I am nearing the end of a lease from these guys, and have been dissatisfied through the entirety of the three years I have used the service department. I gave them another chance yesterday, and here's two snippets of what happened. The first thing was I was told that it would be done in an hour and a half. Mind you this was a simple oil change. I get an automated text 100 minutes later saying that it was just starting to get worked on. After that text my car was done in 20 minutes later. So here's my point, I made a reservation and appointment for 11:30 for a 20-minute job, and because they couldn't hold that reservation....wasted my afternoon. And then I go to pay and the woman at the cashier says $44. I said I wanted to use the $20 off coupon that is online, and she could not take that off without me first going back to the person who helped me when I checked in. I come back and 20 minutes later, after the coupon is applied. .my final bill is now $66. I didn't even say a word. I will not be re-leasing from them I'll find another Toyota dealer. Trust me, drive to another dealership these guys are not worth the couple hundred dollars you may think you're getting on the front end of a purchase.

I love Team Toyota. Matt M. provided such a legendary experience. He listened to what I was looking for, offered suggestions, and he was willing to create multiple scenarios for me to explore so that I could truly see all of my options. He was even willing to redo all of the numbers based on different questions I had. He never applied undue pressure, but rather, he showed so much patience with me as I took the time to painstakingly consider my options. He constantly reminded me that the decision was up to me and that I needed to go with what I felt was best. That all provided me with such a sense of relief. It was time to start looking at a new lease vehicle and we have leased & purchased at least 4 vehicles within the past 6 years from Team Toyota and felt very comfortable going back. I’ve been very pleased with the convenience of Team Toyota service. I know I’m in good hands and can get my vehicle serviced while waiting in a nice comfortable local spot. I decided to lease my 3rd Highlander. The sales person, Matt, was not pushy at all but he was super helpful! We worked out a payment I was comfortable with and I picked the car up the next day. Matt took the time to go over different car options and we both came to the conclusion that Highlander was the winner. He’s a great guy! Mary Beth in finance is another outstanding Team Toyota employee. She makes all the docs simple to sign, explains everything in plain English and always has a smile.

Thankful that I was able to be steered toward Great Salesperson Charles Jackson. He made the purchase of my Tacoma a pleasant experience. Thank you to Charles as he was knowledgeable and honest and was able to answer and resolve any issues. Update: 12/8/20 Two months after I purchased my Tacoma, never received my title. Paid cash for my truck and they have me registered as taking out a loan. So Toyota has my title and they won't give it to me even though I have copy of the cashed check that Team Toyota deposited for the balance. Mary Beth of the Finance Department would not tell me if or when she would correct this. Only that she needs to "call Toyota". Sent E-mail to salesperson Charles Jackson and he never responded. I am going to have to get a lawyer to get my title. Please do not purchase any vehicle from this dealership. Buyer Beware!

Jeffery Madison was our sales rep and he takes the ticket for service, and dedication. He saw my Dad and I looking at cars outside and jumped on the opportunity to sell us a car. He got numbers very timely, and gave me the best deal possible for an awesome new car. He let me test drive, explained all the features and recommended what he felt was the best deal out there. Very professional, thorough, and polite. 10/10 recommend to anyone who was looking to buy a car.
