We dealt with a wonderful Chevrolet representative named Julie Owens at Team Chevrolet of Swansboro. She has awesome customer service skills and took the time with us and was very helpful in our decision to purchase our new Equinox. We very much appreciated Julie not being "pushy" with us! She was wonderful to deal with and made the experience a great one!

Buying from and dealing with this dealership, Team Chevrolet of Swansboro, has been the worst mistake in my life. I have never in my 40 years had to deal with this bad of customer service and incompetence. And the fact that I will speak with a particular person who promises everything will be taken care of and then when the issue is not resolved and I ask for that person again I’m told they no longer work there, shows it’s definitely an internal problem! This has happened to me not once but twice now! I will never ever purchase a car there or will never use the service department again and will make sure that everyone I know will never go here either. We supposedly bought a brand new (untitled) Chevy impala that was dirty, scratched and very abused when we received it. It still had someone’s personal items in the back seat! Now in less than a year it has had to go in for repairs on the AC which is not something that should have happened in a car this new (of the 10+ new cars I have purchased in my life many of which were Chevy not one has had issues ever before being traded in 3-5 years later). And when taken back to Team Chevy they did the wrong repair and did not fix the problem. And if that’s not bad enough when it was there to be repaired the repair took longer than it should making my husband cancel work appointments he should have been able to make and when it had to go back to be redone we said that we would need a loaner car for a preplanned trip that my husband needed to leave on and were told there was not one and was unable to get one. Now not only has this car been the biggest headache of my life it’s ended up costing us hundreds of dollars from this trip we couldn’t make, and I had to explained to my 16 year old daughter why her promised birthday trip was messed up.
