the work on my truck was fine im happy with that but the rental car was dirty had dog or cat hair all over and it smelled like body oder when i first got it. the oder was gone the next morning when i left for work other than that the car was great it ran fine and road well but i know know i don't want 1 of them i missed my truck. now for my truck like i said the work was fine i have no issues with that but i was not to happy to find what looked to be shavings from peanuts all on my drivers seat. i take pride in my truck and clean it at least 1 time a month and i never leave a mess of food crumbs in it. its always clean of food and trash at all times. so that being said nice work on service bad on the rest. maybe next time it will be better for me?

MELINDA WAS EXTREMELY KIND IN EXPLAINING WHAT OPTIONS I HAD IN A WAY I AS A CUSTOMER COULD UNDERSTAND!! MELINDA IS A REAL SWEET HEART. MELINDA MADE ME AND MY WIFE FEEL AT EASE. mirandaatsvg.com...is not a good sales rep called me 2 days later deposit down and they sold vehicle to someone else after speaking with 3 different sales rep no one could get me in this vehicle no phone calls back I emailed and had to call several times went to another dealer deal made within a hour

The overall experience of purchasing my vehicle was like pulling teeth. We were initially attracted to the vehicle by what appeared to be a reasonable price considering its age and mileage. The salesman went with us on our first test drive; when we returned we began to look closely at the vehicle and found a couple things we thought should be taken care of: little body dings where rust had started, and floormats that were worn out. We were told that the "body man" would take care of those and that the vehicle would be detailed and ready to go in a couple days. A week later it still wasn't ready, although I had been told on the phone that it was. It had not been detailed if the word "detailed" has any meaning; the floormats had not been replaced, and the body dings looked like they had been touched up with a brush and some Testor's model car enamel, and the dealership clearly did not want to give a single cent to accommodate my wife and I for the jerking around we had been subjected to. If the vehicle had not been what I was looking for in the price range I had set for myself, I would have walked in a heartbeat. Typical lies and exaggerations; it's places like this that help to maintain used car salesmen's bad reputation.

They run my truck into there shop wall trying to fix a brake line ..long story short they fixed the brake line for free but none of the damages to the truck from the wall and now say they didn't do that

great service from the sales rep matt at svg in greenville. he was helpful in every question i had and made it as easy as could be. he was very polite and easy to get along with. i went in to see what i could get and got way more than i thought i would have and left with a new 2016 chevy silverado i really like the truck and its at a paymnt. i can handle. at this time i would like to say thanks to matt and if anybody is looking for there next new car,truck or suv stop in and see matt he will do his best to get you what you want and at a paymnt. you can afford. again thanks matt from as of now a returning customer Dan Abbott

This is my second brand new vehicle I purchased from SVG (Scott - the car guy - salesman). He sold us our last one and the experience was very satisfying and he always followed up even if we didn't have a need. So, when the need arose for another vehicle we chose Scott again. He treated us fairly, no pressure, upfront and honest and I didn't even think I could buy this car but he made it happen. I called first to get information on truck and decided to come in just to look. Met Scott and explained my needs and situation. We test drove the truck I was interested in and fell in love..... Next we worked on the deal and SVG did everything to make sure I drove it home today - Well, I did. I have the truck I was looking for. I recommend SVG and Scott if you are in the market for a Vehicle. Don't waste your time going anywhere else.

I found SVG on line and met Scott - The Car Guy. He was friendly and answered all my questions. I told him I don't like salesman coming up to me and I wasn't going to buy today. Sometime I just want to drive and look around and not feel pressured. He understood and was very helpful. We went on a test drive and he answered all my questions. I initially met Greg and then came back to Meet Scott the salesman. Initially I wasn't looking to buy a car. Well, SVG made it happen - they even got me financed. It was my first purchase new or used!!! I'm so happy I could jump up and scream!!! A beautiful 2007 Nissan Versa - clean inside and out and great gas mileage and they gave me a great deal. First had doubts about the buying experience. Scott was my salesman and Steve - The owner met with me and put my doubts at ease. I had 2 trades - a 2009 Vette and 2004 350Z and they worked with me to give me the best possible deal I thought I could get. If you are in the market go to SVG and ask for Scott - he will treat you right. He treated me right.

I searched on line first and found SVG Chevrolet. Spoke to Cyndy who was very friendly and helpful. I then set up an appointment, me Scott - The Car Guy, my salesman and test drove a new 2015 Malibu. I did not come to buy a truck. I was at the dealership because my dad purchased a new truck from Scott. He provided a great truck at a great price and I couldn't pass up the deal. Everybody was caring and informative. Scott was there every step of the way until the deal was done. I traded in two vehicles for the purchase of a brand new 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LT.
