Thank you Supreme Nissan, sales Maria, Erik, MGMT, Adril, Service n Scott for a great pre owned sales experience Again.This was my second sale in 4 years & this one even better! Maria made it easy, stress free, respected, & happlily satisfying...In all my years buying a car it was a breathe a fresh air to have my first woman salesperson handle my car sale...nothing at all against men, I was very comfortable , impressed ,& felt no stress or anxiety buying a car from her. Adril was very assertive & helpful too with helping me with best deal. Erik was caring n offered great customer service too & Scott treated me n introduced Maria. She made the whole sale process easy ,smoother then ever before for me. I hoe she gets promoted to management in sales in future. Really caring staff n happy to please.I'll be returning in the future a third time.Thanks so much,Terri Fields

I was looking for a truck that could pull my camper as a replacement for my truck that was rear ended by a careless driver and scrapped. I needed something that could pull my camper without any issues, however after being there over ten hours I was saddled with a new truck with all the bells and whistles one could ask for, sadly it did not come with a towing package, the only thing I need the truck for. Now I am stuck with an expensive new truck that I have absolutely no ability to use. The dealer did make good on the towing package, however what they put on the truck is still useless for what I need and cannot use this brand new expensive truck for the only thing I needed it for, but hey it looks good. Right?

From the minute I submitted my internet request I knew this would be a great experience. I received a reply quickly and my questions were answered the car was pulled from inventory for my arrival. I drove over 150 miles to pick up my 2015 Nissan Altima. It was just that easy. I recommend this Supreme Nissan of Slidell to all my friends and relatives. I will be back to buy my daughter her car.

I went in to order a can of touch-up paint. After waiting 20 minutes for the lady to come to her desk I could tell she did not want to help. I could of had the info I needed ready while I was waiting to make things more time efficient, but they don't inform you until it's finally your turn what you need. (I thought I could just tell them the color, pearl). I wasn't going back to my car to collect the information just to wait again. So I left even though it should have been a simple task.

I saw a vehicle on line, called them set an appointment. When I got there, I was expecting the back and forth with them over price. That is not what took place, it was easy. I was in and out of there in no time. I will be a customer for life. Thank you Supreme Nissan of Slidell.

Worst experience we have ever encountered at a dealership! Found a vehicle, checked car fax etc. Agreed on price and trade. Next day (in sunlight) noticed several spots on vehicle that indicated vehicle had been painted. Returned in less than 24 hours and were told they would make it right.....THEY DIDNT!! We had to leave with a vehicle we did not want just to be done with the whole experience!! The used car manager Loren Landry was extremely unprofessional, raised his voice at me,and made my mother cry!! Will never do buisness with them again and will not recommend them to anyone!!

My first time purchasing a brand new car, and I went to Supreme Nissan after dealing with several shoddy car dealerships and salespeople in both New Orleans and Metairie. David and Capell (and the sales manager as well) were exceptional in assisting me quickly and got me a great price on both my trade-in and the car I'd gone in to buy. The staff was friendly, my needs were quickly met and it was definitely the most pleasant experience I'd had at a dealership in my months of shopping.

If you are looking for honesty in a dealership, keep looking. This dealership wasted our time and told outright lies. Time is a commodity that I'm sure many of you are short on as well. With that in mind, I'll attempt to use brevity as I write this review. The internet manager (female named Dean) assured me (over the phone and days in advance) that they would meet our price demand, only to find out that they were nowhere close when we came to our scheduled appointment to sign the papers. This is after we spent hours at the dealership that night....and hours at the dealership in the prior month deciding what we would like, and having our lease turn-in inspected. When we leased our last vehicle in Gulfport, we did so by phone. I was stationed at Ft. Hood (in Texas) at the time, and we came home on leave and finalized the deal in under two hours. No hassle, they kept their word, and we kept ours. This attempt at a lease has been a nightmare. We spent over 6 hours at that dealership and have nothing to show for all of our time. I typically don't come on the internet to dump all over someone who gives bad service, but this was too much. If you want to be conned, then this dealership is for you. If you want an honest approach in buying or leasing, avoid this place like the plague.

These are the biggest ripoff dealers I have ever met. They advertise one price and then add on all these unwanted fees. Total Bait n Switch! I will never go back to this dealership! I called for the owner and he never called me back! They are a ripoff!
