I have not purchased a new vehicle in a long time. Today my wife and I purchased a new 2015 Silverado from Team Chevrolet. The people are down to earth, and did not use the old in your face high pressure type of selling. Brian Sheldon worked with us in a very friendly and knowledgable way. I highly recommend him as the person to see at the dealership for your experience. The sales manager, Bruce was very nice and kind, and made us feel relaxed and comfortable while we made a big decision. Sully Sarsour, the financial director was equally as easy to work with . I thought the people at Team Chevrolet were really friendly. Keith Brown was our sales consultant. He answered all our questions and and even left us alone to discuss what we wanted to do. Thomas Dunlap also helped us out. I ended up getting a used Honda CR-V and couldn't be happier with it. Both men stayed after hours to get us in the car. I felt like they are people you can trust. Dealing with them made me feel like I was more than just another car to sell. The next time I'm in need of a car Team Chevrolet is where I'm going and I'm asking for Keith.

I purchased my 2014 Impala from this dealership last month and I had the pleasure of working with Wayne Redfern. I was referred to him by a friend and I am glad I chose to work with him. I went online prior to going to the lot to check out their inventory and I was completely surprised at the options and deals they had. Whatever you see online is what they have on the lot. I told him the vehicles I was interested in and he was very upfront and honest when asked about the different vehicles which was very helpful in making my decision. The impala had more options that I was not even aware of which was a huge plus. The other staff at the dealership were very friendly and helpful as well. Compared to other dealerships that I have checked out they have pretty good prices on their vehicles. I am very satisfied with my new car and would definitely refer this dealership to a friend. A couple of months ago I took delivery of a new Cadillac CTS. This was the 6th new car I have bought from Team Automotive over the years. I keep coming back when I"m in the market for a car because they make buying a car an easy and pleasant experience. They work hard to get you every discount that is available as well as the best finance terms. Everybody you will come in contact with at the dealership is professional and knowledgeable and helpful. My sales consultant followed up a few days later to see if I had any questions about the car. He also gave me his office and cell phone number and told me to call him any time if I had any problems or questions. You can't beat that for service! Should you ever have to have any repairs made I've found their service department to be excellent. They fix the problem the first time. Buying a new car should be a happy experience and the folks at Team Automotive go out of their way to make sure that it is.

From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted and welcomed by everyone there. I did my own internet research, so I was able to walk in and discuss what I was looking for in a car, and even had a car in mind. Keith immediately got the keys and was enthusiastic about helping me understand the car, the dealership, and what came with it like a warranty, OnStar, and Sirius XM trials. He explained what other vehicles were available in a similar style to what I was looking for, and patiently addressed each question I had. Tyrone the finance guy was extremely patient and helpful when my finance company wasn't in their system, which meant he had to type everything in manually, and didn't mind the confusion of trying to get the right information. Overall, the Team experience was great. I received a great value thanks to their competitive pricing, and I would recommend Keith, Tyrone, and the rest of the team to anyone looking to buy a car.

we were in the market for a new truck, we found one on cars.com. We filled out the information to contact the dealership that had the vehicle that we were interested in. However we only fill this out one time in our information went viral. Now we are getting bombarded with emails from other dealerships for vehicles that we never contacted them about. Be careful if you do contact dealerships in regards to a vehicle that you may be interested in.

Allan Meres and the other staff members were great to work with at Team Cheverolet. It actually was fun to deal with them. I wish I could remember each persons name that spoke to me or helped me. They ARE very friendly and gave no pressure to buy. They all made my experience of buying a new Chevy Silverado truck almost stress free. When there's money involved there is always a little stress. The price we settled on was ,I think< good for both pf us. They tried locating one first based on my wants and needs but eventually had to ordered it. Christen took me through each step with precision and no pressure but with good advice. The service department installed the dealer install options and were super nice. I would recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a new vehicle. A big shout out for Team Cheverolet! They "GOT'er DONE".

