I would never recommend or return to team to buy another car or get service done on a car or truck there again. I bought a used car there in Dec of 2012 and was told I would receive a coupon for a free oil change, It has been 6 months and still no coupon. I have had family go there for service since then and they have had nothing but problems with team. Charging for work but never doing it or doing it wrong so the truck breaks down 300 miles later, My father in-law took his Toyota truck in for an oil change and tire rotation and the drivers side tire fell off the truck 3 miles down the road and in return did $20,000 in damage to the truck.Run don't walk away from Team.

I had contact with Amanda before my visit and gave her the specifications I wanted in a new pickup and she had a unit inside for me to look at. I appreciated her efforts to have the pickup inside as it was a very cold, windy day. Both Amanda and Jerry were very informative and courteous and the buying process was hassle free with no pressure and the deal did not take a lot of time. I commend TEAM Chevrolet for the pleasant experience and I would recommend TEAM to any of my friends.

Purchasing a vehicle from Team was a great experience. First, there is absolutely no pressure. Second, the price of all of the autos is clearly listed on the each vehicle. Third, the trade in value that you receive is good for any car that you are purchasing. Lastly, all of my phone calls and emails were promptly returned and Amanda thoroughly reviewed all of my new Denali's features. I will purchase from Team again in the future and I will have all of my service work completed there.This is a great place to buy a car as the entire staff is friendly and helpful. I also wanted to mention that Jerry picked up my new Denali from another dealership about 300 miles away on Dec 23rd so that he could deliver it to us on Christmas Eve. He went above and beyond to do this at great personal sacrifice! Thanks Jerry!

During the process of selecting a vehicle, I corresponded with Amanda via the internet and cell phone. She constantly was in contact with me (not in a negative manner). Had a slight problem with the scheduling of the car that she was going to let us test drive, but the situation was cleared up pretty fast. Met Jerry shortly after entering the dealership. Was very friendly and professional. Amanda went out of her way to deliver our car and explain everything to us including a briefing of the vehicle in our driveway. I'm completely satisfied with Amanda and Jerry at Team Chevrolet.

I am not a person that believes in haggling. The original offer was not good for me, and I had no problems walking away with no hard feelings. Jerry and Amanda apparently wanted my business, and they talked to the sales managers. They shot me a new price even though I really did not expect anything else. The Ford vehicle I was origninally looking at purchasing had a higher sticker price with the same trade-in difference. I chose the Toyota because of their better customer ratings.

This dealer is very easy to work with and willing to do what it takes to match the right car to the buyer. Jeff and the entire staff are very easy to talk to and will listen to their customers.
