I have known the Ted Green family for 70 plus years. A very good family business for over 108 years...(since August, 1913.) We have bought several vehicles from Ted Green Ford over the last many years.

I have not purchased a car from Ted Green Ford. I simply had my pickup undercoated. Even though this was my first time there I was treated like I was important to them. Everyone was very friendly, and polite. Being one of the remaining small family new car dealerships makes them totally unique. It is comforting to know that such a place still exists. They also work on all kinds of vehicles, not just Fords.

The battery died in my car (a Honda) & staff at the Bond Auto Parts store gave me a jump. My husband left the light on in the car the night before & claimed he went out to turn it off. I thought that was the issue- but no. I'm publicly apologizing to my husband- that's how you know this is a real review. I brought it to Ted Green Ford, they looked at it the same day.& it was the alternator. They could have installed it that day but our phone wasn't working. They installed it the next day however, there was another issue that prevented it from working. We needed to go to the dealer. Ray the service manager at Ted's called ahead to let them know that we were coming & to explain the work that he & crew had already done.I thought this was very nice. But as a stranded motorist at the mercy of a mechanic, I was very impressed that they didn't rip me off!!!

Ted Green Ford, specifically Ray in service, helped us out in a real jam. The clutch on my 2009 Subaru Impreza was failing to engage and stopped very near to Ted Green Ford..... Ray provided kind & professional service quickly. We were travelling and Ted Green Ford welcomed us and our 2 dogs - My dogs were welcomed with some treats and they even provided us with a ride to go and get a rental car. Ray was great at keeping us updated on the progress of the car. The car was fixed very quickly and for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Ted Green Ford to both friends and family and I can't wait to go back and have an oil change! Top rate service.... Thanks Ray and the team in Service

We were heading south on rt. 100 when the clutch on my 2009 Subaru Impreza stopped engaging. We were lucky that we happened to be very near Ted Green Ford in Stockbridge- Ray, the service manager, immediately offered to have a look at my car - Ted Green Ford welcomed us and my dogs (with treats) and really went out of their way to help us out. Everyone at Ted Green Ford was kind . Ray in Service was outstanding. He was able to work on my car immediately and was very quick at ascertaining the degree of the problem. Ray organised getting us a ride to pick up a rental car. He was very quick fixing the problem and getting us back on the road. Kind, Curteous, Professional - Five Star Service!

My family has purchased at least 6 cars from this dealer in the past 10 years or so. They are so easy to work with and always treat you like family. Their service department is second to none and have fixed our cars for years with no complaints. They even fought Ford to have certain items covered under warranty when the warranty expired a month prior. The prices are always fair and if they don't have the car you are looking for on their lot they will locate it for you and have it brought to their dealer in a day or so. Needless to say if you are looking for a Ford in Vermont there is no better dealership to visit.
