Absolutely love the car I purchased from here. Mark answered all of my questions and let me get a test drive in to make sure I liked the car. He kept me updated if anyone else looked into buying it while I was working out financing. When I went in to purchase the vehicle, the owner was there to file my paperwork. He was very nice and made the purchase as easy as possible. Will definitely be recommending this place to everyone looking for a car! Thank you so much!

Very friendly and accommodating. Stopped by on a day they were closed and they still showed us a vehicle and sold it to us. Nice quality vehicles with a large selection available. Carfax given as well, which is rare for most locally own dealers. Nice honest people.

Couldn't be happier with my buying experience. I have been through many cars over the years and have been to many dealerships. I've had mostly bad luck when it comes to used car lots, that's why I've been through so many. This was hands down the best and most honest used car dealer I've been to. The owner is very particular about the cars he buys because he appreciates good business and believes it's better to sell a good car at a good price to begin with instead of trying to flip a piece of junk onto someone. Mark was my dealer and made the whole buying experience a breeze. He was a very honest salesman and it didn't feel like he was trying to push the car on me like it does with most sales people. Would definitely buy another from here, but the one I already bought from here is in such good shape that I shouldn't have to for a good while.

I had an absolutely WONDERFUL experience with SuperMax Autos! After being purposefully lied to, led on, let down, disrespected, and scammed by other auto dealers in my search for a used car to replace the one I totaled in an accident, I finally found this place via a used vehicle search. Mark was so refreshing to work with. He was pleasant to talk to, polite, and incredibly kind. He immediately verified that he had the car I was looking for, that I could come test drive it at any time, and he even offered to print out the Carfax report before I even had the chance to ask for it myself. He was professional and efficient. He was also straightforward and honest with me... he told me right away that, because of the economy, good used cars were very expensive and difficult to find, so his boss told him that they unfortunately couldn't negotiate prices at this time. I understood this and was fine with it, especially since the car was in such immaculate condition and was worth every penny of the price anyway. But Mark went above and beyond to do everything he could to make my purchase wonderful and of value. He knew I would be traveling all the way from Central New York, so he filled the tank up with gas, gave me two sets of temporary tags in case I couldn't register it in 30 days, gave me a 3 month warranty, and buffed the foggy headlights on the car. He got the paperwork all ready ahead of time so the time spent picking up the car was minimized, and he held the car for me for only $100. This is amazing compared to other dealers who require $500 or more to hold cars! He made sure to check the vehicle over one last time before we left just so he could make sure all the tags were attached correctly, and he was delightful to talk to as well. Even though I did not talk to any of the other workers who were out back, I could tell that these people are hard, honest workers right away. They were working hard detailing cars and checking them out mechanically (literally checking off checklists). You can tell that these people truly care about what they do. They were so pleasant to each other and were working together... that is so rare nowadays to see. I visited a few other dealerships in the area, and the people bickered with me over pricing and literally had a dead battery in one of the cars I looked at. However, SuperMax Autos never did this... they were so thoughtful and kind down to every last detail, never were offensive or unkind, and made me such a grateful customer. The car looks literally brand new under the hood and handled the 7 hour trip back to New York like a champ! Thank you SO MUCH SuperMax Autos!
