Even though I purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from a different dealer, I was having problems understanding the U connect and controls.I went in to Tempe where I thought I would not get much help cause I did not buy it there. Torrey Came to help me and he installed everything I needed , explained everything I needed and then brought me into the car and explained all the controls. He was very knowledgeable very helpful and very professional. I have now registered with Tempe for all my services to this vehicle because of him. My wife is due for a new vehicle and I will not speak to anybody but him. Thank you Tempe Jeep for hiring such quality, knowledgeable professional employees.

Love my Jeep Gladiator and it was time for regular service, along with the standard service the steering seemed a bit loose. I told Eddie James about my concerns with the steering, fixed under warranty, freakin awesome. The staff from start to finish were super nice, friendly and knowledgeable. A side note, I had a few questions for the parts guys and they were also very informative and knowledgeable. Thanks Eddie James Great work guys.

I cannot say enough about how amazing the service department is. I bought a car and it has electrical problems. They were able to find the issue and correct it. I can almost say that I think its fixed. Fingers crossed. Thank you so much for all you guys do! I was very stressed and you guys were able to make the repair!!!
