Went in hoping to purchase a car - had immaculate credit. When it came down to negotiation we couldn't agree on price (the price for car was published on their website but they said there was an error and it was "wrong" - totally deceptive - no fine print folks it was just the price ). Most hilarious/sad part is person managing the website was one trying to sell car. When I thanked him for his time and apologized that we couldn't make deal since they wouldn't match what was on THEIR website, he said, "well yea you did kind of waste my time." RUDE. NEVER will be back. You wasted my precious family time because of a "website error".On top of everything they took my car keys and I had to wait 15 minutes after the rude comment to get them. Stay far away - website manager should stick to computers and not sales.I purchased my new car the next week and I am very happy - but not from this place that chose to disrespect me!

Bought tries for life and eve time it's time for them the service dept. tells you you need $300.00 worth of other things that has to be done to get tires. They didn't mind taking my money so now you pay again just to get tires better off going to a tire store and save your self money. They also tell you that your filters are due to replace but they were changed the service before more money$$$$ Never again will I buy Nissan or deal with Swope again so when you think about Swope drive on past their dealers. Unless you like giving out cash free.So pass on the word. Service manger no help. No help from anyone. Chevrolet here I come when it's time for a new vehicle. Lost all respect for the Swope dealerships.

Drove their car and they drove mine, then left me sitting in the office for 20 minutes while the "figured". I finally got up and walked out. Found the salesman and the sales manager in SM's office and got my keys back so I could leave. They met me at my car and and asked me why I was leaving! THEN they showed me the "deal" Absurd! They are the living, breathing embodyment of all you have ever heard about used car salesmen! Steer clear of them!

We were looking for a SUV that would get good mileage. We were actually looking for a used vehicle. Evan Boles, our sales rep had a few suggestions and I test drove two of them As we were discussing pricing, I spotted a new Nissan Rogue. Evan explained we could the new Rogue for not much more than the used vehicle we were looking at. After test driving the Rogue, Evan said I could take it home and let my wife have a look. After she test drove it, we decided to buy. Evan worked hard with the sales supervisor and we were able to purchase the Rogue at a cost that fell well within our price range. Evan was extremely helpful. His easy going manner and friendliness made our buying experience at Swope Nissan a very pleasant one. We would highly recommend Evan and the dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle.

My sales consultant at Swope Nissan was John Howard. This was my first car shopping experience so I had no clue what I was doing but John made the process easy and clear so that it was not stressful at all. He even helped me find an insurance provider that would offer cheaper rates when the first one I called gave me a rate that was not going to be feasable. He also helped me with other steps I needed to take with insurance and my loan that I was unsure of. The sales consultants at Swope Nissan truly care about the customer and matching them with a car that meets their needs and wants; I can tell they are not just in it for the sale. Thanks again John and Swope Nissan!!

I was very pleased overall with my experience at this dealership. John was very pleasant to work with and I didn't feel pressured but rather accommodated with my selection. The staff was very nice to me and my family. I would buy from them again in the future.

My salesman John Flora was fantastic! He helped me with EVERYTHING i needed in a used car. i ended up buying a 2012 Nissan Sentra for my wife and i. She loves it I love it! we couldn't be happier with our purchase. Being in the Army i will recommend all of my Soldiers to John!

John has been awesome! I told him what I could spend and he found me a vehicle that was better than I was expecting to buy for the amount I had to spend. John is honest and is very customer oriented! He deserves a big pat on the back. When it comes time to buy another vehicle I will be back to see John!

It took one more person (I have lost count of how many people I have dealt with) to finally get the records on my car. It has taken three weeks to get all this worked out. I am tired of dealing with them. Please be very cautious about working with these people. Get everything in writing and done before you take the car off the lot. I will not recommend them.

I bought a car from them two weeks ago and was to have my car delivered to a different city. That took much longer than they promised. I took my car to my local dealer to have it checked and found several things wrong. I have contacted Swope so we will see what they will do to fix the problem.

My husband and I purchased a Nissan Maxima at the end of January. We are so happy with the customer service we received from Evan Boles!! We arrived at the dealership and found Evan. He showed us a couple of vehicles and we picked the one we wanted. From that point on it was totally "seamless". Evan did all of the leg work while we left and watched the Kentucky Wildcats win a basketball game! After the game we went back and signed and picked up our new car!!! In the age of less than perfect customer service, we were totally amazed by Evan. We will definitely recommend Evan to all of our friends for their future vehicle needs. Thank you so much!!!

I had shopped all my locale dealers in Louisville and decided to give Swope Nissan in Elizabethtown a chance before I bought and that was one of the best decisions I've ever made. They made me feel like family as soon as I walked in the dealership, everyone was so nice. My salesman never pressured me and gave me what I wanted on my trade. What a great place to buy a car!!!

These guys are exactly why car salemen have a bad rep. They are all your best friend until you make the deal and then if you have an issue they are nowhere to be found. They don't want to work with you on a deal, IT'S THIER WAY OR NO WAY. They might say they will work something out but don't turn your back. They are very quick to get back anything that they make you think you are gettig in your deal by adding onto a fee for something. Or they just forget to put it in the paperwork. The fiancial manager must do disclaimer commercials for radio and TV because he talks so fast that you have to ask him to repeat himself or he will get something past you and you will not know it until it's too late. Then as I said when you call no one wants to call you back or get in touch with you unless you keep calling. Don't hold your breath waiting on them to contact you. I live more than 30 miles away and they wanted me to drive to the dealership 3 times before we could finalize the deal. I guess they don't have to pay for gas! The car I got had an extra 1400 miles put on it before I was able to pick it up and they did othing about adjusting the price for it ( of course they said they would ) but nobody seemed to remember that.The best thing is to stay away from SWOPE NISSAN in Elizabethtown if at all possible. Unless you just have extra money and time and patience to give away.

I was extremely pleased with my new vehicle buying experience with Swope Nissan. Both Steve Pawley and Lou Ramirez were extremely professional and courteous. I received a fair trade in value, very near Blue Book, on the first offer. Steve was very helpful with getting the vehicle I wanted instead of trying to talk me into a lot of bells and whistles I didn't want or need.
