I want to recommend this dealership based on my own experience buying a car there. All the staff was very nice with me. Especially, I want to thank Batista and Luis for their excellent customer service. Because of them all the buying process went smoothly. They have a great selection of used cars and a lot of pictures of them on their website.

What a wonderful experience! I have only bought two vehicles in my life, the first experience was horrible, but this one was totally different, 5-stars all the way. They have their vehicles advertised with a lot of pictures, so it gives you a better idea of the actual condition of the vehicle. I was looking for a used Mini Countryman with the navigation screen, I saw it on their website and I called first to check that they had it. Alfredo attended me since the beginning. After I arrived the vehicle was exactly as in the pictures and it was in excellent condition, I loved it. They didn't change the price as it usually happens in other dealers, everything went smoothly and I was really amazed of how easy and hassle-free everything went. I want to thank Alfredo and everyone at SuperAutos Miami. Thanks SuperAutos!

Got exactly the car I wanted right next door, after a fruitless nationwide internet search. Super Autos isn't huge or flashy, but the service was excellent and the product was just as promised. No ugly surprises or unshared info. Only tiny issue: I never did get my original registration in the mail, though I'm sure it was sent. (Could be USPS). Super Autos had a copy for me immediately, though. A very good car buying experience.

NOT RECOMENDED DEALER. I RECENTLY BOUGHT A 2005 BMW AT THIS DEALER (3 WEEKS AGO I WAS VERY HAPPY AND LEAVE A POSITIVE REVIEW ON 08/14/2014, BUT THIS WEEK MY CAR WAS NOT STARTED. I WENT TO THE DEALER AND THEY REPLACED THE BATTERY BUT THE PROBLEM STILL HAPPENED. THEY SENT ME TO A NEAR AUTO REPAIR. THE COST OF REPAIR WAS $ 1400 AND THE DEALER TOLD ME THAT THE WARRANTY COVER THAT. THE TRUTH WAS THAT I PAID MYSELF $ 1000 AND THE DEALER TOLD ME THAT ALL THEIR CARS DOES NOT HAS ANY WARRANTY, AND DOES NOT PAID ANYTHING. BUY YOUR NEXT CAR IN A WELL KNOWN DEALER, THEY GIVE YOU A REAL THEMSELVES WARRANTY.

I had a really good experience with Super Autos. I was looking for a used Mini, I went to different places, but here I found the one that I was looking for. The condition of the car was really good and I felt very comfortable during the negotiation. I didn't have that feeling that you have when you go in some dealers where the only thing they want is to desperately push you a car. Also the customer service was great, they are very attentive, answer very fast and are always willing to help!

First time financing a car but I got lucky making the decision in going to this dealer first! All my other friends would tell me what a night mare it had been in previous experiences. I am super satisfied with my 2008 Honda Accord it almost felt as if I were buying a new car instead of a used car. Overall there customer service is what put a cherry on it from there salesmen to there financing.

They will push a car in your face, take your down payment then Repossess your car with no cause to re sell and keep your down payment. These people don't care about anyone else but them selves, don't give your money to These people, they are not decent people.

I'm super happy with the car I bought! I bought a BMW 328i and was super impressed with not only the price of the vehicle which I found online but also the quality of the vehicle. The car was in practically "perfect" condition both on the inside and outside. You could tell that the previous owner took really good care of the car. It was very clean and very well kept. It literally felt like I was getting into a new car! I even took my mechanic the first day I went to see the car. He inspected the motor of the car and everything else. He really couldn't find anything wrong with the car and told me I would be getting a really good deal if I bought the car. So I'm very glad that I did! It then took me a few days to get the right financing for the car but everything for the most part went very smoothly from beginning to end. I would lastly say that the employees were very pleasant and friendly to do business with. Tony Tejera was great and I enjoyed my time conversing with him as we did the financing paperwork together. Also, the administrative assistant Nicole was very kind and helpful in getting me the documents that I needed to get the financing approved by the lender and also the other paperwork needed. She was great! I would have to say in general that all the employees there were very nice and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend SuperAutos Miami to anyone looking to buy a great quality car at a great price with excellent customer service and staff. Thank you SuperAutos Miami!

