I have experienced only great service at Superior. This past visit was for brake pads and as it turned out rotors as well. I was able to leave my car at the dealership all day and service had looked at it and diagnosed the problem within a couple hours of me dropping it off. I came in after my battery had died and certain things stopped working properly even after the battery was jumped. They had me in immediately and out within a half hour. No charge! Plus they have toys and a confined area for my crazy 2-year-old twins. AND they washed my car! AWESOME!

When my 2016 Pilot was delivered a piece of the door handle was broken and the part needed to be ordered. Unfortunately, it was on back order. My salesman, Steve Copeland immediately went to the customer service manager to see what could be done. The Customer Service Manager (Mike Daniels) tracked down the part and made arrangements to have the door repaired. Since my spouse had a total knee replacement a week earlier, Mike Daniels personally picked up my car from my home and and returned the vehicle that same day. That's the way to treat a customer!

I have gone to this Superior Honda since it was still in Council Bluffs, IA for new cars and services. I was happy until recent incident. I brought my Cr-V to check for "Clunk" noise on the front passenger side. The service adviser turned the steering wheel (car in park) and heard the clunk noise likes metal on metal. He scheduled to bring the car back due to service department was busy. On the appointment day, I left the car at the dealer the night before, so they have a plenty time to diagnose on the next day. Late in the afternoon, the service adviser called and said "They found the sway bar links worn and broke" I told him that I believe if it worn but it would not be broken because I looked at them couple of days ago. So he wrote on the service repair as "Replaced worn sway bar links". But it did not fix the clunk noise. The service adviser told me that it needs strut mount. I brought the car back and they replaced the strut mount. But the clunk noise was still not fixed. Now the service manager told me that it needs new struts. I asked the Service Manager that "Do you warranty that it will fix the Clunk issue then I will pay for it?" The Service Manager said "They have to replace and find out." I took my Cr-V to other mechanic shop, the mechanic put on the lift and fixed clunk noise in 15 minutes. The mechanic told me that "I don't know why the dealers guys did not see it, and they just replaced parts and charged you!" I called the Service Manager and told him that I would like to have my money back. I will them if they want to know what was fixed the clunk noise issue.

Purchased a new Honda Accord Coupe EX-L. At the time of purchase the glass, exterior were filthy. Tires were at 10-50 psi. It also had a large paint chip and scratches around the drivers door. They sent me on my merry way. When I got home I was able to see the incredibly poor preparation for a new car.I went back again in 3-4 days. They installed a rear spoiler and vinyl floor mats and a trunk cover. They sent it to be buffed to try to clean it up and they scratched the new paint very noticeably.I went back a final time. Still missing accessories uninstalled. The Sales Manager was insulting and they started to argue obvious facts. I got my money back and moved to O'Daniels Honda. they are working on fixing my problem right now.

I have had my Ridgeline since 2006 and have over 215,000 miles on it. It has been the best vehicle I have ever owned in many areas. As for maintenance it has had 2 recalls for airbags and last major work was the power steering pump when out at 215,000 miles. Other than normal maintenance I don't remember the last what I would call major repair.Superior is the only place I have ever taken it for repairs. For normal oil changes and fluid items I go to Jiffy Lube but for anything that requires repair I always go to Superior.

Originally I took my CRV in as the A/C stopped working. On my way to the shop I tried it and it worked but still had it checked out. Also was on recall for airbags (thought only had driver's side) when was called with issues had both airbags. The A/C needed some additional work so I had them keep it overnight to complete. Had them also complete oil change as it would be due shortly (month or so). I was a bit upset on the next day when I had to call them to see if it was completed as I had a ride to get to the shop to pick up my CRV. I did tell them that if I could not make it they would have to pick me up at my home the next day and they did indicate would not be a problem. I was able to make it the same day. Overall was satisfied albeit would have liked to have paid less.

We have leased our last nine CR-V's from Superior Honda and have received great no hassle sales and service from the Superior Honda employees. Our most current service was to replace a driver side visor clip and while writing that order up they found that a computer update was needed for the transmission because a bulletin was issued. Both repairs were completed while I waited. Mike Daniels helped set up the repairs and he is an absolute joy to work with. Shannon has also been easy to work with on our leases. We plan to continue leasing or purchasing and servicing our vehicles at Superior Honda.

