I have been using the Taylor and Sons service department since I purchased my car two years ago. It is always a very positive experience. The staff are welcoming and friendly. I know when I take my car in that the service will be satisfactory and they go the extra mile by vacuuming the vehicle. I will continue to use their services and plan to purchase my next vehicle through them.

I live in Spokane Washington and shopped several Chevy dealerships before purchasing my Silverado in Sandpoint Idaho. Taylor & Sons not only offered the best price when compared to all the other dealers in the Northwest, but I got an added bonus with a service dept. that has been the most knowledgeable and courteous of any in my past history.

Taylor and Sons made the purchase of my new vehicle pleasant, easy and streamlined. I purchase all my vehicles from the Taylor's because they care about their customers and their needs. The business is a class act from top to bottom. The mechanics are well trained, skilled and hard working. I can't imagine going in to another dealer when I can get such great service from the Taylor family. GM should take pride in this great dealership!

Very straight forward buying,no tricks ,no hassles,even brought my old car back home on a flatbed with no charge. Great customer service,always gives us a loaner while car is being serviced!

Taylor and Sons Chevrolet of Sandpoint, Id really surprised me in the way they do business. I've never been a fan of car dealerships until I became part of the Taylor and Sons family! I was impressed at every level, from my salesman Mike Armbruster to Scott in the service department. They have earned my business every time my vehicle is in need of service, I am certain it will be done correctly the first time with pride at Taylor and Sons Chevrolet. I've been to Taylor & Sons for both service and to purchase a vehicle and I've been really impressed by their level of customer service. Each time I've been in, they've gone above and beyond in order to help me out. I usually don't enjoy dealerships, but because Taylor & Sons doesn't put any pressure on the buyer, there's no awkwardness when trying to buy a vehicle or get your vehicle serviced. They're honest, accommodating, and very professional. I also like their facility. It's brand new and comfortable for me and my family. Plenty to do while you're waiting and even some drinks and treats for the kids. I will continue going here for all my maintenance and vehicle purchases. Give them a try, they'll impress you too!
