I've been a ford owner 20+ years. My wife and I love the ford explorer. We found the one we wanted online at superior ford. We live an hour and half north of there but we were willing to give them a try. I work on the road and am only home on the weekends so I don't have much spare time. My wife called them and set up an appointment we already knew we were gonna buy this car so we asked to have everything ready. They did a decent job of getting us in and out quickly with our new car, but it was advertised as ford certified meaning a 172 point inspection. We did not get an owners manual the door code or a spare key. Keys are expensive. They told me they could make me a key on any Thursday morning but I cant take 3 hours out of a Thursday morning to get a dang key. It should've been with the car when we purchased it. My wife has been trying to deal with them about this key but they don't even respond to her. It was advertised as ford certified long story short very poor customer service after you purchase. We have given you the price of the key but you didn't respond. I'm sorry I slipped one f bomb that's my bad but this is getting frustrating. Also the door code does not work but don't worry I'm sure a different ford dealership will help us out because your dealership is too lazy to respond to my wife or come up with a reasonable solution that doesn't require 3 hours of driving.

Brougt my F150 in for normal oil change. Work was done quickly and the staff kept me informed on any other items of concern. Will be getting the 90K change done next time I'm in. All of my work is done at Superior Ford. Great and friendly staff.

Waited over an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation. There was only 1 other car there. When I communicated with the cashier that the situation was unacceptable, she informed me there was nothing that could be done. I will not be back. I can do it myself faster and cheaper. Pathetic experience!

I recently bought a "certified" used vehicle from Superior Ford and had an extremely bad experience. Within months of my purchase I had to replace all four tires as well as have the alignment fixed due to an undisclosed accident the car had been in. When asked why these issues weren't presented to me when I bought the car the salesman simply said, "how am I supposed to know the details of every car on our lot? GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Unprofessional and negligent from the start of service until the end. Misquoted on what time service would be done. Originally offered loaner vehicle, and then said "Maybe go rent one?" Service rep swore in front of me and called the company an "unorganized h*** hole" After, initially saying that car wasn't done, I asked a phone rep to actually go check. Surprise, car was done yet nobody knew where they had parked it. Drove home and immediately noticed that the low tire pressure light was on. Dealership would not pay 95 bucks to have it shipped back even though the flat tire was their fault. Light went on literally as I drove out of the dealership

First off always double check your price! INTERNET PRICE IS ALWAYS CHEAPER!!!! They mark up their vehicles on the lot atleast by 3k. Their certified pre owned never go through inspections. I was lied to and told they were, 2015 explorer "certified" bald tires and bad brakes. I was told I would have to get a extended service contract to cover it. This place is garbage and the GM short arrogant so called "man" introduced himself and basically told me to buy it or get the F out. Dishonest, dingy, dirty dealership. Wake up it's 2016 not 1982. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE NOR RECOMMEND NOT EVEN TO PISS!

I was compelled to lease a 2015 F150 here by the sales experience with David Slipka, he's a consummate pro who made this a pleasant process. Truck is specifically for pulling a new travel trailer so the integrated trailer braking system was a big factor in choosing this vehicle. Unfortunately the trailer brake module failed so I've been unable to use my trailer this summer, apparently Ford has this part on national backorder and my attempts to engage the GM at this dealership (Doug) has been fruitless as he doesn't answer phone or return voice mails. I'll have to go up to district Mgr level and unfortunately must rule this dealer out for renewing any lease.

I test drove a used(2008) Ford Explorer with 166,000 miles. It was obvious that there was something wrong with the transmission as it shifted from 1st gear to the next at high RPM. The salesperson told me he had no knowledge that there was anything wrong. I asked to verify the soundness of the transmission. I was allowed to take the vehicle to an established transmission specialist. He put the vehicle on a computer and and my suspicions were correct. I made sure the salesperson and manager knew of my findings. Both 2nd and 5th gear were gone (did not work). They acted like it was a surprise. This is common with Ford Explorers. My greatest concern is that they know and are acting like they do not and someone who doesn't know any better might be a victim. That is just wrong. The salesperson then asked me if I would be interested in any of there other vehicles. I said ...are you kidding? Wow.

Good luck if you have any issues with a used car purchased at Superior. The customer service was fine during the sale, but horrible since then. The day after I bought a used vehicle in April I discovered it was missing the Tire Inflator Kit and the keypad entry code. I didn't realize the car didn't come with a spare tire when I bought it so the tire repair kit is a necessity. 1 month, 5 emails, 1 text and 1 voicemail later I still haven't heard from anyone as to when I can expect the missing tire kit.Thankfully the car runs great ~ I just hope I don't have a flat before Superior resolves this problem. Ugh.

Doug Kimbrel and David Slipka provided excellent customer service every step of the buying process. My Mom was unsure of what she wanted to buy. Doug was very patient and explained some viable options. We then worked with David to make her comfortable understanding all the features of the vehicle and allowing her to experience the vehicle during the test drive. Ford dealers started taking orders on the Focus RS this past October and I started calling Ford dealers prior to the order banks opening. Superior Ford originally told me they would charge me MSRP but later changed the price and told me there would be a dealer markup of $5K over MSRP because they could. Salesman was rude about it and told good luck finding a car at MSRP. Made a few more calls and Morries would not charge anything over MSRP. , I don't think I would trust this dealer with future business.

I brought in my 06 Mustang GT recently. I'm I the mid 90s for mileage and am within 10,000 miles or 5 months of my extended power train warranty expiring, and a couple weeks ago, I was cruising up the interstate when my OD Off light started flashing on my dash. I called for an appointment and was thrilled to discover that this issue is covered my the extended warranty through Ford that I very nearly didn't spring for back then I bought my pony years ago.I dealt with service advisor Stephanie, who took excellent care of me and my car during the nearly 2 weeks it was in the shop. My warranty covered the cost of a rental, and she arranged for me to use a Fusion while my Mustang was out of commission. At first, they replaced the transmission solenoid, but that didn't fix the issue. Next was the torque converter, which they had to ship in from Washington state, which took up the bulk of the time it was sitting in the shop. When symptoms persisted, they replaced the valve body. That fixed it. All the while, Service Advisor Stephanie kept me apprised of their progress and made sure I was happy with my rental Fusion (which did take some getting used to, but it was a nice, if somewhat underpowered car... It was the non turbo variety Fusion). When all was said and done, my total cost was an even $100, while the work and parts that went into my car, not even counting the rental expense, cost Ford warranties over $3,000. Boy, am I glad I decided to purchase that extended power train warranty! My little rip-snorting Mustang and I were happily reunited, and I'm grateful that it went as well as it did. I plan on holding onto my Mustang for life, or at least until I pass it on to my niece or nephew in a couple of decades, so it's important to me that my car is well taken care of even if it is a daily driver. I will likely buy another Mustang someday (and you'd better believe I'll be buying the extended power train warranty with it when I do), but my little Legend Lime green pony is really special to me, and I'm very happy to have it back in fighting form. I went with my daughter and son inlaw to look at a truck we saw on the website that was a good price. When we got there to test drive it the salesman Russ iI think wass hiss name was friendly. After we drove it we sat down and he was writing up the numbers on it he came up with a payment that was much higher than the one online. When I took a look at it he had added a service contract and some other premium service totaling almost $3,000 extra my son said he was not intresed in those because the truck was comming with a decent warranty because of being a certified for preowned vehicle. He had already told the salesman that the financing was all approved throught their bank and they would be returning to pick up the vehicle with a certified check from the bank. The sales man then wanted to know wich bank, and said they worked directly with them and said he would take care of everything but came back again with a much higher payment than the bank. My son inlaw then said "WE ARE NOT FINANCING THOUGH YOU" and i have to go pick up my wife so that she can see the truck before we close on it. The salesman said take the truck to pick her up and that he would be there untill nine pm so we had plenty of time to do so. We got back around eight and were told the he left for the day a while ago. We talked to three other people before we got to the sales manager or what ever he was with all the same crap finally I told him that if these two can't come in here with a check and buy a car then they could keep it and their shady tactics we were leaving. At that point he finally put the numbers on a purchase order for the kids to take to the bank. It was after nine by that point and when we got in the car my daughter said I DON'T WANT ANYTHING TO WITH THESE SLIMY DEVILS I DON'T THINK I WOULD TAKE THAT TRUCK IF THEY GAVE IT TO ME. A very bad almost car buying experiance.

I have a 2013 ford focus and wanted them to do a software update and two other issues. the two issues are 1. when i stop for light and stop sign and start driving, my car doesn't go smoothly. it jumps. it does this until i drive it about 30 meters and goes away. the second problem is, i was training my wife how to park and after about an hour of training, the car starts alarming to turn the engine off because of transmitter being to hot. i told all the three things I would like them to fix for me. However, the problems are are not fixed. After two days of the service, one of their customer service called me and asked me if i am satisfied. I said i am not satisfied. I told her what I wrote above. she said she is going to inform the manager and he would be in touch. However, nobody called me again. I think my car is jumping even more after the service. it is getting worse. my question is:- what did the lady who called me want to hear from me? did she want me to say "I am satisfied"? I think that is the only thing she wanted to hear.

Please avoid this dealership at all costs! We were warmly greeted by a salesman who offered to show us several vehicles we were interested in. He was extremely friendly and had no issues with us asking to look in 5 different vehicles. We narrowed our selection down to two that we wanted to test drive and he was happy to let us to take them without him. I asked that he evaluate our car for trade in while we were gone and he assured it would be done before we got back. Before we left he asked for a payoff amount for the vehicle we were looking to trade in, I gave him a ballpark answer and what kind of payment we wanted, I said below $600. After driving the vehicles we were ready to close the deal and drive it home that day but before I made the final decision I thoroughly inspected the vehicle and when doing so asked a lot of questions that I knew the answer to but wanted to test his knowledge on. Most of the things I asked about he did not know but answered incorrectly with confidence. This was my first red flag.We went in to the dealership where he said good news, we can get you in at $598 a month , second red flag, I did the math quick on my phone while we were test driving and knew where we should have been payment wise. He was quoting me a payment based on 9% interest! He didnt even ask personal information so couldnt know that we had 725+ credit scores and could qualify for less than 3% from our own bank. Then he comes in with the trade appraisal, good news, your car is worth more than you owe!. How much more? Well just a few hundred over what we got from your bank as a payoff amount. Third and last red flag. Little did he know we were at a dealership 11 miles up the road just minutes before we stopped there and they offered us $3500 more for our trade and a dealership closer to our home was more than $4000 above this offer.I demanded they return my keys and walked out as they were asking me to stay. Not a chance, the two men I worked with there are lowlife xxxx! The scam, in short, is do what they need to do to make your payment as high as you can afford so they can collect the kickback on interest and offer just a little more than you owe on your trade no matter what the value.I wish I was able to remember the names of the scammers but at all costs, stay away, if you dont do your homework you will get scammed.