All went as expected on the recall for the airbags. I have always had excellent experience with the service department. I did have some difficulty with getting the car in for this service as I experienced a long wait for a service representative to come on the phone twice (hung up after long waits) and finally drove to the dealership to get it scheduled. I do not recall the name of the service advisor who scheduled the service but he was helpful and thorough in getting me scheduled.

Our Honda Pilot's engine was miss firing and Honda fixed it. However, when we got our Pilot back, it made a strange noise when driving. It wasn't the engine, that was repaired and running fine. We weren't sure what it was but the tech went on a test drive with me to hear the noise and talk with me about it. He determined it was the bearing on the right tire. They fixed it that day and the noise was gone. Time and again it's great service like this that makes me return again and again to buy my cars here and get service done here. I won't go anywhere else!

I admit it, I am a discriminating used car buyer, I will not usually buy a new car, but instead enjoy the experience of researching, tracking down, evaluating the car, and making the deal. Yeah, I am that guy who dealers hate. I take my lists, my tools, my assistant, and my time when I look at used cars. Chuck at Superior wasn't phased a bit, and calmly allowed me and my assistant to complete my 100 point checklist, and THEN went with us as we test drove it. No pressure, no unsolicited comments about "how nice of a car it is", nothing. Good experience! Chuck even let me drive the car to a mechanic who gave me a great point by point inspection on the car, which was very useful. When it came time to deal, I had my information and my proposals, and Chuck presented what I thought was a very fair deal, and that was it.All and all a great experience. Kudos to Chuck and kudos to Superior Honda of Omaha.

I continued to go back because they were so easy to work with; they always helped me get the car I wanted with a payment that was affordable. I also had all the vehicle service needs taken care of there, also. So, I was very disappointed when, this year, the salesperson just did not seem interested in REALLY getting me into the vehicle I wanted and told me repeatedly it just could not be done. Well, I knew that wasn't true, and, in fact, not only was I able to get the vehicle I wanted in the payment range I was seeking, I was also able to accomplish this with $0.00 down and got the trim I wanted as well. Our love affair with Honda almost died in Helena, MT. Their Honda dealership had combined forces with Ford on Saturdays. They wouldn't check our AC and then they said they would, back and forth. Finally they did, but said we needed a clutch and they didn't know if they had one and even if they did, there wasn't a tech to put it in. !?!?! We were less than thrilled to pay them $185 so we could ride home in a 100* car for 16 hours. Long story short, we got home, called Superior, and you squeezed us in the next day. Your service man drove our car up with the AC on and said, "Have a nice cool ride home." I almost cried. Now we still love our Honda family but we'll never drive to Helena again. . .Thank you for your continued great service!

I had experienced a wrench and oil life 15% signal. I was surprised because I thought that my oil was changed at ever visit. I've found that it is changed only when needed. The oil was changed, the inspection done and I was sent on my way with an explanation of it all. Only part that didn't go well is that you attempted to contact me through my work number instead of my cell number which you have never done before. My work number is not a very efficient way of getting in contact with me most days but I was on vacation so no one contacted me. I had to call the dealer to find out what was going on and was told my car had been completed the day before. Everyone at the service department did a good job taking care of my accord. One recommendation would be to have more service managers to help the customers waiting for assistance. My person kept looking for co-workers to help out the front but there was no one around. His willingness to keep acknowledge those waiting was a good thing but it probably delayed the completion of my visit by 5-7 minutes. Not a big deal but in the wind tunnel and the hot breeze, it seemed longer.

I have been a customer of Superior for many years, having bought several Hondas from the dealership and always using it to service my vehicles. I will continue to do so. I know it is hard to retain employees but it seems that more recently there has been a substantial turnover among the service reps. I did notice Carrie was still there and that is a god thing.

One star is to high! I have a brand new car that is sitting in my garage that will turn into a pumpkin. The dealership would release the required documents to my home state ( on active duty orders stationed in Nebraska), so I could drive my new car. I warned the Salesman Chuck Elford and the Finance manager Jay Kirlin at the time of sale that my paperwork would require more time. Weekly emails were ignored when I followed up. I was hung up on and told everything was fine. If I could have I would have returned the car. Military members take your business elsewhere. Civilians stay away, unless you want a bad experience. I will sell my 2015 Honda Odyssey ASAP, I should have bought the Toyota Sienna. This car buying experience will ensure I never buy a Honda again!