I have poor credit and they were still able to get me into a pretty good match for all of the features I wanted and get me a reasonable monthly payment. I had a wonderful experience buying my 2013 Buick Verano at Team Auto Group. I live in Chapel Hill which is 90 miles away and ended up at Team Auto because the Internet Manager, Keith Brown, responded quickly to my request for information. I wasnt sure exactly which make or model I wanted and he spent a lot of time with my on the phone explaining the differences in models and packages. Even though it was a bit of a drive, I felt compelled to drive to Salisbury to work with Keith. When I arrived, he was super helpful, friendly and attentive. We must have test drove 5 or 6 cars. He really helped me figure out which vehicle was the right one for me and would suit my needs. Keith and the managers were very patient with me explaining the differences in payments and incentives for each vehicle I drove. They were also very fair on how much they gave me for my trade-in. Once I decided which vehicle worked for me, they actually found me the exact vehicle and got it from another dealership. I am very happy with my entire experience dealing with Team Auto Group and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. They were absolutely worth the trip from Chapel Hill.

I originally went in to sell my VW. I saw a Buick in the showroom and was impressed at how the Buick looked. I asked for a test drive and the manager personally obliged with no pressure. I fell in love with the car. The finance department gave me numerous options and even spoke to USAA for me to help negotiate the best rate possible. Not only did I sell my car but I left with a dream car. Everyone was so nice and easy to deal with. Thanks for the great experience!

Horrible buying experience, they tried to sell us a rolling coffin at first, ended up buying another vehicle. So we take our vehicle for its first service which was to include an oil change and a recall service. The vehicle was recalled due to a possible water pump shaft seal leak, the dealer stated they found no leaks or problems and topped off coolant, the next day coolant is low so I take it back and again no problems supposedly. So we took the vehicle to another Chevy dealer and guess what, the water pump had to be replaced as well as the timing chains and MAP sensor, also the other dealership informed us that Team did not even change the oil when we took it in for service with them. Also Team tried to charge a diagnostic fee for the CEL being on even though the vehicle is under warranty and then went as far as to say that every dealer does it, well sorry to inform you but not every dealer does, the dealer that actually repaired the vehicle did not charge a dime. This is a horrible dealership and I could keep going about my experience as well as the experience of others that have dealt with them. STAY AWAY from these incompetent liars. I wish there were negative star ratings.

After making me sit in an office (alone) for over a half hour, the "sales" associate wasn't interested in negotiating a deal for a pre-owned vehicle that had been on his lot for over 60 days, and even made me feel foolish for wanting to try. "Physically impossible" were his exact words. Now I aks you, who wants to ever do business with this type of professional? Stick with the Hendricks family of dealerships......they actually want to sell you a car!!

He is also the most caring salesman we have ever dealt with. If we need another car in the future, we will definitely be going to see him. We also love the free car washes!

Earlier I posted a comment with regards to TEAM Chevrolet and there finance practices (Yo-Yo Financing). I am retracting the statement as my issues have been resolved with the dealership. The VP of TEAM was very helpful and refunded my deposit. I attempted to have Cars.com remove the comment, however they stated there "policy" prevented comments from being removed once posted.

We needed to get a new car before a trip to Florida for a wedding - found the one we were interested online on Tuesday, discussed everything over the phone, made arrangements to test drive Thursday morning, and I assumed we'd have to take care of everything when we got back - but Team Chevrolet made it so easy, the car was perfect and as described (and priced fairly), and everything was taken care of (including trade in, contact our insurance agent, financing, transferring plates, etc.) within 90 minutes and we were out the door and got to break in the new car on the trip down to FL. Fantastic service, not pushy at all, fair prices, great service, great staff... we couldn't recommend them highly enough. This was the easiest big transaction I have ever made in my life.