By far the worst dealership I have ever been to. Salesman Rich was rude. Rude on the phone, rude in person. Drove 2 hours to look at a used vehicle for our teenager. They knew we were coming. Handed us the keys to the vehicle, then gave us directions to the vehicle all the way at the back of the lot. Then when we wanted to purchase it, it all went south. You could clearly tell he didn't want to deal with us because we had a "subpar" trade in. Tried to talk our son into buying a brand new ford on a kids budget. We persisted to want the used vehicle. Not sure why cause they don't do any form of inspection on their used vehicles. He tried to talk us out of the sale. When that didn't work he got the financing guy for back up. We still persisted so he gave us a low ball $1000 offer for our trade in. Kbb in horrible junkyard condition was $2500. All our trade in needed was a bearing and o2 censor. We left. I called the sales manger who was even worse. Told us our car was junk and the poor salesman worked with us for over an hour and didn't make a penny. They have no intention of selling a really nice used vehicle. They put used cars on their lot, mark em down below book value, then get you in the door and try to sell you a brand new vehicle. I believe the name for this is "Bait and Switch". Never again will I ever visit this dealer again. Never have I felt so disgusted when purchasing a vehicle.

We went to Brookdale Ford to look at a used Honda listed at 1400 on 2/7/15. I had emailed Derek about the car and called him just prior to coming to make sure the vehicle was available. Our first greeting by the gray haired, old, rude, receptionist was barely a greeting, more like a stare waiting for me to ask for who I wanted. The employee, Derek, that I had been emailing insisted that I ask for him when I come in but he turned out to be to busy to deal with such a "small deal" and passed me off to someone else who never did introduce himself. The first thing out of the next salesman's mouth was, "the car is a little rough, its missing the headliner." None of this was mentioned in the ad, the multiple emails with Derek or when I called Derek prior to driving out to Brookdale Ford. I would NEVER go back here to look at a car. While I was there that day to look at a low cost, older vehicle, I will also be in the market for another newer car shortly but will take my business elsewhere.

Dave and Derek and the paperwork people were all nice knowledgeable and kind. However the used car manager needs some training in people skills. I'm a 53 year old women and he talked to me like a child. He was stern gruff unkind and frankly a bit rude. He talked down to me and acted.like he didn't believe me when I explained something I had been told by his staff. He took away something that was promised and made it sound like I was lucky for that. If I ever have to deal with him again I would prob go elsewhere. He was the reason I didn't give all 5's 8 my rating. The company should have someone else doing that job that equestrian the kindness and proffessional behavior of the rest of the staff from reception to sales to finance. All except him were wonderful

Everything was fine. It was really cold, so I didn't expect my car to get washed. Fortunately, it was sunny out so it didn't freeze the doors or windows. No repairs were needed. It was just in for the 15,000 mile check. It ended up being more expensive than what I expected when I went in, but I knew before they began working what the total was going to be.

I came in for an oil change. Customer service was prompt and kept me informed. I was asked if I had time for a coolant flush (1-1/2 hour), I didn't, so I appreciated the inquiry. My oil change was done on a timely basis and a coupon that Ford sent me was used and greatly appreciated.

There is a lot of confusion regarding the CMAX energi mainentance schedule. The manual says oil changes every 10k miles, the attendant was VERY concerned because I came in at 6k miles. The manager says it all depends upon your point of view. This is difficult to interpret as an owner and ford should get their recommendations and their people all on the same page. Brought both the CMax and the Explorer this visit. My explorer says oil changes every 5k miles. The attendant stuck a sticker on my window saying the the next oil change should be in 3k miles. last time, the sticker said come back in 5k miles. What gives? Is everyone just making things up as they go along. This is very confusing for owners.

Your staff was very helpful explaining everything that needed to be done. They pointed things out that were issues that could be fixed, but didn't need to be. The only thing I miss about your location is the late hours. I miss being able to stop by between 9pm-midnight. Our normal drop off/pick up times were usually around 10pm given our schedules.

I called on Monday(1/5) to schedule an appointment for the 55,000 mile service. Whomever answered the phone told me an appointment wasn't necessary it just be done through the quick lane. So I went to the quick lane on Wed.(1/7) to get the service done, then John who was extremely nice to work with came to tell me the recommended services which I was expecting to do anyway, but he told me it would have to go to light duty tech. and take like an hour and half. I would have been more than happy to drop off in the morning and pick up later, but I was led to believe that wasn't necessary.

We went through the options and picked out everything we wanted on the vehicle including the colors! Just picked it up yesterday and are so happy with our choice! The night the truck electric system failed on my wife's Expedition I was in Down Town Minneapolis with my family, a very cold night. With no signs of a weak battery the dashboard lights went out while my wife parked the truck at our destination. The town service came, gave a jump start and I drove to the dealer, lights on, heater off since the system was very sensitive to the heater being on. I was driving kind of fast due to the time and the car did not stop at the service entrance so I had to put it in reverse and the car died if front of the dealer. Everybody was going home, yet Patric McGraw stayed there, found someone in his way out to jump the car and I drove it in. Patrick checked the car in, he removed the jumper and the the truck started. Due to the high cost of the the diagnostic I decided not to repair the car there, the next day the truck started and I drove away to have the battery checked and the alternator. The alternator test only takes a few minutes so I did not want to pay over $100 to be told that and that is not Patrick's call, he follows procedures. No hard feelings, thanks to Patrick great service I will continue to work with Superior Brookdale. I did an oil change that day and the battery tested good but we did not test the alternator. Autozone did, and we found the out put to be 11.7 below what is supposed to be.I wanted to thank Patrick McGraw for his service that night at 8:55pm.Thanks Gil

I had a great experience at Superior Brookdale Ford. The service advisor was very nice and took care of me quickly. I trust that the services performed were taken care of. The only thing that wasn't done that I was told would be done is that my car didn't get washed. Once I went back in and told the service gentleman helping me, he had one of the guys take it and wash it. It took about 10 minutes of waiting, but I know things happen sometimes. Overall, the customer services was good.

I had my oil changed. All went very well. I do have a question. The time before this when I had my oil changed I noticed that the dashboard/computer changed so that the mykey system was stopping my car from going over 80 mph and also the current mpg was shown not the trip time like I used to see. When I mentioned this at my current oil change I was advised it would cost me an hour of labor to get my computer back to where it was before. This did not seem appropriate to me. Can you help?

My vehicle is a 2013 F-150 Truck that had damage to the front bumper/grill/etc from an accident. The body shop team, especially Dennis Steele the Manager, were extremely accommodating in providing me with an immediate estimate the day of my call to them, were willing to start the repairs on the same day to minimize my time without a vehicle, graciously arranged for a vehicle for me to use during the 3 days of repair, kept me updated each day on the progress of the repair and had it ready on the day that they indicated it would be completed. The work appears to be excellent. Dennis was very professional and provided me with one of the best customer experiences that I have had in a long time. I have been and will be a fan of the Superior Ford Body Shop Team.

When our Chevy needed expensive repairs and we decided to look for a new car, we looked to Superior Brookdale Ford first because of the great experience we had buying our Ford SUV. We saw a great deal on a certified 2012 Ford Fusion on the Superior Ford website and came in to take a look. The staff was very helpful answering all our questions, and the test drive went well, but then we learned that the vehicle was not certified as indicated on the website. That was definitely a frustrating experience. Nevertheless, the next day we made some calls to the dealership, making it clear that we would buy if the car was certified. The staff came through and found a way to get that car certified while still at a price we could afford. We also had a good experience with the billing office, helping us to get the car and the service programs we wanted at a monthly payment we are comfortable with.

I had come in earlier to check the transmission after getting a letter from Ford. They determined I needed to have the clutch replaced. I brought it in the night before and got driven home. Got a call from Stephanie when it was ready to be picked up. It is on a 2012 Focus. A friend dropped me off after we had dinner and the car was waiting for me. Very good communication of what needed to be done and how long it would take. Great service getting the car in and a ride home. Write up on what they did was good. Plus, I haven't felt the shudder I have been feeling for so long so - fingers crossed - all is well! A very positive experience and the people were professional but still friendly.

The tailgate was missing several screws where the drop in bed liner had been removed by your body shop. The salesman was very efficient in finding the missing screws and mailing them to me. He offered to me a remote start, witch I was going to have installed, but I read on line that many people have had issues with after market in stalls in new cars. i back to Ron and told him my concern. He then asked me what would i like in place of the remote starter. I asked for Weather-Tech floor mats for the front and back of my new Ford Focus and a couple of oil changes. I have my 2014 fusion in for an oil change and also to get a estimate to have the passengers exterior mirror replace. The oil change was done in under a hour and the estimate for mirror replacement took 15 minutes. I was satisfied with both of these.

I have 20 old ranger with low miles, roughly 103,000 miles. Besides some of the flawed engineered designs, ignition coil placement, ignition switch tumbler, ignition and door sensor. The truck runs strong and hopefully another 10 years, as long as there are still available parts. The first will be the availability of all terrain tires.

I was close to needing an oil change and had a death in the family so wanted to get it done quick before leaving so I went to the quick lane. Both had vehicles in them and I was the only one outside. Shortly another vehicle came in the other lane. A service person came out and said that the other lane would open first and I should pull in there first. When I asked about the other person in line, he said they do them first in and I was that one.I had not mentioned the funeral or anything, that one of the greatest things I've had happen in years. I got quick an good service! I thought I was charged too much for a replacement battery that failed 14 months after installation. With the pro-rated charges I essentially paid full price for 5 years of battery. Bottom line after 5 years , I've paid approx. $230 for batteries for my Windstar. If I get 5 years out of the last one it won't be so bad!

I like being able to get an oil change without an appointment. But I almost missed the cutoff because I thought it was open until 9:00. When the web site tells me that the Service Dept is open until 9:00, I assumed that meant the QuickLane as well. If there was way to clarify that on the Service page (other than selecting QuickLane from the drop down box), that would be helpful.

I had a gentleman slide into my Hyandai Sonata on the first day of snowfall. He called his insurance company first thing the following morning and things just fell into place immediately. The body shop rep at Superior Ford for Am Family Insurance called me within minutes of us determining that we would have it fixed there. I went in for the estimate that afternoon. He was incredibly easy to work with and kept me up to speed on any changes to the original estimate. I would definately go back and would recommend Superior Ford to anyone needing body work on their vehicle. Overall, an incredibly good experience for something that could have been a headache to deal with.

I was in and out in about 30 minutes for a oil change & filter and they check all the hoses, belts and fill all fluids. They also check the air in my tires if I ask them to. They were very pleasant to work with and they do suggest anything that may need to be repaired.

Had an older Ford towed in and repairs were not feasible. Greg in Service had Dave a salesman call me and we spoke briefly. When I arrived, Dave had some ideas for me and we took 2 vehicles out for a test drive. I took an 2008 escape and a 2015 escape. I am happy to say, I am the leaser of the 2015 escape. Dave even helped get the steering wheel cover off the old dead vehicle. This is the third brand new ford we have purchased from Superior. The first was the 2001 Expedition - which is the dead vehicle, a 2013 F150 ecoboost, and now the Escape which will be purchased after lease is done. I wasn't pressured into anything. Dave wasn't annoyed I wanted the numbers on both the vehicles. He seemed happy to help me. I had a great experience!

The noise is still there and I have scheduled another apt on Monday November 24th. There seems to be a disconnect between the online scheduling and the service department. Nothing too annoying, but wanted a suggestion. Staff was still very helpful.

He and I narrowed it down to a couple cars and Derek worked with financing to come up with a plan for my "tricky" situation. I came in there to drive the 09 Pontiac G6, loved it, decided it was a go, and drove out of there just about an hour later. Rich in financing then talked me through all I needed to know - especially about the benefits of a warranty and the loan deal. Great! I came for an oil change and wiper blades. I was told I needed additional service which I had done. When I went to pay the bill they had not changed my wiper blades so I had to wait another 15 minutes to get them replaced which was a bit annoying.

