I want to thank Jay and Dave. I purchased a truck in January this year. I was so pleased with the way everything went that I brought my mom up to purchase her vehicle here not long after. We had a pleasant experience with that also. I recently had an issue with the truck. I took a chance and brought it up yesterday to just ask if there was any way that it could be remedied. Jay and Dave were fantastic! Not only did they meet me MORE than halfway solving the issue but also fixed the issue right then. I am so very thankful for your kindness and for you being so fair to me as I realize you could have easily told me that it wasn't your problem. Thank you so much! Angie

Took it in for a battery replacement. They had the truck for 2 weeks. Final bill? 7k!!! Manager claims he was standing in front of the mechanic every time we were called (they have conference calls for estimates now?) We were never given pricing for anything. Called to find out the status of the truck and was told Thursday the mechanic was booked up but they would start it on Thurs afternoon. They charged us for over 35 hrs! Will definitely contact GMC on this matter along with the BBB and any other agency I can find. Never going back to this dealership and surely NOT recommend to to any friends.

Justin (our salesman) was super. He was very informative and took the time with us that was needed. He has helped us with all the information on the auto. Joe (the sales manager) came over and introduced himself to us. Our overall experience was great and we would recommend this dealership and our salesman to our friends and family.

JR and the team took great care of us again in their usual way: friendly, fast, and faultless. This is the only place we would take our Terrain for service. There is no other place to take your GMC vehicle for truly quality service. Thanks again to the team at Tasca.
