kind of use the car would get. He and his boss, Mike Rich, were extremely laid back, not rushing us to make a decision, it was more like talking to friends than a sales team.My husband and I decided on a white 2012 Focus that was a certified pre owned, not my favorite color but within our budget. When Mike started the financing, he knew we had liked the 2015 model we test drove as well and when the interest and payment on the used model came back, he wondered if he could get us a lower rate on a new model and possibly a better payment.I haven't had a brand new car since I purchased my first car by myself just after high school, I never really figured I could afford a brand new car. Thanks to the team at Sunset though, I have a 2015 Focus with a ton of features I love and don't think I can now live without. The best part is though, it's my favorite color-silver.

My husband and I walked into the Waterloo location and was met with a warm greeting by George. He talked to us not at us. He answered all of our questions and found us exactly what we were looking for. I appreciated that the manager was on the floor talking to all the customers and being involved. (so many managers just sit in their office. it makes a difference) We didn't have to haggle for a price or spend hours negotiating. They were extremely fair and knowledgeable on everything. The best way I can describe them is family. They were all eager to assist each other. After we had finalized the sale George continued with the follow up. He contacted us a few days later to make sure we were still happy and if he could answer any questions. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

I drove 30 minutes further than Aufenburg Ford to purchase from Sunset via Jeff Bakken. I jumped around three times trying to make up my mind from used, to leasing, and finally decided to go new. Jeff was patient and friendly the entire time. When I finally decided to purchase we knocked out half the paperwork before I arrived and he drove to St. Louis to get the car from another dealership. I spent more time in an empty office at Aufenburg waiting for the managers decision before walking out than I did from start to finish here. Excellent! I bought a used Kia Soronto from Sunset Ford. My journey began about four months before i bought this vehicle. I had been looking for the perfect Kia Soronto (With all my wanted Features) for about four months before I found this one on Auto Trader. It was much to my surprise that they had a 24 hour chat. I chatted with the lady to ensure her that i was interested in the vehicle and to have someone call me. The next morning at 9:45 I got the call from Jeff. He was VERY friendly and patience. I loved the fact that he let us look at the vehicle without hoovering over us! I would recommend him to any of my friends and family, which of course I have already done! Jerry Edwards is fantastic, he made us feel welcome and at ease from the start and he took the time to explain all the details to us. Jerry Edwards bent over backwards to ensure that our new car buying experience was pleasant and rewarding. We drove a couple of different makes with a complete explanation of each car and how is operated. He picked one of them up from another location and brought it to the dealership for us to drive. Today I took my 2012 Ford Focus in for its 10,000 mile checkup. I was greeted by Brad Middendorf who quickly took my information and determined that I needed an oil change and tire rotation. He then directed me to the customer waiting area where I enjoyed a nice cup of coffee. About 30 minutes later Brad came in and informed me that there was a serious problem with the rear tire on the driver's side and that the tire needed to be replaced. A couple of weeks ago while on Christmas vacation in southern Missouri I had accidentally bumped a concrete median and blew out the front tire on the drivers side. The company that replaced the tire did not notice that the rear tire was also damaged. The technician at Sunset Ford did notice and saved me another blow out in a few weeks (or days!). I had road hazard insurance on the tires and Brad contacted the insurance company and arranged for a replacement tire at no cost to me (thank you Brad!). The oil change and tire rotation were completed promptly and I was soon back home. What more can I say but excellent service!