Rob, our salesman, was not only personable but he was incredibly knowledgeable on what the vehicle was capable of. I had taken my truck to Meineke for diagnostic work. They recommended to have spark plugs 1 & 3 replaced. They did not want to do the service because replacing plugs in that motor (5.4L) sucks real bad! Superior Ford had replaced all 8 plugs three years ago, I brought it in to you.After explaining my situation to the service tech upon entry, telling him I just want plugs 1 & 3 replaced. I assured him that would fix the problem and that they would do just fine replacing them without problems.4 hours later and $360 in parts and labor for 2 spark plugs(WOW!) my truck was back to normal.That is really a BAD design. I am not happy spending around $1200 replacing spark plugs in the last 3+ years, but my truck is running normal.

Other than the long wait for an oil change, I would say it was good. I always bring the car there for my oil changes. I was asked to move 3 times because the bay was occupied by a vehicle getting an engine flush which took alot of time.

This experience was even better then I expected. I purchased a new F-150 in 2012 and regretted not getting the 4-door cab almost immediately. I went back to Superior Ford just to see if they could get me into a 2014 F-150 4dr, for about the same car payment with minimal up front out of pocket! My sales rep (Stas Manchik) to the new car manager and used car manager along with a great Finance staff actually made this happen. Awesome working with everyone and even a MORE AWESOME truck! Vehicle service was for Ford safety recall. I had this vehicle at your dealership about 3 or so weeks earlier advising the exact same problems as the safety recall. Superior Ford charged for the diagnostic and evaluation work and not able to find anything wrong. The amount charged SHOULD be refunded because there was a problem that Superior Ford was not able to originally fix.

When I told them I already had it, he said "No, it's right here". Later another guy called me with the same story "Your truck has been detailed and I'm standing right next to it. What time would you like to pick it up?" I asked if I had to pay for the second truck, or do I get it for free? He was confused because he had all the paperwork.Weird.

I got in line to have my oil changed--2 people came to ask if I had been helped and let me know it would be about 20 minute wait. that was fine with me. I had my oil and filter changed and had my tires rotated. When the guys were finished he came and got me and explained what they had done and that everything else looked good! The dealership service department took considerable time to thoroughly investigate observed and confirmed issues with being unable to turn off settings in Go Time function of our 2013 Ford Fusion Energi plug-in hybrid, including service department consultation with Ford engineering on an uncommon problem leading to replacement of suspect modules after initially being unable to re-flash the program. Shuttle service was timely on each of the three times we needed to drop off the vehicle to progress the investigation, fully repair, reprogram and re-set and turn off the offending function. We couldn't be more pleased with the warranty service and the excellent communication of progress on obtaining necessary parts and final resolution by the service advisor Stiphanie through the process..

Your service rep Patrick was very helpful and got the problems with the front wheel corrected without problem. However, the ignition problem I was having is still not resolved. Your technicians couldn't get the ignition to fail but since then both my wife and I have had times when the ignition doesn't engage and the engine doesn't start. Some people tried to tell us that we weren't used to the hybrid engine when it starts. We have two hybrid vehicles and are very used to how an engine starts. It is not that. The ignition is not engaging all the time.

For only a couple thousand more I could get a brand new that has a full warranty on it. Not only did Derek take the time to help me find the right truck but he stayed late to make sure the I understood the features. There was a lot to learn and I forgot some things. That was ok because when I came in to get my plates Derek offered to go over the truck again just to make sure I understood how everything worked. Well, we purchased a "Certified" car from Superior Ford. The salesman said he has been doing it for over 30 years, but he seemed like it was his first sale because he didn't know very many basic things about the car, the selling/buying process, or many other things. He wasn't sure on how to handle the title, he kept telling us the warranty was different then what it was listed and actually is, and other small things. The worst part is that all certified cars go through their 119point check list. Well we were going to rotate the tires on this vehicle(has 16,000miles on it, and they seem like they should be) and noticed the rims have a lock-nut on them. We called back because a Ford place can get the key for it since it was not in the car anywhere. They were not even aware what a locknut is. They said they had the wheels off the vehicle in their inspection, but they clearly either didn't do the inspection and lied, or they did it and lost the key. I'm assuming they didn't do it because they had no idea what a locknut is. Then the salesman asked us where to get a key from! They're a Ford dealership and are supposed to know about this stuff. Then a service manager called back and said these are aftermarket rims. If they were they still should have inspected them, but they're factory Ford rims, the same as the ones on other Fusions we checked out. He then told us to cut the locknuts off, which if you don't know what you're doing, you could mess up the rim. And he wouldn't send us some nuts to make up for that even, when it's their mess up. We have not been impressed with this dealership at all with their extreme lack of knowledge. Also many of them acted quite rude. We had to call them multiple times because they never got back to us, but whenever we'd call whoever answered the phone always seemed like it was such an inconvenience for them. Definitely won't be going back here again.

I was lured in by their cheap prices on what would turn out to be fictitious ford fiestas. despite the lies on their web site I desided to purchase a fiesta there anyways even though it cost $2,000 more than the car I came there for. I put down a deposit with the understanding that my car would be ready in 3 days but upon my return I was told my car had been sold and they were just about to call me. furious I demanded they return my deposit but instead they tried to sell me used cars and more expensive models. I had to argue for over half an hour before they finaly agreed and wrote me a check that I half expect will bounce. bottom line DO NOT GO THERE EVER!

I took my car in for an oil change and to check out why a light keeps coming on saying check charging system. For $100.00, Superior Ford ran a diagnostic check and told me they couldn't find anything wrong. I then left for my vacation to Kansas to see family the next day, when I discovered I have no heat, defrost, or air conditioning anymore. The day I returned home, I brought my car in and was told what they had done had nothing to do with the problem now and that I would have to pay another $70.00 for another diagnostic test. My air conditioner/heater worked perfectly prior to this. As they had my car for over 2 hours performing the diagnostic test, I have no idea what they did to it, but I definitely feel ripped off and set up so they could get more money from me. I have been a customer for many years, but will never return here again. I do not recommend anyone, especially elder ladies like myself who are easy prey for people like this, do business with this disreputable business. I will buy my vehicles elsewhere from now on!

The on-line pricing tool was deceptive in that the payment calculator did not include tax and licensing. It gave me a much lower monthly payment than what was actual. Our service was very good. We did have to wait around a bit last Friday, even though we made an appointment. I do realize, however, that was because all of the salespeople were busy, which is a sign of a healthy dealership.

The customer service I experienced in the Service department was very good. They listened to my problem, helped me carry items to my loaner car and the service was performed fairly quickly. My experience with the sales staff in obtaining a loaner car was also good. Although the initial attitudes of the employees in the building were not as welcoming, they were still able to arrange a loaner vehicle for me which was great. One salesmen, the person we purchased the vehicle from initially, assisted me from home which was wonderful and un-expected.

I drove in for an oil change but knew I was due for a 30K service which includes an oil change. I was on a tight schedule... 30 K service time to complete was 90 min... Kind of close to the wire for me. The young man sort of convinced me to take a chance and I said ok, but I HAVE TO BE at a meeting by 2:30 and it was 12:30 already. I paced and smoked outside and nervously watched for my F150... And they got it done in 1 hour! This kind of friendly service and customer focused service are why I drive 25 min north of where I live to come here even for an oil change! Best service ever, worth the drive and the slightly higher cost. I trust them and they haven't let me down. That's worth the world to me! Thanks guys whose names I don't know... I should have asked your names! You made my day because I knew I needed that service but thought I had to come back for it. You totally rocked it!

Although the initial sale was handled in a very friendly and courteous way, I am even more impressed with my after sale service. Often you are quickly forgotten, but this dealership has gone the extra mile in "after purchase" service.

Parts prices are absurd, with no or little option to use aftermarket parts available to customers. While I realize that factory OEM parts are often better, many aftermarket parts are equally as good at half the price. In my case, I would be much happier paying almost $400 for an intake manifold, had the part been new and improved over the original part, but it is still made of plastic. Consider offering aftermarket parts to your customers as a way to lower the cost. Owners of older vehicles may not be comfortable pouring large sums of money into their vehicle.Greg and Mark are both huge assets to your service department. They both did a good of job explaining exactly what went wrong, and worked together to get my vehicle repaired quickly. Please recognize them for this.

The repairs were made, the service was good. But after picking up my truck, I have a loud squeak coming from the front end. I'm going to see if it is weather related and see if the squeak goes away once it warms up.

I had asked about a battery check and was told it would be done. However, the basic "battery check" is just looking at the condition of the battery and terminals (see comment on Page 1 of the report). I had mentioned that I had trouble starting the vehicle, but a load test was not performed until after I had reminded the service department about my request. The battery indeed tested low and was replaced. Since I specifically mentioned this issue at the time of drop-off for the appointment, I feel it should have been done without needing a reminder.

A couple of years ago we bought a new 2012 Ford Escape. At that time I carefully researched Escape prices at Minneapolis-area dealers and found that Superior Ford had the best price. And the price was a no-haggle price that was published online on their website. We were very pleased with that purchase.A few weeks ago, I was finally in the market to buy my dream car, a brand-new 2014 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500. I didn't even bother to look anywhere else, I went straight to Superior Ford. They didn't have one in stock with the options I wanted, but they were able to locate one with exactly what I was looking for at another dealer in another state. They had the vehicle shipped in an enclosed trailer directly to my driveway! Based on what other people have reported paying online for similar cars, I feel I got a fair price. Overall a very smooth, painless purchase.

THE WORST place ever. I went in because my fan stopped working, therefore no heat in my car. Not to mention it is below zero out. Instead of wondering how to fix it, he mentioned to me that he couldn't even look at it until Monday ( 6 days from then) and that they were closing early that day (New Years eve). My car is brand new and under warranty and I asked if I could get a loner til it was fixed. He told me I couldn't unless I paid for it. So I drove away in the cold all the way to new Prague Ford where they were more than happy to help me out. I highly recommend New Prague Ford who saved my day!!

I am pleased with my experience at Superior Ford. It was a busy day for the dealership, but the waiting times were not to bad. Robert Powell is an excellent sales person in that he made the customer feel comfortable. I would absolutely recommend your dealership to any possible customer.

I walked in the door and was greeted by Ron Powell explained to him what i needed he sat me down make a long story short took care of me i was able to drive home with a vehicle for my wife it was a surprise for her and she was overjoyed. Ron did an awesome job of making me a happy customer. only thing is i noticed a chip in my windshield later that day i did not notice it earlier and was told i had to put it on my insurance. probably my fault because i did not notice before i left the lot. i told Ron about it he went and asked somebody and thats what they told him. not Ron's fault whoever he reports to said they couldnt fix it i had to run on my insurance. besides that totaly happy with my experience. There is not much to say. Everything went smoothly, people were friendly and I got the vehicle I wanted. I purchased the 7 year 125,000 mile extended warranty. Only negative thing I could say is that the basic warranty of 3 years 36,000 miles is not very good.

I purchased my 2007 Ford Explorer from Superior Brookdale Ford back in 2008. Because I drive my truck across the U.S. for business, I can't afford to have any issues on the road. I have always brought it back to them for regularly scheduled maintenance and for the odd repair. The Service Department has always highlighted potential problems and talked through options with me. Repairs are done right the first time. The staff is friendly and courteous. They keep me safely on the road!

