I have been using the Taylor and Sons service department since I purchased my car two years ago. It is always a very positive experience. The staff are welcoming and friendly. I know when I take my car in that the service will be satisfactory and they go the extra mile by vacuuming the vehicle. I will continue to use their services and plan to purchase my next vehicle through them.

I live in Spokane Washington and shopped several Chevy dealerships before purchasing my Silverado in Sandpoint Idaho. Taylor & Sons not only offered the best price when compared to all the other dealers in the Northwest, but I got an added bonus with a service dept. that has been the most knowledgeable and courteous of any in my past history.

Taylor and Sons made the purchase of my new vehicle pleasant, easy and streamlined. I purchase all my vehicles from the Taylor's because they care about their customers and their needs. The business is a class act from top to bottom. The mechanics are well trained, skilled and hard working. I can't imagine going in to another dealer when I can get such great service from the Taylor family. GM should take pride in this great dealership!

I've been to Taylor & Sons for both service and to purchase a vehicle and I've been really impressed by their level of customer service. Each time I've been in, they've gone above and beyond in order to help me out. I usually don't enjoy dealerships, but because Taylor & Sons doesn't put any pressure on the buyer, there's no awkwardness when trying to buy a vehicle or get your vehicle serviced. They're honest, accommodating, and very professional. I also like their facility. It's brand new and comfortable for me and my family. Plenty to do while you're waiting and even some drinks and treats for the kids. I will continue going here for all my maintenance and vehicle purchases. Give them a try, they'll impress you too!