We purchased our van at Superior Honda of KC. Wife made appointment clearly articulated work items with Jason D. We did not request a Saturday, but due to warranty coming close to the end we request having it done soon. We plan to trade this van on a new version. Jason set appointment time and wife set expectation that due to one parent watching children we would need to wait. Brian or Bradley (asked for business card, but wasn't given) he smirked we were 2 miles over and now out of warranty. This is were frustration with their customer service took a turn for the worse. I will acknowledge I lost my cool after the 2 mile over smirk and smile. Took a bit too much pleasure in that for my liking... After talking to three service "sales techs" (including Jason) I was told 11 people are in front of me and recommend not waiting. Talked to Brian Pearce and ultimately left without service. No change in original outlined service request made in advance with on-duty sales (service) tech. We are currently in the market for new Honda odyssey touring elite and there is NO way I would do business with this location. I test drove a new van near the med center, but had hoped to do business here due to proximity to my home and they are the only local dealer that have the touring elite. Had planned on using my wait time to negotiate a purchase price. Disappointing the service experience was the worse I have had and thankful there is another Honda dealership in Omaha. I now feel obligated to test drive a Toyota as I would like a dealer closer to come. Will not be purchasing our new van from this dealer!

Since then, I've owned nothing but "Honda's"..... 5 to be exact!! they'll rob you. Have to be very careful.Went in to do a trade in with my car for a honda CRV. They'll always tell you that Honda is paying off your loan on the current car I hold. But on the background they'll add the equity on CRV. Whcih went up like 40 G. Working with my Bank (I'm thankful to my bank) ) explaining this clearly making a point that I was givingup an expensive car for a cheaperone and I shouldn't be the one paying more for it as simple as that and this should have been explained by the dealer ( which is what a great miss on the whole deal). But it was little late I took the CRV home and comeup with this concern after talking to my bank. I ended paying $500 buck backing out of deal. Be very careful while working with them. Never take the car out untill youre 100% actually 200 % sure that its a fair deal.My mistake too but this should be something clearly mentioned... by the finance manager instead putting it that Honda is paying off your loan....crap it is. Some of the dealers like these are out in the market and have to be very careful working with these. Finance Manager I think he's working from Honda that doesn't mean dude you're paying my loan he should not miss this logic. Arrogancy at best he was also stating that NE law is that if you take the car out you can never backout it is a law. How can there would be a law which makes you feel lawless. But at the day I ended up paying $500 and I'm sure I'll not go here and will not let my friends and collegues go here come what may.

This dealership and service department does NOT stand by their work and/or their service warranties. If you cannot trust the words that they say and the warranty that they give on the work that they do, then they are basically liars and thieves. In my experience they are totally untrustworthy and I would not take a car if they gave it to me if I would have to deal with these guys for the life of it! .I do not trust them to diagnose a problem or to fix a problem. I think the quality and stability of the brand has diminished over the past 10 years. I won't buy another Honda ever again, that is for sure!

I bought a used Chevy Cobalt with Nick as my salesman. He was very helpful and helped make my decision very easy. The key FOB did not work when I test drove the car, and he made sure that it was in the contract that I get a FOB that works with the purchase of the car. In the end, I got 2 brand new keys that took a lot of effort from Nick and the Chevy dealer. But they both work, and I am completely satisfied with my car!

Worst service ever, made me regreat gitting a honda both service department and parts delartment could care less about rhe customer. So much for service after the sale. I would recommend going to Honda cars of Bellevue worth the drive. Eveytime I have visited Superior Honda for an issue which i have had tons with my brand new CRZ that I purchased the extened warrenty on, they have blamed me and denied a warrenty claim. They dented my door on one occasion when i brought it to their attetion I was told "it was already there". I have literally never been helped and finally Honda Cars of Bellevue fixed all my issues promptly and under warrenty.

