We searched High and Low to find a Chrysler Pacifica, optioned the way we wanted in white. We found that car at Superior, reached out via their website after business hours and received a prompt response from Robby in the sales department. We had located a car closer to home but it wasn't the color we wanted and the sales team at that dealership was less than willing to work for a sale. The team at Superior was fantastic! They went the extra mile to get us a great deal and prepare a flawless transfer that was ready for us when we arrived. Robby worked with us every step of the way, answered all our questions, picked us up at the airport, drove us to the dealership, had the car ready to hit the road and the financing team secured us a really great rate! Everyone we came in contact with at the dealership was friendly and courteous! We will have a wait to receive all the paperwork for sales tax at our county office and will update after that portion of the transaction is complete but I couldn't be happier with our decision to purchase at Superior! Well worth the 2800 mile journey!

Service department tried to sell me $700 dollars worth of service I didn't need. Took car in after the shift linkage broke for the recall on that part and a couple other ones. Had a couple other minor things that needed fixed too. Got a call when they had it saying I needed a cooling system flush and refill (2years/40k miles before the manual interval) for $200, a transmission flush and refill (not required at all according to the manual unless towing, using the car as a taxi, etc etc) for $300, and a brake system flush and refill (not in the manual at all) for $200. Trey in the service department told me the tech told him all this. So I'm not exactly sure who over there is ripping people off, but don't trust their word for anything. Update after response: I looked up the warranty from BG Products that was mentioned in the response, and the maintenance intervals for the three things I mentioned in the original review are 30k miles, with a 500 mile grace period for the first service. My car has 56k miles. So the warranty wouldn't have been available anyways. Also, there was absolutely no mention of this warranty's existence until this review (which again, my vehicle did not qualify for anyways due to being at almost double the required maintenance interval mileage) So the response to the maintenance advisor trying to rip me off, is for the service manager to tell me that they had hoped to rip me off better? Yea, still don't trust em.

I only had to deal with them through a buyback process which was very short and briefly but not painless. The salesman I worked with was wonderful. However the Service was VERY slow and the finance manager was not very cooperative nor helpful. Would not recommend this dealership!

Getting your car serviced is one of those things most people dread... about as much as going to the dentist. BUT, I have to say that I was more than pleased with the level of customer service, attention to detail and professionalism I experienced when i took my Jeep in to Superior Dodge in Conway. I met the Service Manager, a nice fella named Jeff Pike who after talking to him for a bit, i figured out he came over from another dealership not too long ago. I have to say he has really got a great bunch of people there and I will most definitely let everyone i know what a great job they did for me. A++++ experience overall!!!

We recently bought from Superior Dodge in Conway after haggling back and forth and getting the run around at another dealership. My husband and I were really exhausted with the whole ordeal until we happened upon Mr. Aloyious Brown. He has the most upbeat and positive personality and completely turned around our day. I recently purchased a New vehicle from this dealership and was extremely pleased with the sales persons professionalism and the overall experience. They really took care of me thru the whole deal. Me and my husband had contacted this dealership about purchasing a new vehicle. The salesman said how he could get us such a great deal well this was on a Saturday during a big sale and if that was so we had planned on going there on Sunday because they were going to open. The salesman never called back anymore. We showed up at the dealership at 8 a.m and they weren't open.Finally got that salesman to answer his phone and he said they didn't open till 12. Not waiting around for 4 hrs.when you should have told us what time you open.Then he said give him a minute and he would call right back. Waited on lot for 45 min.Oh and we weren't the only customers there. Superior you missed out!

I very seldom ever do a review on anything...but I just had my jeep towed into Superior Dodge to get an alternator fixed. The towing, using their recommended towing service, was over 90 dollars. I have called two other companies and been quoted a cheaper price. The labor for replacing the alternator was about 150. and the cost of the alternator was almost 350. I paid this and thought nothing of it until I talked to a few friends (one being a mechanic) and researched the cost of an alternator online. The most expensive alternator found on line was about 150. and the cheapest about 135. I was also charged a core charge, even though they had the old alternator off my jeep. I called Superior Dodge and was told I should not have been charged the core charge and that they would reimburse me that charge. I ask if they had accidentally over charged me for the alternator as I had found several cheaper. He attempted to explain that it was because it was a Chrysler product from their company and they could not guarantee the other product. I explained that the other alternator's that I had located online were backed with a lifetime guarantee. He stated yes, but the labor was not and that I would have to pay again for the labor if there was an issue with the alternator. I told this gentleman that I had already prepaid for the labor two times by them doubling the cost of the alternator. I ended my conversation by telling Superior that I would not be using their service department anymore and that I most likely would look elsewhere when it comes time for purchasing a jeep for the future.

Traveled to dealership to test drive a vehicle my daughter had found using your website. As we pulled onto the lost, we noticed the vehicle in question was already being taken for a test drive. We drove the vehicle in question after it was returned to the dealership. Began the paperwork on the vehicle, but the first driver was interested and purchased. We drove second vehicle and my daughter liked it also. Purchased it after some negotiations on price. Good price. Good terms. Better vehicle. Very happy daughter.

After less than 30 days, my 2014 Jeep Cherokee Sport, starts to literally fall apart. Instead of providing me with a rental for a few days while they fix my extremely shoddy vehicle, they actually neglect to return TWO of my phone calls. I can not tell you how horribly stunned I am to be treated like this. It should not be possible to treat people like this and still be in business.
