Very pleased with my experience with Swant Graber in Barron. I purchased my first ever brand new vehicle here yesterday. The entire process was hassle free. Truman, my sales rep, was very helpful. He was more than willing to work with me as i looked at various vehicles and took a couple for test rides. It was near closing time, but he stuck around until I was happy with my decision and got everything set up. My trade in value blew me away. I was aware prices on used vehicles were up a fair amount and did some research to see what I could expect for a trade in value prior to arriving. They blew the number I had in my head out of the water. Seriously... it was a great offer. Financing and all the accompanying paperwork was simple, fast, and explained well. Tonya was efficient, helpful, and thorough. She even suggested I call to cancel the extended warranty on the vehicle I traded in for a partial refund. I had assumed it was non-refundable. I called them and I have a refund check coming in the mail. I couldn't have asked for a better experience all around and I cannot say enough good things about them.

Was referred to Craig Anderson by a friend and am very happy with the service he gave us in our purchase, He took the time to explain all the bells and whistles of our new (to us) Equinox and never once made us feel our many questions were stupid. From the moment we pulled up to the dealership, signing the papers to driving away in it. Was an amazing experience! Brad was very knowledgeable about all the safety features and technology in our new Explorer! He took his time explaining everything from top to bottom! Tanya was amazing as well finding us the best finance deal and breaking it down for us the most simple Way possible! Nothing, but smiles and laughter at Swant Graber! It was our first time going there and it definitely won’t be our last! 😊

I was a little nervous about getting a different vehicle, but Derek Waterhouse was a great salesman and made the process go so smoothly. He was patient, kind and helpful and everything worked out wonderfully! Chase made all the paperwork go seamlessly and Amanda set up the pictures and video and an appointment! Everyone works so well together and made the experience the best I have had with a dealership! Thank you all so much for a great experience and for putting me in a great used car!

Nice and easy thanks to Brad and Tanya. I was almost 1500 miles away and did most of the dealings by phone. When I got there everything was as presented and pretty much took vehicle for a test drive while they checked my trade in then signed paperwork, took a picture and down the road I went. By the way Brad came in on his day off to make sure it all went well. Thank you again. Mike. Ps: told Brad to keep an eye out for a Jeep I’m looking for.
