Easy buying experience, no pressure. Relieved my concerns about buying a lemon by setting up a stipulation allowing me to have my mechanic look at the vehicle and Suntrup agreed to fix anything they find. If I don’t leave a follow up comment, they kept this promise since my mechanic did find something small but necessary. But it took Suntrup much longer than they stated to get me in to fix it, hence 4/5. Otherwise, great price, great car, would recommend.

I worked with Tiffany buying a new car and she's very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I was very happy with the overall price that I got with my new car. Dave was very nice as the new car manager. I went to this dealer after going to two others and was given the best price for a similar vehicle. September 14th, 2021 I went in for an oil change and a basic checkup. They do a very thorough job and Tiffany was there to say hello as always. If you're not happy with their work they'll get it right if it's not the first time maybe the second time but they'll always get it right. And don't forget they still have their free coffee but it would be nice if they had cookies are donuts to go with it. Jeff

If there were 10 stars to give I would!!! Tiffany Nighbor went far and beyond to help me get the truck of my dreams! She was able to get me in an amazing truck for an amazing price and with tremendous care and excellent customer service!!!! Her Manager, Eric was amazing as well and it is obvious he has an excellent team he leads. Matt was fabulous in finance too! I will continue to spread the word of my wonderful experience and awesome staff at Suntrup Kirkwood!!! Folks THIS IS THE PLACE if you want a fabulous vehicle coupled with outstanding customer service!

Grace does a great job in Service and was polite, plus efficient. Checked alignment, balanced tires, and changed oil in less than 1 hour. My only gripe here is they do not have loaner cars from their own fleet when you need to leave a vehicle for several hours. Have to deal with Enterprise. I'll take my vehicle there again for sure though!

Warranty Repair and Oil Charge at this location. Service advisor knowledge and nice, time promised good. Clean work areas nice waiting room with coffee Excellent service. Have used this location before. Kept customer informed via text.
