If you're looking for a low pressure dealership, you have found the right one! Our salesman, Donald, did an amazing job and was very personable. Everything he told me on the phone prior to coming in was exactly what was repeated when we physically went into the dealership (which is rare). There were no surprises when we got there on the value of my trade and everything went smoothly (which is rare). The staff was very friendly and made you feel very comfortable (which is rare). The finance guy did an awesome job explaining everything in a very clear manner (which is rare)! I have purchased multiple vehicles from other dealerships in the area over the years, but no experience compares to this one!! There's no way a car buying experience could ever top this one! We were in and out in two hours, which was record time for any car I've ever bought. I can't recommend them enough! Go see Donald at Supreme and he'll help you find the vehicle that's perfect for you!

So Awesome!! Mr Larry and Todd were so awesome we went in there told them what we want and they made it happen!! We are so HAPPY with the outcome we couldn’t have got a better deal! But the best part was we never felt pressure to buy! They kept saying remember the final say so is yours we are just trying to help, but you can always say no and walk away this is about you and your family!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I totally recommend them!! Shawn and Kevin were over the top - excellent to work with. Very knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy really wanted to help me with my purchase not just sell a car but make sure I was satisfied and happy. I told everyone at the Corvette Club about this dealership - small town with big people - they still have the "small town salesmanship" - you would have thought I have known them my entire life - when I was leaving they all came by to shake my hand and say thanks and good luck

Found the truck I wanted at Supreme, a 2014 Silverado LTZ. Only problem was I lived in Atlanta (~500 miles away). Kristy was awesome and took care of everything. I flew in to BTR and she was waiting for me at the airport. I was only at the dealer for an hour finishing up paperwork before I was driving back to Atlanta in my new truck. Great experience, great service, but most importantly....great truck!

service was superb I have a Buick Regal and have been to several Buick dealers for my service , however your facility and staff were over the top.The waiting time was reasonable in fact, fast. I will recommend Supreme to all of my GMC friends and neighbors. And I was close to my home, no need to go to Baton Rouge for service. Five stars on every category...Thanks so very much

okay I'm going to cut to the chase... this place is by far the best dealership I have ever experienced. Usually, you can bank on spending all day at a dealership to buy a car. Not here. I was in and out with the car of my dreams in record time. The service dept. is so easy to work with and I never have to wait long for my car. They are so amazing that I just bought an additional car from them.

Ron Gathercole is always so helpful and fast to get back with me to tell me the issues with my vehicle and tells me the best repair and has the best prices. The facilities are always so clean and if you go on Wednesday you can get your nails done!! The people are very friendly and they make things that are not always so good just a little bit better! My purchase experience began via the internet and the response and information provided by the Supreme staff was precise and exactly what I wanted/needed. This information saved me a lot of time and driving. The next week when I went to look at and test drive the vehicle that had my attention, it was sold BUT the Supreme staff quickly found me an even better vehicle. The salesmen were very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. There was no pressure and I felt in control of the sale; a major difference from other dealerships. When the salsman told me the sale price it was fair and without an hidden charges. Needless to say I purchased the vehicle. The whole experience was very enjoyable. I strongly recommend Supreme Chevrolet in Gonzales if you have any thought of purchasing a Chevrolet.
