The salesman could have been more professional. It was obvious he saw me and did not want me to be in the dealership after I inquired about the Mercedes they have on the lot. I guess his computer screen was more important on a Saturday afternoon. When I asked for a test drive, he asked one of the gentleman from the back to ride with me, my wife and two kids during the test drive. He didn't even have the decency to showcase the vehicles they have. My wife wanted to check out TCA's inventory because she was quite impress with the C240. The test drive was okay, but I just could not get over the way the salesman treated me as a customer. Maybe he think I just wanted a joyride even though I was with my wife and two young daughters. Somehow I do not believe this is how you treat other customers. You should give everyone the same respect regardless of their nationality or the way they look. I hope this is not how TCA treat our local people.

Loved every minute of it. If you need a value car for your budget, Brandon and Edwil are your guys. Great selection of cars, and found just what I needed. This was my very first car purchase and they helped me out a lot. They have very great service and don't rush you into buying something you dont want. Very great with military as well; I would prefer that most military come here first. Better check out the inventory before all the cars are gone 😃

My wife and I went to TCA Auto yesterday to look at a car that they had advertised online and met there with Brandon. We test drove the car we went to see along with another that we saw there, and while we were considering the two cars we got a call from a friend who had been on the lookout for a car for us. Long story short, he ultimately came thru for us and got us fixed up. While I was happy with the deal that our friend made for us, I was a bit disappointed that we didn’t end up dealing with Brandon. Brandon and Ethan, who also worked with us, were both very helpful, up front, straightforward, and not the least bit pushy or high-pressured. They simply presented what they had and left us alone to consider our choices and the financing options Brandon presented. Meeting with them was very comfortable and relaxed and I really appreciated their honesty. Even though we didn’t end up doing a deal with them, I would highly recommend them based on our initial experience and they will be my first choice for any future car shopping.
