I was negotiating with their salesman about a truck that I liked. They told me it was available and when I saw the pics I made my offer and was waiting for a reply that I never got. After several calls to the dealership and cell phone of the salesman I was told it was sold. They did not even give me a chance at matching the other offer they got after mine. The manager was rude and I will avoid this dealership in the future.

I bought a new Avalon. the salesman was very helpful. I was able to get the car I wanted. all went well and I am a very satisfied coustomer.

I purchased a used Toyota Camry from Tegeler Toyota and have had no problems with it so far. The sales staff and service staff have always been courteous.

I purchased my Toyota 4Runner from Tegeler Toyota 4 months ago. The staff was very friendly, especially Crystal. She took time to explain all my financing options. I have also been pleased with the service department although since my 4Runner is new I have only been there once.

worked with joann. she was very rude. refused to negotiate price of vehicle at all. basically said pay sticker price(msrp) or go elsewhere. also wouldn't return emails. when we were trying to do some negotiating, she tried to change the price previously quoted for trade-in. used a lot of old school tactics to try and confuse me. will never do business with her.