Team Chevrolet was able to make every used car buyers nightmare into a very pleasant one. I had been looking for a truck to use as my primary vehicle and have the towing capacity for a larger camper. After looking at several dealerships I found that Team Chevrolet had a vehicle that would fit my needs and budget. I was upside down in my current vehicle but Allan made a good deal even better to meet my budgetary needs(I didn't want my payment to go up much). Then the nightmare part. As with most vehicles with over 100k miles it was sold "as is" "no warranty". You can tell where this is going. Two days after completeing the sale I had to bring it back for no heat??? They immediately took it back to their service department. No questions asked. Their service department found a major issue with the truck causing the problem. The repair was cost prohibitive due to the value of the truck. They originally took the vehicle in trade and were truly surprised when a problem was found. Whoever traded it knew what they were doing. We as buyers always think the sellers are out to get us. Now I know it can happen to either side. Kristin Haynes immediately went to work trying to make the deal right. They went to finding me a new truck. Asked me what exactly I was looking for. And within a few days had located a suitable replacement(in some ways better). They offered a rental vehicle until they found a new one. I had even told them in passing about just putting a substantial amount of fuel in the truck and they went so far as to put that amount in my new one!. I have always been skeptical about car sales personnel. Now I have to rethink my views, at least when dealling with Team Chevrolet. They were very professional yet personable. I would highly recommend them and will do business with them again.

I recently purchased a 2010 ford focus a week ago and i was truly amazed at how I was treated. I'm so used to going to car lots where the salesperson was so pushy trying to "make" you buy a vehicle that it always made me feel uncomfortable resulting in me and my family leaving that car lot. It was really a turn-off because these salesmen were more interested in making their commission then they were to provide good customer service. I went to Team Chevrolet in Salisbury NC, and was truly impressed with a gentleman named James Houpe that made my purchase so easy, never pushy and courteous and he was really pleasant to deal with, and to anyone that reads this i'd like to say if you need a car go to Team Chevrolet and ask for James Houpe (he's awesome).

We set out on a Tuesday afternoon just to leisurely "look " at a car we saw on Team Chevrolet 's website...never really intending to buy TODAY ,but of course "shop around" before our decision was made. Once we got there, we were greeted w/ friendliness and a sincere effort to see what we were looking for. We found the car that we saw on the internet ....OK -that was great... But the NEXT STEP was the most crucial.... PRICE....PAYMENTS.. My thoughts were... "I LOVE THIS CAR", but time and time again,we have walked away from other dealers b/c of several HUNDRED DOLLARS...and NEVER CAME BACK. I was most pleasantly surprised at how EASY TEAM CHEVROLET was able to come to terms with what we were willing to pay. Our Salesman,Keith, was very pleasant ,funny, helpful.He is an assett to that company. We drove away THAT DAY in our Cadillac CTS feeling on top of the world.

My experience with this dealership was top notch. I visited every dealership on jake alexander bulevard before visiting team chevrolet. NIssan, jerry wood, honda, toyota, nor auto house had anything on these guys. The salesman Josh Bond was very knowledagble, I told him what I was looking for and what I had to work with. He found me a very reliable car that I love which is actually way under what I thought I was going to spend. Josh and team chevrolet went above and beyond to make sure took that car home with me that day without me getting ripped off. He even bought me and my company a pizza, and that pizza was the bomb. I definantly will continue to shop with team chevrolet and Josh for my future vehicles.

My daughter was buying her first new car and this definitly was the best place to go. We had been to another dealer 10 minutes from our house and they didn't seem to want to really help. We drove 30 minutes away to Team and they were wonderful. They were very kind and patient through the whole process. We will continue to go to them for any other car our family purchases.

I had been to several dealers in the Charlotte area and had everything from typical greedy salespeople to ones that really did not listen to what I really wanted. I saw a used car on Teams website and figured that it was a wreck because it was over 2,000 cheaper than comparable ones in Charlotte. It was a one owner Malibu with exactly what I wanted and my salesman was the nicest guy I have ever dealt with. Thank you Kelly!!!! And thank you Team Chevrolet.
