Prior to purchasing my Ford Focus S from Surprise Ford I visited 2 other Ford Dealerships. Bar none, Surprise Ford has the best prices in comparison to the other dealerships. I believe that part of the low prices has to do with the dealer adds that are not overwhelmingly shoved to the customer. I did happen to talk to a great salesman by the name of David Potts. He was completely professional when negotiating the price of the vehicle as well as when he was just having a regular conversation with me. I enjoyed talking to him and he made sure that the entire process was smooth and that I received fair and honest pricing. I would definitely recommend David to anybody as a sales associate and can attest about his courtesy and professionalism.

This place has the best prices buy far, I bought a 2017 Mustang GT and nobody came close to there price! Very friendly and helpful people over there, our sales rep Jay Agiular made our experience fun and easy. Thanks Surprise Ford

Terrible customer service...could not imagine how this place is still in business. It appears as if all of the Service Advisers that were there three months ago are gone. It is clear that they took their caring nature with them. It is terrible to think that this company can somehow rate only a one-star on a simple battery change. I know the battery is in the car, only because it ran. The advertisement I had to surrender tells me it is an 84-month battery, however, I did not get any paperwork indicating that (1) that battery is in my car, (2) the policy for replacement - based on what I saw and heard, I was glad to have a new battery so that I can get out of Surprise Ford as fast as I did. The rudeness was overwhelming, -The No "service adviser" could delegated writing the simple order for a battery to another person. - The service request was straight forward (a) I needed to purchase a battery for my vehicle (I surrendered a coupon for an "84-month battery), (b) please check the electrical system to ensure that there was nothing else wrong with the charging system. (c) Please give me an estimate for the plastic rim that surrounds the drivers seat on a Lincoln MKZ. I felt comfortable that the young man writing the order understood what I asked for. It was clearly written. The young man asked if I would allow the dealership to give me a complementary car wash. (d) I was glad to have my dusty car leaned. I made it clear that I could be reachable only via my cell phone. I only gave my cell phone for the work order, additionally, my name, address and cell number was presented on an 8.5"x 11" piece of paper. -The person who wrote the work order only had my cell number to call back, I made it clear that I will not be at home, however, despite this, somebody from Surprise Ford left a message for me on my home telephone advising me to pick up my car. - I called the dealership about two hours after the message was left at the wrong number, the call was transferred to who believe to be the Service Adviser. As soon as I identified myself and asked if my car was ready, the person on the other side of the phone said "well I left you a message...didn't you check to see if I called." I was amazed at the attitude displayed towards me even though we never met, even if Surprise actually called the correct number and even if I elected not to pick up the message, all that had to be said was simply, "yes sir, you can pick up your car whenever you are ready." When I arrived at the dealership, I walked around the area where I used to meet Paul, who was a Service Adviser, and the reason I brought both of my cars back to this dealership. The only person in the area was a person who was on the phone selling tires. Eventually, I found the young man who wrote my order who found my work ticket. He charged my account for the battery. When I asked if there was anything near the paperwork about the estimate to fix the plastic seat guard. He did not see it. He called somebody on the radio and my car was ready to go. I followed this young man around the reception area trying to determine if an estimate was completed for the work I asked about. Eventually, I lost track of the young man and just went back to the reception area. (After paying, I received a copy of my bill and after my car was driven into the pick-up area I had my keys,) After another 15 or so more minutes waiting, following, waiting for somebody to tell me how much more money the dealership could make, I gave up and went to my car to drive off. What a surprise...Surprise Ford did not give me that very much needed car wash. The one star is generous to Surprise Ford...I honestly hope that the owner of this company will care enough in his investment to get some help for his company. I hated driving 45-minutes each way to Sanderson Lincoln, however, as I reflect on this experience, that drive is worth the extra effort Sanderson gives each of their clients.

There's a lot of misunderstanding and even doing the full Diagnostics they can't seem to find the issue without adding another $500 to check more.

Because my Ford Edge had a problem that "may or may not " have been present when I purchased it, I was getting very disillusioned with Ford, but after working with Nathan in the service department at Surprise Ford I will once again be a Ford devotee. Nathan was a huge advocate for me in getting my car issues diagnosed and repaired. He even took it to emissions himself to make sure it passed. If not for Nathan and his service team, after being a 35 year Ford driver I probably would not have returned, great job, awesome customer service and I highly recommend this service department for any service.

My F-150 work truck started acting up on me on my way from CA to AZ. I was able to get it in as a walk in customer (shocked me!!) and they started the diagnostics. They determined the problem, told me the options, and they went to work on fixing it. They even had it fixed quicker then what they had initially told me! Nathan Barnes, Shayne Eckhardt (service managers) kept me informed of the issues and status. Josh Witwiski (service tech) also had the truck fixed much quicker then when I was expecting. Since it was a work truck and I am working in AZ while living in CA I travel weekly back and forth. I have had many bad experiences with dealerships and vehicles. These guys went above and beyond my expectations of a dealership! I would highly recommend these folks to others!!! Sean from CA

I delivered my car for service a few minutes prior to the appointed time and checked it in with the attendant. It sat in the same service parking line space for over an hour . Nothing was done - it and me were ignored for over an hour. While I had received a reminder email notice of my appointment, the service tech had no record of my appointment or arrival. I left and won't be back. Thanks for the donut. John

Surprise Ford has a beautiful showroom and the customer service section is light, bright and clean. Brent gave me his business card after ordering the part that I needed. He called when the part came in and Wendy helped set up my appointment. Both Brent and Wendy did an excellent job and they know how to deliver high quality customer service! I won't go to any other dealership because Surprise Ford has earned my business and I know they will take great care of my car.

I've had all the service issues performed by Surprise Ford - Always received great professional attention. Very easy to make an appointment, able to get an appointment that fit into my schedule, my service tech,l "Mark", was very friendly and knowledgeable. The entire process and staff were awesome!!
