After unexpectedly finding rust on the rotors of our recently purchased, 2-year-old Buick, we were not looking forward to confronting Taylor Kia about correcting what we felt was an oversight on their part. But Tyler made us feel "at home" & comfortable when we brought the car in, had it inspected, confirming what we already knew, then went & secured permission from his boss to get the rotors fixed (turned) free of charge & then arranged for it to be done right away, while we waited.Then they washed the car before returning it to us & it looked absolutely shiny & new. The mechanic who worked on it (whose name we didn't catch) was very, very good & everyone treated us well. We will definitely consider this Taylor Kia for future vehicle needs.

We had a great experience with Taylor Kia in Findlay! Rick Atkinson helped us and took care of everything. Everyone was so helpful. After a week we got a phone call asking us if we could come back in because they got us a lower rate with the bank and it would lower our payment. I have never had someone go the extra mile like that. They are not your typical dealership. Taylor Kia Findlay has a customer for life!

We arrived very close to closing and Rick did not rush us, and was very thorough with the sale process. This was after a very unimpressive and overall unorganized visit at the Lima Kia. We live an hour from Findlay, so being able to make the drive there and return with a beautiful vehicle was very satisfying

I came in looking for a nice used vehicle. I met with the salesman Pete Margliotti. We looked through the vehicles in my budget. I'm very particular in what I want, and never once did he try yo up sell me or tell me what I needed. We found a nice truck that I liked it was in budget and drive great. He helps me through the finance process. He was even able to work on the down payment requirements for me. I signed and picked it up the next day. The services offered by Taylor Kia and Pete Margliotti were top notch. I will definitely be a returning customer for both of them in the future. In fact I have him looking for a full size truck as a write this review.

Where do I start?? My husband and I came in to just look at cars. Not expecting to buy one. We did pray before going into the dealership for guidance. We bought a Kia Soul in 2010 and loved it. BUT needing something else for us to get in and out easier, we looked at the Kia Sorento. Drove it and fell in love with it. Rick Atkinson was our salesman in 2010 and we were blessed to have him again for this car. He was so patient with us and explained every thing we asked and if we didn't understand...he would go over it again. He showed us every detail of how things worked and even let us take it home for a couple of days just to get the feel of it. We made an offer and after talking it over with the "boss", several times. the car was ours. Thank you, Rick, for all you did to help us get this new car. Every person we had dealings with was so courteous and considerate. Even the salesman that welcomed us when we came in was kind enough to find the one we bought from in 2010. He didn't try to get a sale away from another salesman. All in all, I would recommend Kia to anyone who asks. Have always had great service in the service department also. EVERYONE is awesome and spoke very highly of the main man, Steve Taylor. Thank you all and God bless you for all you went through to satisfy us. We were truly blessed!!