We made a mistake in 2003 buying a Chrysler (which we still have). We recently bought a Ford Truck at Superior (we have also bought other vehicles at Superior). I think the Service Department is friendly and always helpful and when we bought our truck the same. I tell you what, from now on its only Ford and only Superior! I wish all dealerships could be as great as yours!

I lived in CA and found the vehicle I wanted online at Superior Ford. First time for me buying a car sight unseen and Stas made the process pretty painless. They sent over photos, did a walk through video so I could see the car in detail. I also wanted an objective set of eyes on the car so arranged for a local auto shop to do an inspection. They were willing to have the car looked at and even drove it over to the auto shop for me to get inspected. Buying remotely isn't ideal but they did a great job to make it pretty painless. Only wish is that they would coordinate shipping. Some dealers do it some don't but that would have made the process easier for me. Other than that happy.

needed mileage based service and suspected rear brakes. Inspection verified brake work required and that battery was failing load test. Dealership delivered me back home, work was done about five hours later and total cost (thanks in part to email coupons) was less than I had anticipated. Appointment was easy to make on the internet and service representative was very good to work with.

So I first spoke to Denny Ness. I later sent an offer amount and an expectation for my trade. I got no reply from him (although I checked to make sure he was in the dealership). I would have at least expected a reply indicating that the car simply could not be sold for my offer amount.I later communicated via online chat with Derek, who was nice but rather overwhelmed me with details before he cut to the chase and said he couldn't offer a lower than advertised price on the car.Finally I came into the dealership and dealt with John who is nice but kind of uncomfortable & awkward (is he new?). I realize you have trained your sales team in a certain process, but the "I'll buy today"_________________________ is an odd pressure to place on somebody before an agreed upon deal is reached. I wouldn't sit around for 45 minutes just to work a sales person and then leave because I was just checking pricing. John said he needed that committment to talk to the sales manager to let him know I was serious. Honestly, your sales manager guy has to sit there all day regardless of when I commit to buy. And then for me to be told "ok you won" when I had asked for +$800 on my trade and they countered with +$500. That's not really winning, it's a concession. So basically what I'm saying is that the sales techniques are somewhat off-putting and pretty stereotypical of what everyone expects from a used car salesman.The finance guy was fine. I may be back to discuss the extended warranty with him after checking with the Honda dealershipI like my car. But of course I would not come back for ongoing service so I see this as a one time shopping experience. Not great, not bad. Just glad it's over.

I went in on a Monday to look at cars I spoke with Jordan online and talked to Derek when I got in to look at the cars. Derek was very patience with my wife and I. He showed us 4 cars which he opened up and let us play with them as long as we wanted to and he knew we where not buying a car that day. On Wednesday I went in and spoke with Jordan and he was great. Took us out in the 2 cars we had narrowed it down to. He was able to get me in the car I wanted and get me a grerat deal on the payments. I would buy another car from either of them in a heartbeat. The other side of the coin I went in a day later and spoke with James in service. I got there late and he was still able to get my tire fixed. Which I really appreciate. But after I explained to him I found a nail in the tire he said I would have to buy a new set of tires. This nail had to of been in the tire for a very long time. The was rust all around the nail. Now for them to expect me to buy a new 1000 dollar set of tires a day after I bought the car for a problem that the car had before I bought it is a little ridiculous.

Dan in finance was equally efficient, and was able to steer us through the loan options and paperwork very quickly, and save us some additional money. The vehicle was in great shape and Christian did a nice job walking us through all of the features.

I seriously can not believe the high reviews of this dealership. My wife and I found a low mileage Ford Edge on the internet so we stopped in to take a look at it. We didn't like the ride of that particular car. We found another at the dealership that we liked. After trying to negotiate a price with one of the salesman, we went back and forth and finally he (D. Jones) hung up on my wife and told her he would not do business with us. We finally agreed to a price with the used car manager (Jeff Halsne). After we had purchased the car, we had two issues that we wanted addressed. When we bought the Edge there were no license plates on the vehicle so we were issued a 21 day temporary license. On our way home, we noticed that the car was pulling hard to the right so I contacted Mr. Halsne about this issue. In the meantime, I found the tire pressure in the front right tire to be 10 psi lower than the other three. Hats off to the pre delivery inspection crew on that big mistake. No big deal, I was think, I fixed it rather easy but there's no excuse for missing something so elementary. In the meantime, an area of paint on the front bumper is bubbling and flaking off so once again, I contacted Mr. Halsne about this. Next thing, our 21 day permit is now about ready to expire and we still are without license plates. After contacting the dealership once again and getting more of the run around I contacted Mr. Halsne again and he told me we would mail them to me. With already expired registration I advised him to overnight our plates to us. That was on a Thursday afternoon. It is now late afternoon on the following Monday and we still have no plates so I contacted Mr. Halsne AGAIN. He commented to me that I was the worst customer ever and he now refuses to address the issue with the flaking paint off the bumper. Bad customer? I don't think so I just expect that when you give me your word on something, you will step up to the plate and follow thru. I'm 100% positive that they thought I was a good customer when they happily cashed my check at the bank!! In my opinion to ALL, no matter how good the deal may seem, just do me a favor....SKIP THIS DEALERSHIP. save your money and purchase a vehicle from another dealership!!!!!

Quite frankly I'm surprised others rated this place so highly. My mom and I showed up to look at a 2013 STX Ford F-150. We were really interested and simply shopping around to see what the best deal was. When we arrived Mr. Bad smelling cologne guy was the first person we ran into. He asked us no questions, we basically had to keep the conversation going. It was like he didn't know how to talk to us. Not the best customer service. He was more concerned about the color of the truck rather than telling us about the truck. I don't care if "in the sunlight that truck is PURE tuxedo black." I want to know about the truck! That was just part of it. We told him the ballpark we wanted to be in for monthly payments, to which he basically packed up and practically walked away from us. He said there was no way we were going to get payments in that price range, even though we had gotten deals from three other dealerships in that price range. We were very unhappy with the way he regarded us at this point. He basically was acting in a way that said "You don't have as much money as me, therefore I'm better than you!" In short, we were very unsatisfied with the way this dealership treated us. We felt disrespected and that they had treated us like we were idiots. Won't be going back ever! Next time I'm looking for a truck, I'm going to Morrie's Minnetonka Ford!

I received a coupon from Morries and have been in the past able to use any competing coupon. When I went to redeem it the clerk said she could not take it. It was not her fault as that is what she had been told. Needless to say, I went to a manager and he did an override. If in fact coupons are no longer being taken, then I should have been able to use this one and in the future not able to use them. If there is no knowledge of a change in procedure then AFTER the fact that the oil change was done does not sit well. I am very pleased with the service I received and my problem was handled in a very professional way.

Steve,I brought my vehicle (20k miles and still under warranty) in for a noticeable vibration when speeds of 55 mph or higher were reached. They recommended a front end alignment and rotate/balance of tires for $182. I paid my bill and asked the service person before I left the facility if anyone had driven the car after the work was completed. I was assured it had been. Drove the car and the same issue was still there which the service person confirmed when I returned with the car. I think what upset me the most was that it was pretty obvious that no one had drive the vehicle and just assumed the work done had fixed the probem. Turns out that the problem was a bad bearing in the rear drive shaft which was eventually repaired at your facility.Superior Ford did give me back half my money from the initial repair and also paid for a rental on my return visit.My issue is that this was my first visit to Superior Ford were a repair required more than just fixing something which was obvious (seat belt wouldn't retract). This does not bode well for the troubleshooting capability of the repair persons at your facility in my opinion if someone can't even bother to drive a vehicle after suppossedly repairing it. That's pretty fundamental diagnosis procedure.

I have had service once since purchasing new. Only an oil change, but was less then impressed. The tech doing the oil change indicated he was not a fan of Fords and would never own one. I told him of concerns with a stutter while towing, a know eco-boost issue and he acted like he never heard of it and passed it off as a non-issue. I also talked to the body shop manager and showed him some paint defects, he took pictures and said he would send them in to Ford to see if it was cover. About a week later he called back and informed me that the stickers were in and I need to schedule a time to drop the truck off for repair. I questioned why a needed the stickers since the repair was not near the paint defect. I asked to confirm I get a loaner and he said no. I told him I had an issue with buying a new truck and not getting a loaner for a warranty repair. Another service person contacted me days later, appoligized about the loaner and said I would get a loaner. I have not had time to get the appointment scheduled at thiis time. I typically buy a new vechile every two years, I do not see buying from Brookdale again unless the customer service level is raised substantially.

Ron was enthusiastic and willing to deal for the VUE. I did however take it to my mechanic and found some issues that need repair. It is leaking oil and had a bad coupling. this will run around $ 1,000 to fix. I do not know if Ron knew about this because he didn't seem to know much about the Saturn in general.

In the 13 years that I have owned my little Ford Escort ZX2, this is the only thing that has gone wrong with it....the thermostat went out and had to be replaced. The good people at SuperiorBrookdale Ford were fantastic with their service and friendliness. I highly recommend these people. They do an excellent job. I will definitely continue going to these people over the next years and hopefully will be in the market to buy a new Ford vehicle very soon.

The ratings I gave in no way reflect the people I worked with. From sales, the manager and the finance person, they were all GREAT people.Buying a car for me is like having a root canal only my dentist numbs me so I don't feel anything. I hate it and do it only to keep my life going. I never feel like I am getting my money's worth, it is like bending over and hoping it doesn't hurt too bad. We have had a dot com bubble, a housing bubble, a student loan bubble, when are we going to have a car bubble? For what I paid for that car I could have bought a livable 3 bedroom 2 bath home in Arkansas with 10 acres. Unions suck the life out of this country. The reason I bought from you was because you didn't take the bail out money. I will never buy another GM (Government Motors) vehicle. My other pick would have been a Toyota because they are non-union. I just happened to be talking to a mechanic that works on all types of vehicles and he said Ford has come a long way improving their vehicles and Toyota's have gone down and recommended that I buy a Ford over Toyota. The vehicle didn't have MN features. Like heated seats (cloth or not), electronic start, those should be standard on all vehicles coming to MN. As a matter of fact, the vehicle I purchased for the price doesn't have near the upgraded features my other car had. I guess this is the new norm for America. Pay more, get less. Just a hint:Stop insulting my intelligence by referring to a car purchase as an "investment", it is a liability from the second you sign on the dotted line. Just hoping this makes it long past it's purchased extended warranty.

My husband dropped off the car in the morning, and gave them his cell phone number to call when the car was finished. Several hours later he got a ride back to the dealership and waited for the call that the car was done. He waited an hour. Finally he went looking for assistance - and the car was done. No one bothered to call him. In fact, they called my parent's house's phone number - a number I have had to correct them on 3-4 times, as I haven't lived there in 7+ years. Boooooo!!

I had no appointment. I used the Quick service lane for an oil change and standard service check. I drove right in, they worked on my Explorer right away. I was back on the road within 45 minutes. The technician even moved my Explorer closer to the cashiers window for me (I walk with a cane) while I was paying for the service.

I appreciated the LACK of a high pressure approach. Alternatives (e.g.6 vs eco boost) were presented very well. I eventually had a concern about consumer report's rating on reliability and was given the opportunity to talk to the guy in service who also gave me the information I wanted on the 6 vs eco boost. Overall a very positive experience. Excellent followup also. The only negative was finding the car that had the features I wanted. Eventually had to take one with more expensive wheels but that is the luck of the draw I suspect.(--my wants vs available inventory in the area.) Overall a good experience. Even my wife (who HATES car shopping and was involved at the end) said "that was actually pretty easy".

