I worked with James Bullock. Fine young man. I had a millions of questions about the cost and finances. He answered them very politely and patiently. Robyn was great. We appreciated how knowledgeable she was about the Carnival and she listened to us. Cars are so overpriced right now all over the country. But we were in the market, and she made us comfortable. Direct and straight forward. She communicated well, especially over the weekend after we decided not to buy. We'd buy again from Robyn. Hope the service department is as good ! Highly recommend.

By far one of the best experiences that I've had at a dealership. There was no pressure to buy and the sales team was able to answer all of my questions. Brandon Wallace was absolutely fantastic and made the process of buying a new car painless. The finance person that spoke with, I want to say Julie, was an absolute pleasure to work with. She even managed to get my car loan through my credit union. Definitely a win there. Will more than likely work with this amazing team in the future and will now, and maybe forever be part of the Kia family.

My experience at Suntrup Kia for service on my Kia Soul was exceptional. Joe, my Service Advisor, was very nice and kept me informed about each stage of the service my car was receiving. They also sent a video to show and explain what they were doing. It was a great plus. I will return to Suntrup Kia - I recommend them. This was the best experience at a dealer, ever.

Joe Lim was phenomenal! Attentive, speedy service. Greeted us as soon as we showed up with a big friendly smile. Had our record of past work laid out and ready so he knew which service we needed at our current mileage. He got us in and out so fast, we barely finished lunch at the Pasta House before our car was ready. I feel like he really took the time to make us feel valued as customers (and even acknowledged us as repeat customers!) I’m going to specifically request him the next time we have work done.