This dealership is a joke. They actually called me a crook. I went to buy a car and wanted them to give me same deal as the previous offers I have gotten, which they promised me over the phone that they can match. When I arrived Nick Savage (salesman) was upset that I wanted this deal and commented that "I have to feed my kids" and told me he has not liked my attitude from the moment I arrived. He got up and told me to just leave. I have never heard of a dealership throwing out a customer who wants to buy a car. The manager, Allen attempted to help which I appreciated, but he actually defended the salesman, Nick. He said that Nick is the best salesman they have. You must wonder when dealerships are complaining that there aren't enough customers or they can't seem to have enough sales, how they can condone such a sales person.

We were looking to Lease a new Pilot EX-L and trade in our Tahoe. We did our research and looked at different options and based on the pros and cons decided on the Pilot over the Durango and Traverse. Up front, I said that I wanted to play no "games". At first, it seemed that my request was being followed. I asked to see different models of Pilots with different options and asked what the Lease payments would be based on the model. This was given as requested. After finally decided on one, I brought in my Tahoe for trade in. I had done my research a looked up what KBB and NADA were giving for Trade in value. I was not and DID NOT request the full trade in value of what my vehicle was stated as having. I realize that Superior is a HONDA dealership and therefore it is harder to sell a domestic vehicle. Their first offer was $2000 less than the LOWEST KBB/NADA value. Now at this point, I had not wheeled & dealed at all regarding lease price. I wanted to accept their first offer on that so that I could get a decent trade in value. After the "hassling" I said I didn't what to do, they gave a "final" offer of $1000 more than original. I came into the day having a price that was $500 more than that which was going to be my bottom line. I even told them my lowest price I would accept for trade-in was $200 less than that just to get this over with. They refused to close that $300 gap. Now was happy to get up, leave and play their little game to show I wasn't kidding and WHEN they call back to close the gap, buy the Pilot. But as I got up, the salesman belittled and berated me and my wife in the middle of the showroom floor. He made a scene. Now I am not usually a calm person but I somehow kept my mouth shut and did walk out. But b/c of the berating of Dan, I went right to O'Daniel Honda. I told them the situation, told them I wanted the same offer as Superior except for the Trade-in price I asked. Within one hour without any B.S. I had what I wanted. The funny thing is right after O'Daniel gave me that acceptance offer, Dan called me to tell me they were willing to close that $300 gap. Too late. I had even told them we were going to Trade in our Odyssey in couple months too. We had been getting all of our service done there on our Odyssey. Now those services and thousands of dollars in profits will go to O'Daniel for our future Honda business. All for a measley $300. Is that the price of loyalty at Superior? Just sad. Had Dan not berated me, we would have gone home, had them make their call to give us the $300 and bought from them. I understand its business but that was not customer satisfaction. So Thank you Steve at O'Daniel Honda.

At first I really enjoyed my experience with this dealership. The people were friendly and helpful.Then they took advantage of me. They told me they would purchase my leased vehicle and I could get into one of theirs. They said they would write me the check and I would pay off the car and turn it into them. I didn't realize what they had done until I went to the Department of Motor Vehicles. I was informed that I would need to pay the property taxes since I had purchased the car. So I would have to pay $770 for the leased car that Honda now owned and I would have to pay $400 for the new leased vehicle. I even went back to the dealership and they said it was too late they couldn't do anything.I learned an expensive lesson this week.Don't trust this dealership.DH

Piss Poor.The perception that i got from my visit and a subsequent phone conversation with them was that they are too big of a dealership to bow down or even consider an offer from an average customer. The fact that they are the largest volume dealer is meaningless to an average consumer, if anything it is bad and here is how. The feeling that I got from them was that it is fine if they are not able to sell "me" a vehicle, someone else will come along later on and buy that vehicle, they are too big and dont care if they lose one measly customer.The sales person that I sadly ran into was uptight with flat facial expression, he didn't even smile for the "5" minutes that I spent with him. It was Saturday and it seemed like he was forced to come to work that day. He should be happy I dont remember his name. He kind of made me feel worthless. They didn't have the vehicle I wanted, heck, no one in the area had that vehicle, but he just stood there after telling me that they don't have it, didn't even offer or ask a question if I was interested in anything else.Their service department is awesome on the other hand, a complete 180 from the sales department. i would like to mention Denise Heath by name, He Rocks.