In 2009 I bought a new Ford Focus from Superior Ford. They had excellent customer service, and were the best price I could find, with the options I wanted. Over the next 3.5 years, I had my car serviced at Superior Ford, as well, and everyone from the mechanics to the front desk was unfailingly helpful and cheerful. When I decided it was time to trade in my car, I checked other dealers, and again Superior Ford had the best price for the options I wanted. The customer service has remained excellent, and I expect it to continue over the next years as my new car is serviced by them.

I have always received excellent customer service from Superior Ford, from buying my original Ford Focus in 2009, through all the service visits in the last 3.5 years, to trading in my Focus for a new one. I did check other dealers for price and options, to educate myself, but Superior Ford was again the best price, as it was in 2009. I have no doubt that the customer service will continue to be excellent through the next several years of service on this Ford. Every individual I have dealt with at Superior, from the reception desk to the mechanic's station has been unfailingly cheerful and helpful. Ray was very helpful and informative while reviewing my options, going through all the different features on the car, and answering my questions.

My son and I visited Superior Ford looking for a vehicle to replace two 2006 cars; a Subaru Sport and PT Cruiser. My husband no longer can drive, so we wanted something a little bigger that he could get in and out of easily. We looked at the Escape, but it was not to our liking, then the Edge. I edned up leagin rather than purchasing the vehicle. John Uhde was very helpful and patient with us and our questions. We had purchasedan Aerostar in 1995 and drove it for 11 years. Love it ! The Edge seems to be a great fit for us. Thank you.

I was told that the program of accumulating credit for services paid for had been discontinued and I lost $40.00 plus that I had anticipated. You could have let my balance stay until I used it. I think that was the best experience I've had at Superior. They were friendly, quick and found the problem. The price ended up being less than expected and even though I declined a particular service they did a work around so it wasn't as bad. (the back windshield wiper was broken and hanging down and they put a nut and washer in to at least keep it in place) Also, the guy who drove me home. I think his shirt said the name Dick on it, was very nice and friendly too.Thanks,

I have purchased 2 new ford vehicles from Superior Ford this year. The first was an Edge the second a F-150. I went back because of the excellent treatment I received from their salesman Matt Westberg. I am now disenchanted with Superior. They had very poor service the second time around and did not live up to their promises. Mr Westberg promised me floor mats because of the poor service I received the second time around but evidently the sales manager didn't approve because of no due bill written up. Mr Westberg is no longer with them and now I am without floor mats. I still believe in peoples word but evidently they do not. I am also displeased with the F 150, not getting the mileage as stated. My GMC was better, wish I had it back. Unless I get some type of satisfaction this will be the last Ford I buy and will not recommend Ford products to others.

I just Love you guys & gals there! Everyone is ALWAYS not only nice, as fast as can be, knowledgable as can be at the same time, being very professional too. I brought my Red Candy Edge (I just got in March) for a left turning light that wouldn't go OFF (i never heard og that happening before...)? I thought it was so cute when my service manager called to tell me they didn't have the part... But asked me "did you know your right turning light wasn't working"? Told her I guess I figured that out when I had to HOLD the turning light signal to the right ALL the way home (I was SO grateful whenever I changed lanes or turned left)! I told her the hazard lights worked though!!!ALSO as long as I'm writing 'someone' I'd like to say I LOVE my 3rd Edge - creme brulee, & my 2nd RED CANDY, BUT why oh why aren't you having the 2013 in Red Candy??? And why in the world did I you change the outside side mirrors to the 'icky' little light to let the driver know a car was in the blind area? I HATE it!!! It really doesn't let me know the vehicle is in my blind area until it's way too close! I LOVED the little insert in the mirror because I was the boss of my fate MUCH BETTER! I have brought my vehicle into Superior Ford a couple of times to be fixed. The always are friendly and professional. They explain what's wrong and give a price before they start any repairs so I can make an informed decision on if I need to get the item fixed at that time, or if it can hold off. I never feel pressured and the repairs are done quickly and I can leave feeling confident that it was fixed correctly.

I purchased my vehicle brand new 2 years ago and have had it serviced here on a regular basis. Every service has been good but the last one was a little frustrating, I didn't feel they paid attention to all the details and was told they fill all the fluids and checked the tires. 2 days later my low tire sensor came on and I had to fill all my tires. They have been fine since then.

The Service Engine light was coming on in my vehicle, so I brought it in for a diagnostic. I was told I needed a part that was on back order, but they would order it for me and let me know when it came in. A month later, I still hadn't heard from them, so I phoned to check in. Turned out they had the part, but had just failed to call me. I told them I was eager to get it installed because I was tired of having the Service Engine light on all the time, so they said I could bring it in that day and they would get it fixed. I brought it in at 1:30pm, waited 45 minutes, and was then told they would need to keep it overnight. They said they didn't have a loaner car immediately, but they would bring me home and call Enterprise to get in contact with me and bring me a car. Five hours later, I still had not heard from Enterprise and was trapped at home without a car, so I called Brookdale Ford back and was told Enterprise closed an hour ago, so it would have to wait until the following morning. At 7:30am the next day, Brookdale Ford called to say they were sorry I didn't yet have a car, but they would try to call another Enterprise. At 8:30am, an Enterprise guy showed up on my doorstep with no warning or call and said he would take me to get a rental. This was an enormous hassle and very poor customer service on Brookdale Ford's part. I understand that they prefer to use rental cars, but they're a CAR DEALERSHIP for heaven's sake: if a rental car isn't available, give me one off the showroom floor instead of trapping me in my house for 18 hours hugely inconvenienced. What a pain. When the car was finally done 24 hours after I first brought it in, I got in it to drive away and the Service Brake System light came on in lieu of the Service Engine light. Needless to say, I'll be going elsewhere for that repair.

I had a terrible experience when buying my car. The salesman was new and no one helped him at all (He came from a Honda dealer). When I came to pick up car, he was fired. Now an accountant came out to explain the car. It was not a happy experience. Then the first time I came for an oil change a lady repair person was down right rude and if one of your repair men would not have come over I would have just left. Since then ever time I come in for an oil repair the repair men are wonderful. If they were not so fast and kind I would be at an other Ford dealer.

Drove by Atkin, one Edge in their lot, on to Mills in Brainerd, did not have match for us. Next day to old reliable Brookdale Ford. This will be I think my third purchase from you all, dating back to my first car; a used FALCON, 1970 or so. Had other vehicles over my driving years before coming back to Ford; Explorer, full size van and now the EDGE. Could not be happier with my decision and the buying experience. Thanks to Jeff Chalin, who followed up with personal service to familize me with the EDGE features. I am sure I will continue to have good service from Superior Brookdale Ford. My vehicle was towed in to Superior Ford to replace the alternator. Past service visits have been positive but this time when I was told the car was ready, I stopped in and they couldn't find my key until 20-30 minutes later.

We bought a 2013 escape after visiting many dealerships. Customer service was the most important piece of the entire deal. Joe and Matt were for most parts the reason why we decided to buy the car at Superior ford. Matt gave a detailed explanation of the price making the deal very transparent and offered a really good price. I highly appreciated this fact and built the trust which was missing in all the other places. Joe offered great service and helped close the deal with all the paper work. Joe followed up after the vehicle arrived and stayed back after hours the day we drove the vehicle out just to make sure we were taken care of!! Matt did an excellent job of walking us through all the features of the car ! Thanks a lot Joe and Matt !! The only thing which would have helped is to have some sort of tracking while the vehicle was placed on order and this is something for Ford company. With factory placed order and leadtime of 8 weeks it was very difficult to track or estimate the delivery dates as we got close to the estimated time of 8 weeks . Joe called us promptly as soon as the car arrived and helped to get the vehicle out of the lot as soon as possible. He even gave us an extra accident kit for my car though he could have just given 1kit for the car that we bought for my wife. The thoughtfulness says a llot and helps build a stronger relationship beyond just buying a new car. Overall a very great experience of buying at Superior ford and would come back to Superior Ford for future purchases.

The folks in the Express Lane and the woman that rang me up were exceotional. I can not forget the young man that brought may car around after offering to have it washed, he was terrific, tracked me down in the new car showroom to let me know my car was ready. All were very upbeat and great moods which reflected on their comfort level with management and like of doing their jobs.

I moved to the opposite side of the city and choose to continue to use Superior Ford because of of the dependable service and friendly people. This service visit was completed about 45 minutes quicker than estimated. In the 4 years I've used Superior Ford service, I have always felt confident I would have no issues once I drove off the lot. I'll be back when it's time for my next oil change!

Action by serveice technician for simple oil change was outstanding. Initially, the computer could not locate an oil filter for my GMC Yukon. The serice tech took it upon himself to physically go through the inventory to find the appropriate filter even though the computer couldn't find it. He was able to find the missing oil filter and complete my service. If he hadn't taken that extra step I would have had to return at a later date. Excellent customer service!

When looking for anything, especially a car, I do not want to feel pressured into buying something. I purchased a used 2011 Ford Taurus SHO, the car I have been wanting for the last year or two. The gentlemen at Superior-Brookdale Ford did not pressure me at all. They were very informative and kind. I also like how they didn even think twice about little details that I requested, such as fixing a mark in the wheel and some marks on the paint. They could have just told me, what you see is what you get. But no, they kept saying they do not want to sell a car that will make me unhappy over a scratch here or there. I already have decided that I will be purchasing my next car from them in the future.

My wife and I have nothing but good things to say about our buying experience at Superior. We submitted our car inquiry via the internet and were immediately contacted by Joe Hosch. From that point on Joe helped us with our purchase. The car we wanted was on a railcar in Kansas, Joe contacted other dealerships to find the exact car we were wanted. All the people at Superior did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to buy a used or new car.

Our new car purchasing experience was excellent at Superior Ford. Our initial inquiry was through the Superior Ford website. We were immediately contacted and an in-person appointment was made. Our salesperson (Joe Hosch) was extremely helpful. He guided us through the process and we purchased our vehicle. The only wrinkle was that the car was still in transit. Joe made every effort to find a car locally that we could purchase. He found us a car at another dealership and we were driving our new car in a weeks time. When we closed the deal Joe took time to familiarize my wife and I with all the electronic gadgets that are in the new car. Joe was very helpful. We left Superior Ford very happy. The buying experience was a joy.

Two months ago my 2009 Focus SE started to have rolling/rough idle (500-800 rpms). Brought it in and was charged $130 diagnostic fee to tighten two hose clamps. Left the dealership with the car still running rough but they said I could try it for a week and bring it back if not satisfied. I did and found a TSB that explained the problem. They agreed to check the PCM and found it to be defective and ordered a new one. I meanwhile asked for my $130 back because it should have been covered under the 80k emissions warranty. They replaced the PCM and the car still runs badly and I was told that this is normal and that I will not get my money back. I was also told they would not do anything more to fix the car! This will be the last Ford product I ever buy.

