When I arrived to have my oil changed there was Johnathan waiting to help. He was very polite and hospitable. He offered coffee and asked if I needed anything. Several employees came through the waiting area and each person was nice and polite. I was in and out in less than an hour. My visit was prompt and comfortable. No problems. I highly recommend Team One Hyundai of Gadsden.

I never take the time to review anyone on google. But I felt the need to share my terrible experience and guide anyone that plans to shop at this place to go to literally ANY OTHER Hyundai dealership. We found a car we liked and liked the price listed on the car. Great, let's go inside and talk numbers. All of a sudden the price had gone up over $5,000. When reviewing the cause for the dramatic jump in price we noticed all kinds of warranties that were added without our consent. When we stated that we didn't need the warranties they were offering they said "Oh, we can't take that off, corporate won't let us unless we have a valid reason." My dad works on cars and he said he can handle ordering a key or a rim if needed. Which is what they were trying to say the warranties were for. Ben, the sales manager (I'm assuming) said okay since you can handle ordering that I can take off ONE warranty. Which only took about $900 off. This was after going back and forth for about 20 minutes. At that point we had decided to walk away. Then Ben decided to give us snarky and condescending comments about buying a home and our credit scores will go down and we wont be able to get a good deal because our credit scores will plummet. Completely unsolicited and unwarranted "advice" as he called it because we were pay CASH for the car, he had ZERO idea what our credit scores were. I think Mr. Ben was just upset we were about to walk out on the car they just knew they had sold at a completely inflated price because of the "required warranties" that they will get a kickback for. They just wanted to take advantage of us because we are young. They absolutely decided to mess with the wrong person. I may be young, but I handle myself and my life well without the advice from a slimy car dealership manager. I'm absolutely disgusted with the way we were treated. But thanks to their AWFUL customer service and LIES, I was able to find my brand new 2022 Hyundai Tucson Limited at the Hyundai of Jasper for the sticker price plus tax. They offered the warranties as an option like they were supposed to and overall a million times better experience than what we encountered at Hyundai of Gadsden. Jasper is worth the drive, I PROMISE! I will be calling Hyundai corporate to complain about Mr. Ben. They need to take some lessons from Hyundai of Jasper.

Just bought a car from here and have nothing but great things to say. Tony was a miracle worker and worked hard to get us into the car we really wanted. He also took the time to make sure we understood all of our options to find what would work best for us. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and hospitable, offering drinks and popcorn and even gave balloons to our girls and didn’t mind them bouncing off the walls. Would definitely recommend purchasing a car from this dealership,ask for Tony!

Jeffrey Draper was wonderful to work with! He went above and beyond to help me find my 2021 Palisade Calligraphy. I shopped dealerships from Birmingham, Huntsville, Atlanta, and even Florida trying to get the best deal on a hard to find vehicle. Not only did Jeffrey find the Exact Palisade Calligraphy I was looking for... he did it at the lowest price too! He’s been a great help after the sale as well. I highly recommend Jeffrey Draper! To start this review off, my boyfriend and I were desperate to find another car. Four years ago we went to a car lot and was treated very rude, and since this was our first car we knew no better. We were taken advantage of and now we realize we were stuck with a car that is not what we wanted or big enough for are now family we didn’t have 4 years ago. Last week we tried so many places, no one would give us the time of day and we were so annoyed. We pulled into the Team One Hyundai of Gadsden and it was 15 minutes before they closed, obviously we knew we weren't going to get a car at this time of day, but Miss Soila still greeted us and asked us everything we we’re looking for and gave us her card. She stayed in touch with us, through text, for a few days giving us options and making sure to get the perfect pick for our family. We came back yesterday, 08/23/21, at 5 pm. She showed the options and we made a decision, so now it was time to wait and see if we could afford it how we needed, and if we could even get the car. These people were so patient and so sweet to us! They talked to us like we were family. We ended up getting a car for our family and they stayed 2 hours past closing to help us get this vehicle. If anyone is looking for somewhere to get a new vehicle, we definitely recommend Team One Hyundai of Gadsden!! Thank you guys again :)
