Horrible place to purchase. LISTEN TO BRION THOMAS. I just switched Insurance on my wife's vehicle yesterday reported it to them and they still repoed the car the next morning or that night. Horrible place to purchase a car. Do not even waste your time especially if you're not Hispanic, just keep scrolling/driving to the next place can't be no worse than this, I promise.

Horrific experience with this dealership! They should not be in business AT ALL! Under any circumstances should they be a Auto Sales company! If i could give 0 stars i definitely would! My husband and I made every Payment on the vehicle we leased from them . They had absolutely NO Non payments !! We also had insurance on the vehicle! But Javier decided to Repossess our vehicle . Because he dont accept the insurance we was with .BUT from Day 1 he breached that contract when him, yes himself provided us insurance with a COMPANY he also DOES NOT ACCEPT! Where does that make sense ? It dont ! These people will do anything to get their vehicle back because they dont want to make a complete sell. He knew was was going to continue to make those payments so he decided to play DIRTY! So long story short YOU CAN STILL MAKE EACH AMD EVERY PAYMENT AND YOUR VEHICLE WILL STILL BE ILLEGALLY REPOSSESSED! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! GO ELSEWHERE AND SAVE YOURSELF SOME TROUBLE ! We wished we would have done research before we went there but unfortunately we did not! We talked to a few different people and they also have bad experiences. I'll say the ones who had Good , Great experiences got very lucky! Im sure this company PICK AND CHOOSES WHO TO DO RIGHT BY! Take this review serious this isnt a Joke or made up .

Bad experience my husband went through with the truck he was paying for. When he lost his job due to COVID, they weren’t understandable and all they care about is getting the money. In less than a year, the muffler, radiator, motor and transmission had to be replaced. Doesn’t make sense how all that messes up in less than a year. We understand that at one point we weren’t able to communicate with them because even our phones were not working, some employees here were nice but when it came to getting answers on concerns you have, nobody knew what to respond or I would be given different answers and contradicted each other.

Last 2 times that i was in this dealer , girl at the front is super nice and the mannager is always open to talk about deals..... if you are going to be screwed anyways I definitely recomend this place ..... They always shows what you will pay
