Sent an email inquiring about a truck, the salesman somewhat answered my question and basically was trying to set a time for me to come visit in person. I live almost an hour and a half away so it's not that easy, I explained that, I asked another question on the same email and never got a response. So to me I wasn't worth the time. I understand I'm not a customer who is actually there on the lot but I have bought my last 4 vehicles emailing the sales person and will continue to do it that way, but probably not through this dealership.

We have had a great experience so far. There have been some hiccups but they have went out of the way to make sure that everything was taken care of and made it all better. Barry was a great salesman we didn't have to do any haggling back and forth over the price of the vehicle we bought or traded in. Asked for their bottom dollar and they gave us a great price that was within the range we were looking for.

Techs made notes, put the exact kind of oil I wanted in vehicle,.....kept the appt time close, and did exactly as asked...also, checked everything that was asked to be checked (unlike other oil change outfits).. and they were extremely polite, even answering some questions, a second time , to my husband who called in later.

I took my LaCross Buick in because the engine light stayed on after starting. While they were locating the problem, I was kept informed by the staff on the progress that was being made. I am very pleased with the service dept. at Superior and the mechanic that found and fixed the problem.

Antoine Nickerson who sold me my new truck always makes it a point to make sure that all my needs are met every time I come to the dealership. Love the personable experience that I get from that. The service men at the desks could be more friendly. They always seem like they're having the worst day and hate being there.

Antoine is always very nice and helpful every time I go there. From the initial vehicle sale to regular maintenance service, I feel like he's gone above and beyond what any normal salesperson would go as far as meeting the customer's needs and keeping in touch with customers. I will definitely be going back to Superior GMC in Fayetteville for any future automotive needs and will refer my friends to this establishment also.

Service person, Scott, was super nice and friendly. So was Patrick. They did a good job on my car insofar as I can tell now. Worked with me on the cost of the tires.However, the service guys need to be more careful about leaving dirt and smears in the floorboard from their shoes (no paper was used) and putting plastic on the seats. Driver's seat had smears on it.

I went in with the intention of buying a new Acadia, as I had an 08 I was ready to trade in. I drove it off the lot and for nearly 8 years after. Tim Ellis called me, I went in and the experience was everything I would expect and then some. The dealership was clean, welcoming, and the staff there were so sweet with my little girl, who had to be out of school for the day. I visited 2 other dealerships before my visit to Superior, and neither seemed eager to accommodate my needs. My deal breaker was a heads-up display, and I was told multiple times the SLTs just didn't come with it. Superior had 2! So I appreciate your atmosphere, staff, sales approach, and inventory. Thankyou for a comfortable car buying experience.

This was our first experience buying a car from Superior GMC and it was by far the best car buying experience we have had. Our salesperson, Janene, was helpful, honest and did not put any pressure on us. I recommend her services to anyone looking for a great, low pressure car buying experience. One of the things I do not like is when a salesperson must go talk to the manager 5 or 6 times before an agreement is finally reached. This experience was nothing like that and we felt a good deal was offered quickly. On top of the great experience at the dealership, the Acadia we now own is a fantastic driving vehicle and appears to be a very high quality.

It was time for oil change and rotation of tires.....but anytime I have ever had to take the car in for whatever.....everyone has always been very cordial and professional....Seems everything is done punctually and they will always advise if something needs to be done extra and straight away give you an "out the door" price number which I appreciate as it leaves no room for second guessing...

Took a chance driving down to Fayetteville, because they had the special edition I was looking for. The prices at the dealerships here in Springfield were jacked up $3,000 above actual value, but the starting price for a comparable van at Superior Buick GMC was dead on actual value, AND they were still willing to deal. After beating other dealers price, they offered me $1,000 more for my trade-in to boot! Nice people, they talk right, look right and act right (unlike the big city local guys). VERY pleasant to deal with, would go back there with confidence. These boys want to sell some cars! My salesman was Matt Ward, and he hooked us right up with no bull.

This is my second vehicle this year form Superior and there will be more in the future. Lee Peters sold me both cars and the Manager Derrick Calhoun doesn't mess around. If you want the best price on a car or truck give them a shot. They will give you the best deal they can in about 10 minutes and you won't beat it. They will not waste your time. I drive over 100 miles to buy from them because no one else has the price or selection.

We were treated well until the decision was made to buy the car, the finance person treated me awful. He was rude and made me feel like I was stupid and certainly did not deserve his car. Our credit score was good so it was not that. The salesman was good until the papers were signed, then he went running to another potential victim leaving me sitting there. The one bright spot was the general manager. He did call and apologize. It has been 3 months since I bought the car. I was almost over this place, but decided to get my oil changed. I called, asked about an express lane for oil changes, the somewhat rude man on the phone said to just bring it in and they would get it done,,,well you guessed it, I got there and the guy at the desk said they were busy and only had one guy there, it was lunch, but he could make me an appointment....3 hours away. I told him no, drove my car to Everett Maxey Chevrolet and had my oiled changed in 30 minutes. Even though they were busy, the man in service moved some cars around since I was there waiting and some of the ones in front of me had dropped theirs off. THANK YOU EVERETT MAXEY....YOU ARE APPRECIATED. They also kept coming in the waiting room asking if I needed anything...