I went to Plymouth Brookdale Ford a week ago on Sept. 29th, 2012 and I started out getting an oil change on my 2007 Ford Explorer. I went into the show room and the car lot and Ron Powell came out to see if I needed help and he showed me the 2012 Ford Fusion. I had him show me the Ford Fiesta on the showroom floor first,but I noticed it was a manual. I did not want a manual, so he pointed out the Ford Focus, but seeing since my parents were just there 3 weeks earlier and bought a 2012 Ford Focus I didn't want 2 of them sitting in the driveway, so Ron Powell said he had a Ford Fusion and as soon as I saw it I fell in love with it. It drove very nice. I like the little illuminating lights on the inside, the sync feature.There was a small scratch on the outside and he had that fixed. Ron is very knowledgable about the car he sold me and I even had problems with syncing the phone,I called him and he told me to come back and he would help me with it. I will recommend Plymouth Brookdale Ford to everyone I know and then some. Ron Powell is the best. Thank you for everything.

After deciding to replace two of our four vehicles with one crossover, we spent a number of weeks visiting Audi, BMW, Ford, Mazda, Subaru and Toyota dealers, some multiple times. After a total of nine make/model road tests we chose the 2013 Escape Titanium. After learning our two closest dealers did not have one with options we wanted, we simply began visiting dealer websites and reviewing inventory. In one night of this we found Superior Ford, who had both, what we were looking for and at a great price. Dave responded quickly to our inquiry, hosted our two visits both, professionally and with just the right personal touch. Tour of the dealership was impressive, delivery was smooth and we are very pleased with the truck. We have already referred a like interested colleague.

I came in for an oil change. No waiting got right in. Serviceman was very friendly. He reminded me that it was time to have the coolant system flushed and replaced and time for a new fuel filter. Oil change was completed in few minutes. Cashier was also very friendly. I have been bring my cars to Superior Brookdale Ford for many years, and I can honestly say, I have never had a bad experience.

Joe was great to work with, readily offering information and answering questions. The slide show of on his desk was a definite ice breaker and added a personal touch. Dan was a lot of fun to work with, very personable, sharing stories with him was great fun and a definite lightened the moment. We bought a 1984 Escort, 1986 Aerostar and a 2000 F150 from Superior Ford. And now we're back buying a 2012 F150 to replace the 2000 F150. If I have a complaint, it was the transmission on the 86 Aerostar, definitely not Superior Fords fault but it was fixed rebuilt six times. Service people at that time were great, that transmission wasn't. We'll be back again. I don't want to enter my email address, I get enough junk mail but it won't except my comments without it which really wrong. I want Joe and Dan to get credit for being fantastic so I'll input it under protest

Called the used car phone number, it was re-directed to a new employee who told me it was his day off and then told me he didn't know the number to a different salemen and seemed very un-willing to help. Then the car was sold on the day I called but they never called me and I made the trip almost 20 miles to the dealership after telling them if it gets sold, tell me but I WANT TO BUY IT...never got a phone call. Worst exp ever with a dealership. Don't waste your time.

I came into purchase a car a couple weeks ago. They offered me an amount for my trade which was not up to par. Today I noticed the same car dropped in price so I called John and asked him to work out the numbers before I came in. He agreed and I showed up to nothing being done and then you low balling be on my trade. It was two weeks difference and the exact same price they dropped on the vehicle I was looking at. I have bought a couple cars prior to this from this dealership and the quality of sales reps and management has taken a turn for the worse. When I brought this all up to the manager he just became defensive thinking I'm looking for a deal. I wasted an hour of my time after specifically asked John uhde to get everything taken care of ahead of time. I have told over 50 so far since this happened to never use this dealership and will be notating it on every social networking site and anywhere I else people may read this. If I get through to one person it will be worth it. Worst experience I have had in any purchase large or small in the last 10 years. JOKE!!!!

I wanted to purchase an 1995 F-250 and I worked with a salesman named Jordan who was very nice to deal with, But the used car manager Jeff Halsne WOULD NOT allow me to take the truck to my mechanic stating it was "as is" take it or leave it. He was a complete rude jerk who talked to me like I was a child, Very Condescending! They wouldnt even give me a free oil change after I bought it, and tried to charge me for one. I bought the truck and the next day the tranny is spilling oil out everywhere! 5 days later now and the truck wont even start! I cant believe this Jeff guy, he shouldnt have a job where he talks and deals with people.. Avoid Superior Ford at all costs! This is a second generation LEMON I have bought from Superior Ford. Jordan my salesman was awesome though! He belongs at a reputable dealership.

Offers on trade-ins very low. Extremely rude. They don't like when people know what they are willing to take for a deal. If you say no they get mad. They didn't offer so much as a drink of water. When I wouldn't accept their deal they go all mad and rude. They didn't bother to offer to have me look at a different vehicle that might be closer to the range I wanted. Heck, they could have even offered to try and sell as a lease but they didn't bother to do that either. Four years ago the staff there was kind, considerate, and willing to work on a deal. Now, they are rude and practically try and bully you into taking their offer. I will NEVER go there for a car again.

This is my first purchase from Superior Ford and I was extremely pleased with everything from the initial greeting to the final contract signing. My salesman (Matt Westburg) was very friendly and had my satisfaction in mind at all times. I had a clear idea of what vehicle I wanted but not specifically which version. Instead of trying to sell the highest version, he asked what features I really wanted to have and worked it backwards from there. In all honesty, the price was not the lowest (by just a few hundred dollars), but the way I was treated made it more than worth it. I don't buy based on just price! I can't say enough good about my experience - I used to dislike purchasing vehicles just due to the reasons that I felt at the other dealerships I checked - I felt like I was wasting their time unless I could commit to a purchase at that moment. Superior Ford gave me an honest price, treated me very well and made a sale based on that.

They lied to me about the amount of my trade in and the price of my new vehicle. I didn't find out until I was signing the paperwork and realized the numbers were wrong. When I asked about it I was yelled at and told to leave. They would not give me my title back from my trade in and they didn't tell me where my car was. I had to go find it. I left in tears. I was very scared. Not only would I never go back but I will worn you they are dishonest and hostile.

From the moment we stepped foot on the lot someone was offering to help us, but were not pushy. They explained the differences in vehicle options and offered guidance on what vehicle best fit our needs. Once we made a selection they had everything ready for us when we picked up the car and took the time to explain and demo the cars features.

I was able to pull in and the service team started working on my car immediately. They were very polite and listened to everything I had to say. When they had an update they stopped into the waiting room to let me know. When the care was done the woman that checked me out explained that I had earned Owner's Advantage benefits and my oild change was free, that was great! They didn't have a part I needed but put it on order, I am still waiting to hear about that.

I didn't think I received the best experience I could have, only one man told me his name after I introduced myself. Then he said "I won't be here when you're done." I waited about an hour and then as, it felt like an after thought, one of the techs was done explaining tires to a man next to me. I was told you're truck should be done now mam, if you would go to the cashier and pay for it. I asked "Could I have a car wash?" He said "Well, I don't know if you're truck will fit in the wash" I said "It's been in there before" He said "I'll go and check, while it's going through you can pay". As I walked to the cashier I saw the same tech run after the man about the tires, I guess I would work with one customer at a time.I was never told about the work I had done on my F-250 truck, I saw the tech take it out to the wash. When I went in to pay I wondered what the charges were for, I was told the 3 diff.change would be 279.00$ I figured the bill would be about 350.00$ It was a little higher and that was ok, I thought the bill should have been explained better by the tech. When he came in the cashier to let me know it was washed I asked him "I thought the bill would be 279.00$" His quick response was" I didn't tell you that, the guy who did is gone." I said, "Oh it's not your table ,huh?" He said "right."I said "what about the car wash, why would you say you didn't know if it would fit? he said "some big trucks don't fit." I said why would they put in a wash that wouldn't fit the trucks?" He said some of the big diesels and 350's don't fit.I totally forgot to ask about the work done on the truck and that was the end of it.I guess I've been coming in to the dealer to have work done on my truck because I just don't trust anyone else to do it. After last night, I just don't know, in this world of trying to keep the customer and training employees about customer service, I think this particular tech could use more training. He was pleasant enough, but I didn't feel well informed about something I think is very important to me. I like very much being able to drive in the lube line and then have bigger things done to the truck without making an appointment. That is a draw for me to come to the dealer.I already had an idea of this particuler job that was done on the truck, from the last visit to Superior. So I was aware somewhat, of what I was in for.

Process went pretty well, I went in to pickup my Expedition from service which was getting the once over before I was going to sell it. Had planned to by a used 2009 f150 loaded from the inlaws but bumped into Don in the lot and ended up leaving with a new xlt. Not all the options I was used to with the Eddie Bauer Expedition but for us the price was close enough on the new XLT with the EcoBoost to the used truck I was about to buy. Happy we did it.Since I had not done a ton of pricing before I called 3 other dealers and mentioned I was about ready to pull the trigger and nobody offered any prices which were any different.So overall I am pretty happy with the new truck, will be even happier when I get used to the length of the Super Crew with the long box!Another reason I bought here is the Service department has been EXCELLENT and believe me I have a ton of experience with them!!! 2003 Expedition with Air Suspension = many issues!

My over all experience was great. Ruth Chase did a great joc keeping me informedof the ETA of the vehical. Ruth also knew all about the vehical. She was knowledgable on all the options and option packages. Ruth also did an outstandingjob of explaining the Sync functions and all the other interior functions.She not only knew the product in which she was selling, she was exceptional to work with. I would refer anyone to her and I will only work with her in the future.I also ordered a lot of parts for the vehical before it arrived. I delt withFrank Carlson in the parts department. He did an outstanding job of explaining whatwould fit and what wouldn't. He also did a great job in locating the parts and I received them when promised.

I had my car towed in on Friday evening. Left my keys in the drop box for the Service Dept. First thing on Saturday morning James contacted me to check on my poorly scribbled note. My iginition lock was behaving badly. Key wouldn't turn. I also remembered I was due in for an oil change. James let me know about the Works package so I could get my tires rotated too. By noon my car was fixed and the Superior Brookdale Ford courtesy shuttle was picking me up at home. Thanks so much for getting me back in the drivers seat so quickly.

One reason for not choosing great on the rankings was that when I called the dealership, the receptionist who answered the phone call could not be understood. I had no idea what she said when she picked up the call. I had been doing research on the internet, which told me to talk to Nick McGovern, so I just asked for Nick when she finished her initial introduction. But, whatever she said I could not understand any of.

Timing of appt was very good. I pulled up to the door and did not realize it opened automatically (I had a child in the car and was talking too him while waiting for the door to open- not reading the yellow sign on the door) and a male employee came out and pointed to the sign and then put his hands up in the air in frustration at me and gave me a look like "Duh". I laughed it off, but I did feel like an idiot, which is really not how you want to feel pulling into a dealership. Chris was great to work with. She was friendly and knowledgeable. The estimate was given quickly, and the work was done very quickly. The price was fine with the exception of the diagnostic on the radio. Seems extreme to pay 65$ for such a simple diagnosis. I figured it was a fuse, but not one I could readily get to. In the past, my car has been run through the car wash before I pick it up. It was not this time, so that was a little disappointing.

Just a suggestion, would be nice if the service team member would introduce themselves as you pull into the service area. It's personal/friendly, might help customers remember their names should they wish to share comments about their experience. Additionally, shows accountability to customer service. My experience on 8/25 was very good, no complaints. The cashier at was very friendly and helpful.

After turning the car on to leave after the service was completed, I noticed a tire pressure light was illuminated. When I went back in to tell the service coordinator about it he said that they had noticed that too. Well, if they noticed that too, after just rotating my tires, why didn't they fix it? It was only after I asked that it be looked into that the light was investigated and ultimately reset. I should not have had to ask to have something corrected that occured while it was being serviced.

