We could not have been happier with our buying experience. We started the process online with the chat feature. Within minutes of my online chat Nick Alexander called us. His manner on the phone was helpful but not pushy. We were able to send pictures of our trade-in to Nick. So before we drove from Southern Indiana we knew if it was going to be worth our while. Nick had the car we were interested in waiting for us. Nick was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle and really did a nice job going over the vehicle's features. The actual buying process was painless. We can't thank Nick enough. We will definitely contact him again for our next car purchase. It was worth the drive. We were not only impressed with Nick but with the way Swope did business. Thank you!

Will Lutes is the kindest, lowest-pressure salesman I have ever met. He made absolutely sure that my wife got a car that she's happy with and proud to show off. James was fantastic and knew a lot about the vehicle I was interested in. The GM, Ron, took time with me to explain their rebates and work with me and his Mitsubishi representative to get the best possible deal. My wife and I have been looking at the Hyundai Santa Fe, and we were pre-approved from our bank for a certain loan amount that we wanted to stay within. The people at Swope Certified bent over backwards to get us the car that we wanted, and at a more than generous price. James Hood, the sales representative that attended to my wife and I, was helpful to a fault. James was not only transparent with us about all aspects of the buying process, but he made sure that we knew that the dealership's profit was secondary to our satisfaction. I wasn't expecting anything like this type of car buying situation, and I still can't believe the attention and price that we received. I was asked to leave a review on this site for Swope Certified, but to be honest about our experience. So with that, I can't recommend these guys enough! Outstanding cooperation in fulfilling our desires in a vehicle purchase, and a completely unexpected level of sacrifice to make us happy. If you all at Swope Certified read this: Thank You Sincerely! Today I purchased a new vehicle from Swope Mitsubishi in Radcliff. My salesman James Hood made it the Best buying experience I have ever had. He went out of his way to make sure that I got the best deal possible. Not only was it a pleasure to work with James so was the entire Swope staff. We purchased our 2016 Tucson back in Sep. 2015 and have been very happy with it. Doug Weaver was professional, informative about the Tucson and was never pushy. I never felt pressured to "buy now". I shopped the Louisville dealers and decided to buy here to keep it "in house". I kept it local so I don't have to drive far for service and these people at Swope are local friends and neighbors and it keeps our local folks employed. They also have a great selection of vehicles to chose from too. I own 3 Hyundai vehicles and I am pleased with all of them.

Nick & Cody were GREAT! I arrived later in the day...and met Nick first...then Cody. They offered me a cup of coffee and then the dealing was on! I'm not an easy person to deal with especially when making a purchase like this. They were patient & understanding and I drove a new car home! I will recommend this dealership to anyone!

My husband and I had an excellent experience with Danny and the team at Swope Hyundai. The process went amazingly quick, especially considering we did not go in quite prepared to buy at that time. We were never pressured but they worked with us to give us numbers within our budget and information that made our decision easy. We took our vehicle back for paint protection and were given a comparable vehicle that was exactly what we needed to fair the winter storm we had while our new AWD vehicle was being pampered. I am exceedingly happy with the service we received, the vehicle, and the overall experience.

My husband and I recently bought a used 2012 Chrysler Town and Country from Swope in Radcliff, KY. From the beginning, both Scott and Chris Featherstone were extremely customer service oriented, professional, and friendly. They listened to our needs for our family and suggested similar vehicles to consider, and were patient while we were making up our minds! Scott also provided the mechanics report and disclosed what work had been done by the dealer in addition to reviewing the free carfax report. Both Scott and Chris were extremely patient and flexible working with us and finding a convenient time for test drives and negotiating the sale. Both Scott and Chris were sincere and polite as well. We were given a fair trade for our older van, and the negotiation process was straightforward and pressure free. We were there later in the evening and we never felt rushed. The sales manager worked hard to help us find the best rate available. Since we were there late in the evening not all of the banks were available to respond with offers. We closed a deal at one rate that evening and when a bank offered a more competitive rate in the morning they honored that rate. This alone makes this transaction exemplary in our eyes and sealed the deal for us that the people at this Swope dealership are honest and have integrity. They reassured us we would get us the best rate possible and we feel certain that they did. Another positive is 2 years of included regular maintenance is a wonderful value included in our purchase. The extended warranty options available are competitively priced and were clearly explained with no pressure and we are also happy with that purchase. The dealership also promptly took care of getting our license plates for us and sent follow up emails to make sure we were 100% satisfied with our purchase. After the sale we had a small problem with smoke odor in the vehicle, and the dealership responded quickly by offering us a "cleaning bomb" at no extra charge to resolve this issue. We found this to be yet another example of going the extra mile to make sure the customer leaves totally satisfied. They could have easily said "tough luck" but they were extremely willing to make sure the issue was resolved for us. We would recommend this dealership to our friends and if we are still in the area would be sure to shop there again. We highly recommend both Scott and Chris as knowledgeable, honest, friendly and professional car salesman. Another example that may seem insignificant to some is that throughout the buying process I joked about wanting to take home some of the balloon arrangements in the dealership to my daughter. As we left, Scott brought us two giant balloons! They are just nice people to work with who want the customer to be happy.
