My experience with Tallahassee Ford has been great. Dale Brown, my consultant, could not have been more professional, considerate and knowledgeable about the type of car I needed. He helped me with every aspect of the process of finding what I wanted, contacting me when there would be a car he felt was what I wanted and then the actual purchasing procedure. The other staff at Ford were also extremely helpful and courteous. So, I love my Explorer and am glad I chose Dale and Tallahassee Ford for such a great car.

Went in to get my vehicle serviced and was greeted by Izzy Mendoza. Outstanding, very professional and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to give answers to every question I had regarding my car. He was passionate about his job; he wanted to be there. It goes a long way. I think I learned more there in twenty minutes than weeks browsing online. I will carry that information for the rest of my life, invaluable service. Thank you so much!

2nd review: They were very professional and easy to work with when I was shopping for a used car. Unfortunately, the model I wanted had just been removed from the lot, but the salesman searched for similar models and put little to no pressure on me. They have a good selection and I can recommend them. 1st review: I had a recall on my vehicle, which Ford had sent a mobile technician unit out to handle. That was pretty nice, but my review is about the technician, Connor. My appointment was set for a specific time, but he still called me to let me know when he was coming. He was very polite, well-mannered and professional. He said it would take less than 20 minutes and I think it took him 15. When he was done, he told me "thank you", as if he was happy to have done the work. I was just really positively surprised and pleased by his manner and quick work.

I met Alvin when I first arrived at Tallahassee Ford. He is up beat and professional. He sent me to Julia T. to be my sales person. She is also very professional and knowledgeable. She walked me through the car ordering process. She made sure that I will get the features that I want and that I won’t be paying for anything I don’t want. It was a positive experience.

We recently bought an used car for our daughter at Tallahassee Ford. The sales person Lorenzo Corona treated us very nicely and professionally. He was very helpful during the process from start to finish. It was a busy Saturday at the dealership but he managed to give us the attention that we needed. Also, Lorenzo stayed all the way until the end along with the sales manager Jeremy. They were both there after hours offering assistance until we finished all the paperwork process and took the car home. Both Lorenzo and Jeremy were attentive and courteous. The car is in great condition and our daughter is very happy.