I went in for an oil change. I was told that I needed a transmission fluid flush and power steering fluid flush and my air filter was dirty. Because I trusted what he said, I okayed the power steering fluid flush. When I got home, I reviewed my service maintenance guide and checked on-line and could not find anywhere that a power steering fluid flush is ever recommended. My husband also said it was not necessary. I really feel I got "taken for a ride" and threw away $90!! We have bought several vehicles from Superior Ford and bring them there for service but after this happened, we are going elsewhere. If this was an error and can be corrected by refunding my money for this unnecessary work, we will consider changing our opinion about Superior Ford.

Where to begin... Multiple repair visits for same item, trying to sell me parts that are not needed (oh sorry that was the truck next to yours), telling me the repair will be over $4000 which is at least 30% of value, me having to find and offer alternatives rather than the service department, taking 3 weeks to fix,... It still cost me $2000 to have the original problem, an axle seal leak, fixed. An F350 diesel with only 108000 miles on it should not need this kind of repair in any way shape or form. I have done business with Superior Ford/Brookdale Ford for over 40 years. I have been a Ford person all my life, but if this indicates the "expected and normal" repair cost, I may not buy Ford products in the future. At this point I will could go off the topic of repairs and talk about Ford in general, but my past correspondence with Ford on general issues has lead me to understand Ford does not care about my concerns and what I would buy, only about making money. I thought those two items were related, but Ford does not seem to think so.

Things went well with the oil change but I was told that I needed new brakes. I was told this before at my last oil change when they were going to flush the brake lines and again at this oil change. I left my car for a tech to work on and he called when he was done. He said that I didn't need brakes and the car was ready to pick up. When I arrived at the dealership they could not fine my work order. They said the car was not done, I then told them that it was sitting out in front of the dealership. It took twenty minutes for someone to figure out where the paperwork was and that the work was done. My vehicle was sitting outside with the doors unlocked and the windows down. Nothing inside was secure. Someone could have taken anything out of the car. I was not impressed on the service received this time. I have been buying and bringing my vehicles to this dealership for service for years. I hope this was a little slip in service and not the direction they are going with their customer service.

I came in looking for a deal on a new Ford F 150. I also test drove the Chevy Silverado. I was not impressed with the Chevy as much as the Ford. My wife and I were treated well at your dealership and everyone answered all my questions. I did get a deal on the car, but of course I wanted a better deal. I know you need to make money to stay in business so I understand but we all want a deal. I will be curious how the service side of your dealership handles any issues that might come up, but I am sure you will do what is right by me the customer.Thanks again

I stopped by the Express Lube after work on a Friday afternoon hoping they wouldn't be too busy for a fast oil change. After a short wait I rolled in and I was done and out of there in under 20 minutes. Rating would have been higher; but the guys forgot my windshield reminder sticker, which I noticed before I left the dealer's lot, so went back around and they took care of that right away.

I have purchased several cars from Superior Ford and will probably continue to purchase cars there as long as I need them. I also always have them serviced there. The people are always very friendly, courteous and helpful and I trust the work they do. This time I called for an appointment as my car was being towed there and they started working on it right away.

I have always appreciated the attention given to me when pulling in for service on my two Ford vehicles. They value my time and go out of their way to accommodate. Most important to me, they stick to and stand behind their promises. When I was told I would be getting a call the next morning on the status of my Ford Edge, I received a call right about 9:00 am the next day. Unlike other dealerships I've been to, I feel like a valued customer rather than someone pushed through their monstrous service department machine!

My truck was hit in the left front wheel by a car.Their mechanic said there was nothing wrong and I could take it home. until another mechanic there and I found the damage. $2422.84 worth of front end parts were then replaced. A short time later I called and informed Chris, nice service gal, there was still a cluck in the front end. I brought it back in, their mechanic could not find the problem, charged me $65. I, a layman, found the problems recently. One was a problem with a drag link they had replaced and another was bent sway bar links and bad bushings they did not find before.Their general manager Tom Rabiola and service manager Steve Clark said they would not replace the bad, new part, because the warranty was for one year, (even before looking at it) it did not matter to them that I had brought it in shortly after the new parts were put on. They said I should have keep bringing it in while the clunk continued, no doubt charging me $65 at a time.I believe the management at Superior Ford is the most dishonest as I have ever found. And some of their mechanics are inept.

Steve, you may remember me. I brought my vehicle in for the second (maybe third) time to have my satellite radio repaired this week.Because it was not fixed correctly the first time, and my car was damaged in the process of the attempted fix, I was asked to schedule a time when I could leave the vehicle for 2-3 days to fix it correctly and repair the damage and a loaner would be provided. This took some time because rely on the vehicle for transporting my very busy family of 5+ to numerous activities nearly every day.When I dropped my car off (an Expedition EL) I was offered a vehicle I could not fit my family in (with car seats). After discussion back and forth and the reminder that I was in this position because of the mistake the dealership made during the original repair, I was finally able to get approval for a mid-size car we could fit in (barely). I left disappointed this had been so painful.When I picked up the vehicle I learned they had not completed my power steering fluid flush (noted as a need during my last oil change and I asked that it be completed during this visit) and was asked to pay another $100 deductible for the repair. I had been assured this would not be a problem since you were addressing an issue that hadn't been fixed correctly the first time. After 20 minutes of research, you (Steve) waived the fee, but seemed much more focused on educating me on the terms of my warranty than listening to me or empathizing with my situation. I was there because your team failed to diagnose and fix my issue right the first time and damaged my car in the process. And I paid you $100 for that. Why would I pay you another $100 to fix it right the second time? The fact that we had to have the conversation was frustrating and the fact that I was late to meet my brother in law because of it made it worse. And no one apologized for the inconvenience. Finally, I was left to locate my vehicle on my own. It was sitting in the back of the garage and it was unwashed. And there are nicks in the dash where the replacement part was affixed. I won't be asking you to make it right this time. I've learned my lesson. I've been a regular customer for a long time. I've been a Ford owner most of my adult life and dealt with dealerships in at least 5 states. This was the most frustrated I've been. I expected more...

Stopped in for oil change and possibly new tires, looking for best deal on tires. Joe took the time to look at all tire companies and offers online. Goodyear was the best offer with rebate and Joe beat the competitors price by a dollar. I will definitely recommend Superior Ford to my friends as the best place to shop for new tires. I was in the express lane for an oil change. I was the only one waiting. After waiting for 15 minutes, I noticed the vehicle that was being worked on in the other bay was finished and was being pulled out. So, I started to back up to move over to that lane. Before I could back up far enough, another vehicle pulled in that lane and was allowed to drive straight in. I had to wait almost 10 more minutes before finally being allowed to pull my car in. I would have appreciated it if one of the service people had come out and let me know that the other bay would be open first and that I should move over. I am sure they saw me waiting there, and it would not have been difficult for them to just wave me to the other lane.I should mention that the service is usually very good, and once I did get into the bay, everyone was very friendly and helpful.

i have no way to compare price but it seems it was way over priced for one day of labor as an unemployed carpenter it seems like they may have taken advantage of the fact that i was SOL and at there doorstep. i could of taken my van anywhere but was trying to be loyal to a ford dealership. not sure it was a good choice at this time. i am confident work was done well and everone was freindly and helpfull. i think you should add another option to the last question, because i am not sure as to wether i would recommend your dealership.

I dropped my car off at 10 am and at 3 or so, I was called and told it had not even been looked at and to call back around 5. Called again and still not looked at. Called by someone and told they did the oil change but did not have a chance to look at the problem that it was brought in for and I needed to come and pick it up without it being checked. I am not sure I will bring it back. If they were not going to look at it, they should have told me before I left it. I don't understand why it was not even looked at. I realize that things sometimes get behind, but if that was the case, why did you even accept it. You knew up front that I could only leave it for the day. Certainly, I feel it should have been looked at and then if it was going to take more than a day to fix, I would have understood. No one explained why it was not even looked at until we came to pick it up and someone told my husband that there were too many cars from the day before and they wouldn't have time. If they knew that, why did they tell us that on Tuesday, they didn't have any appointments and that we would get it back yet that day. I just don't understand and am very upset that you would take a vehicle and then just not even look at it. I don't know if there is another Ford garage to take it too or not. I have to do some checking around.

They were so worried if I would get it from them or not, they didn't even want to help me understand the different vehicles. And when I asked for a brochure, he printed me a black & white copy off of the net. I could have done that. I would NEVER go back for my own personal car when I need to buy one!!

If I called these guys scum it would only put them on par with other car dealers. When I first called them they told me they had a brand new truck sitting in the dealer prep area that had never been in the lot. But once I got there they couldn't find the vehicle. It was a complete ruse to get me into the dealer.They were having a weekend sale closing out all the late model Rangers with lots of incentives. Many of the incentives were ending that day. I found a truck I liked, negotiated a deal, and put $500 down. I get a call the next day that "the truck was no longer available." My only assumption was they got a better price for this last vehicle and sold it to somebody else.And of course the sales team did all the classic stuff. "Let me talk to my manager" and "these deals end tomorrow" and every other scummy things car dealers do.Avoid these guys. They'll take you for everything you're worth.

My experience at Superior Brookdale Ford was great. Everyone helped to make sure that I got the car I wanted and kept me updated as I waited after my car was ordered. The only complaint that I have is that there was only 1 Explorer at the dealer so I was unable to view the different colors of the 2011 Explorers on real cars. This influenced my decision to pick a white car.This suvery needs to be updated to be easier to use. We shouldn't have to log in or create a user name to submit the survey.

I always go to you for my car repairs, because I can have the work done in the evening. What puzzles me is, I had an appointment at 5:45. By 8 PM I had not been called with the estimate. I had to place a call. I would rather drop off my car within 1/2 hr of when they are going to look at it. My husband thinks almost $600 is too much for an alternator. We were able to use a coupon for $50 off, which helped.It is concerning, every time I have my car worked on at Superior Ford, it costs approximately $500 or more. Is this the norm now days? It makes me not want to purchase a Ford product again. I appreciate the car being done right at the time I was informed, which was 9:30 PM. I do feel I could have dropped it off at 7:30, since I didn't get the estimate until 8:00 when I called.

I was in for a simple oil change, Mark tried to upsell a few services, quoted me 89.95 for power steering flush and fill, said I needed new wipers, which I had just gotten, so I know that I did not need those, and said I needed a new air filter. I told him to go ahead and put in the filter.I came in with a coupon for the oil change for 18.88 and ended up with a $51+ bill. He did NOT quote me for the air filter, which I believe he should have.I am going to buy an new Escape, and was in talking to a sales person when he came in and talked to me. I explained to him that I didn't want to spend a lot of money on this vehicle, because I am going to trade it in, but he still went on and told me all these things I needed. When the guy came back in to tell me my vehicle was ready, he told me where it would be, unless I wanted it washed. I told him that I would love to have my car washed, shockingly, when I went to get my vehicle, it was NOT washed.Very poor communication and service. I am not sure I will go back to buy my new vehicle from this dealership, as I would want to service the vehicle where I buy it. Too bad I had this experience, as this would be a very convenient location for me.

the only concern I have is with the REMOTE STARTER on my 2011 Ford Escape. I can start the SUV with the remote, unlock the door with the remote, key, or keypad, BUT as soon as I open the door (does not matter which door is opened) the SUV shuts off. I returned to the dealership on Monday, May 9th to drop off the 2nd key & title to my trade in vechile. I mentioned this to Denny, he seemed as if this was NO BIG DEAL, telling me this is because, I would not want someone to be able to drive off with my vechile. I have had remote starters on other cars and this has never happened before. I do know that if you step on the brake without a key in the igination the vechile will shut off. I asked Denny to have this looked at on Wednesday the 11th of May, as my vehicle will be in the shop for the protection package to be applied. I went to your dealership to look at a used Focus and a new Fiesta. Pauly explained the features and benefits of each vehicle in detail and was very thorough and patient with any questions I had. He was very knowledgeable about both vehicles I looked at and explained the pros and cons about purchasing New vs. Used. The whole process went very smoothly on his end. After my purchase, he showed me all the nifty things I can do with my new car, and introduced me to the shop personnel for when I return for any maintenence needs. Your employees are very friendly and trustworthy. Prices are higher than the Goodyear or Tire Plus stores. When Goodyear couldn't align car without replacing parts you could. That saved me alot of money. That is why I give you business when I can. Goodyear is right across the parking lot from my works and gives me a 10% discount, for that reason.As far a Dealership, I will recommend Superior.

