Picked up a great car at a fair price in a long distance deal. Everything Marlon promised came true. He’s a delight to work with. Highly professional and that translates as enjoyable. Seamless. I traded in my cherished BMW and purchased an Audi. I consider it an upgrade, with all due respect to the BMW crowd. Of course, comparing old to nearly new would influence anyone’s opinion. The deal went through sight unseen until the hour it took to test drive and sign papers. While of course the vehicle makes the sale, the rest is up to the shop. Call’em.

I recently purchased a BMW Z4 thru Marlon. He made the buying experience easy and comfortable with no hidden costs. Dealing with a sales dealership 3 hours from our home could have been somewhat difficult but Marlon was available when I called and made the car available when I wanted to see it and later pick it up. I would recommend buying from Sutherland Auto; and in particular Marlon; in the future.

I have not made a purchase yet but I would not hesitate to purchase from this company. They answered all of my questions and were not "pushy" to make a sale. Their reviews are excellent which is one of my personal "top of the list" criteria when making a sight unseen long distance purchase.