I was told that my 2007 Honda Civic which has only 39000 miles on it have a power steering leak, ans the service rep asked me to replace RACK & PINION Assembly. Estimated cost is around $1000 + alignment. I was shocked. I took my car to another honda service center and checked and they told me everything looks fine and see no issues.May be this is bad diagnosis or trying to rip off. I have their paper work, I need to talk to one of their manager.

I had been looking for a new car for a while, wanting a hybrid because we currently have a Honda Civic Hybrid and love it. I also needed a car that would be appropriate for taking dogs and crates etc. places but did not see a hybrid I liked for that purpose. My husband and I went to Superior Honda on Saturday night to just look and see what they had, Brian Jacobs noticed us looking at several cars and saw we were not finding what we wanted. After talking to us and finding out what I wanted, he showed us the Crosstour Exl, but was helping some other customers, so told us we could take it for a test drive and he would help us when we got back. When we drove the care we fell in love with it. When we got back he told us about all the features the car had. After Brian told us about the awesome loan rates and he agreed to take my Jeep for a trade in we took the car home that night. He even stayed late and missed his date to help us finish our deal. Brian and the Financial Manager were great and we want to thank Superior Honda of Omaha for their great help and no wait service every time we have purchased a car with them.

I work 7-days a week and I don't have a lot of time to spend at a dealer so I worked out terms over the phone. I have been dreading the day our lease expired because I recall the hassle I went through when we leased my daughters Nissan 3-years ago. She was confortable with the Nissan so we were going to lease another. After a number of phone calls, e-mails and credit check, we worked out terms of a new lease with the dealer prior to returning the car. I took some time off to turn in our leased vehicle and pick up another. After spending what seemed to be hours at the dealer, I was told the lease payment was going to be a lot higher than I was told over the phone. Then the dealer tried to push me into another model, so I finally told them I didn't have any more time to waste and turned in the leased Nissan. We are also presently leasing my wife's Honda Accord from Superior and it has been a great vehicle. So we stopped at Superior, met with Toby Egerton and we are now leasing a 2012 Honda Civic with more features and less per month than the original lease payment with Nissan. I was so pleased with the direction and service I received from Toby Egerton that I felt obligated to take a few minutes and fill out this survay. Our Accord lease is up next month and if we don't purchase the car, we will be working with Toby on our next lease. Thanks for taking the time to read this. Toby! Toby! Toby!

I have had a great experience up until yesterday. My car was in for a 90,000 mile check plus a couple of other services -- totaling nearly $500 That evening I realized I had not presented my coupon good for 10%. I called early this morning only to be told nothing could be done about it. As a result of this I will probably take my business elsewhere in the future. I would suggest that your service reps ask the customer at the time they bring in their vehicle if they have any coupons they will be using.

I go to Dennis Heath whenever I need service on my Honda. He informs me what the estimated cost will be and how long it will take. He exceeds expectations. Last year, he personally installed a chil's car seat anchor on my rear deck. This visit, he corrected a "wobbly" wheel cover with a srewdriver. Dennis Heath is the reason I return to Superior Honda for service and where I will probably return when I decide to gwet a new Honda.

We had the easiest car buying experience we have ever had. Called on Wed. night and talked to Dan Baker and he was very prompt with a return call with the information we needed to decided if we should make the 120 mile (one way) trip to look at a car. He was very easy to talk to and never seemed like we were a bother since he knew we would not buy a car over the phone. With the good info he gave us, we decided to make the trip the next evening after we could get off work. It ended up that it was Dan's night off but we worked with Stephen Copeland who was just as good. He was very patient with us since we weren't 100% sure on what we wanted except for color and we kept changing our minds as we were looking. He even helped us with figuring out which would meet our needs better. No pressure though. It was well after hours when we made our final decisions and never once felt like we were being rushed. Not even with the finance people. I think he would have stayed all night if we would have kept asking questions. We will definitely be back and will be telling all our family and friends to go to Superior the next time they are looking for a vehicle. Well worth the 240 mile drive!