What a difference a oil change makes. I went to get my oil change and was looking at just some of the cars. Jerry Edwards came up to me and we started talking, about the Ford Explorer, next thing I know I was sitting in a 2015. Well that is a little above my price range. But Jerry knew right away two SUV that I might be interested in. It was love at first sight with my 2013 Ford Explorer, I couldn't have ask for more on my SUV. And to top it all off, we never felt pressured and to me that is important. Jerry was fun to work with, because I like to have a fun but long lasting relationship with my dealer. I live approx 1-1/2 hrs south of sunset, after my terrible experience with vogler ford in carbondale and Marion ford I just about gave up on buying a new truck. I have bought two new ford vehicles in the past, but after the deception and dishonesty I experience with the two local dealer ships I just mentioned I was disgusted and was just about to forget another purchase. After searching online through out the St. Louis area and other southern Illinois dealerships, Brett contacted me by phone. Long story short I bought a truck from him. I didn't even know I was really interested in a new vehicle. My husband purchased from Sunset and I laughingly said, "Why don't you ask your salesman about my truck and a trade-in." He did and I have a 2014 f-150! There was never any pressure...no one tried to get me to "go a little higher" on a payment and no one talked down to me as a woman in a dealership.I feel like I made three new friends and drove away in a new truck. This was a great car buying experience. We were looking for a way to lower our payment while trading in my husbands truck on a more cost efficient car. We lived about a hour and 15 min. away and worried that it would be hard to determine if it was worth our while to make the trip. We had purchased our previous car from Sunset in St. Louis. I contacted the dealership in Waterloo just to ask some general questions & was put in touch with BRETT BERGMAN. He was amazing. And I was surprised at how helpful & friendly he was over the phone. He took the time to take specific pictures of the truck I had requested. I was able to ask many questions and get quick responses via email & text message (very convenient for someone with a hectic schedule). By the end of the day we had even agreed on a price (pending test drive) and we were on our way! The pleasant experience was even better in person. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I felt like they were up front and honest, all the way down to what was BEST for US, certify the truck or go with an extended warranty? They helped us weigh the options. Seemed that everyone on staff was helping to make our purchase as comfortable as if we were dealing with FRIENDS. And after the second time around, that's how we feel about Sunset Ford. I don't normally take the time to write reviews, however my experience with Brett and the Sunset Ford team in Waterloo was so impressive that I felt I needed to write one. From the first day I walked into their showroom, I could just tell that they were different. I did not know if I wanted a car or a SUV. I was undecided if I wanted new or used. I told Brett I had questions and did not know who quickly I would move on a purchase and he did not pressure me once. I came back several more times and Brett either provided me with a test drive or answered my questions. When I decided what I wanted to purchase, Brett made the buying experience very easy and when I took delivery of the car, he also made the purchasing process very easy. They did not try to push un-wanted packages into my purchase and they searched to see if there were any other possible rebates or incentives I could leverage. in fact on the day of deliver, Brett actually found me an additional $500 in savings, something he did not have to do since the sale was done. That is what I call a great experience. I will be back for any future auto purchases I make.

Ok, let's face it, no one looks forward to buying a new car. Personally a tooth extraction sounded better, especially after spending the day before shopping at the competitors. But from the moment we pulled into Sunset Ford, our car shopping drastically changed. As we looked at the cars on the lot, Brett Bergman came out to say "hello" and offer any help we needed. Brett was so low key and NOT pushy. He was knowledgeable and NOT pushy (did I mention that before??). We decided on a truck and shortly threafter we were driving off the lot with a smile on our faces. I came from St. Louis to Waterloo to look at a really well-priced used Toyota. The staff was really friendly and not at all the sort of over-the-top in-your-face typical car salesmen I had gotten used to during my car hunt. And they weren't the kind who is overly eager and treats you like a king in a really phony way either. They just acted like human beings, which is really unusual in the business, seems to me. They were really up front, open to negotiate, and not pushy. I have complicated finances being largely a freelance musician who's never owned a credit card, but they worked a little extra to find me some financing that worked with my lack of credit, making a few phone calls and being really persistent and patient. In the end I got the car, got the financing deal, and drove away a very happy customer. I'd highly recommend the place for the low prices alone or for the customer service alone, but finding both in one place is just fantastic.

I recently purchased a pre-owned Honda Accord at Sunset. My internet sales rep., Jerry, was very accommodating. Living out of the immediate area (about 70 miles away), I was able to set up an appointment to take a look at and drive the vehicle at my convenience. Upon arriving at the dealership, the vehicle was ready to go. There was a moderate snowfall prior to my arrival, so Jerry offered to let me run the car through the wash so I could take a closer look at the exterior. After inspecting the vehicle, we negotiated a price, which I thought to be fair. Several days later I arrived to take possession of the vehicle; at this time I noticed a few dings in the windshield. Jerry spoke with his manager and arranged to have a local glass repair shop take care of the blemishes, again, at my convenience - this was done with ease, and I was quite satisfied with the results. During the entire process I was treated like a valued customer, even though I had never done previous business with the dealership. I would not hesitate to do business with this dealership in the future.