Hi Everyone I just purchased a 2004 Cadillac SRX from Super Auto's Miami. I flew in from St Louis Mo to purchase this car. Tony and Angela were terrific. They represented the car perfectly it was a real cream puff,I was not disappointed. I will defiantly purchase my next car from them. they took there time with me and answered every question I had. Totally loved buying my car here!! From the beginning, the service I received in this dealer was 5-stars, no pressure, no hassle, everything on the vehiclr I was looking for matched with the advertised info. They have a really friendly enviroment and you can tell that they want to give you the best advice. I waited two months to write this review to see if everything would meet my expectations, and it did! After more than two months I am totally in love with my car, it has not given me any problems, and I am very happy with the monthly payments I got. I bought a nice, used BMW that seemed to have problems as soon as I drove it off the lot. I to drive 120 miles round trip about 10 times to try and get the same issue fixed. I was told that a mechanic was paid $2000 to fix my car, so why am I having the same issues time after time? Better yet, why is a CERTIFIED BMW mechanic telling me what is wrong with my car after it is "fixed" by Super Auto's mechanic? I have tried several times to get these issues fixed while on warranty by Super Auto's mechanic who either doesn't know what he is doing or doesn't do anything at all. I have pleaded with the people at the dealership to either see to it that their "mechanic" fixes my car properly or I will pay my mechanic and they can reimburse me. I was then told that I have driven the car 3000 miles hence voiding my warranty. More than half of the mileage came from driving back and forth to this dealer to get my car fixed! Now, my car won't even start and one returns my calls. DO NOT buy a car from this dealer. I guess there is only one thing left for me to do in order to get a fair and just outcome.

This has been my best experience in buying a new or used car. The attentiom of Mr Rene Diaz was superb and always responded all my questions without pressuring to sell any car. Originally I was interested in purchasing a particular car but this was sold within the next days so I then checked other options but always felt that in other places in particular those big dealers the attention was limited specially if you needed to ser other options. I will definitely come back to this dealer and recomend to my friends Alex and Angie were also very friendly and helpfull in the entire process.

I was surprised by how easy they made the buying process. I got a 2008 Honda Civic for a lower price than advertised and they were willing to work with me on a payment plan which I ended up not needing to use since they dropped the price. Great service, fair price, and no hassle. Nuf said. I would call ahead to see if they have the car you're looking for since they tend to sell cars frequently.

This is one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Usually car-shopping is so complicated, but here it was totally different. I called before to check if the vehicle that I was interested in was available, and the receptionist was super helpful and friendly. After I arrived I took my time to carefully see the vehicle I wanted to buy, I also took a look at similar vehicles and I can say that I was impressed, all of them were super nice. I was never pressured by any of the staff. It's not a big dealer, but they have very nice vehicles, and sometimes in those big dealers you feel like you are one more number, it felt different here. I decided to take it for a test drive and then I was almost ready to buy. All the questions that I had were answered, they know a lot on the vehicles they carry. Well, they got me an excellent interest rate, they already had a very good price on the car, and they explained me all the numbers, everything was clear and transparent, so I bought it! I have to say that all the people here were super friendly and professional, I am very happy with my car and very happy with the deal I got. This was totally different from previous experiences. Totally recommended!!

I had searched high and low for my MINI. I wanted Pepper white and black, manual tranny, sunroof and an armrest. I was prepared to travel out of state until I found this one just 3 hours from home. I contacted Arty, set up an appointment and viola! Lulu has made herself right at home in my driveway. The shop was easy enough to find and nice to have them all inside, especially on the rainy day I visited. Just don't go in the wrong door! I've waited a month to give any type of review as I didn't want to jinx myself but so far everything has been fine... But I do have a few issues. One of my "wants" was an armrest. The video of the car on the dealer's website showed an armrest. The car did not have an armrest. In not sure if they had used a video from a prior car or if it had been removed. Despite this I purchased the car. I've managed thus far but fear I'll have to spend a few hundred dollars on an armrest in the future for longer trips. The car was "pretty" clean but had what seemed to be grease residue on the steering wheel and wiper/ light controls. It came off with an auto cleaning wipe. Lastly after a car wash a little road rash became apparent on the front bumper. Not much but I'll need to treat to prevent rust. Overall I'm very happy with my selection.

Having moved here just recently from New York City, I was in for a rude awakening in getting around Miami (and the rest of South Florida) via public transit... Its awful! And so I needed a car and thats where Super Autos Miami came in. Thanks to them I am beyond happy with my very first car purchase. I got a great used Honda Civic in mint condition, clean car fax and runs great! The crew: Rene, Angie and Ozzy were magnanimous in answering my questions, addressing any concerns and facilitating the process. In addition, I am very satisfied with the interest rate I got for the car. Especially considering its my first car purchase (and lack of large credit lines)... And my credit score... I don't recommend a place who sells defective products.They use the cover -up of making their cars look in new condition to give the impression that they are in good condition.If your car happens to have a problem they will send it to their mechanic who seems dishonest and delayed.He sent the car we bought to his transmission guy and it's been 15 days and still no car. I don't even know where my car is located.The awesome customer service ( a disguise at super autos) will not cover for the major screw-up they have done by selling me a defective car and now 15 days in and still no car back from their repair shop.Very disappointed in Super Autos and Autohaus Mechanics Shop in Doral Fl