Terrible servce they invite you in to look at the vehicle and then they act as if they are doing you a favor looking at your car. They do not stand behind any warrenty parts or service calls from the moment you come in they hamer you about why you caused the problem with the vehicle. I believe that Carrie in the service department is sent in to dismiss any short comings they have made in there service of your vehicle. I am on my fourth Honda and probably my last due to the service I got from this group. The service manager Tim is probably the most dismissive acting as if he is doing a favor calling you back then later offing nothing but damage control. Save your time and effort Honda offers better service than this place at other dealerships.

Buying a new car can be a very stressful and irritating experience. That was not the case when I bought a new car last week from Greg Brandl, the sales consultant at Superior Honda. Greg was extremely patient in my adventure of trying to find the perfect car "for me". I must have looked at the different models, and all of the CRV's they had to choose from what seemed like hours. Trying to decide on the color, the interior, what package I wanted. Greg listened to what I wanted, did not push me on something I didn't and helped me make the a decision that I would be happy about when I left the car dealership. Once I had decided on a car, then the next step which can be more painful is actually getting the paperwork done, to drive away in the car. Believe it or not, this was pretty painless. The finance manager at Superior also was extremely helpful and not overly pushy.I would and already have recommend anyone looking for a car, new or used to visit Superior Honda and ask for Greg Brandl. You will not be disappointed. They will not be disappointed!!

I referred my best friend to him and she had the same great experience! I feel as though I can trust him and he will not lead me down a road I don't want to be on. Greg never makes a person feel pressured, and makes car buying the FUN ride it should be! I have gone to other places before that either didn't give me any service (another Honda dealership in town years ago) or made me feel as though I had to do things I didn't really want to do. Dennis is always very helpful and realistic in regards to identifying what the car needs and what it doesn't. The service performed has been reliable, the Honda's I have purchased and driven are normally solid and reliable, probably the only negative is the service prices are a little on the high side.

This dealership is a joke. After sitting for a hour signing paperwork on my new Honda, they brought me the wrong color. So paperwork had to be torn and started over. It was so late the detail-er had left, so the car was given to be dirty. There were flaws with the car that were never fixed, once Superior had my money they did not car about customer service at all. A few weeks later, found out my back seat was not attached, took it to service and was told it was normal wear and tear, had to call the owner to get it resolved. The Car has had numerous noise issues, and the service shop is horrible to deal with. I thought buying a honda meant I was buying a trouble free car, but far from. Stay away from Superior!

When I bought my Honda from Superior 11 years ago, I was impressed with the professionalism and great customer service. Ever since, I've trusted Dennis Heath with letting me know what service and maintenance are needed and have never been disappointed, and the friendly customer service I consistently receive there is a rarity when compared to my dealings with other businesses these days. The survey question on cost gets the "good" rating from me, only because "free" would be great, but it's significantly less than a car payment and keeps my car working as good as new -- with Dennis' help, I envision many more years of problem-free driving in my Honda.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Dennis Heath at Superior Honda. My maintenance minder indicated it was time for an oil change, tire rotation and replacement of two filters. I was prepared to have that work done. When Dennis looked at their records, it showed that one of those filters had been replaced the last time I was there and so it wasn't necessary to have it replaced again. That kind of integrity and honesty in dealing with customers is exactly why I continue to have me car serviced at Superior. The service work was finished in a timely manner, the car was washed and because I didn't wait at the dealership, Dennis called me as soon as the car was ready. When I arrived to pick up my car, he explained what had been done, the pricing, the condition of my car and what the next scheduled service would be.

Superior Honda of Omaha has been great to work with since purchasing my 2010 Honda Pilot and when arranging any service work. I live 35 miles away and they have been exceptional in providing a loaner car for the minor warrenty work which has been completed. Tim Bobbett demonstrated excellant recall of who I was during my recent service work and my initial sales person Harry Callahan always recognizes me and provides a warm welcome. I absolutely love my Honda Pilot and I have been completely satisfied with Superior Honda and their customer service!

He was knowledgeable about everything and if he didn't know something he was quick to find it out. Paul Kosovich greeted me in a friendly manner when I came to the dealership. I had come in for an oil change. He noticed on my dashboard that I needed new transmission fluid and recommended that I also have that changed. He did not try to force me to buy the most expensive type of oil. That showed me that he was honest, which is very important to me in a car dealership. The oil change was completed in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. I was very pleased with my experience.