We went in to get an expensive repair on my 2004 Ford F150. We were expecting the worse and decided to see if buying a brand new vehicle would be a better option. We had already looked into getting a loan from our bank to buy a different vehicle, but was turned down. We weren't getting our hopes up. We were originally looking at a less loaded Edge that would have been delivered from the other dealership. Bob asked if I liked the model I test drove which of course I did. It was loaded with leather seats. He suggested we try getting that model. Expecting to be turned down anyway, we decided it was worth a shot. Bob worked all the numbers and passed it along to Mike in the Financial office. About 15 minutes later Mike came out to get us. He said everything was ready and we just need to sign the papers. So we went in expecting an outrageous interest rate and a high monthly car payment. To our surprise we got the payment we want with the lowest rate going today. The whole experience went better than my previous experiences buying a new car. My son who was going on no nap was being a handful an Pete gave him a die cast Ford Rapter toy car and a Sunset Ford mini football to keep him occupied as we finished the deal. The staff there are the best!!! We will definitely be buying our next car from Sunset in Waterloo.

We buy from him because he is so knowledge, friendly and is genuine in seeing that you get the vehicle to fit your needs and your budget. He is always available to answer any questions, eager to make sure you are satified, always knows all of his customers names the second they walk in the door to get a car wash ticket. I never feel like I over pay or get talked into something I really don't need or want when we deal with Brett. Some of my family members are 'hooked' on sunset also. They spoil you to the point where you just don't want to go anywhere else. When our cars need serviced or oil changes, I call Robb Kostial in Service. He is so friendly, always gets us an appointment when it is convenient for us. He follows up on repairs to make sure all is well. Rob makes sure you understand what is being repaired and lets you know of any other maintenance that might be coming up. We have always had a good experience at Sunset with Brett and Robb. We will definitley be back for the fourth car!

Started working with the dealer over email at noon on Saturday, completed the deal by 5:30. In my opinion that was quick considering Jerry had to go get the car from the STL branch and the JB bridge was out for construction. They were able to beat a competitor's pricing on the exact same vehicle, different VIN of course. They are a very professional staff and hustled to meet my requirements and made sure I didn't make an unnecessary trip down to their dealership. The after the sale support has been excellent where most dealers forget your name the time you leave the dealership. I give them 5 stars because I would purchase again from this dealer without having to shop around. I know I will get the best deal and appreciate people willing to work hard to make things happen.

This has to be my best car buying experience ever! We walked in one night close to closing time and Jerry Edwards was more than willing to stick around to show us what he had to offer. Since we didnt find anything on the lot that we liked, Jerry went above and beyond to track down the exact car that we wanted. We came back, worked with Mike Rich for pricing and financing and finished the deal up with Mike Carr. We drove home in our brand new CLEAN Ford Escape. We look forward to stopping by for our free car washes and our future service and maintenance.

On June 07/2013 our family was heading down to Disney World in Orlando Florida when we were in Byron Georgia about 6 hours from Orlando our truck was smoking from behind and a motorist had alarmed us by flagging us on the highway , so we got off at nearest exit and called Ford Roadside assistance , which the person answered the phone was having an off day and was very rude and then I called Mike at Sunset to ask for guidance on how to proceed to the nearest dealer for Service to be performed.After trying to find a car or truck rental facility on Saturday after 3pm is very difficult , we find one and got back off to Disney World in Orlando and had a great time with the Waterloo High School marching Bulldogs playing in the electric parade. We headed back to Byron to pick up our Ford F-150 from the Brannen ford dealer that fixed our transmission , I had called Ford Roadside assistance to ask how to process my claim and submitting such claim my claim was denied.At this time me and my wife was very upset and I called back to Mike Rich at Sunset Ford and explained our situation after listening to our whole story , he got with Pete Heutel the owner of this dealership and the Service department claims division of his Missouri branch and Ford Motor company was able to get our claim accepted and processed.I would like to take this opportunity to Thank everyone at Sunset Ford in Waterloo Illinois for them taking action when needed to help there customer that used to only buy form Chevrolet. ( Great Job everyone )

