Friendly and welcoming, my wife and I had a great experience looking at a couple Jeeps. We ultimately ended up not buying but not for any reason from the dealership. Low pressure, knowledgeable staff, we would consider them again.

Bought my jeep new from Taukes in 2012. I great customer service and nice people to talk too. I am actually going to buy another jeep from them because service is fast and friendly. I went to this dealer specifically because they had the used vehicle make and model that I wanted. During the test drive, I noted a potential problem and they put a technician on it immediately when I returned. It turned out to be a minor cosmetic issue, but my impression was that they were very dedicated to customer service and making things right the first time. The purchasing process was low pressure, but again, I knew what I wanted, paid cash, and the sale price was considerably lower than blue book value. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend this dealer.