Our experience at Superior was great. We went in to just look and ended up buying a Ridgeline. What I was most appreciative of was that there was no pressure to buy today or any other sales tactics that I have experienced elsewhere. My experience with Superior Honda was, in fact, 'superior' to that of any other car dealerships I have dealt with. The last Honda I bought was in 1999 and it was from Superior Honda when it was located in Council Bluffs. I started buying Jeeps from 2002 - 2011 until I decided to go back to the Honda family. I am really glad I did. Both John and Shawn were very pleasant/professional to work with. I had communications with them via e-mail first, then via phone, and finally face-to-face. I was very clear on the requirements I had for the 2011 Honda Accord EX-L I was looking for and the price I needed to be at. I was a little worried about my trade being too 'upside down' adversely affecting my overall payment on the new Accord. My worries were put to rest less than 45 minutes after I stepped foot in the dealership. We were able to strike a deal on their first offer as it was below my 'ceiling' payment I had discussed with them prior to my visit. Talk about No Haggle. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had and I have been buying cars for 16 years now. I recommend everyone go to Superior Honda and ask for either John or Shawn. I would also suggest to do a little homework before going in and communicating with them prior to your visit. I did and it probably cut the waiting in half. I was in and out in less than three hours. That included the test drive, the negotiation of my trade, the inspection of my trade, the financing, and Shawn going over the features of the new car right before I drove off in my new Honda. I cannot recommend this dealer any higher.

Greg and Superior Honda were great to buy a new vehicle from. This is the fourth vehicle that I have bought from them, and I might have set a world record for the length of time it took to agree on a purchase price. We both know what the invoice price was as well as what the MRRP was, so I gave them a fair price and they did not hestitate to say yes. In addition, Greg was great communicating with both my daughter and my wife test driving the Honda Fit and Honda Civic while we were trying to decide which car to purchase for my daughter.

I bought a Honda a long time ago but my dealer experience at that time was miserable and when it came time for replacements I never considered Honda. My Error! There are really good dealers and Superior is truly superior. I've bought new cars in Kansas, Iowa, California, Alaska, and Nebraska (multiple)-- none can top Superior. I arrived at the dealer having searched the Internet, consulted Consumer Reports as the USAA Buyer Service, knew what model I wanted and whom to talk to. Superior offered me a price within my budget and made the process quick and easy. Mark Johnson was a superb salesman who offered good advice and insights into the process. No one tried to talk me into any changes in my plan and I hope Superior was as satisfied with my purchase as I am.

We currently have 3 Honda vehicles and all were purchased from Superior Honda. Not only do they have a great sales team, their service department is the BEST! Our service advisor, Carrie Moody, went above and beyond to help isolate an issue and get our Pilot fixed quickly. She kept in contact with us througout the process and did everything she could to make sure it was done right. Although it's very rare that we go for service other than a routine oil change (which is why we love our Hondas!) we know that we can count on and trust them.

In preparation for a long trip, I had the car checked out in the service department.Carrie was friendly and courteous. She explained what had been checked and the condition of each part. She reported the car was in good shape for the trip but some services would be needed upon return. She prepared a printout of what services would be needed and how much this would cost. Carrie Moody was great and went beyond whatwould have been acceptable to me.

I found a used car online that I wanted to see and when I arrived at Superior Honda it was just minutes before closing time. Chuck Elford greeted us and never mentioned that they were closing, in fact,he tended to us as if they weren't. We made arrangements to return at an earlier time the following day, quickly made a mutually satisfying deal and were on our way. There were a few pending details that needed to be taken care of and Chuck was very responsive and attentive to our needs. I recently took my car in because we were having trouble with the key fobs. They were replaced,under warranty, and work perfectly. While there, the car was inspected and determined to need rear brake pads/rotors resurfaced. This work was completed promtply and courteously.