I enjoy using the Quick Lane for oil changes, etc. because it is efficient and "quick". My experience has always been good and the dealership is close to my home. The employees are friendly and have always given me good advice if a repair/service is needed. Also, they don't pressure me to have the repair/service done on the day I am at the dealership.

For that reason alone, we will probably seek service elseware in the future. It would be nice if your prices were more reasonably/competatively priced. Especially now when every penny counts.

Brought vehicle in for a oil change and tire rotation. I told the guy that i bought the tires from them so the rotation should be free, but when it came time to pay he had charged me for the tire rotation, which i told the girl checking me out, so the adjustment was made then.Also when they say that they do all these checks, while doing the oil change, they sure didn't check my wiper blades because my passenger side blade is very bad. Also the lady ahead of me getting a oil change, didn't even have the air checked in her tires until she had ask them if they did it, and they hadn't. So i think the guys changing the oil, needs to be reminded to do all the checks they are supposed to do.THanksKathy Schultz

Joe and his crew did a great job servicing my vehicle. I went in for an oil change and asked them to look at why my brake light was coming on when cornering. They identified that the rear brakes were down to 1 mm and were able to take care of the brake job during my visit. The also identified two oil leaks - one significant - that require attention and wrote up an estimate of the cost for those repairs. Joe kept me up on the status of the work throughout my wait in the service lounge. Very happy with my service on 4/25/11 at Superior Ford.

The issue with my vehicle was determined in an timely moment and resolution to get the issue fix was done within 48 hours of my leaving my vehicle there. Additional service to the vehicle was needed and when requested, the answer of "YES" we can do that as well was given with a smile. Althought I was on the phone with him, I could tell he was smiling. Working in customer service myself, I know how important a smile can be to the customer in getting a resolution to whatever the issue is.

When I dropped my trade off for inspection, Kevin even gave me the keys to his vehicle to take back to the office so I could get back to work. Completing the final paperwork was hassle free, and the vehicle was ready for pick-up at the appointed day and time.

Guy, James and Scott truly went above and beyond in customer service! I came in for an oil change and asked they could replace my headlight bulb quickly too. Unfortunately, it is not an easy fix (have to take the bumper off). James was able to replace the bulb without taking the bumper off but the bulb was not the problem afterall. He hooked it up to test for voltage and it was determined I would either have to leave the car and bring it back for a diagnostic check. Scott was my sales guy that sold me the car so I went to say "hi" to him and told him the situation with the headlight so he went back into the garage with me when he didn't have to. These 3 men really impressed me!

The underlying issue with the service experience (that I had) was lack of followup and friendly staff. But the biggest complaint I've had lately with this is incompetant tech who did the work.I came in to have a shifter control part fixed on my shifter know in the dash... they had a hard time figuring out the initial problem...and it turned out the be very same problem that occurred on this vehicle about 3 years ago. They claim this problem shouldn't have happened again (after it was initially fixed in 2008)...but it broke again last week (same part). My hunch is the quality of the service that was performed or the part they used back in 2008 was the underlying problem...causing it to fail less than 3 years later.The other big complaint I dealt with was after (they said the vehicle was ready) they didn't offer to stand behind the previous work and offer me any discount or do the work free of charge. The tech who fixed this knob...caused some other issue once I picked the vehicle up. The tech forget (ya right) to hookup the airbag indicator sensor...so the airbag light was constantly flashing upon vehicle start. All I ask for me competance in the work being done...please verify everything works & is thoroughly tested before contacting the customer saying it's done...because in my experience it wasn't...also please stand behind the work and vehicle and work with the customer on either offering discounts or other incentives to return.Because the experience I dealt has seriously raised questions about whether or not I would ever return to using Superior Ford Service in the future...I may decide to start taking my vehicle/service needs elsewhere in the future if these issue continue.Thanks

I came in for an oil change but also had a question about a noise I was getting when accelerating. The oil change staff and a service advisor diagnosed the problem for me as a hole in the muffler. It really helped for them to identify what the problem was. Now I can make an appointment for that specific service.

I had a electrical problem with my new Ranger. I called the service dept early in the morning (before 7:00 AM)and was told I could come right in. Diagnostic service was quick, a rental car was provided while parts were on order, and parts were installed and tested as soon as available. I couldn't have asked for better service!

A nice quick transaction without the addons like document fees and extreme pressure to buy extended warranties. No problems. Everyone at dealership was very friendly without pressure. Vehicle was clean and serviced before we left. I would definitely recommend this dealership to other buyers.

My husband spent 4 hours at the dealership while your staff worked to figure out why none of my keys would start the car on one day. It happened once for them also, but even with all of the tests they performed, there was never any indication of what was wrong. It has not happened since. I am very appreciative of the time and effort spent in trying to find a cause. My husband said you were keeping my record open, so if it happens again, you're ready to go on repairs for me. Thank you. I hope it was just a quirk, but I'm glad to know you are there when I need you.

Everyone was nice enough and did what they were supposed to do. I think the pricing is a little high but so far I haven't had to worry about the quality of work. If that changes I would change dealerships. The car wash was a nice touch. The cashier was a nice lady too.

Service team was fast, friendly and very helpful. Brought my Mustang in for an oil change after winter storage and found the battery had died. The team got all my services done really fast, and they helped educate me on better winter storage practices (disconnect battery, fuel lines, occasional start up, etc.)

The only bad thing I can say is that, once we found the car that we wanted it took a lot of time for the manager to go back and forth to get the car secured and get the price correct. We didn't intend on spending all morning there, but that's what happened.

Went in for my 15,000 mile checkup. Service was friendly (they even washed my car). The waiting room was comfortable and I was able to watch TV. Making me register and write 250 characters is stupid. When test driving the truck I asked about about the satellite radio as I saw the button on the dash as was told by the salesperson that it was included and we would also receive 6 months free programming with the vehicle purchase. He reiterated this with a pamphlet when reviewing the purchase documents and as we were leaving said he would go in to call Sirius to set up the receiver so it would be activated in the morning. We come to find out that the vehicle does not have the satellite equipment included when my husband called to inquire why it is not yet set up yet. Instead of honoring what was promised in the sale, the New Car Sales Manager said it was our fault for waiting so long to bring the issue to his attention and was unwilling to take any action. When I told him we had not completed our survey he then said he would call Best Buy to see what could be done and call me back. He called me back later that night and said he would have the equipment installed once he received our completed survey back that indicated that we were completely satisfied on every item. I expressed concern that this option lacked integrity and said I would call him back the next day because I wanted to speak with my husband about the offer. After talking to my husband he agreed that this 'option' would violate our morals and values because we would be forced to lie on the survey. When I called the New Sales Manager back to explain our position he said 'ok' and hung up. My entire family has been purchasing vehicles at this dealership for 30 years, but NEVER again. I am much more upset about the lack of customer service once the issue was brought to their attention - blackmail is not a way to get "Customers for Life" as their slogan says.

This is a two parter. Part 1. Last year I was looking for a 2010 GT500 and since Superior Ford was close, I stopped by and asked if they can find one or order one. They said they needed money down and I gladly gave them $1000 because I knew I wanted one. They never called, I had to call to find out status. They kept saying they couldn't find what I wanted and some crap about that they are the only dealer in Minnesota to be able to get the GT500's at the time. I would even show them the exact car that I wanted on the internet at another dealer... no response. So after a week I asked for my money back and got it at another dealer. They did give my money back... that was good.Part 2. So just this last week I wanted to get a new 2011 Edge since I am having my first kid and needed a better suited car. I figured I would go to Superior Ford and test drive one. I know, I know. I am stupid. But I figured that as long as I don't use the same sales person, I would be ok. Nope. Basically the same deal. I had to call or email them for status, they said that they can find any or get any that I wanted. So this time, I just went to another dealer and bought the exact one that I wanted. After talking to the dealer that I bought the car from... they said that they don't ever deal with Superior Ford and in fact, the guy that owns Superior Ford has two other dealerships and they don't even deal with them.Just don't do it. Go try one of the other many dealers in town... you will be happy that you did.

They are the only dealership that does not run background checks on employees and it shows. Worst dealership ever.They scammed me on my repair, lied to me at financing and overall suck.Avoid them at every cost.They depend on their location and could care less about doing what is right for the customer

Everybody knows that between dealers and customers, there is information asymmetry. That is, dealers know more about the vehicles than the customers. The relationship is built on trust. Customers select one to the extent that they can trust it. This dealer is certainly not the one I can trust. I visited this dealer once and tested one model. I expressed my interest to buy one. You know what, a guy told me that I can't buy it at the price listed. I can't believe what I heard: the listed price is for the "green" one, not a different color I wanted.I also wanted to trade in a car. The price they offered--a couple of hundred bucks. At other dealers, I can get at least 1000 dollars. Based on my personal experience, I definitely will not recommend this dealer to any of my friends.

I purchased a 2007 BMW X3 and was told it had the remaining warranty which would cover everything right down to the windshield wipers. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle I n had several neighbors comment on how odd my car sounded. I brought it to BMW to have it serviced. To my surprise they told me the engine warranty was voided by BMW way before I purchased the vehicle. They told me the reason was because it never had been brought in for it's regular maintenance and had not had an oil change in 30,000 plus miles. I called Superior and they assured me they would take care of me. Well, the didn't. They ended up saying the only thing they would do is pay half of the repair cost which was well over 2,000. They also would not even pay for the extended warranty. I ended up trading the vehicle back to them and they deducted over $2,000 even though I had not changed the value by the number of miles driven (under 1,000). I ended up having to spend over $6,000 to get into a similar vehicle that smelled like smoke and was a car I really am not even happy with. I have several family members in the car business and they all said they definitely should have returned the car. The GM of this dealership was beyond an ass to us. He was so unprofessional and was actually very condescending and rude. I have never been treated so poorly by anyone claiming to be in the service industry. My husband and I are most likely still going to court over this one! BEWARE!!!!!!

The used car manager wont work with us in buying a used ford escape..Gave me this bull story that their insurance co wont let test drive the vehicle alone... also we wanted the vehicle put on hold for about 5 days and he wont do it ..the reason was that we were waiting on my 2000 dollar insurance check to arrive so we can use it as a down payment and he wont even work with us in trying to hold this vehicle.Later that day i went to rosedale ford and they let me test drive a vehicle by myself and they will hold the vehicle for me...So i bought this vehicle right away and superior ford lost a goos customer
