Recently, I struck a deer in my beloved, 11 year old Nissan Titan. I bought the truck new and loved it since day one. Unfortunately, the accident resulted in the truck being totaled by my insurance company. After a few days of sulking around and researching new trucks, I settled on a GMC Sierra. I was referred to Taylor Automotive in Martin, TN so off I went. Upon arriving, I was welcomed with no pressure from anyone. After looking over their selection, I had the opportunity to work with one of their most veteran salesman, Brad Robinson. Brad made me comfortable and worked hard to get me the deal and vehicle I wanted. Everyone there was very helpful, friendly and answered all my questions. Thanks goes to the Taylor team. Preston took great care of me when I needed to purchase a new car. He took the extra time to show me several vehicles, made sure I got the best deal possible, and when I found my new vehicle, he took the extra time to show me all features of my car and helped me set up onstar. We had been looking at automobiles for about a year and had been to Taylor Automotive several times to look at many different models. The staff was always willing to work with us when we would stop by and look at the different cars. When we finally decided that we would purchase a new car for sure, my husband went to Taylor's and made a decision on a car. We went after I got home from work and Brad Robinson and Alex Campbell worked with us to help us make the purchase of the new Chevy Equinox. We purchased a Dodge Journey from Taylor Automotive at the end of April 2015 and we absolutely love it!! The salesman-Preston was very knowledgeable and helpful.