From the time I called Superior and was put in touch with Harry Callahan my experience was Excellent! Harry was able to answer all of my questions regarding the Honda Element. From that point we moved on to trading in a used car and that too was a very Good experience. Dennis was so nice and efficient. From the moment I arrived at the workshop, Dennis approached me and assured me that he will be back in a moment. I could see the guys were busy from the cars that were inside the shop. When he finally got back to me , approximately 10 minutes later, it was a matter of touch and go. He gave me a quotation for the job to be done and immediately arranged for my transportation back to work. As soon as I got to work, he called me to let me know that there was further work to be done on a part related to the original problem which I advised him to go ahead and fix. Sure enough when I got back at the Superior Honda, Dennis took me to my car which was still being fixed and showed me all the replaced worn out parts. In short I just want to say that service at Superior Honda is always high quality , professional and efficient

I have always hated the car buying process and have never met a Car Sales Consultant I likeduntil I met Harry Callahan. Harry immediately made me feel comfortable. He took time to sit down and get to know me. He treated me with the highest level of respect and never once pressured me, which was so refreshing! I could tell Harry genuinely cared about helping me find the best car for me. Harry treated me like family. Harry was honest with me and didnt play games. Harry has impeccable customer service skills. He not only treats his customers with the highest respect, but knows how to put them immediately at ease. All Sales Consultants need to follow Harrys example! I forgot my sunglasses in the car I traded but Harry tracked them down for me. I recently visited the Superior Honda Service Department for a routine oil change. I expected to wait at least an hour for my car to be ready but was pleasently surprised when the Service Tech told me my car was ready after only 25 minutes. The staff was very friendly and walked me through additional maintenance items that would be needed on my car. The service tech was prepared to provide me with an estimate on the cost of the replacement batteries and tires that I will be needing as well as providing an estimated timeline of when the repairs are needed. It is great to be able to know I have a dealership that does a fantastic job but also helps me plan future needs for my car.Julie Johnson

Carrie and the service department team took great care of me and my van. I had a few issues I wanted them to look into. They checked it all over and gave me honest answers and recommendations. They were also very accomodating - loaning me a car while they worked on mine. They were great with assisting me with tranferring car seats and a sleeping child in the garage since the outside temparatures were bitter cold. I appreciated straight answers to the questions I asked. Brian listened to what was important to me in a car and didn't try to sway me other ways (meaning trying to sell me more or trying to convince me I could do without a feature.) He was very informative about the advantages/disadvantages of leasing versus buying, but didn't pressure me to choose one over the other.

On a hunch one day I called to see what they had in stock in the way of Accords. Jeff answered my call and was eager to help me. Seems they had a "Cream Puff"waiting for me to see. Unable to drive there, they brought the car to me! I was very impressed by this and was anxious to see the car. I fell in love with this car as soon as I laid eyes on it! A test drive confirmed that this was the car I'd been looking for. After negotiating a price, this little "Cream Puff" was Mine! These guys went above and beyond for me. I couldn't be happier. To top this off, their service department was recommended by a very reliable source(my sister) as the best around. Recently I had the unfortunate event of having my 2009 Honda Accord totaled. I went to this dealership to replace my 2009 Honda Accord with another 2009 Accord. We negotiated a price with the salesperson with the approval of the sales manager. THe finance manager came out to finalize the deal and he stated that the negotiated price was too low to receive the 2.9 percent financing! On top of this the salesperson also added 100 dollars to the price of the car and when asked what the additional 100 was for he says, "Profit. For me." Have you heard this before? Needless to say, my husband and I left the dealership without a sale and would not recommend this dealership to anyone! She should have done to O'Daniel Honda were we purchased our first Honda. Needless to say it left such a bad taste in our mouths, that we opted to purchase a 2009 Nissan Maxima with 0 percent financing. The greediness of the dealership not only cost them another sale but it made us switch brands all together.

My husband and I bought a used certified 2005 CRV; however, it had not gone through the inspection to be certified yet. They let us have the car for the weekend, but we brought it back in on Monday to go through the certification process. After telling us it should be done in 2-3 days, 5 days later we finally got the car back. After driving no more than 2 miles from the dealership, the car overheated. To make a long story short, after flushing the antifreeze from the car, the mechanic failed to refill the coolant resulting in us blowing the head gasket!!

Very bad sales experience. Manipulated the sales price to achieve a lease rate despite agreeing to a lower price. Just not a straight forward dealership. I would stay away and do not intend to go back or recommend.
