The biggest factor that brought me here was their unbeatable lifetime warranty! You just won't find that kind of service or coverage on a used car anywhere else. Have the car checked by a mechanic before you buy from these guys. Within two days of purchase had to take the car in for repairs and missing parts. When trying to contact dealer about repairs and help they didn't call me back. Double check everything as they their checking process appears just to be cosmetic.

As a professor, I am quite critical of someone's people skills and how they present as a representative of their organization. Frank is the first person I could rank as excellent in every aspect of my car purchasing experience over the years. I found one small problem with my wife's new car and it was fixed before I left the lot. I not only call Frank my sales person, but I could say easily that he has become one of my trusted friends.. He would never put my family in a car that he would not put his own. This is the kind of man we need in so many other industries in which the public has become disillusioned.