I recently purchased a used Ford Fusion from Sunset. The dealer was very flexible to work around my schedule and within my budget. I didn't not feel pressured or rushed to make a purchase. Earlier this month I decided it was time to replace my 1999 Dodge Neon (216,000 miles!). I contacted GM, Toyota, Nissan, and Hyundai dealers in South St. Louis County and the Sunset Ford dealer in Waterloo. My contact person at Sunset (Jerry Edwards) was head and shoulders above my contacts at the other dealers. Unlike the other salesmen, he never tried to pressure me via the phone or email. He just showed me the Ford Focus that I was interested in and answered all of the questions that I had. He managed to find the exact color and model of the Focus that wanted. I stopped by twice for test drives (once without advance warning) and both times he had me out on the road in a matter of minutes. I am 62 years old, and Jerry is the BEST salesman I have ever worked with. I purchased the Focus last Friday, and I can say that the next time I purchase a vehicle (probably for my granddaughter in a couple of years), it will be through Jerry at Sunset Ford. He is the BEST!

My wife and I were looking for a second vehicle and through auto trader we saw a few we were interested in but when we went to Sunset Ford in Waterloo we met Brett Bergman and Mike Rich we had our minds on a truck they found us a 2008 Honda Ridgeline with low miles very clean nice color and pretty much everything we wanted. the "WHY" we bought from them because it was so easy to talk to them. we test drove the vehicle had questions that were answered quickly and easily We went home thought about it and the next day purchased the vehicle walked in signed a few papers and was ready to GO!!!! don't understand most car dealers Here is my monthly payment match it or Im leaving and they did with a simple handshake!

Needed a car since mine would have been too costly to repair. I wanted a larger vehicle but I was not able to obtain a used car loan. George Schneider and Mike Carr went out of their way to get me approved for a new car which I was excited about. Please thank the lady Mike worked with at Ford Credit for getting me into the Focus. I now feel comfortable driving my 85 miles round trip per day for work with no fear of breaking down on the highway. The gas mileage is around 34 mpg so I don't have to stop to fuel up every three days. Thanks again to everyone being so kind.Elaine Keys

I promised my hubby that once our Ford Fusion (also bought at Sunset in Waterloo) was paid off, we would buy him a new truck. Our 2009 Fusion has not given us a bit of trouble. I am sure the mammoth new 2012 F350 truck will give Brian the same satisfaction my car gives me. Brian has now promised me that once the truck is paid off, I get another new car. Sunset Ford in Waterloo is trustworthy. I have no doubt that when the time comes for us to "trade-in" our Fusion, we will go to Brett or Bob at Sunset Ford. The overall experience was exceptional. I never felt as if I was being pressured to buy. These guys made the experience as easy as buying a loaf of bread. The owner even came out to introduce himself and was a gentleman, just like the other employees. I felt as if the red carpet was being rolled out for my wife and I. The experience was so great, I even went back to Bob to purchase another vehicle for my wife three weeks later. This experience was just as easy as the first one. I never felt that anxiety or "on edge" feeling from these guys. These guys were so great, I will be sending my family and friends to Sunset Ford of Waterloo to see Bob, Mike and Pete. My wife and I have been taking Our 2007 Freestyle to Sunset Waterloo for all our service needs. Robb is the best. He is very trustworthy and the nicest guy you can meet. We decided to trade our freestyle in. For us there was no other decision than to buy at Sunset Waterloo. thats when we met Jerry Edwards. What a guy. No High pressure. We drove a bunch of cars and finally decided to buy an Escape. It was a pre-owned. Great price, great trade in price, and an excellent experience. Jerry proved to be the " MAN". Took his time with us and listened to our needs and made great suggestions. So far thats two good guys. Then we met Mike Rich, and Mike Carr. Again two more nice guys. How good can it get. We have bought a lot of cars in our 42 year married life. This is one of the best experiences we have ever had. Pleasant from the beginning to the delivery. Jerry "the man" even let me watch the Billikens in the playoffs. Doesn't get any better than that. Made some new friends. I could go on but hope you get the picture.
