Absolutely “SUPERIOR”!!! The name of the establishment fits this dealership like a glove!!! Not only are John and Mesut perfectly charming gentlemen, but knowledgeable and professional salesmen as well!! They will assist you to the best of their ability to get you the vehicle you have your eyes and heart set on!!! Go there first before you shop anywhere else. You won’t regret it!!! I recently bought a Range Rover from John and Mesut, there the best. My buying experience had no pressure or hassle. They were upfront with me and listened to what I wanted and needed. I was dreading the car buying process especially given the current climate. I was literally in and out in a couple hours. The SUV is great and exactly what I wanted. I tried to put 0 stars but then it wouldn't let me post. There are plenty of other used car dealerships in the area that you can go to to find a reliable and safe car. Problem after problem after problem. Almost a year has gone by and I still do not have a working vehicle. Bought a car that I can't use...just sits in my driveway. Major issues with the car that should have NEVER been sold to anyone! Starting from not telling the truth about the past owners of the vehicle to cheap, inadequate repairs to the car just to get it off their lot. John will tell you what you want to hear just to get your money and doesn't care about the safety of the people he sells to. Within six weeks of owning the car - (1) all four brand new tires didn't hold air....hhhmmm, (2) subframe cracked while my husband was driving and brought him into oncoming traffic (thank goodness he didn't get hit), (3) transmission blew and (4) after having transmission repaired (not adequately) car stalls most times when you come to a stop. My daughter stalled in the middle of an intersection while slowing down to make a turn. Save yourself from the drama of dealing with John and put your money elsewhere. Safety and integrity are not their priorities when selling cars.
